Drama alert, but not really like the kardashian kind. More like the finance bro kind of like okay, we get it, we should be investing in a retirement account that kind. Well, if you haven't been paying attention, elon looks like he wants to be buying out twitter, but twitter's like nah we're not accepting your 43 billion offer and now there's some extra stuff going on there. It sounds like they're gon na try to poison pill him, which means offering your current shareholders more shares at a cheaper price, which then dilutes the stock, but it mathematically makes it more difficult for the big guy elon to buy even more well on top of it.
It just came out that he's no longer the single largest shareholder, now vanguard just passed him, but i don't really take him as a second place type of a guy. So let me know how you think this one's gon na play out, because i think our boy elon is gon na come in swinging.
