Love yourself, when no one else will say can't help it they're just selfish. Sometimes it seems like i can find a reason why, if you just god, oh this is hello, hello, hello, wow! Well! Well, if you have not checked out social media, yet we got some movement in amc and it relates to a new company. Hymc highcroft mining, which is a precious metals development company based out of their mine, is in northern nevada. Think gold think silver think the things that do well when inflation is high, when global tensions are high, adam aaron, just just breaking news, announced that they have 22 of the company um.

So we're going to be getting into the development of what in, like this whole, storyline we're going to be talking about. Obviously, this is some breaking news. This is a headline type of a thing, so we're going to be diving into really what is hymc we'll be looking at their cash flow, their financials their balance sheet. What the company does where they're at, but beyond that that's going to be right before the bill goes ding and ding ding ding still many things to talk about with the overall market and obviously the situation in ukraine with russia.

Don't forget, we have a fed meeting that starts today. It ends tomorrow, we'll get the results at 2 p.m. So, overall, quite quite a bit of interesting things to get into today and let's see if we can get that turnaround tuesday. I know it's not officially.

In the rules of turnaround tuesday, because we didn't drop a full percent yesterday, but hey it was red, let's see if we could have a nice green day and also we're seeing some crazy, crazy movement in oil. That's definitely something we have to talk about currently down. Seven percent below a hundred dollars a barrel, so some interesting things going on there a lot a lot to talk about and with all that being said, let's get right into it. Oh no, why did the? Why am i not here right now, uh, let me see the source properties hang on.

Why can you guys not see the screen? Chrome? Is this working? Is this working? Oh, okay? There we go. My apologies, i don't know what's going on right there, but uh. I think we are all good now, okay, so here we are, as you can see, amc currently up four point: two: eight percent in pre-market hymc up ninety-five percent. At one point, it cleared over a hundred percent the spy early early morning around friday 5 a.m.

It was looking pretty weak, but since then we saw a nice bounce back all the way up to 4 20.. I'm curious if it'll be giving us that test of 420 422 earlier this morning. So that's just a quick little sneak peek that we have going on, but overall here's what i really want to dive into here's, what we have the dow, the s p and the nasdaq are all green right now. Oil is currently trading.

95 96, as you can see, considerable drop in oil and then yields are coming down as well kind of a little interesting mismatch there of what we have going on. So that's your little snapshot of pre-market. It is potentially a turnaround. Tuesday.

We saw red in the spy, the qs and the russell yesterday uh, let's see if we could get that bounce back. So let's talk about this u.s futures fall as ukraine. Conflict and federal reserve worry investors while oil prices tumble 5. So a lot a lot going on.

We have to get into the continuation of what in the world is going on in ukraine because don't forget they are resuming talks once again today. Obviously, fingers crossed we're looking for something positive to come out of those talks and we'll be talking about that more. But overnight there were some, i would say, negative developments, uh. Definitely some areas still being attacked, but on some positive news we are seeing oil still come down.

For me, it's not that good, because i still have my calls on uso that expire in april, but really for the remainder of the world. You want to see prices not be so high. It's just going to end up adding to inflation, u.s treasury futures till tuesday, as investors weighed in on the russia, ukraine, conflict and federal reserve policy. Remember the fomc! The federal open market committee meeting starts today.

It's a two-day meeting. It ends tomorrow and basically we're going to find out what the first interest rate hike is pretty much. Everyone is pricing in the fact that it will be a quarter of one percent that we will find out at 2 p.m. Tomorrow, wednesday march 16th, tomorrow and then at 2 30 jerome powell will also be speaking to like all the reporters and do a press conference for all that type of stuff.

But i also want to remind you at 2 p.m. Tomorrow, there's actually another thing coming out and that will be when congress is going to have like a committee meeting about, should politicians be able to insider trade type of a deal. U.S futures fell tuesday, as investors weighed the russia, ukraine, conflict and federal reserve policy. Oil also tumbled continuing its recent decline as coronavirus cases in china clouded the demand outlook.

So there's been, i guess, a couple reasons really of why we're seeing such a steep falloff, because a week ago, oil was trading at 130, currently around the realm of 95.96. So we're seeing over a 30 percent decline, some of that at first, when we saw it, it had a lot to do with the fact that you saw the iea in the uea uae. Excuse me too many acronyms in my head. Uh were basically stepping up and saying that hey we're gon na help with this oil situation, uh we're gon na, do what we can.

