Mum foreign i'm messing around, i wasn't saying anything i i'm not muted. I just wasn't saying anything i just figured. I was like what could be the craziest fake story. I could come up with, got you.
Oh, it wasn't muted the whole time. I really got you. Ah, you guys fell for that one, you really fell for it. I teaged you guys up and you fell for it.
You guys come on come on. You knew i was gon na like how did so many of you fall for that. How did so many people for that? Ah welcome to the show. I need more friends.
Oh, so everything in my life is going great uh. What are we doing today? What are we doing today? Someone said now, i'm leaving uh. I think that's my best intro! That's probably my best intro to date: okay, uh. What the hell are we talking about.
Did someone just says no one's bangs are worse. Are you making fun of my bangs uh? What clothes did i close? What price did i close? My short um, i'm still. I still have spx puts, i still. Uh still still have those.
Oh, we should talk about some stuff, we're going to talk about the market, we're going to talk about the positions of the market. I have a jobs report update for all of you. I want to talk about how jp morgan's being really weird, with the commentary coming out, then a little bit about gamestop and then some interesting stories about how much only fans people make and then a little bit about the johnny depp trial. And then you guys should be voting on if the market's going to be green or red, and then we're going to really hope.
I make some money because, like the last week and a half has been awful, and i need you guys to get me some, like banger trades and then the market's gon na open and at first i'll, be like super super. Confident yeah we're gon na make it and then most likely it's gon na go awry and then i'll like slowly slip into the abyss. That is, financial training, depression, uh and then probably someone will say something that i don't like and i'll like overreact. And then you guys are gon na be like bam and then i'm gon na do it and i'll be like hahaha, it's a joke, but secretly i'll be like good thing.
We got that out of here, i'm not having a good day. I don't want that. Schmuck on my stream and then we'll probably do some reacts and i'll be like yo that crypto song's a bop and then we'll talk a little bit about crypto in general and then i'll be like oh wow. Look at that! It's noon all right! Thanks for like hanging out thanks for the good vibes, see you tomorrow, 9 a.m bright and early when the farmers get up and then inevitably people will, like farmers, get up way earlier than nine and i'll be like lol.
That's the joke! That's the plan! For the day, so before we get in on to that shout out to today's stream sponsor i'm talking about ftx, if you haven't already sign up for them, they are pinned to the top of chat, there's ftx.us and international, that's more of their pro platform, and then There's also blockfolio, which is their phone app they bought out. Blockfolio blockfolio is the one that's pinned to the top of chat and then ftx us international, depending on. If you are or aren't in the us, that's in the description of the video. The pro platform super super cheap transaction fees relative to their competitors and then, if you're, using the phone app every time you trade over ten dollars worth of crypto you're, actually going to get a kickback in a free coin and the more you trade, the more you're Gon na get that kick back, so if you're looking to actively trade, i would say check out that pro platform, if you're, looking more to invest and really monitor. What's going on in the world of crypto in more of an easy manner check out the phone app. I'm on both really liking it and it looks like, in the near future, they're going to be rolling out with equities trading no payment for order flow and recently, as in yesterday, we were talking about their partnership with goldman sachs and they're, trying to get some futures Training out there so a lot of it's very, very new and they have to work out some of the kinks but uh. The ecosystem is expanding very, very rapidly, so shout out to fdx for sponsoring this stream and if you haven't already make sure you're signing up. It is free to check out see if you like it or not, pin to the top of chat and in the description of the video.
Now, let's take a look at it. Um yesterday sold off, i decided to go short and then, of course it bounced as it inevitably does, because i don't know what the i'm doing and now right now we're seeing some weakness at the start of the market. Um we're seeing that in the queues amc. Not the best day just kind of sold off gme, we had uh earnings announcement and then there's a shareholder meeting today, i'm being told it's at 11 a.m et, i believe uh.
So there's going to probably be some movement around that time, but we'll be getting into gme's earnings announcement and what was or wasn't said there and remind me before the bell goes: diggity ding, ding ding. I want to give you my newest idea for the training, algorithm and all of that stuff, but, alas, early this morning, around 8 15 a.m. We got the new jobs report, 128 000 jobs were in may when they expected 300 000. So there was a big miss there, but what's kind of really sad is the fall off was in small businesses, and this is one of those things that in the short time, i've really been paying attention to the markets.
You very quickly learn that small businesses are the first ones that get hit and the ones that the government cares about the least so right here, small businesses got absolutely murked in the month of may, which is very, very sad. So i mean i'm sure, there's some small business employees, some small business owners in here. Right now. I grew up in an environment where my parents, my aunts, my uncles, everyone had their own small business. So i to me this is like a matter that hits a little bit closer to the heart, just because i literally growing up understood the struggles of like you're, seeing your parents run the small business, that's exactly the thing putting food on your table. So then, when i see things like this small businesses getting completely murked and then medium and large, fine and we're being told by the government everything's fine, we're bouncing back no reason to worry about the economy. I have a large amount of distrust for that type of commentary, because they've been wrong over the entire past two years of how things are playing out and they just keep like always backtracking, like oh, like we shouldn't use that word: transitory, blah blah blah like that Type of so all of a sudden when they're still gon na stick to their guns. That everything's fine, don't worry about it, because, of course, because we're in a political like election cycle, and then you see these types of things.
