A lot of big news in the world of crypto. Seemingly we are one day away from the Bitcoin ETF approval. Uh, the decision by the SEC for approval or denial has to be made by tomorrow the 10th. So lot of excitement in the world of crypto.

Last time I checked it, it was trading at 46 47,000 I'm talking about Bitcoin So I want to give into the most recent updates as we're seemingly one day away. Very excited about that. uh from there last night I Don't know how many of you guys saw it, but some crazy crazy news started to happen with Rumble and the CEO Chris Pavloski and what was going on. and basically uh, rumble's being attacked.

Freedom of Speech is being attacked. and it looks like this time around it's coming from the Wall Street sector. Looks like they're being attacked financially. Looks like they're being attacked by shorts.

so I obviously want to get into that and explain why. The reasoning: The short: The short report reasoning is easily disproven. This isn't an opinionated thing of this. that the other thing, basically the Tldr is the short report is accusing them of fictitious Ma And it's wild because the Maus the numbers, as we know from the earnings reports are provided by Google.

It's not like an internal metric. Google Analytics is giving them the number and then they just probably write it into the box when it's time to report their earnings. And then yet the short report people are just saying oh my God it's completely fictitious. Where are they making up? Dude, if you have an issue with it, you got to take it up with Google So I want to talk about that? We have some just other news, some political news this morning.

um obviously here in the US a little bit globally I think I think there's a new prime minister or something in France something like that. So I want to talk about that? um talking a little bit I Kind of decided to do a new Dgen Daily report. so I want to get your feedback there. So a lot to get into.

This happened by like kind of weird happen stands and I forgot my Razor when I went home for the holiday so it just kept growing and growing and then I came back and I was going to shave it and then all of a sudden my fiance told me to shave it and just because of the person that I am I decided Well if I'm told to do something, I'm going to do the exact opposite. So now we're in this weird circumstance where it happened by random Chance by my forgetfulness and now it's continuing to grow out of pure spite. Um, are those gray hairs? No. I have all these weird.

there's blonde and orange. uh I didn't even know this but apparently I have multiple colors going on. um so we're going to see how it goes. uh, you rock a goatee with a handlebar I think when I'm finally done with this at least one stream I'm going to do a wild uh like where I just shave my like chin.

So I'm going to do like the whole beard and then this like weird little connection to the mustache and then obviously to the rest of the beard. So I'm going to get rid of the chin one day and then the next day I'll just come in with the mustache and like these lines I think I think it could be cool I think we could do some fun stuff? Um, but that'll be a little bit later on. All right, So that's obviously the most important topic, so that's why I wanted to get it out of the way because I didn't want to forget about it whatsoever now. Stock futures are lower tit Tuesday as rates rise. so if you're looking at the pre-market action little bit suspect I mean you have the Futures Market diving diving on the five, the 10, the 30 not the most Bueno situation. but yesterday as a whole the stock market ripped the Spy the ETF tracking the S&P 500 was up 1.4% the NASDAQ The Q's were up 2% gold was up, oil was up, crypto was up, everything had a green green green day yesterday and it just it was Non-Stop and now we're just kind of coming back back down into like I don't know, maybe 2/3 of the run through yesterday.

So pre-markets looking rough, but when you consider the rise that we had yesterday in reality, it's not so bad. now. if you're supporting Nvidia if you're like Nancy Pelosi and taking all of your husband's money and yoloing some calls to the longside in Nvidia Congrats to you! Nvidia hit a new all-time high and it's continuing to represent some serious strength in pre-market So I just wanted to congratulate all the degenerate Invidia Bulls watching very quickly before we get into the hardcore I Guess stock market degeneracy stuff. Gabriel OT Uh, atal whatever becomes France's youngest prime minister in modern history.

So if you're watching from France I Guess you guys picked a new one. So he's 34. He's a young guy. Uh, he looks a little older than 34.

Uh, he's also apparently openly gay. He will be France's first openly gay I like I Think it's kind of funny that when it comes to friends, they have to say openly. they're like. We have our suspicions of some things that went down in the past.

