Bed Bath basically saying hey, remember how we told you that we are going to bankruptcy? Well they basically confirmed it Bed Bath and Beyond says it does not have sufficient resources to repay the amounts under the credit facilities and this will lead the company to consider all strategic Alternatives including restructuring its debt under the U.S bankruptcy code.
Not to mention they just hired Carol. Look up New board directors during BK. It’s a new corporate trend to have an “independent board director” to handle litigation between creditor and company. Which is now happening with bbby
