Like a church right now bro. Chinese Boys Church Howdy doodly dandly Oh brother oh brother oh brother. what's going on? Goonies Hola me Amigos Me gustan Frescas Um, we're gonna call today fancy day August 3rd because we are not drinking water, we are drinking sparkling water Am I Sponsored by Aha? No, but you know I'm getting kind of just bored of coffee and water so we might as well add some carbonation into it. Good days, bad days.

There's nothing. a pineapple, passion fruit naturally flavored and other natural flavors. Aha sparkling water can't fix. Zero calories per can.

No fat, no sodium. Total carb to zero total sugars are zero included zero added sugars, no protein. Not a significant source of saturated fat, trans fat, cholesterol, fiber vitamin D calcium, iron or potas I Didn't know that they had to shorten the word potassium, but scan here for more food information. so not a significant source of anything similar to myself.

so that's probably why I Get along with it so well. No sweeteners, no sodium. Dude, this is such a pitch for Aha. Even though they're not paying me, yo aha, send me at least a case of your water for this.

I mean I've subconsciously tricked at least three people watching right now to go out and buy your product today. Aha, help your favorite freaking streamer out! You are a significant source of entertainment and that should be the warning description in my uh like videos like I should put not a significant source of entertainment I Don't know if my producer is in here yet, but if he is, write that down. Write that down. We need to start every show.

That's the tagline of this show, not a significant source of entertainment. Oh man, well things are going a little off the rails. They're going a little off the rails and it's exclusively because apparently we're we are allowed to have red days If you've been paying attention to my Twitter you know for a while I was tweeting like when rug when what rug Win rug and it went on and it just kept going on to the point that I got distressed from continually tweeting it out and now it does feel like things are getting a little bit rugged. Uh, so I want to talk about that I want to talk about some of the recent earnings I want? Well actually there was a slew of earnings and we have big big earnings tonight.

Apple Amazon Write it down because is growing down. Uh, so we have some macroeconomic developments. We have a little bit of a jobs update but really I want to talk about bonds we haven't talked about Bonds in a hot minute. but things are going on with: Warren Buffett's buying bonds you have Bill Ackman shorting bonds so you have two billionaires battling it out in the world of bonds.

So I want to talk about that with a little bit of seasonality? A little bit of kind of what's going on this evening and tomorrow morning unemployment report So we're going to be starting uh Friday stream tomorrow pretty early. wait is today Thursday today is Thursday you look tired AF you know what happened. Well first of all I just didn't put like usually I have those like eye things that I wear in the morning and I just didn't feel like putting it on last night I couldn't sleep so I overdosed myself on Benadryl so I could finally get some sleep and then I just didn't feel like putting those things in my eyes this morning. but thanks I get it I'm ugly I just have naturally bad bags under my eyes because I am not a good sleeper by any means.
so it is what it is. but good thing I have aha to fix it up I was actually thinking about fixing it. uh I've heard that people like they put spoons in their freezers and then they put the spoons on it like some cold or they just take ice cubes and go straight to the eyeballs. but I was a little afraid.

uh if I'm gonna be honest, uh I was a little I was a little afraid of doing that. but if anyone has any quick at-home eye remedies I'm Your Man Okay, someone just said don't do that well maybe maybe I shouldn't do that I don't know. Uh I think it is a trump indictment for the market. No, what's this his third indictment? We were just talking a little bit about it in the Discord I'm kind of of the vibe that I think the world is getting a little tired of these indictments I think the first one had the shock Factor and now we are just at the point where we're like, um, okay, another one I think the world's just starting to like lose this interest in it.

Your cold shower should do the trick if you already do that I do a cold shower every single morning. Um, not the whole thing I'm not a crazy person I do a normal shower to wake up and then at the end I blast myself with the cold water and then I tried to do a couple ice baths two to three ice baths a week I Dude, it's just. it's really hard to get your water if you're at home just throwing ice into a bathtub. You need a lot of ice to get it below 40 degrees.

I mean I think the coldest I've ever gotten. it was like the mid 40s and that's after I was like stocking up on Ice in my freezer for probably a freaking Fortnight Um, it's yeah. I do that and I do like it. I mean I've heard all the same podcasts and saw all those clips and the tick tocks that everyone has of Huberman and the Iceman and blah blah blah.

Your dopamine will rock it to the freaking Moon brother. You just need a nice bath if everything's going wrong in your world. dropping for to a freaking basket of ice and your life will be fixed. Yeah I saw it all too.

uh I don't know if it works. it might just be a placebo thing because like we're just being fed, that it works and I'm like okay I guess I'm susceptible to it. So I just do it and I get out I'm like yeah, that really sucks. so life's looking good now I don't know if it's right, but whatever Matt Huberman said only need to do it below 60.

yeah, but then you have to do it for longer. like I think the colder it is, you can get in and out of it faster. So like if you're like sub 40 you could be in there for like a minute and like move on with your life. um my best friend does Hebrew Men podcast.
what do you mean? does it like he's a producer? That's pretty cool. Sounds like you have cool friends um and then like I've never. Well, I've done Asana but I don't like actively do saunas so I should probably do that I feel like there's like little tips and tricks uh to make your life a little bit better both mentally and physically. and it probably doesn't involve facing an entire bottle of wine every night.

But hey, to each their own folks If you're new here, congratulations, I'm happy you're here. I'm Matt Cores Everyone in chat is a goonie. You're now an honorary goonie for the day. I'm happy you're here.

We're here to talk about the craziness that is the market and when things get a little boring. I interject strange stories from my life sometimes I make weird jokes, sometimes they don't hit, other times they do hit. So I don't know what kind of show you're gonna get today. I'm hoping it's a good show, but there's also like a considerable statistical likelihood that it's not going to be one of those.

and in a weird way that's built by Design because it keeps you coming back and you're like dude, wait I just watched three or four or five bad shows from from backwards straight. Statistically, he's due for a good one now. I Wish I could sit here and say it was like all planned that way. It just ends up working out that way.

So I don't really want to come over the top here and guarantee something, but I'm feeling it today. I'm feeling a little bit of a good vibe. Maybe it's because I've already had two red bulls. Maybe it's because I've had an eighth of Aha.

Maybe it's because I'm waiting for the Benadryl to get out of the system. Maybe it's because I do I crushed leg day yesterday I Don't know how anyone hasn't asked me about it already. but I Murdered leg day. Dude.

