Basically, everybody on Earth is stealing from self checkouts and that happens in two ways. One way is hilarious. Onp purpose Master Thieves This Australian person printed homemade barcodes for packet Ramen and stuck that on staks. There also used to be an entire subreddit.
trading tips on how to steal from self checkout with moves like the banana trick which is where you take an expensive item, ring it up by its weight, and punch in the weight hon like a banana you everen. Self checkout is not on purpose, it is The Accidental Oopsy kind. We're tired, we're busy, we easily forget of acents, you know, and that theft adds up. One study of a story in Lester found that they lost more than 4% of all their earnings just at self checkouts almost entirely due to accidents accidents.
oops.
Use weight.
I will try to get it to scan a barcode twice and then it goes in the bag. Not sure how much I've stolen
Lol I've actually never stolen. Don't know why we're encouraging it. Its why we can't have nice things. Stores just up the price to account for this loss meaning good people end up paying more.
Use a side compression plugin on your voice (izotope nector or Neutron are paid plugins you might have one built-in into your video editor or you can Google for “free VST side compress plugins” to find a alternative), so your voice duck/low brain volume dynamically to the original videos audio. This will make both of your audio fit into the audio space dynamically without talking over each other
100% offset by not having to pay someone to check people out.
I’ve walked out with something in my hands and just forgot to put it down 😅
Is there is the company's own fault
Put the people back at the cash registers
No only democrats and piles of fecal
I’ve never even thought about stealing…
Oh 4 percent lol out of there billions and billions measly 4 percent🤣
i think it only happend once with me one item didnt scan when i got home it wasnt charged but wasnt anything expensive
Used them every day never even stole a bag
Well nothing is free in live. Even my labor checking my self out 🤷🏻♂️
Not for me.
In Germany they try to make self check outs a fiu jears ago, but except for Mec Donalds no human her use it we prefer cash muny and real humans for sale 🙂
Yeah I totally accidentally have done this
No, I haven't done this because I'm not a fucking thief.
the number one crime in america is WAGE THEFT. by the OWNERS.
walmart stole MILLIONS from their own employees last year and not one single story was done on it. meanwhile, there is a new headline every day about some poor person stealing $50 worth of food and hygienics and everyone loses their shite.
Wow. It's almost like if greedy corporations don't pay people, they suffer losses. I'm shocked. Perplexed. Bamboozled. This could certainly never happen by slashing employees. Maybe they all just need less people.
