Amc discloses large passive investment in national sin, media, the ticker symbol for this one is ncmi uh in a 13 g filing that came out late last night amc has almost 6 million shares, which is roughly almost 7 percent of the company um. It implies a passive investment you've probably heard about this before, because recently, when elon, the news came out that he's starting to load up on twitter at first it was registered as a passive investment. Yes, when you have over five percent, you actually have to do a whole new special filing, it's a 13g or 13d. We can talk about that later, but anyway, it's passive or active.

So in this one, as of now it's passive and that's what elon did too, but if you remember after that, he's like oh, i want to switch it. I want to be active, so there is a chance that it goes that way, but at this moment in time, amc buying almost seven percent of national sin, media, ticker, symbol, ncmi and it's a passive investment. Obviously, because of this news right now, ncmi is up. Quite a bit, let me just quickly see what it's doing in real time: ncmi almost up 20.

It was trading at 1.45, jumping up to a dollar 73 right now and at one point as high as a dollar 95. with this one. If i had to call out where i think this is gon na go similar to the highcroft mining deal, that amc was involved in right here, i think there's going to be a lot of excitement, a lot of fervor in the stock. I think the volume is going to go through the roof and there's a good chance that there's a hefty percentage gain, which isn't the craziest thing to call out, because it's already up 20 in pre-market trading, now think about how highcroft played out on the excitement they Announced a at the market offering, i would in no way be surprised if national ncmi uses this as a capital raise event and does another at the market.

Offering so be careful with that, because if that is announced like highcroft, it's going to come down, ideally it finds a base, and hopefully it rips off of that, but i would in no way be surprised if this is used as a liquidity raising event. So i don't know i'm just throwing out that prediction right now and literally i'm just using the evidence of amc and high croft in the past. So we'll see how this goes. Maybe it's not going to do that at all, but i just want to let everyone know about that, because no matter, if it's tied to amc or not, i never think it's a good time to go chasing the reality is regardless of who's related to it or Not it's up.

20. That's chasing. I would like to see how the market actually reacts to this news and i want to see if ncmi actually announces anything about an offering before i do or don't get involved, but right now i have no position and obviously i'll. Let you know if i get involved in ncmi.

Marcus said it appears that large foster cryptos investors don't even understand the fundamental basics of either crypto or how markets work.

I would guess by reading what people say, the 39 year old, dogecoin founder continued that at least 70 percent have absolutely no clue how crypto actually works, and then he was hyped youtube videos or not research. He cautioned have a plan, don't invest emotionally. Basically, he is calling out us degenerates and i don't know give me your thoughts on it.
