I Think I messed things up horribly. Team oh brother oh brother oh brother I Really really really mess things up. My apologies, my apologies, my apologies I Can't believe how much I messed things up I was on the wrong stream. That is all 100 on me.

but hey, we figured it out in the nick of time. AMC's numbers are about to drop before we get into that before we get into the earnings report. I'm telling you folks I'm telling you I'm telling you I'm telling you. check out what's pinned to the top of chat.

Check out what's in the description of the video. We're talking about some free money anywhere from five to five thousand sign up for Street It's a new brokerage that on top of being a non-payment for order flow brokerage, on top of all that, it has some pretty impressive earning. Or like, the earnings robot is the first robot. They have other robots basically a bunch of different trading strategies that you can choose to opt into if you so you want and there's going to be a robot completely trading for you I Can't believe that messed up so bad.

All right, let me get things situated. Uh, we have AMC in the bottom left, ape in the bottom, right in Rivian, which is also reporting in the top, right right there. Let me see what went wrong from a technical perspective very very quickly because things went a little bit Haywire a little bit Haywire All right I Think Live Now I don't know which one's right I don't know which one's wrong. Uh, let's hope that I'm deleting the right one.

It looks like we had two streams going at once. Looks like we had two streams. The AMC numbers are going to be dropping momentarily if you are watching this live. Just so you know, the numbers drop now and then Adam Aaron and the leadership team will be speaking at 5 PM ET If you're not watching this live, if you're watching it as a replay and you probably already know the results in terms of Revenue and earnings per share for AMC, you might want to fast forward about 45 minutes until Adam Aaron and the last rest of the board and everyone has their earnings call.

If you need on the bottom of the video, there's going to be the chaptering so you could hop ahead to the various points. So what we're going to do is as soon as the AMC report comes out. we're going to look into it. and just because today, obviously Rivin is also reporting, we might as well look into their numbers.

We could do a quick review of my current trades what's going on with my Futures robot just to kind of kill that time, the 45 minutes between the report dropping now and what's going to be happening, uh, in the near future. So yeah, a little bit of stream inception for sure. I Hope I deleted the right one folks I Don't know what I'm repeating. So if you haven't already, help me out because obviously my mind is all over the place right now on.

Rumble If you drop a like, it helps out with the rumble leaderboard very much important and then if you're watching on YouTube it very much helps out with the algorithm. Basically both Rumble and YouTube run down this concept of the more engagement the better they're going to serve it to more people. So if you want this to become a full-fledged goonie party uh, liking commenting, subscribing all that very very much helps I think I got it right. I think I got all this information right I think I'm streaming to the appropriate places.
Can you guys hear me on? YouTube Yes No Maybe So Thumbs up Thumbs down. Um, if you guys can hear me, thumbs up, thumbs down over here on Rumble Is everything good? Is it looking right? Can you see charts? Can you hear me? do I sound like a Suave radio host kind of a voice I I Need a bunch of thumbs up or a bunch of thumbs down? This little five cover calls against shares. The shark is 13 and the expectation is this Friday Steven The expected move for AMC is 16. 16.

So gonna get a little wild in here? Gonna get a little little little wild on here? Uh, only on my tablet, not on my TV so it's not working on your TV YouTube Hear you good? I Don't know why did a different stream end up and then why did it fall over to the right one I Think it's because at the last second I switched the time I was gonna start the stream at 4 45 but then I was worried that I wasn't going to be able to hang out with all my digital friends as much as I wanted to. so it looks like we're good now. I think we're all good I think we're all good he says uh AMC ape and then we're also gonna get breaking news in there. All right? cool Deans I think it has all fallen over Now to the right thing.

uh I believe so I believe. So if you guys give it a refresh, did the tags and everything. update If you guys could refresh both YouTube and Rumble uh, it should be hashtag games. the hashtag ape all that good stuff.

Um I'm ready to go I'm ready to go I'm ready to go. We're waiting for AMC numbers to drop. Uh, they were supposed to come out at 4 15. I Don't think they've necessarily come out if you're watching this live.

Yes, 4 15. No, they have not come out yet I have the website ready to go. We are waiting for anything from today and I'm not seeing any filings from today. Um, so we just need to hold our breath.

It should be coming out momentarily. At least that's what they're telling us. At least that's what they're telling us. The expectation is in a revenue of just over a billion.

Uh, the earnings per share adjusted is expected to be 21 cents. Once again, they're looking for a revenue of 1.03 billion which is actually a drop of 15. They're looking for an adjusted earnings per share of 21 cents which is actually down 89. And if you look at the options Market which I was checking out right before market closed the options Market is pricing in a 16 move.

either to the upside or to the downside. So things feel like they're going to get a little bit spicy. Um, and they could get a lot of spit spicy. Honestly, because there's a new lawsuit against Adam Aaron the board and really AMC as a company to Halt the merger.
So as of mid-march that's when they're having a special vote of what you guys want to do. Do you want ape to merge back into AMC Do you want to give Adam Aaron and the rest of the board unlimited dilution powers? and do you want to do a 10 for One reverse split? That vote is going to happen, but it's not going to go into effect until a judge at the end of April decides if this is following fiduciary responsibility or not. There is I believe a like teacher's pension fund that's actually suing them to say uh, no, We think the fact that you created Ape from preferred stock which shouldn't have voting rights and you gave it voting rights and basically they're just saying that this is against fiduciary responsibility if you want the tldr of it. Obviously we're going to let that play out in the legal system and figure out what is or isn't allowed.

but the Vu the vote is still going to happen. It just might not like go into effect. It might like kind of nullify the entire vote and that's gonna so. mid-march is the vote I think March 14th and then April I believe 27th is when they're actually going to have like the lawsuit or like the the judge is going to listen to the case and everything.

So going to be a little crazy. but yeah AMC I Don't know why the numbers aren't out yet. if you're watching this with me. uh, we're just waiting.

They were supposed to come out seven minutes ago, so that's definitely a little bit interesting. A little bit interesting for sure. Where are they? Where are they? Where are they? Where are they? This is going to get a little spicy. Uh, HP came out.

there's the revenue. Completely missed a 13.83 billion versus an estimate of 14.13 The earnings per share was 75 versus an expectation of 74.. So HP kind of a mixed bag result. We're still waiting on AMC and I Don't know if Rivian numbers actually came out yet, but Rivian definitely down down seven percent in post-market trading.

The market really vomited into close. uh, really vomited. Really, really, really vomited. uh.

fiduciary. I barely even know her Clint Are you late to class? Uh, not quite yet. It actually feels like the the quiz or the the results to the test are laid to class. Uh, were just kind of awkwardly waiting right now.

