Stop me if you heard this one before. The government is over reaching with their power and they're basically trying to probe every little aspect of your life. Little-known Surveillance Program captures money transfers between Us and more than 220 countries. Law enforcement agencies across the U.S have direct access to over over 150 million transactions housed at an Arizona non-profit This is actually deeply concerning Hundreds of federal, state and local U.S Law enforcement agencies have access without Court oversight to a database of more than 150 million with an M money transfers between people in the U.S and in more than 20 countries.

The database housed at a little-known non-profit called the Transaction Record Analyst Center or known as Track was set up by the Arizona State Attorney's General office in 2014 as part of his settlement reach with Western Union Combat cross-border trafficking of drugs and people from Mexico. It has since expanded to allow officials of more than 600 600 law enforcement entities from federal agencies such as the FBI, the DEA, the Ice and small town police departments in nearly every state to monitor the flow of funds through Money Services between the U.S and countries around the world. When you find out the minimum value that this kind of signals the flag and gives them access to your jaw will hit the ground. It's a law enforcement investigative tool.

We don't broadcast it to the world, but we don't run from it or hide from it either. This is a complete overreach. Courts have held that customers using money transmitter businesses to have the same expectations of privacy as traditional banking customers excuse me, do not. So basically the guy who's trying to defend the practice because they're using it because they want to abuse their powers saying no, no Money Transmitter you don't have the same privacy you shouldn't expect privacy.

Track allows the government to serve itself in all you can eat buffet of Americans personal financial data while bypassing the normal protections for Americans private see ordinary people's private Financial Records are being siphoned indiscriminately into a massive database with access given to virtually any cop who wants it. This program should never have been launched and it must be shut down I Wholeheartedly agree to obtain materials such as bank records or emails. Law enforcement typically needs to show that documents are relevant to an investigation and secure them through a subpoena or a warmth. You know the normal judicial system, but with Track, it's a little bit different.

Track captures money transfers occurring through companies such as Western Union MoneyGram dialects and urinet through its Rhea brand. And to wrap it up, this is where your jaw hits the floor. Track: Put a 500 dollar minimum threshold in place to avoid collecting the overwhelming majority of family remittances back to Mexico and other countries which typically fall below that threshold. So that's it.
500 as soon as you're at. I Guess 501 is in their system and they are tracking it. Where's the privacy? see? Where's just like the morality? I Suppose it's a better question. the scope of the surveillance program in Federal agency's role is far greater than initially revealed, so it almost seems like a Frankenstein monster situation that maybe at first started with good intent and then as any good bureaucrat would tell you, when they give you an inch, take a mile and it just grew to be an absolute monstrosity.

and now anyone using any of those understand that you should expect no privacy. I Don't agree with this at all, but this is actively going on right now in the U.S Absolutely wild, let me know your thoughts and maybe as like just a little FYI Maybe stop using these kind of services because they are without a doubt, undoubtedly for sure tracking you.

It's important to remember who brought about this legislation and who is calling them out on it. It's too easy to say both sides are the same. When you start charting it out, a pattern starts to develop…
