Foreign. Foreign. All right, we're here. we're here.

Hit the like button. Don't forget to subscribe if this is your first time in the show. Welcome! You've made your first bad decision of the day. That is definitely safe to say folks.

We're here to talk about stocks. Crypto Futures Options, degeneracy, trending news, all that good jazz I'm just trying to hit all the buzzwords. so the YouTube algorithm is picking up on natural language processing. So say it with me.

Stocks, options, trending news, Breaking News Futures Crypto. whatever it is I Don't know, but we're gonna have a good one. We are in the middle of the exciting aspects of earnings season. Yesterday we had Netflix This morning we had Morgan Stanley United Tonight we're getting Tesla Next week we're going to get some of the big big big tech companies.

Um, obviously we're going to get our Microsofts our apples our Amazons It's an exciting time. It's an exciting time. The market over the past month has been pretty good this morning. Well, yesterday also into this morning, kind of like the overnight session.

not so good. People aren't really liking really. what. United Netflix Uh, and Morgan Stanley Had to say everyone's kind of waiting around to see what's going on with.

Tesla We got kind of a negative a kind of a hawkish inflation report out of the UK this morning. So I'll be going over that. We have some interesting developments in the world of crypto. I mean Crypto recently has been really strong, but now we're taking a little bit of a turn and then I Want to get into some of the aftermath of Gary Gensler's interview slash testimony with Congress yesterday and also some of Elon's commentary on the overall state of the economy with going out with monetary policy and also some of his views on crypto.

Shout out to everyone who sent those videos in So it's gonna be a good one. It's going to be a good one. It's going to be a good one. Is it a vomit in Crypto? Yes, it is.

Uh, it very much is. Did you see how quickly it happened? That's the definition of a vomit. Uh, clearly it's a vomit. Uh, what am I missing here? Check out the Matt You gotta check out this.

Iman Godsey video Bonk What's it about? Um, Bbby? Joe As much as you're pushing that one, no one's going to be following you on it. BBY It's one thing. if you're a day trader. if you're a day trader, hey, have had it.

It has volatility. It has range. You can make money, but as an investment, it is cratering. Bbby is on its way to bankruptcy.

If you think otherwise, you're a crazy person. It's not a guarantee. There's no guarantees in the market. Something crazy could happen.

But if we're just looking at the nature of odds statistics, the likelihood it is an extraordinarily High likelihood that Bed Bath and Beyond is going to bankruptcy. All it's done is lose people money. The only one who made money was Ryan Cohen because he sold into all retail as exit liquidity. Pretty much what's going on with AMC right now.
look at AMC look at Highcroft look at everything that's going on with Adam and he doesn't even know about shorting anymore. He just used people as exit liquidity. He sold into us, He made 40 million, his son made money, the board made money, and Retail once again is holding the bag I'm just trying to point out the pattern of what we see. I mean what's the for a bit there people were talking about Gtii, the recent hot penny stock that people are talking about.

Trk another one, a pump and a dump. That's what it is Mullins Another one. Folks, if you're talking about like these little penny stocks, you can make money on them. But please understand most of the people who are intelligently trading these are making money.

To the downside, because they're saying hey, this is a asset that got pumped up. It's probably going to come down because it's Fighting Gravity because it's a asset and then they end up riding it all the way back down. You can make money in the pumps cycle of the pump and dump, but it's far easier to make it in the dump cycle. Obviously, you always have to pay attention to your position sizing.

You have to pay attention to risk. You have to pay attention to all of that. But they're just going around waiting for things to get pumped. That's their alerts and they're like, okay, this is now probably gonna get crushed and then they're the ones writing it back down.

Um I got a 1 600 from in I Don't pump a something pump last night. Well congrats. You can make a lot on a pump. You can make a lot on a dump.

You can play it both ways, but understand there's a big difference between doing that type of active trading and then also what's going on in the world of like investing. Those are two different things and you can make money off of both. But when you're talking about GTI Trka BB Why any of these understand that the money in those is going to be an active trade if you're talking about investing in them. I Mean most people don't even know what they do as a business.