They should have been out waiting, waiting, waiting waiting waiting waiting. Well, while we're waiting, if you guys could do me a massive, massive, massive favor, destroy the like button, Kill it, annihilate it. Do whatever you need to. uh.

but right now that's the main thing to do to get more people in here. So if you're watching on YouTube I see current likes of 150, let's Jack it up to 750. there's enough people in here to make it possible. Help me out.
Help me out, help me out. uh and then on. Rumble Let's keep going. Steve Matt Thanks for being our favorite show on the internet.

No one is better than you. Excludes the other side of the Mississippi's shout out Steve uh report is out sweet. Okay, the report's out. Let's get it and let's go over it live.

I should have it reloading right here. should have it reloading. Where is it? Why are my cookies I don't have it yet I Don't know if it's something with my uh. feel free to DM it to me folks because I'm reloading and I'm it's not coming out for me.

Uh, people are saying a double Miss Miss on earnings per share and also missed on. Uh whoa, calm down Zachary Someone's got your panties and a Twist chill out brother. Um, it's just not reloading for me I Was trying to actually like dive into the numbers but as you can see, I'm not getting anything from this. Hang on.

Hang on to do. Yeah, I'm not. For some reason, maybe something's messed up with my web page. All right, we do have Benzinga.

Oh AMC says urges shareholders to vote for recommendation proposal at the March 14th Special Meeting of Shareholder correction AMC Entertainment Earnings per Share: Uh, a Miss of 14 cents actually beats a Miss of 21. um, estimate sales 990 million versus beats Uh sales of 97 977.67 million Those are not the numbers I Was seeing beforehand at all. Something seems weird here folks. No, something seems off.

Hang on because the filing's not out yet and I guess I could try it I mean I'm on Chrome right now I'm only seeing it being reported by Benzinga. I'm not seeing it would be I'm assuming all over Twitter Hang on. Uh, let's see what the latest is. I'm sure someone AMC AMC this is EPS in revenue for now for CEO to perform a motivational speech.

uh AMC Like clockwork AMC does nothing missed Earnings: Yes, we're going green AMC Um misses? So wait. But some people are saying misses. But then right away Benzinga said that they had to. There's a correction to it.

That's why I'm saying things look weird. Hang on before we jump into it before you're like we're seeing one number that's a Miss We're seeing others that are a correction. So like everyone, just chill out. Just take a little bit of a chill pill.

We are seeing mixed results. We're not getting anything on the actual investors website, just chill. And it's like particularly funny because someone in chat was popping off of ReChat Well, hang on, we're seeing a lot of people are going a little. Buck Wild here and I don't know if the legit numbers are out.

Let's see if actual numbers wrench. Capital News estimate reported: Revenue So this is the these are the corrected numbers that we're seeing from Benzinga. Wrong AMC Wrong reports reported AMC AMC Reported Okay, here we go. This looks actually legitimate by Q4 Ended December 31st Okay, so someone found it.
Why is it not reloading for me? Is my computer just broke? Do I Just need to go. What's going on here? Why can't I get the SEC filings? uh Newsroom All releases PDF Here we go. Uh, must have not. that's the stupid popcorn thing.

And then this is the actual okay Today reported. Here we go. I Think we found a roundabout way to find it. Their websites.

No, this is the earnings call. fourth quarter earnings release. Here we go. Now we found a roundabout way.

They didn't update one part of their website, But here we go here. We go Here, We go. here we go. Total revenues All right.

3.9 billion compared to 2.5 billion in 2021. So 2022 better than 2021. Uh, it actually increased by 1.4 billion. Uh, the net loss decreased to 973 million.

Uh, compared to a net loss of 1.3 billion. So still losing money. Net loss decreased. As in it's still a net loss.

Still let net loss. Uh, AMC is not a profitable business as of now. Adjusted net loss was 728 million compared to in just a net loss. Okay, so I'm still losing trending in the right way, but still losing money.

Uh, net loss diluted 93 compared to a net loss for dilute of 1.33 So I'm stolen that loss trending the right way. All right, here's how it did. for Q4 total revenue of almost 991 million, net loss increased. Oh, so the net loss is getting wider.

Uh, almost 288 million? All right. Interesting. Interesting. What else do we have going on in here? Uh, Commenting on the earnings announced by Adam Aaron AMC CEO and Chairman CEO Naturally, we are pleased that AMC Entertainment easily uh, bested consensus estimates of Q4 2022 revenue and adjusted ebitda, as well as posting a beat on adjusted net income in EPS after excluding for non-cash impairment write-offs.

All right, So he's stoked that they beat estimates. It sounds like it was to be at first like, uh. initially wrong numbers got released, but now, like with the filing, it actually looks right. Um, so the revenue? Oh interested.

Uh, Gap Results, The revenue went down. Um, remember whenever you have numbers in parentheses, that's a loss or damn. So the revenue went from 1.71 million in 2021. How do you have less? Revenue In 2022, 2021, a lot of the world was still locked up.

Whoa. That doesn't make sense. Oh, just the quarter. How is the fourth quarter of 2022 worse than the fourth Quarter of 2021? In the year? the Year of the years on the right side Here, the year was better: 2022 as a year 3.9 billion versus 2.5 billion.

but quarter to quarter Q4 of 2 2 versus Q4 of 2-1 Somehow they did not make as much revenue. Maybe it was just weakness in the box office. Maybe that was the weird delay that you're gonna see from just like movie production. that, like maybe in 2021 2022.

Now, um, just 2021 could have saved movies. Well, 2022 didn't Uh 2021 is that when Spider-Man came out, that might be part of it I think Spider-Man came out then and this time around didn't When did Top Gun come out technically did top was Top Gun a Q4 movie. was that more recent? uh Top Gun should have helped. Uh, if anyone knows when Top Gun came Out let me know because this one I believe was Spider-Man All right, what do we have? Uh, net loss getting worse.
Um compared but year over year. Obviously still an improvement loss per share. We're losing more core to quarter but year over year. So when you just compare the two quarters like Q4 of 2022 to Q4 of 2021 2021 was better.

But overall on the year 2022 was better than 2021. that's pretty clear in the numbers. Um, okay. during the fourth quarter of 2022, completed a private offering of 400 million aggregate principle amount at 12.75 seniors secured notes due in 2027 and an issuance price of 92.

Okay, repurchase 45.7 million aggregate principal amount Of secondly notes, we knew that repurchase amount approximately 5.3 million. Okay, cool. Uh, what do we have here? Uh, First quarter of 2023 To date during the first quarter of 2023 where we purchased 66 points. Like they have 5 billion in debt though like these are small numbers.

like when you're doing 66 million 80 million this that it is small. Okay, they issue 91 million shares of AMC preferred Equity units on a private basis to extinguish a hundred million aggregate principal amount of the companies. So this is that the Interra deal. So basically they diluted Ape more, They got rid of 100 million in debt, and Anterra made a shitload of money off of it because they got their fill at 66 cents.

