Over the past year, you've probably heard a lot of manipulation of things not really happening as they should in the market. Maybe you've heard the name of citadel securities doing things they shouldn't be doing. Maybe you're hearing things about longs being marked as shorts shorts being marked as longs all of this, and it's a lot of, i guess, like maybe, hearsay, a lot of commentary, maybe stuff. That sounds good and gets a crowd kind of enthused.

What i want to do in the first part of this video is give you some fact um for me, i think sometimes it's fun to put on that tinfoil hat but other times it's good to really get into the facts and know exactly what you're talking about. I fear one of the biggest things in this community right now is maybe always looking for some confirmation bias and not really looking at okay like what's truthful, and maybe maybe that's some painful things too, except for a position or not, but in this one i wanted To give everyone a little bit of ammo just so, you feel a little bit more confident that, yes, things that go on in this market, there are some things that simply should not be going on whatsoever, and when these bad actors get caught, they get fined a Miniscule comically small amount, so i want to dive into that kind of. As you see in the thumbnail in the title uh, i think there's a lack of law for them. It's just like! Well, hey we'll pay this fine, but we're not going to admit that we really did anything and we we did a little sherlock holmes.

Diving. I've made a video like this, probably at this point, maybe eight months ago, but of course, at the end of the year, there's a big finra update and once again all the information that we'll be going over is publicly available i'll call out the websites. If you want them, i can put them in the description of the video if you want to do like kind of your own dd and research into it. But i think this is kind of a unique follow-up like i said we made one in the past, but it's always fun to see how some of these market makers and hedge funds and high frequency traders are all breaking the law.

Well, i should say that remember my lawyer's saying: well, they didn't actually break it, um they paid a fine and they admitted no fault one of those deals, but anyway, let's dive into it and then, of course, we could dive into the market and everything that's going On give you an update on the short interest, but i want to give you a little bit of a little bit of a learning sesh all right, let's hop into it just so you can see today, the market is currently pushing the spy, pushing the queues are Pushing amc and jimmy um they're having a green day amc's up 1.9 percent gme is up 1.7 uh would love to see amc push that 16 18 level holding the support of 14.50 jimmy currently holding the sport of 95. While we see the market going higher and higher and higher just so, you know in terms of like my positions, i'm currently swinging a tesla put position. It expires next week, so i will be swinging it over the weekend. I'm just not really buying this push-up right now, as in i'm not believing it, but anyway, let's get into some of the fun stuff.

Let's talk about wolverine execution services now, if, i'm being completely honest, i've never heard of them before it wasn't until today, when i saw some information from joshua james um he's a great guy, follow him on twitter awesome information, but they they help execute trades check this Out you have to just go down to page page 27: disclosure 3.. Once again, this is on the files.brokercheck.finra.org and you can look up whichever entity you want, but i really like this one right here: um sanctions and to okay without admitting or denying the findings. The firm consented to the sanctions and to the entry of findings that it mismarked a total of almost 2 000 short sale orders as long rather than as short in violation as the new york stock exchange, blah blah blah. So this is interesting, mismatch a total of shorts as long so that's something that's maybe been theorized and we just state it as like fact of yeah like sometimes people are mismarking them.

This is your fact right here, right in front of you, we found a finra. I guess issue with this company: let's see how much they had to pay and because of that they had to pay 20 dollars, so they mis-messaged and mismatched it and just 20 grand the firm was centered, a fine of total 170, of which 20 000 shall be Paid to the new york stock exchange, with the reminder remainder being paid to other regulators, so uh 170 000 was the total fine on that one. And if you just look up miss mark you're gon na find that there's quite a few in here uh. It sounds like whatever's going on uh miss mark, miss mark, uh, you're, gon na see, see various ones right here, another one with uh they're miss marking them as shorts.

Instead of longs uh, they got caught doing this a couple times. Other one was right here: here's a completely different one, mismarked it as a short when it was really um like it was a short. They said it was long in reality, just a short. Hence it was a mismark.

They got caught doing this a couple times. Uh you could just go through it. They also mismarked some other types of orders. They mismarked some options, trades lots of mismarking from um once again, the name of this particular outfit wolverine execution services.

So right there there's some hardcore evidence that, yes, this is done. This isn't a tinfoil hat thing of saying: well, does it happen? No, it does happen, and these are just the ones that finra caught them on. Imagine the amount of ones - and this is just one company - imagine all the companies that get away with it that it just wasn't noticed what they actually did now, let's dive into, i don't know the bell of the ball citadel securities, so i went through this uh Disclosure, so one of 73. Basically i counted from this past year.