They didn't really give like specific numbers, and then even iran was saying: okay we're going to produce. I think another 1.6 million barrels a day, so you saw some relief, people and organizations were stepping up saying: okay, here's what we can or can't do and then right here obviously remember it's always supply and demand that equilibrium point is price. So now the demand in china is going down. Well, obviously, that's going to slide down the graph to the equilibrium being lower, as in the price going lower.

The fed is widely expected to hike interest rates on wednesday with the ukraine conflict. Having little impact on the central bank um, i would say that there is actually an impact, because before the whole ukraine invasion by putin, there was actually a very legitimate discussion. That is it going to be half of a percent interest rate hike and then, with this everyone's, like nope, obviously not going to happen that might just send the market into a tailspin. Let's just do a quarter of one percent um.

My expectations for the results tomorrow are basically we will get a quarter of a rate hike and then, from there, they're gon na say we're not giving guidance. The global situation there's too many variables uh, so we're gon na be more reactive than proactive and, as things develop, we'll monitor the data. Something along those lines are definitely my expectations. Keeve set for 35 hour curfew after mistle strikes eu delegation traveling to ukraine.

So this is, i mean, obviously 35 hour after missile strikes. Obviously, that's not a good development uh giving birth. Like i mean if you check this out, this is on cnbc. It's just.

It's super super sad stuff, but on a little bit of a positive note. Yes, the first part not good. The second part, i would say, let's focus on that being the silver lining, there's more delegates going they're trying to really solve this with their talks uh. So once again, they are continuing today, eu their delegation's going there.

We already know that the ukrainian and russian delegation has already been speaking, so that's going to be something - hopefully, i'm not really really counting on it today, but i would love for that. To be the surprise news of hey, we came to a conclusion. We can end this. We can definitely start a ceasefire that would be a phenomenal development live updates.

Three eu leaders travel to ukraine to support zielinski as russia continues bombing keeve homes uh the later. The leaders of poland, czech republic and slovenia, eu and nato countries are visiting ukraine to show solidarity. Russia continued to shell apartment blocks in kiev with tuesday's attack killing two president zielinski thanked a russian state tv journalist who protested the conflict on air. I actually have that for you right here.

Zielinski thanked a russian state tv journalist who, literally as someone's talking they had this poster no war, and then they were speaking in russian. Um crashed a live tv news broadcast on russia's channel one with an anti-war banner ukrainian president zielinski thanked her and praised her courage. Do you know how much courage this would take to go on their media? This is a country where, if you speak against the leadership, it's not that hard to disappear. This is an immense amount of bravery, an immense amount of courage.

I i can't even that's insane seriously. That is a very, very brave woman. Russian media is censoring the ukraine invasion and the government is punishing those who object uh. I have a feeling that they're gon na be trying to find this woman.

This very very brave woman, um they're, not gon na, like that ukrainian soldiers, yell god save the queen with firing uk, made missiles into russian tanks. I don't mean to laugh because the reason this is happening is obviously a very, very sad development. A very very sad story: i just find it kind of funny that in a certain way, the ukrainian soldiers are like trolling russia. When they're firing, uk made missiles and yelling god save the queen um.

I think that a little bit of a comedic relief, if you will ukrainian soldiers, shout god, save the queen. When using uk made weapons, the uk sent ukraine uh 3 615 n law anti-tank missiles, which prove effective, destroying russian tanks. Uh vladimir zielinski praised the weapons in calls with boris johnson god save the queen putin's invasion of ukraine has lit a fire under china to wall off its economy from the u.s. This is a very, very interesting read.

I highly recommend you check it out. We've been talking about this in more detail on the crypto channel in those crypto streams, where ever since really 2009-ish, and then it's sped up in 2014, we've been seeing both russia and china de-dollarize themselves, as in they've, been selling off treasury bonds, they've been increasing their Precious metal holds and they've also been developing some tech worm. They don't necessarily have to be in swift. They, china now has their own central bank digital currency um.

This isn't something that wasn't existing a week ago a month ago, and it now is, it's been a slow moving process and if you read this article you're going to see that's exactly what they're trying to hammer home of right here, china has been slowly closing its Doors to the west, but the key word here is slowly doing what it's can, and this has been now like a decade-long move and i'm probably just if the trend continues would expect that it'll continue for another decade or two but you're, seeing both russia and china Really speeding up from 2014, but even before that, you could see they were doing what they could to be a net exporter really kind of wean themselves itself off of us imports, selling off u.s treasury bonds, increasing their gold holdings and just doing other various things where They're trying to be less reliant on the usd very very interesting read, i recommend checking out when you have some extra time now. Let's talk a little bit about commodities, oil falls on ukraine. Talks, fears of slower demand in china. Well, let me actually just bring this up to kind of hammer home the point here of what you need to know: oil, let's go to the daily uh.