It tells me that there's probably going to be more pain upon small business owners and also just the average person whether you do or don't work for a small business own, a small business, even if you're medium large. If you're there you're still going to have to pay for gas you're still going to pay your electricity bill, you're still paying all your other bills when supply chain issues, inflation things are going higher and higher and higher. So i wanted to share this with you, but the numbers coming out about jobs this morning, not as good as people wanted them to be, alas, the dow, the s p and the nasdaq are on the green right now oil coming down - and this relates a little Bit of why i got out of that oxy play, it looks like opec will be, releasing a bit more oil, so supply going up and demand staying the same, so a little decrease in price there. We will be talking about that and right now yield coming down bonds coming up, but yields still holding strong at 2.9 percent um.
I see some news about tiger global uh. I believe they're out of chase uh, but they're losing a shitload of money. I believe they're down over 50 percent uh on the year, it's brutal tiger global big hedge fund uh on the brink of just blowing up the way. Melvin did five things to know before the market opens today, thursday june june, 2nd also the first day, i believe, of the nba finals series.
So let me know in a comment who do you have? Do you have the heat or do you have not? Excuse me? The heat loss of the celtics, so do you have the celtics or the warriors uh winning? Actually, we should do some sort of competition in locals, of who do you think's gon, na win and in what game are they going to win? And then the tiebreaker will be the score of the final game. Okay, i'm gon na think about that, and i will be announcing it either today or tomorrow. I'll get you guys a free promo code to get signed up over there and we'll do a little bit of an nba competition, and maybe we'll do a payout like the winner gets ooh. Okay, maybe we could do that of. Do you guys, like this? I'm just trying to come up with it right now and i'll talk to attendees. So basically, everyone can sign up for locals for free in locals you'll post what who's going to win in what game they're going to win and the tiebreaker will be the score. The closest with the proper score for that game, uh, the winning game and the winner i bet 10 news - would be willing to do 500 to the winner. That's: okay, um, okay, okay, okay, let me bounce that idea off of uh attendees, but it'd be fun because that's better than like just someone here, you can get some money.
Ooh ooh! I like this okay, uh, we'll come back to that. Anyway. Stock features rises. Wall street tries to rebound from wednesday's losses.
Oil falls after a report that saudi arabia could increase production if russia's output falls due to sanctions, and it's because of this increase that in supply that we're seeing oil come right down, and that's why i was a little bit hesitant about oxy. I still think oil is going higher, but i think in the short term, what's going on with opec, and they have a meeting today that they might be like we've kind of assuaging. Some fears of like okay, like maybe we're gon na, do a bit more oil. In terms of releasing it so that'll, calm things down in the short term, menace sheryl sandberg is stepping down.
This is kind of blowing up in the world of tech and i guess business and finance today, but i i guess this is like a super super big deal, because i'm seeing so many stories about like how the tide turned against her, how she lost her like Power how she lost her grasp on facebook, but some really really interesting things and um internal high-level business politics coming into play here. Elon musk tells tesla workers to return to work or resign white house to cancel student debt for half a million students from corinthian colleges. So those are the headlines, but let's get into the things that probably impact us more. So, on the large macroeconomic backdrop, remember, there's still a war raging between russia and ukraine and there's a lot of other people kind of on the bubble, watching it trying to figure out okay.
How can we help without really getting russia to declare war on other people? Well, the u.s is playing with some fire now u.s plans to sell ukraine gray, eagle drones that can carry hellfire missiles to help battle russia. The biden administration plans to provide ukraine with four drones that can be armed with hellfire missiles. The real reason i'm bringing this up to you is, i want to know who gets paid to name these hellfire missiles like. Is that a paid job, and, if so, can i like freelance, can i intern like? I want to know who gets to name missiles and then, like even back in like world war ii, they were named like they're like this. Is the big boy like they would name an individual missile after the type of missile they're like this? Is big boy we're gon na drop it like that type of thing? Is that, like a paid position, are there any missile, slash bomb namers in here, because if no, i want to know more about this, the business side of that like? Is it a paid position? I want to intern. The mq-1c grey eagle jones would allow ukrainian troops to conduct longer missions, as they can fly for at least 30 hours, and can gather huge amounts of data for intelligence purposes. The new package will arm them with new capabilities and advanced weaponry, including h-i-m-a-r-s, high mobility artillery rocket system. So, for example, the other one super super cool super super cool.
We got hellfire missiles and then some weak missile namer himars, a high mobility artillery rockets. Like that's a boring one that one needs the name there needs to clearly be improved, so that would be an example of they should hire. Someone like me to give this one a better name, because no one wants to say that, anyway, with battlefield munitions, the defend their territory from russian advances so still very much going on and the reason i'm bringing it up is because if russia says whoa you're not Allowed to do that, it could obviously escalate things in more of a negative manner. Now, let's talk about oil oil prices slide after a report that saudi arabia could step up if russian output dips under sanctions, so oil prices.
