Here's an example of what $600,000 gets you in the South versus the West Coast a box in W This house right here. $600,000 6 bedrooms, 6 bathrooms, 5,000 ft on 2/3 of an acre I Don't think I've ever even been in a house this nice before. It's absolutely mind-blowing how much you can get for your money there. It's beautiful and this is what $640,000 gets you here in: Central Oregon It's just a garage.
It's a zero bedroom, zero bathro bathroom garage with a driveway accessible. Because of how the street was built over here building pretty much a tear down. That's what you get for 640,000 That is crazy.