A week ago. We capped over 130, currently trading at 96. it in one week we have seen oil come down 26 at the extreme. It was down 28.

I think part of this. The first drop yes they're talking about china demands and if demand goes down, price has to go down. This is more recent um. I believe it was reported that hong kong has now seen another spike in unfortunately coveted cases, but kind of interesting, because you're actually seeing a lot of companies within the us, such as jp morgan, basically just announced that they're going to get rid of their masked mandate.

But anyway, um because of less demand coming out of china, that's the recent hit we took, but this first hit in oil price had a lot more to do with the iea coming out of a paris meeting in the uae and even iran trying to say hey We're going to help with the supply issues that we're currently seeing, but overall oil currently taking a hit. This is good for the world, not personally good. For me, like i said i still have. My uso calls.

I have quite a bit of time. They expire a month away through the april monthlies. I just want to let you know what's going on, but right now i am taking a hefty hefty hit on oil. Another interesting thing that i lightly covered, but it's so wild story.

The london metal exchange will resume nickel training with price caps wednesday after an epic short squeeze drove prices to a hundred thousand price caps. How crazy is that the lme will resume nickel trading wednesday after halting it last week, as prices soared in a huge short squeeze. This was basically a chinese company that, on paper had an 8 billion dollar loss, 8 billion with a b and then basically they're like hey the london mental exchange. Lme said: hey we're going to stop it and i guess it just pays to be a billion dollar chinese company.

It seems like the exchange is definitely playing like favorites with this company. There are now caps on upper and lower prices for nickel and other base metals. Banks came to a standstill, deal on margin, uh, whose short covering help drive nickel higher. To me, this is just breaking the rules of the free market.

If you have buying aggression, it goes up. If you have selling aggression you, it goes down this. When i sit here, i get that a lot of people have pointed out, manipulation and illicit activity in amc and jimmy. I don't know like i don't know if this is breaking news to you.

It happens all the time and not even just in stocks you're. Looking at something going on in the world of commodities, that is absolutely bonkers, it truly truly is bonkers. What's going on um, that's what like this situation, it really is nuts. I mean you read that right with price caps, they're like to me: that's just not a free market and since we covered it last week, i just wanted to get.

Let you know, what's going on, it'll, be interesting to see how it plays out, but once again that is wednesday, wednesday wednesday wednesday. Okay, before we get into the updates. This is with adam aaron and amc and hymc uh highcroftmines. This i thought elon would stop yesterday, but he did it so remember when i was telling you that he ended up challenge challenging vladimir putin to single combat the stakes are ukraine and then he tagged kremlin and then people asked him if he was serious and he Said yes, i am serious.

Well, this guy responded who is uh, i believe very, very high up in russia, obviously in their military, and if you translate this, it's not the easiest translation to understand, um russian to english. He called him. A little devil hang on. Let me just do rush into english and we'll post it in there we'll give you guys a rough idea of what it was said.

You little devil are still young compete with me weak. It would only be a waste of time overtake my brother first and then pushkin the tale of the pope and his worker balda um. So if someone actually knows how to speak russian and maybe could give us a little bit more of a concise translation of like what it means to us, not just like exactly word for word uh, i think that'd be interesting for the group, but elon like just Not stopping, i see you are a tough negotiator. What world do we live in that this is possible: wild wild wild wild all right, uh hang on very uh. Okay, let's get into some of the breaking news, i'm sure some of you and myself are very, very excited about, so it was just tweeted out.

Adam aaron amc is playing in offense again with a bold diversification move. We just purchased 22 percent of highcroft mining. Hymc of northern nevada, has 15 million ounces of gold resources and 600 million ounces of silver resources, our expertise to help them bolster their liquidity. So he just tweeted that out - and in case you haven't, checked out the market.

Yet h or amc currently up four percent in pre-market trading in hymc up 92, so uh. This is breaking news, so i didn't have the most amount of time to get into it, but i have uh more information to share with you on all of this. Highcroftmining announces a 56 million dollar equity investment from renowned precious metals investor, eric sprott and amc, entertainment, highcroft mining, uh, also known as hymc. That's the ticker or just highcroft a precious metals development company that owns the highcroft mine located in the world-class mining region of northern nevada.

Today announced a 56 million dollar equity, private placement with precious metals investor, eric sprott and amc, entertainment holdings, so they're getting into the world of precious metals, gold, silver, the things that tend to do well when inflation is high, when global tensions are high, as adam aaron Said it is a diversification-esque play and 56 mil they currently own 22 of the company. Once again, that is highcroft ticker symbol hymc, but i do have a little bit more information for you. So i wanted to see the institutional holdings as of at least the most recent round of hang on. Let me switch this one, so mudric, which i thought was really interesting.