Basically, what you need to know i'll, throw up oil right here coming down just because, if they decide to increase supply that is going to drive the price down so they're keeping it right below this breakout level. You can see on the news we saw this dip, but once again, if we get above 115 and strongly hold, i do think it'll pop up to the mid 120s, maybe all the way up to 130. So it's just flirting with this breakout line and in the short term, okay, that put a little bit more downside pressure on it or really it was a little bit of a relief, because oil prices going higher and higher has, i would say, negative business ramifications on A global scale so, right now, i think they are just stalling out the inevitable. I do believe it's going higher.
I think they're just kind of doing what they can to push the can down the road we're clearly near the bottom. The investing chief of for 120 billion wealth manager breaks down three catalysts that could help stocks to rally and break out from the bear market. Technically we're not in a bear market because we're not down 20 we're. Definitely in a bear trend.
We're making lower highs, lower lows and the reason i do this is i want to show you bullish arguments and bearish arguments on a daily basis, because it's not too good to be biased one way or another. But all the reasons you're about to hear are things. We've discussed at nauseum a dovish fed, as in the fed, a little bit more from quantitative tightening to quantitative easing easing up on the pressure that could help really businesses flourish, but remember the more dovish of a fed. You are, then not fighting inflation. You got to be hawkish to fight inflation, inflation cools down and then the final thing fewer job openings. So all this is basically saying hey the market's going to be fine. If we take care of inflation which will allow the fed to be a little bit more dovish - and hopefully we're not going to have such a tight labor market, because right now - and this relates a little bit more to the forever resignation phenomena like the forever resignation - Have created millions of job openings in the u.s, a gap between job openings and available workers create wage pressures which pushes up inflation and eats into company profits right now, there's roughly two openings per person looking for a job, it is very, very tough, as we saw Especially for what i was referring to before with these small businesses, it's tough to get good help and you're going to hear that time and time again and that's right now kind of what we're dealing with. So all of these things are very much intertwined with each other and it's one of more like okay, if we fix one that could have positive ripple effects in the other.
So basically we need to take care of the pressure. That's on the economy right now to get us out of the quote-unquote bear market which, when you phrase it that way, you're probably like well, no duh. Obviously, anyway, not everyone quite believes that, but before we get into that looks like we have some breaking news. Nasdaq futures turn lower as microsoft shares fall on weak outlook.
Well, that's not that good okay, but we need to get into. I guess the crazy. Let's talk about the craziness that is jp morgan, so literally just yesterday, jamie dimon, the ceo of jp morgan, a well-respected guy, who is bucco rich, says brace yourself for an economic hurricane caused by the fed in ukraine war. So he was doing a little interview thing and he came on and he sounded very very bearish and he brought up some good points.
So-Called quantitative, tightening or qt is scheduled to begin june 1st, it's going to start at 47.5 billion ramp up to 95 billion in september, undoing all the quantitative easing that kept really the economy alive, or, i should say the market at least alive during the rona period. This prompted inflation, so the fed has to be worrying about that and then obviously a wrench in the whole thing is russia's invasion of ukraine, which is making supply chain issues worse. On top of that, there's a particular hit on the energy sector. So this, when you sum it all up, he's saying this is why you better brace yourself and remember this - is the ceo of jpmorgan, as of yesterday june, 1st well check out jpmorgan analyst today, as of june 2nd, the stock market will recover all of its 2022 Losses by year end as the economy avoids recession and ukraine risks lessen. What jp talk about playing both sides of the fence. So your ceo is saying we're going to have an economic and stock market hurricane and is bad, but then other people at jp are saying that actually we're going to re recover. I guess, if you say everything, you're gon na be right if you're like no. No! No, we are simultaneously bullish, bearish and neutral we're good and then, whenever one actually ends up being right, you just say: hey look yeah! No.
We said that it's a bold strategy. Let's see how this one plays out. That's what you need to know. They're basically saying hey we're going to bounce back, but it's just very, very interesting to me, because their own ceo is just literally literally just yesterday, said the opposite.
Speaking of yesterday, after the market closed gme, aka, gamestop aka can't stop, won't stop gamestop aka the thing that the equity, the company that led the retail revolution circa january 2021, gamestop reports, 158 million loss and decline in hardware sales. So, to give you the quick numbers and we'll be going over this a bit more later on, especially when we talk about the cryptosphere, because that's what gamestop's really aligning itself with right now is the world of crypto they quarter over quarter. There was actually more in-store sales, so there was a nice percentage growth there. Their loss was wider than expected, though, but a lot of the call and a lot of the information was focused on the world of crypto, so their wallet downloads were quote unquote.
Very very good and they plan at the end of the quarter to be rolling out with their nft marketplace, but i want to let you know, there's probably going to be more volatility today, because around 11 a.m et and feel free. To fact check me on that. One they're going to be having a shareholder meeting where we should be learning more about the approval or denial of extra shares, which a lot of people think will then lead into a stock split, and at that point right now. As of now, maybe we're going to know more at 11, but as of right now we don't know if it's going to be, we don't know if the stocks what's going to happen, and even if it does happen, we don't know what the ratio would be.
