What's going on moon gang, what an awesome day to be an ape, obviously we're going to talk about what in the world is going on with amc, but i really want to focus on why. I personally believe that amc's short interest is actually higher than what we're being told, so amc had an absolutely phenomenal day. It closed out the day at 16 41, which was a gain of almost 20. Let's get the easy things out of the way to start off.

The day we had a short interest of 14.55, the shares on loan was 129 million, and the utilization was almost the max value of 100. It was 99.32. After today's action there was a net borrow of 5 million shares. So, of course, the short interest went up to 15.13 and also with that, a net borrow i'm assuming the utilization tomorrow, when this updates will either be 100 or 99.9, something it's gon na pretty much be the max value and the days to cover based on the Daily average trading volume over the past two weeks is 1.19 days.

So now, let's, let's get right into this of why i think the short interest is actually higher, so a few things from just like a very basic level. Well, of course, this couldn't go up tomorrow, because there was more shares borrowed that makes sense. There was a net bar of 5 million. I'm fully expecting the current short interest to go up when these update tomorrow.

Beyond that, i was talking with ortex, so the release date of the most recent exchange reported short interest. It came out today. Of course, we could argue about the validity of this information, but valid or not their model was expecting a lower number and because it came in higher they're going to recalibrate the model tonight and most likely. That means that the short interest is going to go up because, basically, their assumptions of out of the shares on loan of how many are actually being short, they kind of underestimated it.

So when they take that into account, we can safely expect this number to go up. So basically the borrow change going up the recalibration of the machine learning model on the estimated short interest going up. So those are two reasons, but the main thing i want to hop into here was kind of an interesting thing. That's been going on with the community that i noticed yesterday right here.

Some people were pointing out on yahoo about how amc has shares outstanding of 450 million and that kind of tracks right here. If you look at the last 10 q, we know the numbers of shares, as of may 2nd was 450 million that tracks, but we also know that this data from yahoo - if you look at this little superscript right here, shares outstanding, is taken from the most recently Filed quarterly or annual report, most likely where it got it from yahoo, it's not paying for the most up-to-date information. So it's unaware of the fact that we know from late april until mid-may there was an at the market offering of 43 million shares. If you do that quick math, it makes sense that amc in my opinion, should have 493 million shares outstanding.
But if you take a look at things like ortex or if you take a look at seeking alpha you're, going to see 536 million shares today, this was a hot topic on the live stream. So i figured you know what we we did. The math we looked through some of the annual reports, the quarterly reports we tried to figure out. What's going on and no matter what happened, we were coming up with 493, so i was like hey.

Let me reach out to ortex and see what's going on with this information and shout out to ortex, they were very quick to respond and more than happy to explain what was going on, and i think this is where it gets really interesting. So right here. First of all, they said they get their data from s. P s p global.

They do the ratings. You know those same people that were mismarking misrating, the mortgage-backed bonds back in 2008. 2009. Yes, that's the same s p, but they get their information from here and they also inform me that a lot of people do and also ortex found this interesting enough to reach out to them, because they said for a bit that the s p was reporting.

493 went from 450 493 and now 536 and they asked them what was going on and to them to ortex. They also agree. It should be around 493, but hey, maybe we're missing something. So this is what i think is really interesting.

Vortex reach out to the data provider smp right here. As of now, they haven't gotten a response, and so, with all this being said, 536 might be correct. Maybe we're all missing something, but with that being said, they may for some reason, still have it right, but just the fact that they have not been able to provide evidence to that effect over the past 24 hours makes me worried. So that's from ortex of like hey.

Maybe we are missing something, but they have not been explaining to us. It's very weird. Most people in this community at large agree that there should be 493 million shares so overall. Why does this even matter that that's a very important question so remember short interest is a basic math formula, the amount of short shares divided by the amount of shares in existence or the free flow.

However, you want to do it, but in this scenario this this mismatch, maybe of the outstanding shares. No, that doesn't change the amount of short shares, but it does impact the amount of shares in existence x divided by y. Yes, i agree that top number x is staying consistent, but if you're dividing it by a larger y, it drives down the percentage. As in when they're potentially loading this number up to 536, it makes the short interest look smaller, as in it looks like a less desirable short squeeze.