Most people haven't looked into their um, their, any of their income statements balance sheet. What's going on with their debt? Like people just aren't diving into it. If anything, it's just like a random like Fin Twit or Reddit pump. Protect yourself, protect yourself.

Sort of like when Matt says he's gonna buy First Republic at 40. No, that's not a pump and dump I I Was very clear about that. either the bank gets saved or goes to zero. It's binary, but that's not a penny stock pump and dump.

if you look into First Republic Bank FRC before the blow up as Svb and Silvergate and all that good and Signature um FRC was a very good bank. People really liked it. It had good numbers. It was a quality business.

So then when I see a quality business get hit to the tune of like what at that point 66 I was like, all right I'll take my shot here. Uh, it either goes to zero, gets sold off, siled out, it was siled off and sold off as parts, or it makes a full recovery. Look at what happened with some of these major banks in 2008 2009. Look at what happened to Bank of America City Wells They all went down a lot.
Some of them died, some of them made a full recovery. I'm just betting on FRC over a decent amount of time making a full recovery. It might not. It's an extraordinary risk.

It is a huge, hugely hugely degenerate play, but that's what it is. FRC is a well-known business that was being run well and then just got destroyed with the whole banking crisis. But it could come back. Uh, we'll see.

We'll see. We'll see, we'll see. But um, to think of FRC as any aspect of the world of like penny stocks like that's just quantitatively and qualitatively horrifically wrong. That doesn't mean FRC is going to come back I might lose all my money on the plate.

there is that chance. but I would rather put my money into a play like that than some like random penny stock that's being pumped. All right. Uh, so we have a lot to go over, particularly related to the world of earnings.

We are in earnings season, but obviously I also want to give you the seasonality of the day. What you're about to find is completely different than what's actually going on today today. From a seasonal perspective, things are very, very strong. Like historically, this is one of the strongest days that we actually have in the overall Market per year and this gap down is a brutal one.

The overall market right now down point: five percent. Uh, but seasonality says this is going to be rippity, skippity doo dah. Um, so I want to share that with you I want to go over all the major news and I also want to better Define this degenerate zero DTE strategy we have going I want to I've been thinking a lot about it I did some light spot back testing and I had some ideas of how we can come up with a more full-fledged system to basically gamble our money away. So with all that being said, buckle up, strap your socks in because we don't want those to get knocked off.

Uh, hit the like button. It does help with the algorithm on YouTube it helps with the battle Leaderboard on Rumble And do not forget to subscribe. We are on the way to 69 420, 69 420 subscribers on Rumble If you want to be in before that major major Monumental level, this is your time to do it. Uh, history.

When historians write about this piece of History, they're going to split it into two distinct categories: People who were subscribed before 69 420 and people who are subscribed after 69 420. both groups are equally loved. But if you want to be considered an OG you're going to want to get in beforehand. Are gold stars still halted? Without a doubt, without a doubt they are still halted.
I've had two losing trades with this degeneracy. um and we halted until further notice. Unfortunately, until further notice. So great question.

but let's hop into it. let's see what's going on in the market. So here's a quick look. You see the Spy coming down.

bad inflation report not so good in terms of earnings United Uh, it fell off making a recovery Morgan Stanley Getting destroyed. This has to do a lot with people's fear about they're kind of their their credit loss protection. I think is the term the money they're putting into their credit loss protection related to basically commercial retail or excuse me, commercial real estate. Uh, so lots of concerns there I Was diving into it.

Kind of an interesting situation. but Morgan Stanley Getting smoked down four percent Netflix Down almost three percent. And don't forget our uh, one of our favorites right here Tesla uh, down considerably dropped 1.5 yesterday down an additional three percent reporting after earnings or after the market goes dingy ding ding ding man, what is going on with my brain today I Feel like uh, individual words I'm misspeaking quite a bit this morning. You know what it probably is.