If there's going to be anything else involved in it, there's a lot of gray area, so i don't want to give out any wrong information, but ideally we'll have a little bit more clarity by really the end of the day or hopefully, halfway through the day. So if you're in gme uh, this is stuff that you're definitely going to be wanting to pay attention to. This has nothing to do with the market, but it has a lot to do with what people are talking about. So i want to share with all you uh, obviously, the johnny depp amber heard. That case has been going on for weeks now. Well, the verdict is out johnny depp amber heard verdict, jury sides with johnny depp awards 15 million dollars, but the numbers aren't that simple depp was awarded 10 million in compen compensatory damages and 5 million impunitive damages in his defamation case and then the jury awarded herd 2 million, and then there were some other fees in there, but overall the jury ended up more so siding with johnny depp. I guess from a legal perspective, it was, you could say they were both found guilty because they both have to pay the other, but they, the larger payment, is going from herd to johnny depp. I was looking a little bit into this there's, a very, very good chance that amber heard does not have this money like a very, very good chance, so most likely johnny depp will not be seeing it because she could just to my understanding and once again i Don't speak legalese, i'm not a lawyer if there's a lawyer in chat, let me know if i'm getting this right, but i believe even in just because the court says she has to pay him this if she declares bankruptcy.
It's kind of done like this to my in my own opinion, was an attempt for johnny depp and i believe he successfully did this to win in the court of public opinion. I don't think he was really going after the money, especially because he probably knows that she doesn't even have the money that he now has been awarded by the court. I believe she can just declare bankruptcy and then that's kind of the end of that. More exciting, though, is me learning in the world of social media.
There are probably easier ways to make a lot more money, so i want to share some facts and figures with you from people on only fans who, like, i said, make a lot a lot of money and it probably is a fun lifestyle. If i had to imagine so, let me just throw some of these numbers at you, which i just find jaw dropping isabella james in 2021, pulled in 2.1 milli, not a bad, not like not a bad number, not a bad number. Morgan edwards. 750.
000. In 2021. We have audrey aura 143 000.. There's, like i mean still breaking the six figure mark, not a bad deal: uh anita, maria, a hundred thousand monthly aka 1.2 million - and that was in 2020 very curious to know if those numbers went up or down and then daisy may 9.5 000 a week.
That's about half a milli a year, it's over half a milli a year, dude summon these numbers and i'm there. These are just ones that got interviewed for this, and if you want to read more about it, it is on business, insider um. To my understanding, there are some creators out there on only fans who make these numbers that we just went through seem very, very small um. I was reading about some of the top tier ones of how they can commonly pull in over seven figures a month, as in they're, making over 12 million a year, which is just absolutely ridiculous. Uh definitely makes me question some of my own life and business decisions, to say the least uh some of these numbers just crazy social media uh. It can be awful sometimes, but in other times it could be really really cool. The fact that people can do things like this and pay their bills more than more than many many times over, hopefully doing what they love, hopefully doing what they love all right. So i put up, i want you guys to vote on.
If today is going to be red or green, it looks like the red is already coming in. So let me just get the code set up for that. All right: cool cool, cool, cool, cool, cool, cool, cool, cool, cool, cool, cool, all right. We have that good.
That is saved we're going to go for 500. So, when you're doing your vote, understand that we're going for 500 on the nasdaq futures contract that is going to be the target, it will fire off at 9 29. um. I've just found that it has a better film.
Oh, this reminds me so i think i was thinking more about the algorithms that i have on the futures market and how i want to really solidify the one that i'm doing more with you, and i think the way to do it is i'm i'm gon na. Do my best, if i can find the time this weekend to kind of show you the data and the reasoning behind the algorithm that we're running so basically, i need to find the time to run some python scripts on the data that i have just so i Can present all the numbers to you, but basically, if we're using the s p 500 contract, which is the es contract, the concept is. This is basically going for one or two points a day, because one point is 50. Ie two points is uh gon na be a hundred dollars and always go for like a little bit and then, if you wan na scale it up, you just get more and more contracts, and then i was thinking okay well, what's a better way to define, not Only the entry as in the direction we want to go long or short, but also risk.
So i was thinking about the entry and i was like well how good would this strategy be? If literally, we just go always in terms of momentum as in if the previous day was read, we'll go short at market open and if the previous day was green, we'll go long at market open, and then i want to compare that data to the opposite data And then i want to show you that, and basically we'll just go with whatever is more statistically likely and then from there. I have a couple ideas of how i want to like really code and show you guys the back testing of different risk of like okay. If we risk this and this and this and that one's a little bit more difficult, so i'd rather show you the graphs and the data first, because that is going to be more dynamic based on the volatility of the market. As in, if the market's more volatile, you should have a larger risk tolerance, so i think i could better explain that with all the risk, but i really wanted to build this out in it's. It's still like a degenerate strategy like this is so silly like. No one should be training it; no one should be trading it, but, alas, i think it's good, because the concepts can be used in creating like actual legitimate strategies. If you feel like that's something you're into so uh. Ideally i don't know.
I just want to find some time and then do that, hopefully over the weekend - and i i don't know that's where i'm at - but i feel like every month - i kind of want to switch it up a little bit more uh just so i don't know so. We can keep learning, but i do want to get this over here for all of you. So are we ready? This should be firing. You guys voted red 58 red.
