Well, now that oil is back over 100 a barrel and you've already been paying an arm and a leg just to fill up your car, you might be thinking - is there some sort of investment that i can make to help offset the increase in energy related bills? I want to talk about three stocks that at least i'm intrigued in that might answer your question. Number one is chevron. I know you've heard of it. Ticker symbol, cvx, similar to exxon mobil, but the reason i like this one, a bit more is just because of what it's doing to fix its balance sheet to improve it and also its work in the world of renewable energies.
Number two is devon: energy, ticker, symbol dvx. I really like this one because it has a sky high dividend. Payment of almost seven percent and number three is oxy, occidental petroleum and this one, our boy warren buffett, just bought up almost 15 percent of the company. Within the past two weeks, we're talking about 15 billion dollars and i do not mind riding along with this whale.