30 minutes on the stair stepper to warm up and I crush it. It wasn't a warm-up it was like a hot up. it was I was doing it and we were running. We were running up the side of the mountain so my legs are already like the rip roaring, ready to go.

and then we did some squats. We did some lunges, we said some quad extensions, hamstring extensions and I was looking at them in the mirror I was looking at the puny sweaty man reflected back at me I was like uh-uh you're not done So then I decided to crush some delts too because the only thing that's going to accentuate your calves is your doubt so you might as well Crush both on the same day and then maybe maybe that's why I didn't sleep well. But anyway, I'm just complaining about it right now because like my legs feel like jelly. They are those rock hard buns that you guys expect to see when you come to this show.
Uh, obviously I know a lot of you are in on this show because you just enjoy the thoughts and opinions and degeneracy of the world's thickest traitor Dude got a little bit more thick last night. like dude, these buns. Ah, this is why you're gonna have to subscribe to the only fans. This is definitely why you're gonna have to like if you want to see the rock like they're they're carved out of granite.

These things they're they it. Honestly, my ass might stop a bullet if I'm being completely honest with you. Researchers have been reaching out to me to study the biological, the chemical structure of what goes into these glutes because they need more realistic bullet stopping technology. Nations Governments have reached out to me for military defense because they just need a little Glimpse at what's going on on a molecular level to bring the world of bullet stopping anti-bullet penetration to the next level.

Do you know how many bulletproof glass companies have reached out to me and they're like Matt please? Just one conversation so you know life takes crazy turns and that's just where mine is at right now. Um, but enough about me I Hope you had a great day. That's just an intro. Obviously there's always new people and I just want to be very transparent with them and set them up from the get-go of what kind of day they're about to have or what kind of show they can expect or what kind of content they could expect here on the Mac Coors Live Channel Um, but we should talk about the market.

Um I Actually have a weird crazy story for you about collectible cards. One sold for anywhere between two and 2.6 million to post. Malone The dude just bought the sixth most expensive collectible card ever and it was a magic. The Gathering card that was like a crossover with Lord of the Rings So that just came out so interesting little.

Side Stories there. but yeah I Hope everyone's having a good day. um I Hope you're having a great morning, afternoon, evening night I Hope you're drinking some water I Hope you're staying hydrated I Hope you're ready to make some money today. and even if you lose a lot of money because we all know that you're fallible and you're not disciplined and you're going to be breaking your rules most likely I Hope you have fun while you're doing it and I hope you get to hang out with either a puppy or a kitten today because I think every day is a little bit better if you get to hang out with a puppy or a kitten.

I Haven't gotten to hang out with a puppy or kitten in quite a while and I really think that on a percentage basis, it would considerably improve my life. So if you're lucky enough to be around a puppy or a kitten today, a huge congrats to you! Huge huge congrats. Feel free to DM me some photos because maybe I'll just like, um, like vicariously get a little bit of that positivity from your experience. So with all that being said, let's talk about the Market Stock Futures fall after U.S downgrades versus a sell-off Traders scrutinize latest earnings.
So basically we got into the situation where AMD they kind of be, but they had some concerning commentary in their guidance and then really because the Fitch downgrade which happened after the market closed two days ago. Well, that prompted the market to gap down and we sold off all day yesterday. And now as I alluded to before, there is the Battle of the billionaires. So you have Warren Buffett buying all these bonds you have Bill Ackman shorting all these bonds and bonds are getting crushed right now.

Not the best sign for the old stock market, but before we get into it I do want to share a little bit of a clip with you. this is uh, my boy. post Malone I say my boy as if I know him I haven't known him I've never met him, never seen him in person. He seems like an awesome, genuine guy.

I'm a massive fan of post Malone I do like his music, but I think I'm a bigger fan of him as a person relative to him. His music like I think he's The Talented artist without a doubt. but I think he's an even better person and he just kind of does his own thing in his Utah life. But anyway, he was recently on Caller Daddy which is one of the world's most popular podcasts and he's talking about how he was buying a Lord of the Rings slash Magic the Gathering collectible card I bought the Lord of the Rings Magic card Oh, do you want to tell me how much that was? Two million dollars? Two million I Bought the Lord of the Rings Almost two million I Get that? that's a lot of money.

But her reaction right there. she's getting 60 mil from Spotify alone. So like she could easily have bought it herself like these. This is a conversation about money enrichings between two very very wealthy people.

But anywho, this is the card. uh 2023 Magic the Gathering Lord of the Rings it's a nine uh High rating um I don't I'm good I'm probably piss off some Lord of the Ring fans I don't What is this Elvish am I getting the language right that is. is this Elvish um or is it Elvis maybe maybe this is how Elvis the musician wrote I don't know. it's either Elvish or Elvis Um, obviously two very different things that sound very similar.

but anyway, everyone was on the lookout for this card I Looked into it a little bit and people knew it was coming out and people were just opening cases and cases and cases to attempt to get this card and someone did. and then right away sold it to post Malone and then uh, the collectible gurus actually did. Kind of a cool breakdown. So the most expensive card ever was a Mickey Manto card baseball 12.6 million Pikachu from the world of Pokemon obviously 5.3 million and then you have uh Lebron a basketball one must have been his rookie card I had if I had to guess 5.2 million Mahomes obviously football 4.3 Gretzky 3.75 million for hockey and now coming in at number Six.
So there's a little bit of a dispute that he paid 2.6 million. Did he pay 2 million? Doesn't really matter because that still puts them in at the number six spot. So pretty crazy. Actually, very, very crazy.

Uh, and the thing I thought was a little bit more interesting was how quickly it drops off. You go from 12.6 Million by the time you get to 10, you're at 300 000. by the time you get to 15, you're at 65k. So there's a huge huge drop off from 1 to 15.

But anyway, clocking in at Number Six post Malone the famed singer rapper I think he even acts a little uh, now owning the sixth most expensive collectible card out there. So a little bit of a Side Story kind of some news that maybe everyone missed and I just wanted to share it all with you. Now let's talk about some serious stuff and I'll try to make it as enjoyable and fun as you possibly can. Bank of England The old Boe hikes rates by a quarter percentage point in a split vote.

So this came out while we were all sleeping in a Benadryl comatose. they went up by .25 25 bips It's exactly what was expected. Yes, it was a split vote. There was a bit of a descent.