Let me end that poll. This should be firing in 20 seconds. It looks like um we're going for 500 in monies yesterday. I believe you guys made 500 monies right.
I think you guys made it but we're going to try it on the nasdaq and the reason i'm doing it on the nasdaq. Is it's just even more volatile and it's just like some idea that i'm playing around with in my head, but who knows maybe order, filled all right? We just filled 9 29., look mom no hands so that just filled and we are looking for. I guess. 12.
479 in the nasdaq 100 um, this probably won't get really really wild until that market goes ding any ding ding ding ding ding ding. I saw some like um youtuber make a video about me and he's like. I can't believe matt coors says the casino is open at 9 30.. This is not a casino and i have to admit.
No one makes me like smile, bigger or more than people who just don't get the joke like this guy was fumed he's like. Can you believe it he literally says the casino is open? How could he think that this is a container? How could i remember, i'm like dude check your cortisol levels. Man like, let's just take a breather that thing that is 100 totally, not a casino is open. It's not, it is not a casino.
I want to be very, very clear. This is the thing that just opened. It is not a casino all right, at least we're all. On the same page, there i feel, like i, made it very, very clear, very, very clear what this thing is and isn't and the thing it's not border field.
The thing, that's not a casino, totally just 500 and how many seconds does that? Take you. It took 38 seconds for that thing: that's not a casino to make me 500. I want to be very, very clear about that. It's not a casino, but i made a stupid bet and in 38 seconds i made 500, but whatever you do, don't think it's a casino.
I just want to be on the same page. There order filled all right. Well, that was easy at the thing. That's not a casino as long as we're on the same page, there that's going to be the new thing, we're not going to call it a casino anymore.
It's going to be totally not a casino, that's its official name. I don't even want to hear the term stock market after this point. This is 100, not a casino um, i'm still in those spx puts, and i don't i'm afraid to look at them. If i'm being honest positions. Well, we were up 3.5 000 yesterday and this morning we're down 1.5 k, so i just need the market to vomit. I need the spx to come down by a lot yesterday when it was at 4075, which was a gap bill and rightfully should have bounced off of like statistically, we know that's, what's probably going to go down. I was up 3.5 k and this time, even if we hit it i'll, be lucky to be break even which is a good lesson about time. Decay, this literally from one day to the next being at the same price level, is the difference in this trade of over five 5.
000. At one point i was up 3.5 and even if i hit there i'll be lucky to be break even at that exact same level. So please please, please, if you're ever engaging in options, understand you're, not just playing the game of. Is it at the right price? You need to be at the right price at the right time with the right volatility, and i would this was a yolo play to try to save my account and i would have somewhat saved it if i wasn't being such a yesterday, but, alas, i was being A at this thing, that's totally not a casino like 100.
It is really really not a casino. Casinos are regulated, uh, yeah microsoft, not having the best report, msft uh kind of dragging the queues down microsoft down 3.3 percent. How is apple, doing on this news? Apple apple apple, down 1, the small cap sector is green actually up by 2.28, so small cap, decent rdbx up by 12, remember rdbx is one that can really really pop amc short interest: 23 percent cost to borrow 15 and in terms of gme, you have a Cost of borrow excuse me 238, with a short interest of now almost 29., so gme's numbers are continuing, higher and higher and higher and for rdbx, just because it's running so much this morning, let's see what its current numbers are a short interest. Oh, the biggest we've seen it in a bit 167 cost to borrow 720 on the threshold list and as like a low float, i wouldn't call it like an ultra low float, but a low float nonetheless uh.
So this one it's a powder keg. Does that mean it has to explode? That was another thing, the guy who was all about. Oh my god, i can't believe he calls that her christino. Why would i'm a curmudgeon that guy um he brought up a point of he's like every single day these youtubers? They tell you it has to explode and you're going to be super rich.
I want to make one thing clear for everyone: listening. Nothing is ever ever guaranteed in the market which why i actually think a casino is a better analogy, because everyone knows at a casino. You have a chance of losing money. I don't care what you're in, if you're, in the s p 500, if you're in apple, if you're an amc gme all that there's certain risk profiles and none of these plays have zero risk, that's impossible! If you're putting money on the table, understand that there's some percentage chance and depending on what it is or isn't it's a different percentage, there's some percentage chance of you losing that money. This is why, no matter what you're doing, if you're playing options, if you're playing crypto, if you're playing equities, if it's boring things like bonds or exciting things like redbox, understand, nothing is ever going to be guaranteed. There is a chance of you losing that money, which is why you have to have a little bit of financial responsibility and whatever money you're putting on the table, understand, there's a chance that it could go horrifically awry. You got to be an adult about it. You got ta bet what you're comfortable actually betting.
I can't drive that point home enough. It's very very important, which way are we hoping tesla doesn't go today? Uh, i feel like some of you are making way too much money off fading. My tesla trades and i kind of like it, if i'm being honest, the fact that, like hey, even if i'm losing money, i just want you guys to make money. So, no matter what i say about tesla, if you guys are making money like hey, it's a strategy, that's a viable strategy, but i do research like the sec said to said to do and that's what's funny is i don't think anyone that's really in the ape Community in reference to this sec thing, i don't think anyone who's in the ape community is against doing research like i don't think anyone's sitting there saying nope.