Uh I Got home late last night and I decided you know what? I'm gonna sleep in a little bit in the morning so I didn't go to the gym yet today. usually I'm up at five I go to the gym I Crush crush cardio do an ice bath. maybe a little bit of lifting, get a couple coffees in me. but today I slept in a little bit.

So I wonder if my brain is just not functioning at the proper levels just because like I don't have it in my system I don't have the caffeine in my system I didn't do cardio to get all my endorphins going to get all my brain juices going. Huh? huh? Could be it could be it. Anyway, stock futures fall as investors digest latest earnings, higher rates. live updates as of now.

the Dow the S P and the Nas are all red. Red red oil actually crack below 80. Uh, I really wanted it to get above 84? That was a big breakout level. obviously didn't come after 84 I'm watching 90.

So still paying attention to oil but also foot coming off the gas there. Uh Chop Chop Chop Chop Chop Chop Top Issue 33 If you're not a member of the newsletter, you're a crazy person. Um, it's a I Basically give you a breakdown of what happened in the market. I Call out the major Market events for the next day. So for example, at 2 Pm today we are going to get the beige book. That is a qualitative outlook on the economy just so you know that drops at 2 p.m Today recently I've been involving earnings because we are in earnings season so right here.
Wednesday uh Morgan Stanley Reported not so good. Uh, yesterday we got Netflix people not so happy. We also got United uh it is bouncing back and then today after the market closes we get Tesla In terms of seasonality, this was what I was alluding to before. Today Out of the entire year, this day is one of the most bullish days.

Uh, the Bulls have won this individual day 76 percent of the time with the profit factor of 4.78 As in every dollar spent has returned 4.78 Obviously the bias is extremely bullish. Now with that being said, that doesn't mean today has to be bullish. It's been bullish three out of four times. There's 24 of the time that the Bears have won this day.

But I Just want to let you know about the seasonality that today is extraordinary early in the favor of the bulls. That doesn't mean it's going to be. But I'm just saying. look at this Equity curve.

This is for the Futures market. Look at that. It's just bottom, left, top, right, like hell. You could have bought one Es contract for the S P 500 and the Futures market and this could have been your like.

If you just trade this all the time like you're good, you could have just been waiting for April 19th and we're here to go. So I just want to call that out to everyone and then I have all my current positions. a lot. just all the premium positions.

Uh, that I've been selling. just getting a little bit more into that. So Meta has started its latest round of layoffs, focusing on technical employees. I Feel like every time Meta brings up laying people off, the sock just goes up and up and up.

So I wouldn't be surprised if that happens with it today. But anyway, we're not talking about that for now. we're talking about all the earnings that you probably missed because you have a life and hang out with your family and probably exercise and read books and do what you're supposed to do as a functioning human while I sit here and just consume way too much Financial related content Netflix Delays password sharing Crackdown rollout post mixed results It's kind of funny how the world is bullying Netflix into this like they're running a business. this is.

Uh, I Guess you could sum it up as a theft of service. You're not supposed to share passwords, they're running a business and then yet Society was like we get you're doing that but we don't want to pay and like there's just such a public outro that we're literally bullying them into not running their business properly. I Find it so funny for what? Like, if any of us were running a business and you found out people were like sharing logins, you'd be kind of pissed off because you're like wait, no, you're all supposed to pay for that. But then yet Netflix is so big and so Grand that we're all like, uh, we.

We just don't like that at all and we've bullied them into this and I just find it so freaking funny. But anyway, while this means that some of the expected membership growth and revenue benefit will fall in Q3 rather than Q2, we believe this will result in a better outcome for both our members and our business. Uh, so that falling in Q3 Kind of that forward-looking expectation. part of the reason why Nflx is down in pre-market earnings per share actually beat 288 versus 286 and then right here: Revenue Slightly under what expected 8.16 billion versus a 0.18 So mixed results on top and bottom line.
Uh, but more people have just been focusing on this whole password type of stuff. Morgan Stanley Tops analysts expectations I'm better than expected trading results, so this is a little bit of a poor title. If you read this title, you would think oh, Morgan Stanley's probably doing pretty solid in pre-market trading right now. They probably are.