This is now the highest Fed fund rate for the Bank of England Like that's their Central Bank the way we have Jerome Powell and our Central Bank the FED they have theirs. it's the Bank of England. Uh, so that it wasn't really much of a surprise. If anything.

uh, it was expected. it's the highest uh, interest rate or the highest central bank rate they've had ever since 2008, A little bit of breaking news on oil: I Saw this: CNBC was a little bit rate late to actually report Saudi Arabia to extend voluntary 1 million Barrel per day crude oil production cut into September So obviously on that news, oil popping so it got a little bit of a hit. Once again, this is very political. There's a lot of government involved so oil has been going up.

Took a bit of a hit recently, but then on that news, oil now going back up and up and up now to bring it back home here. Well, yes, but also kind of no. AMD forecast U.S Credit downgrade drags down chip stocks. so AMD actually technically beat it really did.

but it's forecast not really keeping up with the pace of very lofty expectations. And then when you pair that with the US credit downgrade because of Fitch Yesterday was a pretty brutal day, and early on this morning it looks like it might even get a bit more brutal. but obviously we're gonna have to wait for Market open to really predict with that. Now we are still in the middle of earning season after the market closed yesterday.

PayPal Shopify Qualcomm oxy Unity Robin Hood After the market closes today, it is the Big Boys Apple and Amazon and we also have coinbase Airbnb and DraftKings next week one of the last major ones. There's a couple more, but the last major one is pretty much Disney so be on the lookout for that. So let's get into what was actually reported last night. But like owner A B, Inbev beats forecast and quarter dominated by boycott.
So remember, with Bud Light Anheuser-Busch Inbev owns many, many Brands Way more than just Bud Light And even though they beep, they didn't really talk about Bud Light itself. So Bud Light as a sub sector like a unit of the overall business could still be very much suffering. but they actually own I Believe rights at least in the U.S to Modelo which has now overtaken it. So still, the same company ends up winning out.

So a couple things to consider there. It's one thing to pay attention to it from a political or social aspect, but to associate like, oh, okay, financially I'm just gonna bet against the company exclusively because of Bud Light Remember, they own many, many, many brands. PayPal's weak margin eclipses upbeat spending. Outlook So there I got a lot of questions about PayPal Just wanted you to know that Shopify Forecast solid Revenue growth on higher prices, more signups so Shopify Looking good actually from a technical perspective I Really like this breakout I Like what's going on.

it's been attempting to hold it. Um, higher highs, higher lows. The only thing I don't like is the fact that the Spy is starting to look weak I like when things are in Trend So if I'm bullish on an individual Equity It's also nice to know that the overall Market is bullish. So sometimes when I see these I don't know.

countering signals or conflicting signals doesn't make me the most optimistic Robin Hood Beats Revenue estimates shares fall on declining users uh I think Reuters should have put a massive decline in users. This is the chart of what's going on with Hood. So back during the like retail craze phenomena Q2 of 2021, they had 21.3 million monthly active users. They now cut that in half.

We're now down to 10.8 This is the lowest it's been in two years, which honestly makes me feel like not so bad about the drop in my own content creation success. Um, because literally half the amount of people care right now. So uh, once again, in a true Millennial American fashion, I am not going to accept any blame I'm going to blame it on the world around me. and I'm not gonna like you could be like but Matt What if you made better content? What if you made things that were more trendy? What if you just had a better show? What if you learned how to speak better? What if you learned how to speak Spanish word if you were nicer to your audience, these are all reasonable things that I could do to improve.

but once again, you're forgetting it's not my, it's not my fault, it's it's the world's fault I'm not going to accept any I'm not accepting any blame. Buys back 522 million of Berkshire preferred stocks. so we know. Warren Buffett has been loading up on Oxy.
so a little bit of an update there in terms they missed Oxy. If you look at its uh, stock right now I believe it was down in pre-market but hang on, we have that Saudi report it is down. It's down 2.4 percent of pre-market they missed on their earnings. so I want to see how the market reacts to that? especially now with oil going up a little bit.

So on my radar for today now. Uh, early this morning. Initial jobless claims came in almost perfectly. as expected.

15 minutes into the trading day, we're going to get the global Us: Services PMI report that comes out at 9 45. Kind of a strange one. Once in a while we get 945 reports, but it doesn't happen that much. and then at nine.

uh, excuse me at 10 a half hour into the trading day, we're getting the non-manufacturing PMI number. so we're expecting 52.4 and 53 respectively. Once again coming out at 9 45 today and also 9 30. Now now that you know that obviously everyone's trying to pay attention to what's going on with unemployment that comes out tomorrow, everyone's trying to pay any attention.

What's going on with inflation? blah blah blah. All these macroeconomic predictions and now people are starting to really leverage up their bets in the world of bonds. So TLT You could argue. Ever since April April until now has just been getting decimated.

You can't see it. but these bonds are opening up pretty low at 95.2 In fact, they are apparently gapping down to the tune of two percent. So from April until this moment down 12.2 which is a big move in the world of bonds. So if bonds are going down, yields are skyrocketing obviously.

Uh, you can see that U.S 10y is probably the most popular. Yields are ripping faces off right now. back above four percent. taken like just not chilling.

Obviously, this is also somewhat helping the dollar, which has had a beautiful bounce. clear v-shape recovery broke down below this trend line. Pop Back out of it. Retested the trend line rippity, skippity doodah pretty much undoing this entire sell-off.

Which also just as a side note, um, this there's multiple things to consider here, but I Still think that the pound is really weak. So for my future Traders or even if you're a Forex Trader whatever you're doing the pound I Mean we've kind of been talking about this for at least a week. A week and a half now, the pound's looking pretty weak to me. Um, so I see yields continuing to the upside: bonds coming down, the dollar going up, and the pound dropping um, are just some like larger macro things I'm looking to play out.

But anyway, a lot of it is coming back to what's going on in the world of bonds you can look at. TLT There's various ones to check out, but this is the 20-year plus treasury bond ETF TLT I Want to talk about what's going on here? because it's prompting once again, a pretty large Battle of the billionaires. But anyway, treasury rut unnerves Traders as stocks Retreat So if we continue to see bonds plummet I think there is going to be a continuation to the downside in the old stock market. Ackman says he's short 30-year treasuries as Supply ramps up.
So Ackman We were recently talking about him when he he's kind of been more on social media. he's getting into a public betting Market Feuds with this guy. That guy. Sometimes he wins, sometimes he loses.