We don't do that we're just gon na buy like if anything, i think, there's a ton of research. There's more research, and apparently when, like we're just told to randomly, buy facebook and netflix like what the hell is wrong with all of those and like i, i just don't get it it's just so off base. I think i saw a funny tweet from trey's. Like imagine how much money they could have actually bought like how much coffee they could have bought with the money to make that video - probably quite a bit now that there's coffee donations reverse duck etf, one of these days, one of these days, all right hang on.
I want to give you an update on this spx thing. I just need it to please come down, i'm still down 1 500, which means my yolo play is not working out all right. Where could the spy possibly go today? Let's actually start doing some ta? Oh, the levels i'm looking for is basically this resistance, which was also the low of yesterday, which is also known as 407, we're currently at 408.20, so the line in the sand today, 407., i have 406.93, that's like the extreme low value. So i'm looking for a test of that the spy, the qs tesla, all kind of dancing around tesla, looks like it has some relative strength, at least on an intraday basis.
Rdbx is the biggest gainer. I see on my watch list, at least as of now oil. Taking a little bit of a breather because of the whole saudi arabia thing of like willing to release more oil supply if things go even more south with russia, let's see what's going on in the options market, at least to start today, 55 bearish, 55 bearish more Premiums coming in interesting that we're seeing some amazon puts, because yesterday was kind of to a noteworthy degree, had a lot of amazon calls, but right now i the main thing i take away from this is like i do get interested in walls of calls and walls Of puts, but the main thing i like to see is who's dominating and thus far granted we're only eight minutes into the day uh being dominated by puts aka. The bears are dominating the options market out of the gate, but we will continue to monitor that. Is there anything else uh? No, we don't need that right now. We don't need ortex up okay, so as we're letting the market breathe, i'm calm cool collected, i don't really have a particular bullish or bearish sway on the day, i'm either looking for the breakdown of 407 or the breakout of 415. When one of those happens, all the breakout i'll be bullish to break down i'll, be bearish in terms of the overall market. I'm waiting for one of those to happen.
Excuse me, but overall i'm i made my 500 i'm pretty stoked like that's more than a day's pay, so, like i'm kind of calm cool collected on all that, so let me turn it over to all of you. If you have any questions like this. Is the time to let them fire? If you haven't already help me out, destroy the like button on both youtube and rumble? It just helps with the algorithm, in the background to all the people who support me with those types of things honestly hitting the like button hitting the subscribe button. Those things help more than i could possibly articulate.
Of course, i'm forever thankful for everyone who uses these affiliate links signs up for locals sends it into super chat um that that's way above and beyond. But i want you guys to understand that even dropping a like and something as simple as subscribing, which is all completely free uh. It really does help out. So just thank you to everyone who does that type of support as well um rdbx.
Why am i so quiet, i don't know, is my mic. My mic should be good. It's coming in at negative 6 db, which is kind of the like solid level to be at i'm told unless you're, referring to my intro, which i think was my best intro to date. Uh, if you sell stock a margin account.
Are you still subject to t2 settlement before you can trade again? Uh t2 settlement is like when the trade is like properly processed in the back end uh, but if you're on a margin account, no the point of being on a margin account is that you could use that money before those this settlement is up. It takes two days to settle the trade as in, like officially cleared in the back end, but the fact of being on a margin account is a margin. Lets you trade with that money before the trades actually settled. In the back end, someone said gme flying nice. Nice, nice, nice, nice, nice, okay, not really flying it's still red on the day. But hopefully this is the start of flight like obviously to go on flight. You got to take off from somewhere would love to see jamie take 125 big resistance level, jimmy obviously we're seeing a solid reaction to its earnings and then don't forget if you're just joining right now and if you're involved in gme, there is going to be shareholders. Virtual call today, starting at 11, so in about an hour and 20 minutes.
Kramer is talking about gme right now, uh nope! Wasn't it right here kramer? Where are you yep and you'd have to do a sales sales analysis for santa? And i, when we entered ourselves of that last night, ui path, yeah yeah, hey man, he's talking about yeah. So in the release two documents, all about the crypto wallet in the nft out of five for one data dog, one, six, one, let's see what kramer is saying about gme this morning, i feel like we're. I feel like a dog. Is the chewy uh? Oh, no! No phillip, little lightning dog and chewie, it's kind of um, don't forget.
You're espresso for the day puts me in mine to gamestop, uh earnings or lack thereof, really is a better way losses reported by games. You guys are such strong conventions. Forget it david. Give me the game all right so um.
I remember, i told them that they have to go and see crypto wallet yeah. So in the release to document i want to make one thing very, very clear: i would bet any amount of money that no one who supports gamestop and no one who makes decisions at gamestop listened to jim cramer about going the route of crypto, particularly a crypto Wallet he is saying that they listen to him, but that's either him popping off on twitter or his handler popping off on twitter. But i would about bet any amount of money that no one took his advice to heart. It's all about the crypto wallet and the nft.