Today Ape is trading at what two dollars in Tara made out big on this particular deal. Uh, raised 75 million through the private sale of 107. is this the entire one of these is the Antero one and whichever one it was like they're roughly the same in Tara made a fucking uh killing on it in September 2022 AMC Launched an at the Market Equity program to sell the 425 million shares of Ape as of December 31st. AMC has sold approximately 207 million Ape units and raised a gross proceed of 220 million.

That's pretty bad. So they have done roughly 50 of the dilution and they've only raised 228 million. That like, remember the number that we're dealing with is 5 billion 5 billion. Um, so this helps.

I Mean obviously every dollar adds up, but it we haven't even. they did 50 of the dilution and they haven't even come close. I mean what is that? I mean that's four percent of their debt roughly AMC has sold an additional 6.6 million shares of Ape units and razor. Gross proceeds of 9.6 million.

Like, these are baby numbers compared to the overall debt. What else do we have? What else do we have? Okay, we went over their revenue. Um, Revenue that's in admissions. I mean 2.2 billion versus 1.4 2022 Operating Costs and expenses.
Um, Operating cost and expenses. Whoa. That's a big jump, but that makes sense because more theaters should be open. but 4.4 billion? Okay.

Operating loss. The operating loss. Uh, so still losing money, but getting better. They lost almost a billion in 2021.

In 2022. Now, half a billion. So not good, but improving. I Would say it's a fair way to break that down.

All right. What else do we have? Interest, Interest expense? Dude. They're spending so much money. Holy shit.

Their interest is almost 90 million a quarter. Like just in the interest payments on their debt. They're spending almost 90 million a quarter. That's insane.

In the year. In 2022, they're spending 336 million in interest payments. A third of a billion dollars Just in interest payments on their debt. That is a shitload of money.

That is So much money. Wow. All right. Yep.

26. last year's 13. All right. All right.

All right. All right. Cash and cash equivalents. Uh, they used to have 1.5 billion.

Now that's cut to almost a third 631 million as of the end of the year. And right here here's their debt. They just haven't. like.

You could see that they're just not really taking care of their debt. At the end of 2021, their debt was 5.4 billion. Their debt's now 5.1 billion. Unfortunately, they use 900 million of their cash.

How can you do that? They've used 900 million of their cash, but their debt has only improved 300 million. That's not good at it. What the fuck I Hope they talk about it I Hope they talk about Okay, like where did the money go and what were they using it on I Mean inherently, they could have just used 900 million and like that would have helped. Straight up We, by basic math that would have been down to 4.5 billion.

Um, instead the debt only dropped by 300 million. but their cash in cash equivalents somehow hemorrhaged almost a billion dollars. Where's the money going? Where's the money? All right. All right.

All right. All right. All right. All right, All right.

All right. All right. anything else in here. So in terms of trajectory, things are improving.

that is clear in these numbers in terms of just pure magnitude of where they are. In terms of business, the numbers are not good, so we're heading in the right direction. But I think a little bit more slowly than people want it to. How much are people? Okay, All right, what else do we have? This is for the quarter net loss.

They are losing almost a billion. It reminds me of the saying if you will Bank a million dollars it's a you problem. If you will Bank a billion dollars, it's the them problem All right. So technically better than expectations.

Uh, but in terms of the business, like the numbers in here are not one of those things that are going to be like oh wow, like the shorts are really scared. It's just the report is not that good. Technically, it's a beat. it went up.
but if you really dive into these numbers a little bit concerning a little little bit concerning uh Matt flipped a script he was talking about how now it's not new news, they've always been in debt and barely making a debt and it is ridiculous interest. They pay what? I'm just literally we're talking about the straight up facts like this is just how you break down like an earnings report. Um, it was one thing where oh, Top Gun Maverick was May of 2022. Okay, so it wasn't in that quarter.

Yeah, so it kind of makes sense why Q4 relative to last year in I mean by 2021. So Q4 of 2022, it makes sense why 2021 was better just because Spider-Man did so incredibly well. Um, but overall, we're just not going the right way as of now. I Think a lot of people gave it a little bit of wiggle room during the Runa period because we're like yeah, duh, No one's going to movies so no one was expecting good numbers.

But now that the world's opened back up, we're now facing the reality of uh oh during The Rona period people weren't making movies so that puts an awkward delay in it. and now people are willing to see a movie. except not many big name movies have been coming out. Now it does seem like if you're what like and this is all in reference to Q4 of 2022 if you look at the Slate now things are improving.

uh Ant-Man just came out cocaine Bear there's the John Wick movie there's a Guy Richie Movie It It does seem like we're finally getting over that weird lag where ideally more movies are coming out so we're gonna see how this all goes. but I think um I think what's more interesting here is gonna be what they talk I want to know about the lawsuit and their thoughts on it I Definitely want to know the lawsuit. but overall they're like just what's your plan for taking care of the debt If your plan to take care of the debt is to just take the money out of the wallets of your shareholders, that's a stupid fucking plan right now. If they're exclusive, plan is to say hey, I'm going to dilute the stock and that's how we're going to take care of the debt.

That's a dumb plan because based on the shares that they have authorized in terms of ape, they've done them roughly 50 percent of the dilution and they've only raised about 200 million when you have 5 billion in debt. Mathematically, it's just not going to work out if they're like amazing. Plan is Dilute Dilute Dilute Dilute. That's a stupid plan.

You need a better plan of improving the business like that. It's honestly that simple. like I think a lot of people are I guess Kind of missing basic business aspects. They can dilute this as much as they want and they still will not take care of their debt.

This concept of like delusion being the Magic Bullet it's literally just defying laws of mathematics. It simply is when you have a five billion dollar problem and you finish 50 of your dilution and you only raise over 200 roughly two to three hundred million. Yeah, it's just not going to work. It's not going to work at all.
Um, so we'll see how it goes. We'll see how it goes, We'll see how it goes. Uh AMC Theater should host MLG events I mean if you got into gaming, sports, sports betting I mean I think any form of sports whether it's physical sports or Esports I think that's the way to go and I'm hoping that they're looking into it I mean they previously has have had Partnerships with the likes of NFL I know they've done WWE stuff and I know it's not a sport but we know they've done like concerts. Uh, that type of thing like playing big concerts and that's all cool and I kind of want to hear more about that? Like we need to hear about things that truly improve the business.

Truly improve it. Um, uh AMC is only a short squeeze. Please remember there's plenty of stocks with good earnings. AMC is only a short squeeze.

Well, as of now it's currently not that like things for something to be a short squeeze. The shorts have to be concerned. and if you look at the average age of shares on loan roughly and this is very rough just because it's an average and maybe it's right, but it also there could be some variance in this. the average AMC short is in above 20.