Obviously he was the loser of the infamous battle the Herbalife battle with icon from IEP who he was A good trade recently, but I don't think anyone's been paying attention to IEP But anyway, Um, I've been surprised how long U.S long-term rates have remained in light of structural changes that are likely to lead to higher levels of long-term inflation including deglobalization, higher defense costs, the energy transition, growing entitlements, and greater bargaining. You can understand it's a giant explanation of why he ended up betting against it, but what's interesting here is: Warren Buffett says he's not worried about Fitch's U.S Downgrade: Berkshire bought 10 billion in U.S treasuries last Monday we bought 10 billion and treasuries this money. and the only question for next Monday is whether we will buy 10 billion in three months or six months. So you have Bill Ackman going one way, you have Warren Buffett going the other way.

a battle of the billionaires in the world of bonds, the billionaire Bond battle the BBB the BBB the B Cubed uh, the billionaire Bond battle actively underway. so definitely I would expect media and just a little bit more interest, a little bit more volatility and really this time watching what's going on in bonding deals because it does seem like something is brewing in the background now specific to today. Thursday August 3rd I want you to donate the seasonality slightly leaning bearish, a little bit more neutral than anything else. So just putting this out here: the S P 500 seasonal bias Uh, the Bulls have won 52 of the time over the past 25 years.

The profit: Factor just below one. The bias it is neutral. If you want this information I give it up for free Macquareslocals.com it is in the description of the video once again, Macquares.locals.com There is a premium version where I share my trades, my ideas, other people share their trades, their ideas. so if you want to become a part of that Community check it out.

One of the recent trade ideas actually I had was Nvidia as soon as it broke down from this I figured hey, could get interesting quickly. Hit that downside. Gap Though a little bit wide of a risk like this, might be a little bit of a white knuckling it situation, especially since we're coming into very important Tech reports after the market closes today Apple Amazon but still I think I still think that this is up so much of that, there's gonna be an edge to playing this to. The downside: you just have to pick your moment to really strike, obviously looking pretty weak this morning.
Uh, coming down another 5.5 5 in pre-market trading close at 442 currently at 437 I'd be watching 401 I'd be watching somewhere around 370 after that. But anyway, this is an example of a recent I guess just discussion we ended up having in the Locals Community Now I did speak about this recently. actually it was the wrap up Power Hour show. but I know some of you don't watch that because whatever you have lives, you have spouses, you have kids, you have apparently something more important than me going on.

and and I get it. Uh, but I know like I just want to clarify, a lot of you asked me what prop account I'm using um I'm using Apex because it's the main one that everyone told me to use I don't know if it's good I don't know if it's bad thus far I had a little bit of an issue getting it connected to my ninja Trader but this is the prop account I'm using uh I reached out to them and I'm like hey, I'm a streamer I have a decent sized audience could you give us a discount and they said okay so if you guys want to try it, if you want to be in this like prop training challenge with me, you can get a 50 off coupon. It is pinned to the top of chat it is in the description of the video I just want to be very very like transparent with you. This is the first time I've ever used the prop account.

This is the first prop account I've ever used I haven't traded it on other ones I haven't compared it to other ones I just started using this one like I said, it was a little bit of a pain in the ass to get going with, but ever since like I don't know. after messing around with it for two days I do feel more comfortable understanding what I'm supposed to do or not supposed to do. But anyway, pinned to the top of chat in the description of the video If You basically want to do a paper account Challenge and if you do well enough, they give you money to trade so you can. Obviously it's a good way to like, not risk a lot of your own money or really any of your money besides the cost to take the test.

Um, so anyway, and now you can get 50 off. Um, have five Apex accounts. Careful with the intraday drawdown. So that's the issue that I ran into personally.

but that's just because I didn't It's on me I didn't read the rules of how they like, look at that stuff and how they manage it. So I mean the test is not easy to pass like I Don't want to sit here and be like yeah, like everyone's gonna get funded so quickly. like you kind of have to show that like you're really good at risk management specifically. Uh, so yeah.

check it out, look into it, read about it, see if it's for you. Uh, NFL Preseason starts tonight. Are you paying any fantasy leagues this season? Yeah. So I'm in a big fantasy league with my buddies from college and things get a little bit.
Rowdy And especially because in everyone in the league, I am probably the least informed about football, but arguably I'm the best at statistics and math and Analysis so even though I don't know much about football, I do pretty well in the league I think last year I got second or third and I don't know. For me, it was just like a game of numbers. So I really enjoy it. Um, if you guys know all about sports and want to share your knowledge with me and help me win this league, uh, that would be much, much, much appreciated.

Any punishments for last place we had uh, where a Kilt wall golfing? Uh, the last punishment was you had to stay in an IHOP for 24 hours, but every pancake you ate you could deduct it. So basically if you ate 10 pancakes, you only had to be there for 14 hours. So obviously there's some I it wasn't really that bad. like you just end up really overeating pancakes.

and like you're kind of saying, you're gonna sit there for two two and a half meals and you just Crush pancakes. Um, so that was the most recent one. I don't know what this year's is? Uh, don't know what this year is I'd be in there 45 minutes tops and you're like dude I'm just gonna Crush these pancakes uh I don't know what are some of the most Wild um I guess just punishments or I don't know. maybe you even had wild prizes for the victors.

Like what are some of the most? ridiculous things that you've seen? Uh about just like NFL wins or NFL Fantasy wins and losses me Kevin video about AMC and very interesting and well research. It breaks my heart that all the Good Vibes with AMC turned into such a scam. I wish I had sold it on time I'm right there with you I don't think uh uh, both of your eyebrows shaved off. That's pretty hardcore.

I Remember one time I was camping as a weed lad and it was Winter and I had snow in my eyebrows like we were just doing whatever in the snow and then we sat by the campfire so when the snow ended up melting from like my face, it actually singed all of my eyebrows off. Uh, where was uh, how old was I it must have been late Middle School when this happened or maybe mid middle school. so probably like sixth, seventh, eighth grade. somewhere around that time frame.

Maybe maybe sixth or seventh? uh, my eyebrows completely gone. We made the loser take a stuffed animal on an actual date, buy dinner, wine, and everything we recorded at all. Everyone asked to not sit near him and the waiter asked if he could do something wrong with them. That's a good one.