I had the nft first and then crypto segment, that's okay, because i i don't have a patent uh baird, actually comments on it say: nintendo good matt furlong led the uh conference call of the ceo, a 340 million dollar higher cash balance than before. I think that's important, even though they're losing a lot of money. They have a billion dollars in the bank. David all told yes, forget it david.
Forget it gamestop it's gamestop, because there was no forget q, a it's chinatown, there's no q in it. Jake is trying to tell yeah give me the pen knife i'll. Do it to your nose david, this q a doesn't exist. So why don't you take some honestly? How do you do wait? I'm sorry! What there's? No q, a on the gamestop conference, call okay, but they explain to people why that's important well, because analysts usually cover a company and they can say well wait a second. I want to know you had a 2.8 cent loss. We were looking for a dollar 16 loss right. Could you say why do you say sales are in line, but what happened there? How did software get to be such a big, collectibles, um, paul ray paul reigns? Did the collectibles actually decent business but david? When you don't have any q a, i think you tend to be suspicious that the company may not be as forthcoming. That's all, but it doesn't matter because it's the chairman, it's gamestop! That's why i say gamestop could be up on the worst quarter possible.
Gamestop could be up 20, because that gamestop is some sort of like uh paris, commune yeah, like berlin, 1919 kind of what you want to explain that what the does that mean game stops a paris commune. They say germany 1919. What what does that mean? What what does that mean a little bit more to people too? Even the co-host is saying what the does that mean jim? Oh, it is it's a class struggle. The people who buy it think they're getting rich people they're attacking rich people's classroom.
Well, gabe plotkin from melvin has already become a family officer. He was what a mental leap. This is a clash, struggle, trotsky and there's. He started it all off.
Hey ice pick. No! I mean look, i have to tell you a terrible way to invest, is to think you're getting hedge funds by buying the stock and hurting them right. It's better to invest because you like the company. What would this stock trade on if it was trading purely on fundamentals, purely on its ability, the company's ability to actually earn money in what is obviously a changing environment for its key product, which is still selling okay games out of a store? Well, you know, let's say we had uh strauss elnicorn right now.
Yes, i think strauss would see these ceo. A lot of people buy things online now. So what you care about is the online numbers right. Ea would say the same thing.
Yes, bobby codec, activision and microsoft, but they do sell. Essentially they sell some hardware and the fact is is uh, as you would know, in nintendo is still backward uh. The great corey barry delivered a fantastic number at best. Buy would say, as long as you have that hardware component that's in demand, then you have you have a business right.
Uh, do you have a business? That's worth 8 billion uh, probably not, but you have a business you could. What you'd have to do is you'd? Have to measure it versus best buy, which is market cap is 18 billion and you'd have to do a sales sales analysis for the cops and i didn't come. I did not do the comps this morning, so i don't know well unless you really think that the nft business is a fabulous business. Now we didn't even cover the person yeah yeah.
I congratulate for the former employee of nft marketplace charge and first ever digital asset. Insider trading scheme - this is southern district of new york - tend not to be drought, jokers uh, damien williams, us uh state attorney, totally heavyweight guy united states attorney for the southerners new york. Uh michael jisco from the fbi have announced. Wow wait a second. The unseen indictment charging nathaniel chastain, former product manager, ozone networks, dba, uh, open c for basically front running what was put on the home. But don't you think what's interesting david here, insider trading? Yes, but there's no real secured! No! But it's interesting that they're bringing but maybe nfts are securities. Maybe this is a way to securitize nft this case, which no one noticed yesterday token, a tokenizing and securitizing are certainly similar well uh, but by the way solana wasn't salon is supposed to be the currency. We were all going to use at the store and tumble's ten percent outage into the blockchain uh you get mike novogratz on the phone here, maybe get some in all right.
I wan na i wan na move on. I wan na move you on, though, to oil and gas, which you also spent a lot of time on the show last night talking about as well. We got exxon and chevron, sort of our two key names that we keep an eye on uh down, not down sharply. No, the peck is out mr madison.
What you just said is one of the most insanely idiotic things. I've ever heard at no point in your rambling, incoherent response. Were you even close to anything that could be considered a rational thought? Everyone in this room is now dumber for having listened to it, i award you. No that's all.
I have to say about that. Ah, where are we on the market jimmy now green red box? Continuing it's green tesla, pushing to the upside the spy uh bouncing between 408 409? Let's see if you can actually push above 409, 30 or break down below 408 407.. How is jim cramer sounds like a casino in the background, fair points, fair point, you're breaking up. No, it's total.
It's totally, not a casino, that's its official name, totally, not a casino, no points. I award no points. Oh we're seeing a bit of a bullish push, which means my spx puts, are getting crushed: ooh, yeah, yeah they're, getting really crushed um. I guess i'm at the point of a hail mary type of a thing where i'm just looking for the market to get its legs.