So mudric as of the file date was february 14th. So it's only pretty much valid up until that date. I don't know how the position has or hasn't changed recently, but if you don't recall the name mudric, they actually had an investment in amc and they got out. I mean this had to be june.

Uh mudric. Actually, i believe, got out before it even ran to 72., so once again we're seeing modric, that's the biggest player right now in hymc, at least of once again, the most recent round of filings, obviously we're talking about this in march, this stuff was from mid-feb. So this was a month ago, so definitely take it with a grain of salt uh, the other ones. The names haven't really popped up.

Of course, we know vanguard but nomura that's actually kind of a wall. Street player uh hybrids, never heard of them white box um. So these are the top players. I just wanted to share with that.

Just because i thought it was interesting that we've pre-previously seen mudric and we know that they kind of paper-handed their amc position, but i don't know if they will or won't paper hand their hymc. Just want to bring it up if we take a quick look, let's just go through their financials. It's always a little bit iffy when you're talking about a mining company, because you're not always going to see the same desire for precious metals like if you're, comparing the desire for precious metals now relative to anything, that's really occurred all the way. Back to 2008, i mean right now, there's a clear spike.

I mean it wasn't that long ago, that gold crossed 2 000, an ounce, silver sky, high, copper sky, high, palladium sky, all these commodities, these precious metals, are sky high. In the past week, they've been taking a little bit of a breather, but overall, if you like, look at what's happened over the past couple months, the past six months, metals, commodities - these precious metals - are still pretty high um. This is obviously 2011 until the trailing 12 months. If you can see total revenues, uh we're seeing not reported not reported 13 mil 47 mil 102 mil, so i'm liking the growth there um their gross profit.

Basically, whenever has parentheses like this, this is actually a loss. So they lost 23, they lost 59, but so that obviously increased you don't want to see it. But now recently it's been decreasing, so some solid development there, here's their operating income and the other thing i saw. Maybe it was that i want to bring up on their balance sheet.

Let's see what's going on here. Remember they just got another 56 mil uh total cash and investments positive. There receivables all right uh their current assets, are 72 mil and then their long term total assets 195 when in reality their long-term debt is right here, total liabilities, 216.. So pretty much i mean you can tell that 56 mil for a company like this.

That's the injection from eric sprott and amc uh could actually that's like a sizeable thing, hence why they got 22 and finally, we have their cash flow, and if you guys want this, you can get it for free on seeking alpha um. Anyone can check this out for any company. You want um. I would just give you a little bit of a tip right here.

This is the first time i'm looking over just because this news literally came out from this morning just check out the time of adam aaron's, tweet um. We can all, throughout the day, probably take a deeper dive into it. Just to see, if i find anything interesting about the company that i like feels necessary to share with all of you um, but yes, that's kind of the big news and right here they even tweeted it out highcroftmining retweeted it you could tell. I wonder they joined march of 202, so they literally just made their account here.

Highcroft is a us-based gold and silver development company that owns highcroft mine located in the world-class mining region of northern nevada. Let's actually see where this is at. I guess certain tax implications so i'll check it out, but just so you know as we're going into the market today before that ding any ding ding ding. I just want to let you know that. Yes, i obviously have amc, but i do not have hy hymc.

Oh speaking, of which i haven't given you this information at all, so hymc short interest 22.56. It went up, notably today, cost to borrow sky high at 345 utilization 100 and, of course, it's on the threshold list remember to get on the threshold list. That means back-to-back business days. You have a high amount of ftds fails to deliver so at least five days in a row.

This thing has had a spike in ftds um utilization 100 days to cover costs apart 345. uh. That is just ridiculous. It's not technically a low flow, it's kind of getting there.

I would say it's a little bit more of a medium flow, but as you can tell already crazy crazy action yesterday, it closed at 1.39, currently trading at 265.. That is absolutely bonkers. That is absolutely nuts. Let me get this switched over all right and then the other thing i need to do.

Let's just do a quick check in on crypto see. What's going on there, uh bitcoin, just trading below 39 000. ethereum 2500. We have solana at 80 and avalanche at 67..

I'm curious if uh we're seeing a crazy short on them. 22.56 on the threshold list, which, as soon as something's on the threshold list, how is the sec not looking into that when you have a consecutive series of ftds like that, like to a noteworthy percentage? How is the sec not like hey? This is the like.