That's a good one. Punishment is to watch The Witcher Spin off. Uh, holy cow. that must have been bigger than a forest fire Exactly.

Ooh, book knows what's up. All right. You guys know the game plan. Always try to watch the market open for the first 10 20 30 minutes.

Today we are below the previous days closed. There is a gap up play potential to 449.35 In a perfect scenario for me, we would push up, get that, Gap Phil vomit, then bounce back up into some moving averages where I could short. That would be a perfect trade. But just like yesterday, we might not be coming back to the upside Gap though at all.
Uh, right now I am in the Futures Market watching 4500 flat. There is big support at 4500.09 which were two points away from. If that doesn't hold uh there, there could be a realistic shot of us heading down to 443. I'm not necessarily calling that out as my target for today, but it does could potentially act as a magnet level if we don't bounce somewhat soon.

So watching that on the spy. In terms of the cues, they're also below yesterday's close and the low of yesterday. So both the spy and the queues gapping down today obviously on the cues. I'm kind of watching this 368 63 level I'm a very apparent Gap from Tuesday July 11th to Wednesday July 3rd.

So watching the high right here. downside Gapville. But there's also two upside gaffvilles here. Uh, hang on.

Why is this not updated? The way it should be: a 373 13 is the level I would be watching three. Let me just update this on the cues for all my tech Traders all my tech Traders out there. So those are the levels I'm watching in the overall Market Obviously I'm watching bonds a little bit today just to see what goes on. Obviously Recent commentary from Akman Recent decisions from Warren Buffett Uh, so watching what's going on in bonds that's in the bottom right of your screen and then also watching tup? Uh Tup? I'm just curious if the run is actually over a lot of the times when you see just the first major red day.

sometimes a decent statistical chunk of the time, that is the first warning sign that the run's over. but that's not true for every single one. So I'm going to be watching it. Um, the only way I would buy this is if I saw serious strength.

but in reality I feel like I'm just late to the game on it I Feel like I missed tup if you guys got a chunk of it. Massive. Congrats to you I'm jealous of you I Hope you make a lot of money. Whatever money you're up right now I hope you make even more.

It's just a play that I missed and it happens. It happens. It happens. It happens.

Tup. Done. We have to wait I Mean time will tell Time will definitely tell on that one. What else are we at? Uh, what's your votes on the day everyone for I'll give you like two to three minutes to spam either green or red or bullish or bearish I Just kind of want to get a better idea of where everyone's out like you're where your mindset is today.

Are you buying this dip or are you shorting the overall rip: Purple Yellow Reversal Green Red Green Bullish a Bearish rainbow Day Red Red Howdy? interesting Red Bear Day Red Rudder is a new record Rudder 3 is a new record. What records are we talking about? All right, Red Red Discount Buying Bearish Uh. I Think it might be helpful to also just kind of remind everyone where we are in a little bit of a larger. View This is kind of the Run we've been on since October Uh, even we've had a little bit of redness.
like yeah, sometimes it gets beaten down a little bit more, but it does end up continuing to go. So when I'm looking for a pullback, I'm just kind of trying to articulate that the recent pullbacks on the weekly charts that we've seen have been more than just one little week. Like right here. Four red weeks, three red weeks, a little bit of a bounce, then a bad week.

These were kind of nothing. nothing but. I mean the market is kind of due for a pullback? The question is how extreme is it going to be? But I Do want to remind you that just like one or two days of red in this picture is not really the most convincing pullback we have dipped. I mean you could point out like dude, well this was a singular red week and then we push it.

So what I'm going to be looking for is this concept of on the weekly chart and probably with the daily charts. Are we continuing to make lower highs and lower lows? Or are we actually pushing above a previous high and holding that level? I Don't think I'm gonna go back into like degenerate bullish mode until I see the market starting to push and holding above previous day's highs? I'm not going to try to like, just be the person catching a following knife and thinking this is the bottom and I'm the guy picking the bottom, it might be the bottom. especially knowing we're going into Apple's reports knowing we're going into Amazon's reports. So with their earnings coming out tonight, if they're really good I would expect huge gap ups, but also as likely we might have a complete Miss from two very important companies and then the sell-off could get even worse.

So for me, I'm not trying to be predictive here. This is not the time where the environment to be predictive of things hitting, not hitting this that the other thing. it's too much of a mixed bag. We're getting conflicting data points from the macroeconomic reports I'm of the opinion this is the environment to just be reactive I don't need a bet beforehand I Can wait for the information to come out and then I could just try to ride whatever the trend is.

So yeah, do you miss out on like getting really close to a bottom tick? Or a top tick? Of course you do. But I would rather take on that risk than the overnight arbitrary risk of flipping a coin. So I mean everyone does it their own way. Maybe the way you look at it, you're like no, no, I'm feeling really confident about whatever being bullish or bearish.

and I do wish you the best of luck. I'm just saying how I'm interpreting this situation hey and I'm by no means campaigning saying I'm like perfect and I Crush All this a serious question. How do you wake up every day and steer away from the mirror being so good looking? That's a great question. Tyler Thank you.
Um, you have to understand. The model-esque figure you're seeing in front of you right now is not how I look in front of the mirror. it is at first. but don't forget, most of my mirror time is actually a grown man ugly crying, shouting that I was supposed to have potential.

So I know it's easy like and this really is a phenomenal question. Um, but please don't project what you're seeing right now like what you're seeing right now. This face is not what I see back in the mirror because I'm not in the mirror I'm not doing my whole show when I'm looking in the mirror I'm a grown man almost at the age of 30. ugly, crying, yelling about my lost potential so that it's actually easy for me to leave those situations Kramer is on CNBC Spitting Fire Jimbo's spit and Fire gap profitability for the first time Morgan Stanley reiterates equal weight Southwest There's a Lynch inside that we are able to be uh, get a good deal uh Teamsters Historically very powerful Union Rich Union Uh, but are we fading Kramer Today W Leader One there was a contested right tested between the company the union wants to work for with the Autos together to try to preserve some jobs and give the Elder people a good good pay.

And then this man Sean who is just talking about capitalism and the nature of capitalism and how it's really hurt workers. this is very Walter Ruther uh Language I should say: is this the UPS the kind of language that when we when we had in this country uh will take you down if you don't play ball. That's the language I'm hearing from UAW and look I mean it's the kind of language we just say. You know what? we should have built all our EVS in Mexico it's that bad.

