Continuing to pump AMC or any other stock at a time when the entire US market is already significantly overvalued is irresponsible, especially with AMC being supported by not much more than hot air. With inflation on the rise, its possibly that a significant market correction is just around the corner. So when everybody heads for the exits, are your apes going to be able to stand in the way? They are likely to sustain significant losses, at a time when many of them can ill afford to lose that kind of money. Be careful out there.

Why can I not sell covered calls on GME? Just bought a 100 shares and tried to sell covered call at 250 and it said no naked shorts allowed due to volatility🤔

Matt, my understanding is that HFs are hiding their naked positions through FTDs and can do so inevitably until the rules which are supposed to prevent that sort of thing are properly enforced. So the idea of Citadel, or any another major HF, being margin called seems dubious. I'm not sure there's a mechanism to ignite the squeeze, at least as long as regulators refuse to do their job. Also, I'm perplexed by the notion that a currently fraudulent system will correct itself and "behave" when it's time to pay retailers. The logic does not follow. Perhaps you can help a smooth-brained ape like me understand.
Matt you had mentioned on the stream in order to sell there needs to be a buyer. What happens if the stock gets so high that know one is willing to but? Is this possible?

Matt is wrong in this video when he says dark pools are not being abused to suppress the price. $hitadel is the largest market maker. They handle the vast majority of retail orders via payment for order flow. They can suppress the price of a stock buy routing the buy orders through dark pools while sending the sell orders to the exchange. Dark pools are not connected to the exchange, they only report to the exchange… sometimes. The pricing on dark pools comes from the exchange but buying and selling on dark pools does not put upward or downward pressure on the price. So, when they route buy orders to dark pools and sell orders to the exchange only the sell orders are affecting the price. It's one of the reasons we consistently see inflow crush outflow but the price moves little or even drops. Matt is speaking as though knows about something he has clearly not done his due diligence on. I hope he does some research and corrects this misinformation he spread today.