So that's blowing my mind because no one can explain the leftover 43 million shares. I get it 450 plus the at the market offering there's an extra 430. did someone at the s p fat finger. That is it a nefarious mistake mistake.
We don't know um. Obviously, as soon as i get this information, i will let you know what's going on, but the net effect of this being bloated by 43 million. It's making those short interests, look smaller than it actually is and honestly, like i know this is at the point that i'm putting on my tinfoil hat and i'm really going out to left field here. It doesn't take much of a google search to just.

Do s p and citadel and right away, you already have some business dealings between the two and i get it. That's me like i don't have evidence of this, but it's weird all the connections that we're starting to see, and i don't know i will. I promise to keep you all all updated on any response from ortex, especially their response from s p, because i don't know of anyone that can come up with the arithmetic, explaining why it's showing 536 instead of really 593, that's the number. I believe we should be at in terms of a quick technical overview of what's going on, with amc absolutely amazing day closed out at 6 41..

We had this technical breakout, we stalled at 14.50. We saw that 1450.. Now i mean i made this video yesterday explaining how that breakout, something is structurally different. We broke out and then we broke out of the next resistance at 16..

My target tomorrow, my closest target, is 1750 and after that i'm looking at 2036 from this high on january 27th and from there just take the gloves off just going straight to the moon. At that point, you just got to sit back and enjoy the ride. That's my plan with amc moving forward. I'm so incredibly excited about you guys the ape community, because amc is doing phenomenally.

Well, congratulations! Congratulations! Of course, you know all that good youtube stuff like comment subscribe whatever. Thank you so much for me and chair best of luck. In the markets, you.

If you have any doubts or fears, there's a good Seeking Alpha article from 2014 titled "Anatomy of a Short Attack", I recommend googling it because it details everything we are experiencing.

The fact is Bit coin is the future of crypto and the questions traders ask themselves now is if this is right time to invest? Before jumping into conclusion i think you should take a look at things first. For the past few days the price of Bit coin has been fluctuating which means the market is currently unstable and you can’t tell if it is going bearish or bullish. While others still continue to trade without the fear of making lose, others are being patient. It all depends on the pattern with which you trade and also the source of your signals. I would say trading has been going smoothly for me, i started with 1.5 bit coin and I’ve accumulated over 6.5 bit coin in just three weeks, with the trading strategy given to me by expert trader Marcus Barrow. His methods are top notch and profitable and he can be contacted easily on Tele-gr:am (@Marcus_barrow) cheers.

Another company expected to experience a short squeeze is FLGT. To move this stock will be easier than AMC is because the float is much smaller.

Guys, be ready for a "Pseudo or Fake Squeeze", please, copy/paste this message, share it massively, to your friends in your groups, under YouTube videos, in short, everywhere you can.

The hedgies have not given up, we all know that. It's important that each of us knows how to play our own cards in the coming days/weeks.

I believe, and so do many people that there is going to be a "Pseudo Squeeze". It won't be real, and that's when things are going to get ugly for all of us.

    Let me get this straight.

We are witnessing a retreating battle of the hedgies in the last few days, the price is going up, everyone is savoring this first victory, and damn do we deserve it, especially for those who have been around for almost 6 months! HOWEVER, it is important to note that the hedgies have also bought a lot of shares recently, and this will be their last ammunition!

When the price will seriously increase (maybe 100, 200, 500 or even $1000), they will sell everything massively, and the price will be seriously impacted, it will be the perfect time for them to drop a media bomber on all of us, you know where I'm going with the headlines and all that crap: "AMC has squoze", "the squeeze is over", etc.
They'll do anything to make us want to sell, and that's exactly when it will seriously start (again)!

Don't believe what you hear, don't read the papers, don't succumb to FUD, don't be fooled if you see the price going down, don't play their game. We have the float, we choose the price, we have to stick together.
Keep in mind that every Ape has decided not to sell at 100, not at 200, not at 500, not even at $1000, so if you see the price going down and the newspapers are picking on us, know that at that moment, at that very moment, it all starts.

I just looked at a few of these AMC to the moon videos , you all spew the same thing , no wonder the people on the forums are so brain washed , they don’t understand what’s really going on and then rely on others who think they know what’s going on to guide them. Be happy if this gets to the low 20’s this week before it trails off again .