I Don't think people are paying enough attention. The man is I'm not saying he's irrational I'm saying he was elected sure in order to make it so that there's a very short week to find benefit back. and then the notion that that we're fat cats are fat cats and have been only rewarded. We haven't seen this.

That's please class Warfare And it's very shocking to hear classical I Remember Jim Cramer A while ago who lamented the shift from Capital to labor I'm sorry from the Liberty capital for the last 30 years. Well, I I always felt that the middle class benefited from unions. have been a union member twice Union member and I always felt that you could work together and everybody would do well. I Never felt that marketing internals the people that we bearish marketing interns today I was I said I was part of that because JP Steve that's we didn't want them to go under.

we wanted them to. You know we. it was like Tesla yeah and so I'm always very reluctant to see a union Amazon use such language Apple makes it feel like that it's it's Microsoft flat. but I have a pro Union because the unions in the way the Ronald reag was brilliant.
It's like yeah, you want people to do well and you don't want people to have no health care I mean unions can be good, but this is toxic and very toxic. Is this about all the movers today? PayPal is pretty much in line on on EPs and revenue. Final Stages: I Don't know I mean you know they mentioned that they have, uh, some losses. We don't want to hear that.

We want to hear what Tim Cook has to say tonight. Apple I think is really killing everybody and PayPal the ratchet-down and growth years is so severe that you're beginning to think it's commodity and now I I had said that because I think a lot of us got involved online spend with PayPal but it feels very commoditized and uh no I'm not there can't find a bottom. Uh Clorox is is the move today about uh, the Beats organic up 14 or is it more about just the tone of the tape right now I I Think that it's it's proctor-like uh in that their their costs are are good, the brands turn out to be better than expected. There's a little uh twist where there's a division that was definitely popping down division and they kind of moved it over to another area which I got.

I personally haven't done anything you can remember coming out. Are they getting out of that division? This is one of those that they shouldn't have bought because they have unbelievable Brands and I'm very glad we're getting uh that they pulled this one out people were Global U.S Services PMI Report is because lost it it's clearly not and uh, they were one of these hangover you know you've got these companies that did so great during covet and then no one wanted to touch them. This is the beginning of the next. like we'll see how this works.

They generate a lot of cash. It'll be a very good idea in anticipation, but let's see if it holds a couple things in travel: Jeffrey's cut Southwest to hold and host um is a Miss they trim the guide. they're getting a lot and making more money. That is what you should care about Pioneer Of course yesterday saying we might have 80 to 100 dollar Cruise Kramer going to be reporting this they're they're very bullish I Was disappointed by Devin because Devon's run by Rick Moncrief and he is just fantastic.

They've not been able to do the numbers that I've that I've wanted I don't know why I have to drill down with Rick because he's he's amazing. but yeah Pioneer has been very bullish though. The the stocks that you know this stock survive in the pipelines. No one really wants to buy.

The pipeline cues are definitely out for holding better today. Data menu continues, so let's get some. Services PMI with the Rick Santelli Rick Yell our boy Rick Yes, our final reads: Carl Which means we take the earlier month read, toss it and replace it with this current read: 52.3 replaces 52.4 and 56.3 is still the lightest level. Uh, going back.
Well actually to February of this year and if you look at the that was Services if you look at the composite for s p Global Pmis it remained at 52 which by the way was also the weakest level. since February and the data stream does not stop here, we still have Factory orders durable goods and ISM Services uh pmis yet to come at top of the hour. Squawk on the street return after a short break so energy taking a bit of a hit even though oil is up one percent energy taking a bit of a hit even though oil is up one percent. XLE XLF Taking a bit of a hit as well this morning Excel you utilities looking weak? uh Healthcare kind of going flat.

Industrial is going down, so the only thing that's actually seemingly having a strong opening or at least holding is technology xlk or you could look at the cues. Uh. Initial reaction to this 9 45 report was a smack. we're popping now.

The cues are battling it out at yesterday's close. Right here you can see that this is exactly or actually excuse me. Uh, the upside gaffle yesterday is not closed, but the low. So Market hit on the PMI but now bouncing.

Uh, and it's this types of whipsaw and crap that maybe sometimes it's best to wait for the reports to come out and see how the market truly, uh, thinks about it. See how the market actually thinks about it? So I'm looking at the market internals. They're looking pretty bearish this morning. They're definitely bearish this morning.

Well, that one's neutral. Okay, so they go anywhere between bearish and neutral. I'm not seeing any positive or bullish Market internals at this moment in time. but hang on, let me check a couple more.

that's bearish. That's also bearish. Um, so most are bearish, some are neutral. Uh, whipsaw.

I haven't done anything yet. I'm basically waiting for my opportunity to strike and maybe it just doesn't come today. Maybe I end up having no trades today and that is A-Okay Netflix and Tesla are making good recoveries from the opening until now. and actually, yeah, it's Tech that's in the green and it's these other sectors that seem to be suffering a bit today seem to be suffering a bit today.

and I do want to remind you that another report is coming out in 15 minutes. Uh, 12 minutes. At this point, it's coming out at 10. A.M We are going to be getting the Ism non-manufacturing prices uh, and then also the non-manufacturing PMI So PMI prices coming out in about 11 minutes 12 minutes.

So I'll probably be waiting until we get those reports to really try to do anything today. Uh, we got a pop-up for sure though on this right off of actually what was I yeah, I was saying 4509 is important Support look at. they barely broke. it.

barely broke it popped right off of it. 4509 if that gives way, uh then I think my next downside Target is around like 4 000 like 496-ish 97 98 Something like that. Basically just a breach of 4500. so kind of down in this region if we can't hold 4509.
But obviously time will tell now as we are awkwardly trying to burn time for the next 10 minutes until that report comes out. Uh, what is on everyone's mind? What charts are you watching? what? I Guess options? Are you degenerately trading which? Futures contracts? Are you spending way too much money on? what? Um, what's going on? Talk to me. Help me. Help you help me help you.

How many years of training did it take for you to become consistently profitable? Also, that thing long agent? uh I don't know. whenever I become consistently profitable I'll let you know did you hang the tiger? Pick Yes Yes. I Did phenomenal Question: Phenomenal Question: Oh never forget to hit that thumb. My coffee didn't come out good this morning.