We're currently trading at 7 14. I'm not really seeing much pressure on the shorts based on the average age of shares on loan. Obviously, if they announce things and Trend in the right way and the price action follows as price action goes up, there's more and more and more pressure on the shorts. But as of now, AMC's actually had a pretty good push lately.

So they're They're not seeing themselves go into red on average I'm I'm not saying that for every single one. Obviously the shorts late to the game are underwater, but I'm saying the average short. they're feeling more pain for sure. But they're feeling pain in terms of less profit.

They're not feeling pain in terms of their position going from green to red and just from a psychological standpoint, that is a a very very different thing. A very very different thing. Uh, can we have a vote to have a a removed? I Mean some people really really like them. Some people do not like him at all.

I Guess that's my question to you folks. I Like I know I have my thoughts. but I think everyone in here is an adult and you have the ability to do your own research was just not believing every single thing you read on. Twitter and Reddit how many of you would want Adam air now legitimately? Uh, just say it.

Matt You think Adam Aaron is doing a horrible job? Well, it depends from what perspective. If you're his bank account or his family, they're loving it. Do you know how much money Adam Aaron has made? He's made over 40 million in like the past year and a half himself from selling stock. So as like retail has been here getting deluded trying to save the company, the dude running the company has been selling stock.
The board sold over a hundred million A hundred million. The people leading the company like what and then we're supposed to act like oh no no, it's good like do you no no like it's fine. like what kind of fucking Simone Biles Mental Gymnastics are we going to do To say that if we're supposed to believe in a company, it's good that the person leading the company is telling you it's not good and this whole concept of oh, it's proper estate planning is absolute bullshit. absolute bullshit because he's also on the board of Norwegian which oddly enough reported this morning and they got hit.

But anyway, he's on the board of Norwegian and he never sold any Norwegian stock. So if you're doing proper estate planning, why are you only selling the stock of the company that you're currently the CEO of and not the one where you're a board member? It it doesn't make sense. He, if you look at it based on the his own rules that he created at every moment in time, he sold as much stock as he possibly could. based on the bylaws set like that, he and the board set for their own company.

It's crazy. Uh, but we'll see. We'll see, We'll see, We'll see. Uh, I'm very much I mean I still have my AMC I still have my ape.

You can see it's all publicly available on public. Oddly enough. Uh, you can see it. and I hope they pull a rabbit out of the Hat I Hope they say something phenomenal, a new partnership and rip this High thing to the High Heavens because it's like my own financial interest or involved in this.

I'm in AMC and I'm deeply underwater on AMC I Would love for this thing to rip I Would love for all the shorts to get their absolute teeth kicked in because I'm a bull on it. I have I I have a position. but just because you have a position on something doesn't mean you have to be like some weird like sycophant of like oh my God Everything they do is great. Everything do is great.

a a finesse tray. oh that's true for sure he used them. It's actually kind of sad. um I I There's many things that I think Trey did wrong, but that's one that I feel bad for him because Adam Aaron oh my God he just like steamrolled the kid he like I think a lot of people saw it coming a mile away, but Trey didn't and Adam Aaron absolutely demolished him.

Absolutely. That was actually incredibly sad. Incredibly incredibly sad. But hey, it is what it is now.

the call should be in about 10 minutes and at that point I'll cut my mic off I'll turn their mic on I bet they're playing some like weird background music or something like that. Uh yeah, it's actually incredibly annoying. Um, and I don't want to get this stream taken down? So before we get into any of that, how many shares do you have of AMC and ape I don't know a handful of thousand I don't know the exact number. um, but a four figure amount I know it's not over ten thousand, but I know it's definitely over a thousand for sure.
I don't know the exact amount. it doesn't really matter to me. Um, before we get into it, hit the like button. Very help.

Very much helps out the algorithm getting the stream served to other people. And don't forget to subscribe if you want this information and all other stock crypto. Futures degenerate gambling type of stuff. Uh, this is a place for you to be like sub And if you want a free five dollars all the way up to five thousand, use the code Matt When you're signing up for Street Beat a Street Beat code Matt M-a-t-t pin to the top of Chat in the description of the video.

It's a non-payment for order flow brokerage, but on top of it. they also have robot trading opportunities if you want. you don't have to use it. but if you want, they have an earnings call One they have a Bond Ladder One They have an inverse Congress one or no A follow Congress one a top government contract one.

They're coming out with an inverse CNBC and an inverse Kramer one very, very soon. So what it is is, you put your money into it and the robot trades exactly for you. Their earnings one is the flagship one. I'm in that one, I'm in the Bond ladder one and I'm in the top government contract.

so on. Uh, the next time I do money I'll probably be looking at the like following Congress One: Um, so pretty cool stuff. Pretty pretty cool, but once again pinned to the top of chat. go to Street Beat and just make sure you're putting in that code.

Matt If you have any issues, um, reach out to me. Uh, thanks for not being a robot. I've been here for over two years. Shout out VNT Shout out Yeah if you guys think I'm going to be here just to say everything's great all the time.

I'm ready. This elevator music that they have playing in the background is a little bit annoying. Um, my robot. My own personal robot in the Futures Market One big win this morning.

Then it took three small losses. one big win, one small loss, one small loss, one small loss. So between those three, my net loss was like 25 bucks. Um, but it actually shorted it right at Market close.

So I'm hoping that that one pans out and right now it's up. So if I were to close it, it would be net positive on the day. But I'm gonna let this run and it's trying to get all the way down here for a nice 150 profit. but I'm running this on the Futures Market which is nice because there's no pattern day trading rules.

so quick. update there. and the other thing I want to update you about uh I think oh yeah yeah. I was able to close some positions on my the call Premium that I was selling I was able to lock in some profits today I believe on Nvidia and the Spy I Don't think the coin one's got a fill, but maybe the coin one's close to.
And then I created a new position where I sold. call Premium against Tesla Um, where is Tesla how's that one doing for me? That one might be screwing me over Tesla's at 206. um I sold that call Premium at 250 for I believe the end of the month so just wanted to call out my new trades and stuff for the people who are watching in real time. If you're watching this, uh, if you're watching this later I don't know.

Maybe I made money Maybe I lost money, you'll be able to tell me. but in real time that's what's going on. That's what's going on, That's what's going on. I'm ready for this call.

Let's Get It Started What do you think the Over Under is? Uh, on how many times he's gonna be chomping into the microphone? Uh, oops, Are you late? Nope, Not yet. Not yet. Not yet. Not yet, Not yet, not yet.

not yet. Um, trays at the gym in the best shape of his life collecting disability. that's mean. Google Emily Coors We have a famous chorus in the news.