Cracked we're seeing some strength, though don't know if it's gon na happen red box, looking good gme, looking good, even amc now going green tesla, looking solid, nvidia green, so actually the queues climbed all the way up to go green on the day now, iwm the small Business sector, the russell 2000 has been showing some relative strength, at least compared to the queues in the spy uh red box. I mean if this pushes seven red box is looking good once again, just to remind everyone, i have no red box position whatsoever. I've never had a red box position. I mean on games like this when everything else is looking a little bit sus. I kind of wish i did but hey coulda, woulda shoulda can't cry over spilled milk can't cried. I was worrying about inflation. Sorry i up everyone's lives. My bad uh american express ceo says, does not see recession based on companies card base sales on opens rallies throughout the day.
What else do we have? Taiwan bans exports, powerful chips to russia and belarus all right all right. Microsoft shares down 3.5 uh. The company cuts q4 outlook to reflect additional fx impact. Microsoft.
Losing money on fx is clearly bad news for bitcoin interesting interesting. My twitter timeline is something to behold. That's for sure, all right, rdbxl, looking good jimmy kind of bending back over and the spy just bouncing in this range once again, 408 to 409 25., like we have a triple top. We have a quadruple bottom you're, just waiting for the range to break test's.
Looking good redbox looking good, how is microsoft, ooh gme bouncing right back pretty aggressively microsoft, even though it was down quite a bit and it's still down two percent intraday it's having a nice rally. Uh apple looks the exact same as microsoft, oxy flat. Everyone kind of waiting to see how oil is going to play out tesla looks good d. Wack haven't talked about that in a while just chilling at 43., we also haven't talked about twitter twitter trading just below 40 39 40 bouncing off the support at 39.
Amc almost went green on the day down by seven cents. At one point, it was green training at 12.70 the spy looks like it's coming down to the fifth test of 408 fifth test watch. This tesla is slowly but surely just climbing, climbing climbing, which is very odd. I mean look at, usually you don't see the spy in the queues that look this different, the spy is perfectly fat and the queues are just climbing.
So this is really telling you that the whole reaction to microsoft is kind of driving the nasdaq today, because, even though there was a gap down, microsoft is looking the exact same as the queues. Looking the exact same as apple looking the exact same as tesla, is it looking the exact same as amazon, no amazon's, looking a little bit more like the spy kind of interesting? Usually the qs and the spy are like doing the same thing. Dixie is moving. If it's moving up, that is not good for the market dixie's coming down right now, but it's popping intraday interesting wait.
Did i mess that up dixie dixie dixie dixie? If dixie comes down, if the dollar becomes more expensive yeah, so this the dollar is going to move inverse to the market right now, yeah the dollar will move inverse to the market, as capitals becomes more expensive, not always the best rule, but a decent rule of Thumb btc is struggling uh, trying to hold 30 000 key level. We will be talking about solana which, over the past 24 hours, has kind of taken a bit more of a noteworthy hit, and this is because they have they have their system went down for four to five hours. So that's why you're seeing solana go from 48? All the way down to 38 uh pretty rough day it had, and it's all because of a network outage uh what on an intraday basis, you should be watching the spy at 408, because right now it's been perfectly range bound and you're, just waiting for the range To break is it gon na break upward downward time will tell um your guess is as good as mine we're coming up for the fifth test of 408. I don't know, maybe there's a lot of buyers there, maybe they're going to make it bounce or maybe they ran out of ammo and the bears are going to push it through. If they do, the next place it could like catch itself, will be 407. 407. Almost perfectly a dollar below will you stream the gme shareholder meeting? I i can't seem to find a link on that spy looks like it might be. Getting cracked right now.
Time will tell time will tell spice by spy. Let's go to the three minute. Let's throw up some of her favorite indicators um the macd tried to cross over, but it failed, and now you have the rsi going back into the negative territory. Uh just made a new intraday low watch 407 flat.
That is an important level, especially on the daily chart, if you're watching the spy right now 407 is the high from the 26th pretty much the low from the 27th and is the low from june 1st. This is kind of that ball territory. This is not something you're going to find in technical analysis books, because it's just the verbiage i use with some of my like personal training friends, but we like to call this a peek. Basically, we call it a larry williams peak and it's just i don't know from a book.
We all read way back when and how he kind of described things, but really it's you get it from uh. Let me show you a better one like right here would be a perfect peak where you have a high, the next day's a higher, and then it comes down. You get this v-shaped one, and i like it when it's actually better defined by five candles. Instead of three candles so right here you have five candles where you go higher higher higher, so three candles in a row.
The higher is higher and higher and higher, and so ideally, is the low of the day. So three days in a row the high goes higher, the low goes higher as well and then the next two days the high is lower and the low is lower. So it's a perfect five candle setup of a peak and you could also get the inverse, which would be uh what we would call a valley. So right here is a perfect one.
Where the low is low or excuse me, the high is lower. The low is lower and then all of a sudden for the next two days the high is higher and the low is also higher. So here's your valley, setup, here's your peak setup it. This is right now when you get a peak, it's like kind of a mountain peak.
Let me draw on a mountain for you. I know you guys are much more visual learners, so you get a little something like that. Let's give it some snow, let's put like a yeti up there. This is my picture of a yeti um, the last part of the yeti not working because obviously yetis do live on. This is a bad yeti. This is the yeti's arms all right, we'll give the yeti a bit of hair, some like really really cool hair. This is not am i not on the right drawing tool.