Can't figure it out. You might as well just go back to bed and try to start again tomorrow. Carvana puts is Carvana finally breaking down I Wouldn't bet against it yet. Not.

Look at higher highs higher lows. You're you're fighting the trend and you might be picking the top here. but how do you know? you're not really getting confirmation of even a little bit of bearishness Now of anything it looks strong. Look at higher highs, higher lows.

Uh, you would want like some sort of reversal the way you you saw on Tup here where you have a lower high and a lower low a lower high, a lower low. Um, definitely a completely different vibe on those two charts. Would you short the UK property Market Given the new rate hike affecting mortgage rates, you know I've been reading about the craziness of Real Estate in England right now and it sounds Bonkers Now obviously I'm not really a real estate Guru uh and I only lightly know about the real estate situation, but it doesn't seem good. but obviously I I'm saying that with like just hang on I just want you everyone to know uh that I I'm like real estate's not necessarily my forte.

My major Forte is stair stepping and eyebrows and occasionally I stream occasionally I Talk about the market, but this is a stair-stepping relationship advice eyebrow based Channel uh well. apple drop on earnings dude I I don't know. wait Levi were you asking that for like oh, was it like kind of rhetorical of like oh let's have a conversation where you like really expecting me to give you like the right answer there. Dude? No one knows.

Do you think if I definitively knew about Apple and what it will or won't do you think I'd be doing this dude I would be some rich billionaire if I had that type of foresight with 100 accuracy I would own my own Island it wouldn't be Coors Island anymore. it wouldn't be cook Island it would be Coors Island I would be just doing my own thing I would just I'd be so rich you guys would be hearing stories of like billionaire Matt Corrs injured in his tiger jousting League that has not taken off like I would be starting new weird Sports I'd be doing the strangest things. The weirdest things you guys would hear like strange updates from me on page six and TMZ like billionaire Matt Close decides to ride rollerblades for one year to see if he can quote Unquote. Beat the challenge like it would be, it would be really weird I Don't think there's many more things that are potentially risking the safety of humanity Beyond me becoming rich like I Know people are like, what about global warming? What about famines? What about aliens? Yeah okay like those are weird but like an untethered matte course.
if I had like no bills or people to answer to no bills to pay dude it would be bad. it would be bad for society in general. All right folks, we need to kill another six. Seven minutes, Six seven minutes.

we are getting another report and then after there we can become untethered and potentially make some good trades. Today, everything slowly but surely grinding to the upside if you somehow caught a piece of this from Market Open until now and you're up on some stuff, you might want to de-risk a little bit. You might want to do a little bit of de-risking because you never know which way this is going to go. uh, Piton, mid-range and the wedge that we were kind of checking out.

Uh DraftKings reporting after the market closes tomorrow? Uh, fake out breakout? Maybe a fake out Breakdown: The volatility picking up putting in a wider range. There's a downside gaffle to 29 but DraftKings definitely an interesting watch of mine right now. How is Penn doing Penn's been performing on a relative basis? Worse for sure. What else is going on in the world AMD Down to the bottom side of his wedge potential bounce.

Looking for this trendline breakout and hold could be interesting? How Shopify doing uh, kind of watching it ever since 59 and I did like it way better at 70 but getting hit ever since then. Uh, how is Oxy doing after missing its earnings? But hey, actually got the upside gaffle today. How's Disney doing? Disney had a nice pop and then went right back to being slaughtered. trading at 85 and some change right now.

rum holding? uh, eight dollars going into their earnings I Believe in two weeks coins being walked right back down to this 85 dollar level Amazon range Bound for the earnings meta trying to recapture this trendline Netflix Actually putting in a higher low right here could be kind of a contorted shoulder head, shoulder situation. uh I would actually not hate the idea of Netflix being bullish on it if it can break and hold 446 because you have the upside Gap fill of 470 and you only have to risk 428. So interesting, play there on. Netflix Definitely going to be putting that and paying attention to it on my watch list if Tesla can recover from this looking for the break of 270 Upside: Gap fill to 290.
But I think a lot of the world is actively just waiting for Amazon to report an Apple to report tonight to really decide the next direction of this leg over the next couple days and or weeks. So uh, please be careful with like, over leveraging into positions now. Um, please be careful. Please, please be careful.

Um, just because. like we don't know, like the market I Don't know if it's gapping up or down, but it feels like there's going to be a big gap coming between today's close and tomorrow's open so we'll just chill for a little bit. Hey Cole hey y'all Cole's Towing Cole What do you tell? Is it cars? Is it trucks? Is it boats? Is it now? I Just have more questions than anything else. More questions than anything else.

Uh, don't forget to take out accessories unlike the one guy who forgot to. what are you talking about? Evil. All right folks, let's get ready. Let's get ready.

Let's get ready. Report coming out at 10 A.M and then hopefully we can snag some nice trades. Uh uh. for the month of August I'm kind of working on the Prop account slash Futures Trading systems account.

the month of July was the generally trading options. If you watch any of it, it went absolutely crazy emotionally. I Don't think it was healthy at all, but it did. It really did make like some good content.

some good money uh, but not a not a sustainable thing. Uh, shout out to Nikon Nikon's it is the birthday of your wife. congratulations on having a wife. that's pretty neat and also shout out to her for surviving a whole nother year as we orbited a giant fiery ball.

Uh, so shout out to your wife and you and your birthday. I Hope you're doing something fun tonight. Hopefully you're going to a cool dinner or whatnot. Uh, all right.

hang on I need to block this person. Um, you, uh, forever. All right. I Saw that there was some rumble spamming of that guy.

Please follow my new account. Please follow my new account. Please follow Um. I Banned them.

We got rid of them I'm not dealing with that I'm the only one who's allowed to chill on this channel. Uh, any. AMC Update: No, what's going on with AMC The last thing I Haven't really been paying attention to it. Uh, the last thing I saw that was that Charles Payne from Fox and vitam them on and then Adam Aaron is too much of a like too much of a to actually go on and say anything because he knows he's wrong.