Yeah, no. I saw that and uh I am of no relation to her and she is besmirching the chorus name if you will. She is horribly besmirching the core's name and it actually really really frustrates me. Um, but like who something in like she was involved with Georgia right? Is that right? And she said some crazy stuff and I watched a video and like it was popping off and I like it was kind of scary and I don't know.

Um, it was weird things. It was weird things. Um okay my question to all of you before things get rocking because we are in like almost the final five minute. Warning: Um, thumbs up If you think this earnings call is going to push the stock up, Thumbs down.

If you think the earnings call is going to push the stock down, Um, in the past, the stock hasn't reacted well to earnings and I'm not saying if it's like I'm not trying to ask you if it's manipulated or not or anything of that. I'm just saying like if you had a bet, how the stock price is going to react to earnings, do you think it'll go up? Thumbs up? or do you think it'll go down thumbs down. Let's see. Uh, Down, Down, Up, Down, Flexing Up Down Down Up.

Just a surfer thing going on here. Up, Up, Down Down. You guys are really, uh, more. Downs are coming in but there's a decent amount of up so you guys close to split I would say slightly favoring.

uh no now Downs are definitely coming in. Manipulation: Yeah, it might be manipulation. I Guess that's kind of like up to you lemons. Calm for up.

I Think emojis are illegal now? Um, some of them are actually Josh That's funny. The person above you wolf has a rocket in theirs which is illegal. Thumbs down. Thumbs up! Redneck Pen.

All right. I'm ready. I'm getting tired. Ladder attacks? Yeah.

Remember when people believed in short ladder attacks? That was. That was a fun time. We all remember our first time. Trading Short ladder attacks.
Like the most ridiculous thesis known to man. it's a short ladder attack. The shorts. A short ladder attack.

No mathematical basis. ever. The shorts. they're attacking.

they're attacking. they're attacking. Uh. AAA is not working for us.

Uh, he says he is, but his bank account thinks he's working for himself. I Would say ice shanties are real though. Oh, for sure can attest to the fact that ice shanties are Beyond Real dark pool short ladder attacks? Well, because I'm going to forget about it folks. If you want a free dollar free five dollars to make five bucks today so you can say hey, maybe things weren't as bad, um, sign up for Street B Once again, use that code mat to get the money.

It's free to sign up. Uh, it's a normal non-payment for order flow brokerage and you get systematic trading opportunities if you so choose. You don't have to do them, but you still get the five bucks if you use the code mat or you could eat it even more. Is Trey being sued I Have no idea or am I being sued? Uh no, I'm not.

Why would I be sued? Is it probably a better question? I Got the free five and the robot loss you 500. No, it didn't That's impossible because I'm I have my own money in it and I didn't lose 500. So I know you didn't lose 500. how are emojis illegal and how would they enforce that? Ridiculous.

Um, well. you can watch the video. But yeah, a court system did say that it was not good. 2k people watching 39 like Steve Are you sure about that? Do you want to just reload the page? because I'm seeing almost 500.

It's weird how people such as Steve speak so confidently but then are so horrifically wrong because they're Boomers that don't know how to reload a web page. All right. Steve Everyone congratulate Steve Everyone give everyone gives Steve a clap in here. Uh, because he doesn't know how to reload a page and doesn't know how to read numbers.

So Steve everyone clapping in chat is literally for you. Uh, because this might be your first day on the the interwebs. Boomer Steve Don't worry, we'll we'll take care of you when you're in the nursing home. Buddy, We'll we'll be there for you.

In fact, I think that's actually mean to Boomers because there are probably people who would identify as a baby boomer in here who actually know how to use it better than you. So actually I need to take a step back and apologize to anyone who might take offense to Boomers because I think Steve's besmirching your name and I think you're actually more capable of it. So um, we'll just call Steve dump I Guess is probably the best way to do it I I don't I don't mean to bring down the Boomers It was just the first thing that popped into my mind and my my apologies, my sincerest apologies Steve was trying to help Steve It feels like you're awkwardly back pedaling now and you weren't trying to help. you were trying to laugh.
You're trying to belittle me in my own digital Kingdom you were saying hahaha You only have only 39 like you literally did the laughing emoji Steve You can't backpedal now. You might as well just own up to it. It's going to be more Awkward if you're like no I was trying to help man, just own it Steve just be like yeah man I don't like you. It's cool.

it's cool I don't like me most of the time as well. so like that's something we could probably agree on. um Matt went full villain I don't like this look David How did I go full villain This is an interesting comment David Matt went full villain I don't like this look Well, two questions Steve two or David do you like the look of my massive bicep and second, um, what? How did I go full villain? What are you training Futures on? You could trade it on a lot Futures are available to you on interactive brokers on TD Ameritrade AKA think or Swim on tradestation on Ninjatrader. um I do mine on tradestation but there's a lot available to you and they all have their little pros and cons.

How much bread you pulling in this year? not so much. This year my trading's been off to a pretty rough start. I'm not gonna lie to you. actually my net return on the year is probably negative.

Uh bro, do you even lift? No. but I know people that go to the gym and I think that's the first real step is at least knowing people who go to the gym like okay it brings me one step closer. One Step Closer the Spy just puked it, puked into clothes end of month people just locking in. uh, pretty brutal vomit there for sure.

I'm short into it. Um, a little bit of a 30 minute chart action here. just trading one micro working out the Kinks of my own algo and sold a bunch of spy Q Tesla Nvidia Netflix meta and maybe one more call Premium So hopefully making money on that. hopefully making money on that sub like and that's probably the last time I'm going to be saying this because we are about to hear them.

It should be starting momentarily, so before I have to silence myself. You guys know what to do. You know what to do. You know what to do.

Destroy the like button, destroy the sub button and sign up for Street Use that code map and uh, we are just waiting Should be literally starting any second. Now this elevator music is gonna drive me insane. It's gonna drive me absolutely insane. TTG Dracula TTG Dracula you from the TTG fam you just came in with a fat hundred dollar Super Chat Thank you so much TTG TTG Dracula I believe I hope I'm saying your name right? Are you in the TTG fan with Shogun Mike Wildly massive Superman that's so nice of you I Appreciate it I'm being funded by vampires uh I I Didn't want the secrets to get out but that is the biggest secret I was hiding from all of you is that most of my money does come from vampires I Never properly thank you for hooking me up with TTG TTG Dracula Thank you so much man, that's so incredibly kind.
Uh and I'm happy that you found massive success over there at TTG All right it is Five! Why are they not starting this? Why are they not starting this? Uh, if I'll say this, I'm one of the most optimistic dudes there ever was and even I am doubtful about AMC these days I feel like we were getting used and it sucks I have that feeling as well and I think some of the evidence actually supports it and I don't know if the I'm hoping in this call that they make it abundantly clear they have a plan and they're not using us, but it's on them I think we gave them the benefit of a doubt for over a year and I also don't want that feeling of getting used I mean I think in a lot of our minds, in a lot of our minds, somewhere like in your gut, in your mind like you, something's off, something clearly feels off and I hope they do something to assuage that feeling. Are we starting? they? I just I know you can't hear it yet just because I don't want to get freaking Dmcaed. Uh, come on, come on, come on. come on.

uh. thoughts on averaging down versus cutting the position for a loss? It depends. Do you think it's going to bounce back up or not? That's all on you I can't tell people to do it's your money and more importantly than the fact that I'm not a financial advisor. I Can't tell you the future and year end 2022 Earnings webcast.