Anyway, Japan's Nike hit a 33-year high as Asia markets rebound. so this is kind of crazy. Out of all Global markets, Japan's Market was the one that like was kind of lagging behind. it was three decades before.

like just now it hit a new all-time high which you never really saw in the US market. you never really saw in various European markets. You didn't see that in the Australian Market there was more commonly new Highs but Japan wasn't doing it and it has a lot to do with their monetary policy, their Fed system over there. But now since they kind of are taking their foot off the pedal with how they decide to run their monetary policy, all of a sudden it's starting to look pretty good once again.

Big updates related to Trump potential criminal charges and also obviously huge impact on the upcoming election.

Obviously we're going to cover it because this is going to have an impact on the election and the election will have a big impact on who's the president. and then the President has a big impact on the economy and thus the market. So like I Get it? I Know not Everyone likes to get into the political stuff I Know that obviously a lot of people have pretty like emotional and volatile feelings when it comes to the world of politics. But here, whenever you're talking about the economy and finance and the stock market, it's very important to know what's going on in the world of politics because it has a clear impact on it.

So I just wanted to put this on your radar that probably getting some sort of update today. So many tabs. How do we close them all down? Mysterious Crypto Quote: Unquote Dark Money Group ramps up lobbying efforts ahead of the 2024 election, A mysterious nonprofit group backed by the crypto industry has set up a mailing address that's about a 100 miles from Washington DC What an interesting factoid that CNBC thought we would care about Like that's my first thought whenever I hear about a mysterious nonprofit group I'm like exact I Want to know as the crow flies how far away is their mailing address from Washington DC And here we are with SB DC providing it as the first piece of information. so shout out to them for providing.

The thing that we all really, really care about. The group is launching advertisements against at least one powerful lawmaker who's up for re-election has then hired a group of strategist to Lobby on its behalf. the organization is heavily funded by the crypto industry I'm going to be honest, just my own opinion. and I'm not the most informed fella out there.

Uh, if they use their money to ensure that Elizabeth Warren doesn't get reelected, wouldn't be crying at all because she seems to be a lot more of a net negative than she is a net positive. Now bringing it to this week: I Just want to shout out all the macroeconomic events. Nothing really Today, Nothing really yesterday, Nothing really today. Uh, tomorrow.

10year note auction. And then there's another Bond auction on Thursday That's the 30-year Bond auction. So two Bond auctions this week and then Thursday and Friday of this week to conclude the week. both days consecutively.

two different inflations reports the CPI followed by the PPI So two treasury reports two inflation reports, and then throughout the week we also have four different fed speakers. so feel free to screenshot this or just check it out on the newsletter or go to investing.com But it is all there with respect to individual companies. We are about to start earning season. it officially gets underway.

Friday This Friday We're going to hear from the big Banks JP Morgan Bank of America Black Rock City Bny Melon Wells Fargo All those are reporting. On top of that, we're going to hear from the first major airline play Delta I'm curious if they're going to say anything about the Boeing 737 Max whatever, they are the one that the door just blew off. And then also we hear from the biggest player in the health insurance industry. uh United Health Group So earning season is officially underway this Friday so be prepared for that, especially if you're invested in any of these.

Interesting note on the financial sector. If you're interested in tracking the major Financial plays that are within the S&P 500, check out XLF. This is is once again the major Financial plays within the S&P 500. You can see recently this puppy's been running, this big dog's, been hunting big dogs, got to eat and the financial sector is definitely been eating XLF Running from 3150 all the way up to 38, the EMA cloud is looking very bullish.

It's not showing any signs of slowing down, but it will be interesting to see like what they have to say for earning. So I just want you to know about that earning season officially underway and the party is going to be really playing out over the next three weeks. So what we have going down is basically uh, more. Banks Reporting on Tuesday the 16th and then I Think all the exciting Tech plays that most likely a lot of you are going to care about is starting to go down.

really The final two-ish weeks of January you have Netflix you have Tesla and this is the 23rd, the 24th. Uh, right Here you're going to have Apple and Meta. So really, if you were to bracket like the exciting times it does officially start this Friday but craziness kind of plays out from the 22nd to the to the 2nd. so I just wanted everyone to kind of be a little bit more aware and cognizant of all of that.

Obviously I give you Wednesday, Thursday and Friday and then other than that from like kind of a weekend review I give you a breakdown of how the zero DTE option strategy has been doing for the first week of January it went 14 out of 16 so crushing it thus far. Very happy and I'm also pleased to report that it continued.