He knows what he's doing is scummy. He knows that he's lining his own pockets and that's did you guys ever wonder why Adam Aaron Went from going on news talking with Trey being very public all the time and now he doesn't do anything. It's because he knows that he up and everyone found out about it. That's why.

um it doesn't take a rocket scientist to see the pattern there. Uh so that's all I know I've been I don't know what's going on, why what's going on you tell me. I I'm gonna rely I kept you guys up to date on AMC for like years. Uh, you guys can now keep me up to date on it because I don't need to waste my time like looking into that.
It's the people on Twitter who talk about it. It's the blind leading the blind man. It's just people who not only are uninformed about the market, but they don't seem to care about learning. They just come up with a conspiracy theory and then they're just like yeah, no, that's right and then any.

They They don't approach the situation like a scientist, where you have a hypothesis and you test it. They in their mind, bake up a solution and then they just try to always say that it's right. and if you have any conflicting evidence or Reason in your opinion like you're you're a citadel shell. It's like dude, have fun losing money, how much are you still holding I don't know I have both AMC and ape uh like I'm definitely a four figure amount of shares.

Uh, but I I don't know the exact amount dude I I Don't look at it like I cannot articulate how much I don't look at this. Uh I think AAA will make the bankrupt happen if the squeeze comes for real, will make the bankrupt happen. What does that mean I Think a will make the bankrupt happen if the squeeze comes for real I don't know what that means so I can't agree or disagree. how would you turn the company around? I'm not in this for a fundamental reason.

AMC fundamentally is not that good of a company if you look at the Russ whatever. the S P 500, the NASDAQ 100, the Russell like the Russell 3000. If you look at companies and you're like okay, where are the fundamentally strong ones, where are the fundamentally weak ones AMC is not a fundamentally strong Company You Could argue if it's improving or not and like whatever. We could have that discussion but relative just in pure magnitude.

If we had like a rating of fundamentally strong companies, AMC would be nowhere close to the list. If you think AMC is a fundamentally strong company, you don't know how to do a fundamental analysis You Could argue that it's improving like on a relative basis from being shitty to maybe not being as shitty. But if you think it's fundamentally strong, you're you're smoking something. Man, you're It's just hopium like.

That's what it is and you either have to accept that or you don't. But this isn't an opinionated thing. Like this is like a quantifiable metric that we can look at. We can see its growth, we can see its debt, We could see its other burdens like we.

That's what all these Financial disclosures are for is for people to look into it, and if you do the work, you could get a fundamental idea of what's going on. AMC To me was never a fundamental play. It was an active trade and it the crazy thing is it worked to a certain degree. AMC went from 2 to 72 and if you're now mad that you just didn't get out like what was your methodology, what was your Trend following methodology.
What were you looking to do? You have to ask yourself and I think a lot of the AMC Community has to look themselves in the mirror and ask them themselves. Did you not make money because you got too greedy? Did you drink too much of the Kool-Aid Did you get too deep into the Opium refusing to get out even when you were looking massive gains in the face I Think there's like many things in this world Uh, this is a little I guess Universe of everything else going on and it just is. It's really representative of human greed it got created in One Direction because the shorts were really greedy and then the people who were ended up being right because the shorts were greedy and things started to go up well. people who are now mad and didn't take it like that was also greed.

So when it comes to Wall Street Whether you're a big player, a little player, it's it's all the differences is Big Greed or little greed? It's just greed Greek Greed like it's always great. uh and I like I think we all have to be honest with each other and say it if you took a retail. Trader and like all of a sudden they become some like massive bank or whatever I still think they would be greedy. Like to think that all of a sudden like we as an individual are just like more moral than the other guys.

no I think money and power corrupts at all I Don't think there's like in any of this. like I think we're all equivalently greedy and it's just people in positions of power and influence. You just see it way way more. Uh, we were listening to you and Trey Well listening to me was very different from listening to Trey One of us was informed and did research and provided resources.

The other one was a cheerleader on the internet. We were had two very different styles, two very different inputs and two very different opinions of the situation. The streams are still up there I'm not going to hide like other whatever. Reddit accounts Twitter accounts YouTubers end up doing it.

Go look at my information. The streams are all up there. I Told hey folks, take money when you want is cheerleading a support a sport. Uh no.

the Supreme Court in 20 2010 said it's not a sport like the Supreme Court ruled on that. Uh Matt your thing about making the first 30 minute candle low show the low and high at the day or the direction which we're going seriously works for the past trades. Hey awesome start to track it so you can get an idea of the accuracy like per day in like a little bit of a journal. Um, write it down because it's not going to work 100 of the time.

Uh yeah, this is the data coming out at 10. AM You can see a little bit of a jolt to the upside. came out right at 10 here. so we popped up.

but the question is, is it going to hold so the market internals are still bearish? Uh, definitely still bearish from the market open. Obviously the price actions turning up New York stock Exchange It Actually, if this keeps pushing, the internals actually might turn green. but I'm just a little bit worried that this might be the peak of the day. Netflix seems to be on a little bit of an unsustainable push.
like just perfectly to the upside Nvidia Similar starting to show some weakness Microsoft's actually pushing up Apple flat apple is not participating in this whatsoever. Could be some apprehension going into the earnings meta going up. Amazon going up so Tech is particularly strong. Look at Xlk this is the tech sector and the S P 500 Uh, Xlk like it's actually not green on the day, but it's making a strong intraday recovery and then compare that to XLE which sold off more now bouncing XLF sold off more now bouncing utilities getting hit Healthcare doing nothing Industrials doing nothing what other ones we want to look at uh I'm dubious of this because if anything, we know the queues got their upside Gap filled this morning.

yesterday's low, it came at 373.13 and then if you look at the Spy we almost got the upside Gap though 449.30 Uh, and we were looking for 449.35 Like I said today, Uh, to me, the perfect scenario would have been a push to the upside Gap fill a vomit, a hard vomit, and then a bounce back up into the EMAs where I'd be able to take a short position that is like a kind of like a Goldilocks play out for me. I'm not saying that's going to happen. In fact, if it happens exactly like that, uh, I'm telling you I'll probably be the one most surprised in here to call it like that. Um, what's the difference between a short and a put.

Simple answer? Well, ush. Okay, when you're talking it's weird because the verbiage in the market like sometimes people. okay, they use it for different things. anyway.

if you're talking about options, you're talking about derivatives. So if you're buying a put, you're buying the right to sell stock at a certain price. the strike price on or before a certain date. It's just a contract.

Well, if you like actually go short on inequity, you're creating a position by selling stock. and you close the position by buying stock. So if you are short the Spy if you shorted the Spy you're selling it and now you like. That's how you created it.

And to close the position, you buy it back. If you b