With that, I'll turn the call over to Adam Thank you John Good Afternoon one and all and thank you for joining us today! Let me add a very special welcome to the thousands of our individual shareholders who have been making it a habit to tune into these quarterly earnings webcasts for AMC Entertainment 2022 marked another year of significant strategic, operational and financial gains for AMC Entertainment with our two announcements today on Q4 2022 earnings and of the launch of AMC Purpley Popcorn at more than 2 600 U.S Walmart Stores once again, AMC is demonstrating unmistakable progress along our multi-year Pandemic Report recovery Glide path. In my opinion, there are five reasons why AMC Shareholders should be especially excited and smiling today: First, the increasing size of our industry as it recovers. Second, AMC's performance in Q4 Third, the fact that we are outperforming our competitors. Fourth, our agility in raising cash and reducing debt.

and fifth, this morning's Walmart AMC Perfectly Popcorn announcement. First and overarching is the size of our industry itself, which is increasing for five consecutive years prior to the pandemic from 2015 to 2019.. the domestic box office, which is all theaters All Brands across the United States and Canada exceeded 11 billion dollars. It was 11.4 billion dollars in 2019.

But then Covet came and brought our industry to its knees and the 2020 domestic box office was only 2.2 billion dollars down As we all know, a breathtaking 82 percent year over year from the pre-pandemic level in 2019.. since then, our industry has seen a steady growth trajectory. The 2021 domestic box office was 4.5 billion dollars more than double that of 2020. and 2022's full year domestic box office of 7.4 billion dollars was about 65 percent higher than 2021..

the numbers again, 11.4 billion in 2019 falling to 2.2 Billion Rising to 4.5 billion rising to 7.4 billion based on the box office results so far in the first quarter of 2023, which is already up 44 year-over-year combined with a much larger number of broader and deeper movie titles to be released in the coming quarters. Based on what we know today, the 2023 domestic box office will almost certainly be significantly higher in 2023 than that of 2022.. you all know that we finished 2022 and started 2023 on a very strong note with what is already the third highest grossing film of all time: James Cameron's epic sequel Avatar The Way of Water. It really is a testament to the genius of James Cameron that he is responsible for three of the four highest grossing movies in the history of.
Cinema I Digress For a moment to say thank you Jim Gabrin and thank you to your producing partner John Landau It won't surprise you both to hear that you both are greatly appreciated by AMC and by the millions of AMC shareholders and the millions of AMC Moviegoers, please please Jim And John Keep Making More movies. Speaking of more movies, that's one of the key stories of the coming year 2023: The Incredible Tom Cruise's Top Gun Maverick which grossed more than 1.5 billion dollars in movie theaters in 2022, and Avatar The Way of Water, which has already grossed almost 2.3 billion dollars in movie theaters in only 11 weeks. Among many other successful movie releases, they all prove that moviegoers no longer are afraid to go to a cinema to watch a movie, as they once were afraid in the darkest days of 2020 at the height of the pandemic. Our problem now in generating attendance in theaters is quite different.

Instead, it's simply that Hollywood has been releasing fewer movies of late. Depending upon how you count. The number of major movies released in 2022 was somewhere between a third and a half fewer than the total number of such major films released in 2019 before the pandemic. Fortunately, Now, finally, that is all changing.

We currently estimate that 30 or more movies will gross more than a hundred million dollars domestically in 2023.. that compares with only 18. Doing so is it just completed 2022.. that is an increase in 2023 of about 75 percent of the number of movie titles grossing a hundred million dollars or more.

Let me repeat that we are expecting in 2023, about a 75 increase in the number of major movie titles grossing 100 million dollars or more. compared to last year. The second reason for our enthusiasm is that AMC posted much improved results for the fourth quarter of 2022.. Naturally, we're pleased that AMC Entertainment easily vested consensus estimates for Q4 2022 revenue and for Q4 2022 adjusted even though as well as posting a beat on adjusted net income and EPS for 2022 Q4 after excluding for non-cash impairment write-offs we are similarly encouraged.

The Q4 2022 Revenue per trade per patron of 19.98 was well above pre-pandemic levels thanks to Rising ticket prices and the continued consumers continued predilection to indulge more at our concession stands in our high margin food and beverage business. AMC's full year 2022 results represented our strongest year since previous pandemic 2019, with 2022 results improving over 2021, which in turn were better than those of 2020.. indeed, in full year 2022, AMC SAR annual revenue increase by more than 54 year over year and are adjusted ebitda improved in a single year by more than 338 million dollars versus 2021. That's an enormous increase.
The third reason we are smiling today is that it's the world's largest theater chain. We are out running our competitors number two: Regal Cineworld is in bankruptcy court because they essentially ran out of cash in September. By contrast, AMC has been masterful in raising Equity as needed and we ended 2022 with over 840 million dollars of cash in the bank or undrawn revolving credit line. As for number three operator: Cinemark we encourage you to look at the Q4 metrics where we overlap in the: United States average ticket price AMC 12.22 Cinemark only ten dollars even 12.22 10 food and beverage per Patron AMC 7.76 Cinemark 7.43 total revenues per Patron AMC 21.85 Cinemark 19.35 Film exhibition costs and this is one where you want the number to be low, not high AMC Our film exhibition cost for 51 of our admissions revenues at Cinemark it was 58 percent over the last 12 months.

AMC has raised approximately 314 million dollars in Gross cash proceeds, and we've also reduced the aggregate principal balance of our debt by approximately 390 million dollars since the beginning of 2022.. And as for that fifth reason for Smiles Today, the exciting popcorn announcement this morning we are launching with Walmart What an enormous vote of confidence that's coming to AMC from the largest retailer in the United States in the quality and consumer appeal of our new microwave and ready to eat popcorn. I'll come back to that and other essential topics after I return. But right now let's pass the call over to Sean Goodman Our CFO to review our financial and operating results in more detail.

Sean Thanks Adam and thanks to everyone for joining us this afternoon! 2022 was a year of growth and recovery. for AMC During the year, we welcomed 201 million guests to our theaters around the world. That's a 56 increase compared to 2021, and it's 72 million more guests than in 2021. This attendance Improvement coupled with strong Admissions and food and beverage Revenue per guest translated in a into a 1.384 billion dollar increase in Consolidated Revenue representing a 54.7 increase compared to 2021..