The threshold list in a certain way is the list at the sec should be like. Oh maybe we should look in to this particular list. I don't know just a crazy thought i was having seems like they've already had the list of if they're like hey, i'm bored, i don't know what to work on today, like all the sec interns like, i feel, like they've already created themselves like the list of. Maybe look at these right here we have a list of things of equities that we already know something's happening, that shouldn't be happening.

This whole threshold list. They literally have a list telling us something is going on that shouldn't be going on and then they're like. I don't know what should we look into we're bored today, like dude they've made their own list? I don't get it uh blows my mind, absolutely astonishing. All right, amc back above 14 up four percent hymc down uh, but still up 77, but down from open it open around 270.

opened around 2.70 that is, and the spy is pushing. We know there's a little bit of potential action in the realm of 422 and the reason i'm talking about that is basically from the 15-minute chart right here. We just saw some action roughly 422, that's what i'm kind of watching the rsi is overextended um. Among many reasons, i would not be chasing this out of the gate.

Yes, we're seeing some strength, rsi, pretty high. We have some resistance, that's coming up about 80 cents away and we've been seeing this whip saw. Remember what happened yesterday. We saw a bullish, push all the way up until 11 and then they kind of rugged the whole market.

So i i'm doing my best to just stay calm and not really make moves, especially out of the gate. Matt speak about the fomc meaning. The meeting is literally bullish. Stop leading your fans towards puts sounds like you're new here.

It definitely sounds like you're a little bit new here, but that's okay. We, we were all new at once. How much physical silver are you holding this week? Matt i am. I have no physical silver uh, i don't know, i don't think it's a bad idea.

I just don't really oh adam aaron on cnbc at 9. 45.. Thank you for that call out good thing. We have cnbc uh downgained standard point says oil falls for a second day.

Inflation report comes in a lighter than expected. That's talking about the producer price index. Where is the information on the producer price index? Uh right here, uh, the headline producer price index rose. Point.

Eight percent in february, from the previous month, while that was slightly lower than the 0.9 estimate, still showed a 10 gain from the same time last year. So once again, we're literally talking about amc, getting a precious metals development company and remember people pour into gold and silver when inflation's high the producer price index, which is kind of the opposite side of the consumer price index, which we got last week, showed a 10 Gain from the same time, last year, uh, so the reason we're seeing a little bit of positivity right now is people were estimating 0.9 when it came in at 0.8, but overall don't get distracted of like where we're seeing right now, like that's just nuts, however, core Ppi, which excludes food and energy rose 0.2 percent that was below the expectation of 0.6. So when you take out energy, which is obviously putting things sky high right now, i would say that all pretty much logically tracks at 9 45 we're definitely going to watch this adam aaron interview all right, amc popping on that hymc turn the heck around tuesday. What's going on adam photographer 13 months, watching you every day made me a better trader investor waiting.

How could anyone possibly predict how much fomo buying there's going to be? Is it going to be worth a 100 million dollars of buying? Is it going to be worth a billion dollars worth of buying like what's the number and people are so so ready to call out a price prediction, but then they don't tell you how they got to that number at all, like just ride the rocket. It's so much easier, don't like bog yourself down in like this value, this value this value, it's it's gon na stress you out! It'll, increase your emotions. It sets up uh unmet expectations, which is gon na always piss people off uh. It's just a scenario that i don't think it's good for anyone to be focusing on a particular price.

This much because, like a dollar amount to me, might be big to you. It might be small to you. If you have a thousand dollars - and you want 10 units of 100 each that's the type of thing, i think it's a little bit easier to give you guys uh. These are two independent gaps. Both valid gap fills - and this is smith and weston - which i i believe recently there's been a higher desire for like ammo and gun type of plays. I have no position in this but uh to answer more of your technical question.

Okay, what's like the dealio on mining companies, why amc had 100 utilization, but the cost to borrow is low as hell uh remember, cost to borrow is based on supply and demand if you're at equilibrium, and the amount of shares that are out on loan is perfectly Being matched with how many people are trying to take those you're not going to see a huge spike, but if the demand outweighs the supply, that's when you see the massive spike what you're seeing i have to admit it's kind of weird, it's kind of a rarity. You don't see uh a perfect match like that, like that stuff rarely happens. For example, if you look at hymc, the cost of right now is like 350. It's something extraordinary and that's usually the kind of numbers of like you see.

10. 50. 100, like big big numbers, when your utilization's at 100. There is like a theoretical mathematical explanation, but just so you know it is a rarity to see a low cost to borrow and a high utilization and what i'm talking about like utilization at 100 matt.