From 2021 alone, there was at least 15. feel free to dive into this website. Once again, brokercheck.finra.org, there were 15 from 2021 alone, as in on average they're doing more than like one thing a month that they shouldn't be doing and, of course, without admitting or denying the findings. The firm consented to the sanctions and to the entry of findings that it failed to establish and maintain reasonable risk management controls and supervisory procedures reasonably designed to prevent the entry of erroneous orders.

If you look at all the ones from this year. Most of them are this, so they are not going to admit or deny the findings, but yeah we're going to pay some form a fee that we did not maintain reasonable risk management in the world of erroneous orders. That was almost all of them from 2021. 2020 malone - and you could go to the previous year, see what's going on, i believe in this website.

You could see that there was about 52 ever since, like 2006, something like that, but they were on fire this past year, more than one a month and all related to erroneous orders, that's citadel clear his day right here, citadel securities, i'm on finra's website. Once again, this i'm doing all this for proof to you that this is not tinfoil hat stuff. This is legitimately what they were caught for. Imagine what they were not caught for and the real kicker here is.

They only had to pay 15 grand you hit, get hit again all right, whoa, this one's really big for them: 30 grand whoa caught again 30 grand whoa caught again, another 15 grand whoa cardigan 15 grand 15 grand 30 grand 15 grand. This is nothing to a company that has assets under management of almost half a trillion. These are comical to them. 15.

Great, like we know ken griffin himself, makes like 90 000 an hour. You think the entire company gives two shits about 15 grand. The issue here is what they're being caught for. Well, what they're not going to admit or deny it's nothing these these payments are jokes they're, they're they're like beneath, like i guess, even like a fl, i was gon na, say a fly bite a bee sting but that's kind of a nuisance.

This is like equivalent to like just a fly landing on them and then, like oh wow, i don't want a fly on me. That's what this is equivalent to 15 000. It. I always use this the saying of like a drop in the bucket.

This isn't even this is like an atom of a water molecule in a bucket of water. That's what 15 000 is, so the fines, they're a joke, they're a joke, they're, never gon na ex, like ever ever admit in iran. Doing even though the risk controls were not proper for erroneous orders once again, just to give it a little bit of clarity here remember this is only for 2021 if you want to check out further of what's been going on, there's a whole host of interesting ones, But this is, for the final time, brokercheck.finra.org um we're these are the two we're going over, but you could search many other. You could look at whatever virtue two sigma ubs.

You could see whoever you wan na see um. These were ones that i just of course. I want to look at citadel securities and then i earlier today saw wolverine execution for my boy, joshua james check him out on twitter. So hopefully this gives you a little bit more evidence that maybe you're not feeling like as crazy and maybe yeah.

Maybe the market is slanted in one way and even when people do get caught, the fines are so minuscule that like. Why would they ever stop like if you're doing something that makes you a hundred dollars and then the fine is only 10 and your net profitable by 90? Why would you not do that time and time again in reality, if you do it and it makes you 100 and your fines only 99, still your net profitable one. You do that time and time again in in in this particular example the what they're making in the fines of 15 grand 30 grand for the likes of citadel. That's nothing! That's comical! That's absolutely comical! 15.

15. 15.! That's just like their go to 15 000. They don't care. Why would they care so just wanted to share that all that with you uh now, we'll give you a quick update.

Just so you know the spy short interest: 20, the q is 30 and the russell almost 41 amc, almost 21 and gme. Now, back above 18., let's take a little peek just at crypto, starting to peak up a little bit, maybe some higher lows, maybe some bulls coming back in there here is the heat map right right now for crypto a little bit of a mixed bag. Um! Here's! Let me update the heat map for the s p 500. We are seeing more green there congrats to everyone playing apple, currently up six percent hope you are crushing that um.

Now, let's take a look at this. Well, we're actually seeing quite a bit of a push right now: um spy, looking good cues we're seeing some strength in to close. So congratulations if you're playing that for me, like i said uh, i'm not necessarily like, i don't believe it not buying it. I'm gon na swing my tesla puts going into next week.

They expire on friday, so i gave myself some more time, but i am looking at the tesla 780s for friday february, whatever it is like the fourth or whatever it is. So that's my current uh position in the options account just to keep all of you aware. Uh looks like amc is trying to push 15 right now. It looks like gme may be, pushing 96 um, not too much movement.

Um we're seeing some bullishness as we have about what 15 minutes more to go, but overall i wanted to go over some of those specifics. We got the heat maps, we got the short interest out of the way.