And likewise, 2022 adjusted ebitda improved by more than 338 million to a positive 46.6 million dollars. This compares to a loss of 291.7 million dollars in 2021.. Clearly, our recovery is continuing in Earnest. Now looking specifically at the Fourth Quarter of 2022.

Compared to the same period last year, the North American box office declined by 14 and a half percent to 1.8 billion dollars. and this was due to the relative strength of Spider-Man No Way Home in 2021 and The Limited number of new titles available for release in October and November of 2022.. our fourth quarter Consolidated Revenue declined by 101, 181 million dollars or 15.4 percent to 991 million dollars. However, on a constant currency basis, Consolidated Revenue declined by 12.4 percent as we outperformed the overall industry because of strong operating performance metrics for the fourth Quarter on a constant currency basis.
Total Consolidated Revenue per Patron was 20.69 This is approximately 5.4 percent higher than the fourth Quarter of 2021. this was driven by admissions Revenue per Patron growth of 5.1 percent and food and beverage Revenue per Patron growth of 7.8 percent. It is worth noting that Consolidated constant currency Revenue per Patron in Q4 of 2022 was 30.8 percent higher than pre-pandemic in 2019. Indicative of the tremendous growth in Revenue per Patron during our recovery period, Domestic Revenue in Q4 declined by 10.7 percent with admissions Revenue per Patron increasing by 6.2 percent to 12.22 and Food and Beverage Revenue per Patron increasing by 7.7 to 7.76 In addition, other Revenue per Patron increased by 6.3 percent in the international business on a constant currency basis, Revenue in Q4 declined by 16.6 percent with admissions Revenue per Patron increasing by 2.2 to 10.70 and Food and Beverage Revenue per Patron increasing by 7.4 percent to four dollars and ninety eight cents.

Other Revenue per Patron decreased by 8.8 percent as theater rental revenue generated during 2021 was replaced by regular Admissions and Food and Beverage Revenue. We continue to generate strong growth in Revenue per Patron as our guests enjoy our Innovative food and beverage offerings, including movie theater themed cocktails and collectible items. Our initiatives to optimize admissions Revenue including Blockbuster pricing are yielding positive results, and the increased adoption of our industry-leading AMC app and our marketing initiatives are all helping to drive overall Revenue per Patron growth. And this growth is further supported by increased premium format or Plf penetration, with Plf attendance representing 25.5 percent of domestic attendance in Q4 2022 compared to 19.8 percent in Q4 of 2021.

And in our International markets premium formats, attendance represented 18 of attendance compared to 10.7 in the fourth quarter of 2021.. So clearly, guests are increasingly appreciating the premium experience offered by our IMAX, Dolby and AMC Prime offerings. Looking forward, we will maintain our focus on the guest experience that supports the strength of our key performance metrics, including one ongoing enhancement of our loyalty programs and the functionality of the AMC app, two Innovative food and beverage offerings, three investing and providing the best possible Sight and Sound experiences through advanced laser projection technology and premium offerings such as IMAX Dolby and AMC Prime, and four growing Revenue through diversification initiatives such as retail popcorn, the AMC Credit Card renting out our theaters during off-peak times, marketing and promotional initiatives. all of the above to be achieved while paying very close attention to our overall operating efficiency.
Let's talk about the balance sheet now. We ended the quarter with liquidity of 843 million dollars comprised of 632 million dollars of cash and cash equivalents, and 211 million dollars of undrawn credit facilities. During the Fourth quarter, net cash used in operating activities was 33.3 million dollars, and we achieved positive non-gaap operating cash generated of 57.5 million dollars and we Define operating cash generated as cash from operating activities plus total Capital expenditures before debt servicing costs and before deferred rent. Payback During 2022, we were active in the capital markets as we took actions to strengthen our balance sheet.

In total, in 2022, we raised 229 million dollars of gross Equity Capital We refinanced 1.4 billion dollars of debt, we extended certain debt maturities through to 2026, and Beyond and we repurchased 123.5 million dollars of debt at an average discount of 43.7 percent. The net result is a 220 million dollar reduction in the principal amount of interest-bearing debt outstanding during 2022.. And during 22, we also strengthened our balance sheet by repaying approximately 158 million dollars of deferred rent. And this reduced our deferred rent balance to 157.2 million dollars at December 31, 2022, You may recall that back in March of 2021, this deferred rent balance was more than 470 million dollars.

So over the last 21 months we have lowered our deferred rent liability by approximately 313 million dollars. All told, if we include the decrease in deferred rent, we reduced our liabilities by a total of 378 million dollars in 2022. And in addition to that, so far in the first quarter of 2023, we have raised another 84.7 million dollars of gross Equity proceeds, and we have reduced the principal balance of our debt outstanding by an additional 170.2 million dollars through through the exchange of debt into equity and capitalizing on opportunities to repurchase debt at a discount. These actions in the first quarter of 2023 so far take our total debt reduction to 548 million dollars when we include the reduction into third rent liabilities and our total Equity capitals are raised to 314 million dollars.

Note that during 2023, we plan to further reduce the rent balance by another 75 to 100 million dollars and this will reduce the liability to approximity 60 to 80 million by the end of 2023. Regarding Capital allocation, our priorities remain unchanged: One, we need to maintain sufficient liquidity to manage through the recovery phase of our business; Two, we just strengthen our balance sheet by extending debt maturities, reducing debt, and reducing Associated interest costs. Three, invest in our business to continue to enhance the guest experience, and four opportunistically pursue value enhancing initiatives, including those that lead to diversification of our business and revenue streams. Having the flexibility to raise Equity Capital allows us to opportunistically take critical actions to strengthen our balance sheet and at the same time successfully navigate through the ongoing recovery of our industry.
For these reasons: I Would like to take this opportunity to urge shareholders to vote in favor of the proposals that we that will be voted on at the upcoming Shareholder meeting on March 14th These proposals? Which way are you guys going to vote? The long-term value of AMC Yes, You know. Are you guys voting yes or no? Let me know. Comment: Yes or no. Are you voting Yes or no? I Mean sure, a successful recovery from the ongoing impact of the covert pandemic.

A capital expenditure nature of landlord contributions was 69 million dollars in the fourth quarter of 2022, and we've finished the year with the total net Capex spend of 182.1 million dollars and similar to 2022, looking towards 2023, we expect our capital expenditure to be in the range of 150 to 200 million dollars. Actively manage our managing our theater portfolio continues to be our priority as we add new high-performing locations and eliminate low performance, all with the goal of improving Our Guest satisfaction and enhancing our overall profitability. During the fourth quarter, we added five new theaters and we closed nine. This brings the total number of locations closed since the pandemic began to 115 and the total new locations open to 54 for a net reduction of 61 locations.

