LOL. The vote was to increase number shares by a whopping 5%, and that's if you ignore synthetic shares. AA basically asked if they could round up the number of shares. With all the other stuff going on, it's not even worth talking about unless you're a shill.
If the only way your company can make money is to sell stock and not from the business itself then you have a failing business.

Your stock split analogy is wrong. Ape has way more out standing shares so when it gets converted it means amc gets the shit end of the stick. It's like getting 7 apes and only 3 amcs for whole out of 10.

I'd be very interested to hear what you think of a mining stock PREM its on the London Stock Exchange. The Zulu Lithium mine is due to start production by the end of Q1 2023. The current share price is around 0.66GBp Great British pence. there a fair bit of anticipation that the share price could raise to £1 after the Lithium mine really gets going late in the year. Make it make sense. Why vote no to diluting AMC last year to only vote yes this year. It will be interesting to see what happens to the stock.

Matt really shouldn’t comment on this since he’s the one who told everyone to sell their apes shares and they wouldn’t get diluted. When we found out they get diluted either way bc they are intrinsically linked to the company