Um, so please give this is before when I was saying I want your feedback before I was kind of giving you like the daily updates of how the zero DTE thing played out but right here? um I Want you guys to know like I want to get your thoughts on this Is this style more visually appealing? Does it pop out to you a bit more? Is it more useful? Does it give you more of an idea? So anyway, this was my first attempt at it daily dgen report and basically a gain of 94% free Discord access and this was for January 8th. So basically right here is I kind of show you the proof. So yesterday January the 8th the Discord at 10:00 A.m. um I gave you there.

There's two different systems running. There's a measurement as in bullish, bearish or neutral. There was a five out of five bullish signal and was it spot on? Of course it was spot on. Did you see what happened yesterday? So basically right at 10:00 A.m.

right here, a 5 out of five bullish signal was fired. Look at this. January 8th 10:00 A.m. January is zero DTS 5 out of five bullish signal and then I gave what the system was calling out to do.

So two different things going on. There's a strength signal and you could choose to use it however you want I like it through the world of selling premium and then it was very confident. So it was a 3X unit multiplier and basically per trade. this made $60 Um, it was 100% gain because we the Spy ended uh, closing above 468 very obviously and above.

uh, the Q's above 397 and this was per trade so you could scale it up up to your heart's content. You could do 10 and get 600. you could do 100. you could have got 6,000 Um, this is just like the base unit if you took all six of them together.

Uh, personally, I also share mine. so this was all put in the Discord blah blah blah. Um, but what I ended up doing instead of trading the Spy I was trading SPX and I just prefer to trade European style contracts versus American. So anyway I share this.

Uh, this is put in the Discord I share all my thoughts my reasoning. um I got one right at Market open and then I got seven more at 80 cents and once again I was selling premium. So I was looking for it to Decay down to zero. So basically this ran from 84 cents all the way down to 5.

Uh, so that's currently what's happening at Apex Once again, this announcement was last night and let me show you exactly what I'm talking about. Uh, right here. Okay, so both both of you guys are going with bullish today and that's more than acceptable. I myself am comfortable with going for bullish today, so there's no big differential today. But if we want to get real specific with it and just for the point of I guess fairness, what we're going to do is like alter the account that the quote unquote lead account. Do you think I could just like arbitrarily go long and get them all approved at once? You think that's like crazy? How crazy would that be? Is that like actually insane? Obviously none of this is a guarantee, but it seems it feels as if there's a lot of positive fervor fomo excitement going into the expected approval of the spot. Bitcoin ETF Now if you want to get a little bit more of a Nuance breakdown of really what's happening in the crypto sphere right here, the market cap 1.72 trillion just yesterday was 1.66 trillion. Bitcoin itself is now over $900 billion that has not happened in a hot minute on its way to a one tril market cap actually officially flipping meta AKA Facebook in its total value. So why is everything going up? Why is there so much excitement? Once again, it comes to the spot Bitcoin ETF We will be hearing from the SEC M basically Gary Gensler and his team by Wednesday January 10th.

that is the official date that they have to respond to the public and all these companies by of are they approving? Are they denying? and based on some other secondary tertiary things going on, the odds of approval are extraordinarily High Yes, I Get it, There's some naysayers like Matrix Port uh Peter shiff all this, but the odds are very very high. Not a guarantee, but very, very high. Yes, a spot Bitcoin ETF is approved and why is that a good thing? It just is not only regulatory Clarity but it also then gives the opportunity for a lot of active money management retirement accounts to get into the world of Bitcoin itself. If they so want like, if they don't want to figure out their own wallets or open up a coinbase account or something like that, they could just go buy the ETF.

So yes, massive inflows. And I'm going to give you the idea of what type of money inflows we can see and what that leads to in terms of price prediction. Um, so interesting stuff. Uh, from standard chart I believe Uh, so we're going to look into that one, but that's basically the the Tldr on it.

it it means more money in and that's higher demand. and when there's higher demand, price generally goes up. The US officials sent comments to a set of prospective issuers of Bitcoin ETFs just hours after the company's file documents detailing fees for the prospected product. So yesterday I was talking about the ETF War and what this war is is the fee for being in the ETF which they're generally pretty small, but there is a little bit of a management fee They are now trying to underprice each other and it's absolutely hilarious.