The combined 54 new locations continue to substantially outperform the 115 closed locations prior to their closings, and they also are outperforming our underwriting expectations. Okay, Ford we're optimistic about the future and the opportunities to strengthen and diversify our business while continuing to enhance our financial position. So with that, I'll hand the call back over to Adam to review some exciting recent announcements and provide an update on our strategic initiatives including our upcoming stockholder meeting. Adam Thank you Sean As I said at the top of the call at AMC, we're all smiles today, but by no means are we out of the woods yet.

We will need to remain smart and action oriented to successfully chart our way through our still coveted impacted Waters But clearly we have been and are now making great progress. and while we have much more work ahead of us, still my ongoing conversations with our studio Partners including some as recently as this weekend Bowie's my optimism that more movies are indeed headed to theaters and that the value of theatrical exhibition is clearly recognized and internalized by the heads of every single major. Studio As the leader of AMC I am proud that we have resiliently weathered many a storm over the past 36 months. a storm first of the virus itself, then the threat to exclusive theatrical.
Windows More recently, the conviction held by some that streaming services would win out over theaters and all through it was a concern that there would not be enough cash in the coffers for AMC to outlast all that we had to stare down. What's more, there were the added complexity for us of doing something well. that's you if any companies ever thought about before, how to adjust to a whole new Cadre of millions of individual shareholders taking ownership of our company. Fortunately for us, the people who predicted that we could not weather the storms were all wrong and more.

Fortunately for us, those new retail investors turned out to be the savers of our company. Their passion for AMC saved our company as they provided us with the cash Works resources we needed to survive. They also flooded us with some truly great ideas, including one of my personal favorites that we should sell popcorn to the Home Market in what is after all a multi-billion dollar category. This morning's exciting news announcement that the retail launch of AMC's Microwave and Ready To Eat Perfectly Popcorn is at hand and exclusively with the nation's largest retailer Walmart It keeps a promise to do so that I made 16 months ago to our shareholders and it's yet another example of AMC's powerful commitment to innovation beginning on March 11th just ahead of the Oscars telecast on March 12th.

AMC's Ready to Eat Popcorn will be available exclusively at hundreds of Walmart locations on much sought after featured end cap displays in the weeks that follow. AMC Perfectly Popcorn will hit the shelves again exclusively at more than 2 600 Walmart stores in the United States with three varieties of Ready to Eat popcorn in the following flavors: Classic Butter, Extra Butter, and for those seeing a lower sodium solution lightly salted, the Ready-to-Eat varieties are expected to be priced at 3.98 per bag plus tax and they all offer the authentic Taste of real AMC movie theater popcorn to be enjoyed anywhere then our microwave. AMC Perfectly Popcorns will become available at Walmart again

That's why I commented in the live stream the other day there corporate bonds are rated C not triple C just C there considered junk bonds high risk high reward according to standard & poors there paying interest up the ass for there loans who ever wants to loan money to a failing company. In my opinion they really want to cut back on cost they have to get rid of some these high lease payments on those locations and down size to be profitable they grew to fast they rely on Hollywood for now and Hollywood is making crap so unless they come up with something new that generates good revenue for there locations there in trouble there first loan is up in 2025 I believe if they don't start making money there in big trouble

Check out CSI’s video “A MESSAGE FOR AA” and hear some common sense. Vote NO!

  10. Avataaar/Circle Created with python_avatars Ron Rodgers says:

AA made it clear he wants 90% of your shares and after hearing him waffle around without ever mentioning the corruption against AMC and APE or any actions he has taken to try and protect the company and share price. Just think about this, if you vote to give AA 90% of your shares, then the illegal shorting, FTD’s will continue and drive the temporary price increase bad down and you will only have 10% of your shares to sell at what $100? That is the equivalent of $10/share before the split, so it is not the same because once the price falls you will have nothing but 10% left! Don’t give up your hard earned shares! Vote NO and force AA to change directions!

  11. Avataaar/Circle Created with python_avatars Dhashri Stars says:

When AA says he cares about his shareholders HIS shareholders also include Corporate Hedge Funds who he sold ape to at .68 cent, giving them more voting rights than the common stockholders……..Anatara got 1 billion voting units, they shorted AMC in 2021 and their voting rights are larger than us the commoners.

    LOL, you silly.

  13. Avataaar/Circle Created with python_avatars OXFORD BLAZE says:

Folks, this went exactly as planned by AA and his buddies on the board. Pump the stock up prior to the earnings call to draw in retail money. Then they dump it. Wash rinse repeat. They will continue to do this. Then AA tries to put some shine on the situation to draw in more retail money. What a joke that was today. Do you all realize it would take AMC about 20 some years to pay off their debt and that would only happen if they were profitable for each of those years. The banks own the debt of this company and a yes vote is going to rob you of 90 percent of your shares. The price of the shares is then higher and then they will dilute it back down. Another missed chance to get out at $ 8.50 today folks. Doesn't matter if retail votes NO. Mark my words a YES vote will get pushed through by the hedgies that own enough shares to make it happen. Biggest GRIFT in history. PUMPED AND DUMPED IN JUNE 21 , No way the banks that own all AMC debt are gonna let this squeeze.

  14. Avataaar/Circle Created with python_avatars Iamnot Sharing says:

    They will eventually get worse

  15. Avataaar/Circle Created with python_avatars Iamnot Sharing says:

AA get rid of him. I will never visit Amc.

  16. Avataaar/Circle Created with python_avatars HardMF says:

Why has AMC gone from a short squeeze play to relying on the company doing well? Is it because the SS is nonsense and all us bag holders have nothing else to hope for other than AMC claws itself back out of its debt hole and actually starts making money?

  17. Avataaar/Circle Created with python_avatars therealcaptobvious says:

AMC TV has A LOT of hidden potential! They seem to play good old movies on the weekends, they need more during the weekday. Not everyone feels like high maintenance Netflix and YouTube "smartcadt". Plus the old stuff is better than more recent stuff. Content is king.

  28. Avataaar/Circle Created with python_avatars Mel Camino says:

Big no vote on all 3. This is ridiculous. Watching everything drop. These guys should not be in charge. At least vote no on releasing more shares, that hurts shareholders no matter what. Btw they are currently getting sued for the APE share scam. APE units drove half the value of AMC into the salted earth! Now they want everything back 10:1 so they can sell in after hours or pre market before retail has a stab at it. You know like AA did before, when retail helped him. There is no reverse split that has benefitted shareholders in history. Also, money aside; 1 share is 1 vote. It is getting rid of retail voices. That is why the board bought all the shares, it was votes.