That sounds positive I mean right here: Earnings: 170 versus 162 They they beat on earnings they beat on Revenue so you might be scratching your head. okay CNBC if we have these results and this type of a title I Think all of us could safely assume things are looking good, but when you dive into it as I have, you're gonna realize that they're more of firing off a warning shot to the world and they're basically saying hey, we're jacking up our credit loss Provisions Credit loss Provisions Were sending those Sky High Because we are worried about what's going on in the world of commercial real estate and our exposure to it. So basically Morgan Stanley saying hey, we're really really really worried about commercial real estate and if we're right, it might be a big loss to us. And when you say those kind of things, that's exactly why Morgan Stanley is down 3.8 in pre-market So once in a while we get these things where that's a good sounding headline they beat.

But sometimes the real trade is in the other information in the earnings announcement and Morgan Stanley is a glaring example of that. United Airlines Post-net loss, but forecast profit for second quarter. So United trades under Ual had a bit of a strange reaction. It popped, it came down, and now we're actually kind of popping again.

so it's slightly Break Even We know that Delta when they report it right now, airlines are just a little bit boring. They're not doing extraordinarily well, but they are somewhat recovering. so I can't say they're doing bad. Um, I Usually end up using Delta as the barometer for the rest of the airline industry because they typically report first and then you get the idea of what's going on with.

United Southwest American Absolutely hate American on a personal level, but also on a just Business Financial level. American Sucks if you're investing in AAL American Airlines Like if you like the airline industry, I'm telling you your money is most likely spent better elsewhere. I'm not a financial advisor, this is my own opinion, but if you do a basic breakdown of their balance sheet and realize how much they were leveraged going into the Rona craziness, you would not be putting your money into AAL There are far better airline companies out there. Typically a lot of people are just focusing like on the strongest ones, which is commonly considered to be either Southwest or if you look at some of the smaller Airlines like JetBlue or Alaskan in terms of a financial investment are all considered to be a little bit stronger.
quite a bit stronger than AAL and then Delta and United are kind of like middle of the pack. Obviously, just look into it yourself. I Have nothing bad to say about United or Delta, but I will preach for hours about how American is and I think it's going out of business eventually. So the adjusted loss per share was 63 cents when they expected a larger loss.

Once again, this is for United of 73 and their total revenue was 11.43 billion versus 11 4.42 So even though it was still lost United technically did beat on top and bottom expectations so that is not the end of the party at all. This evening we have Tesla As you can see, Tesla dropped 1.5 yesterday, down another three percent. looks like it's vomiting I Probably should have held on to those puts that I had and they might actually still be underwater. It depends Tesla Cuts U.S Prices for the sixth time this year at a first quarter results the sixth time.

If that doesn't tell you something about the strength of consumers right now I Don't know what necessarily will Tesla cut prices for some of its model Y and Model 3 EVS In the US The sixth time, it has lowered U.S prices this year amid concerns about the effect on its profit margins. So they cut the prices of its Model Y long range and performance Vehicles by three thousand each and that the Model 3 real wheel drive by 2000 to just below 40K The Elon Musk lead company has cut U.S prices of its base model 3 by 11 so far this year and on its base Why by 20 moves that come as the US its largest market prepares to introduce tougher standards that will limit EV tax credits. So it's this thing right here: tougher standards that will limit EV tax credits. A lot of Tesla's business success is somewhat intertwined with the US government and basically in the ass like in the realm or somewhat related to tax credits.

That's incredibly important to understand. tax credits rebates all that well. all of a sudden, if that goes away, inherently, the business model is just a little bit tougher, and right now we're seeing that in the stocks reaction. So please pay attention to what goes on with the, um, the interaction.

We'll call it the intertwined nature between the government EV tax credits and then particularly Tesla they love to push EV especially left-leaning government. they're all about ESG blah blah blah. But then they also specifically don't like Elon Musk so it becomes, uh, like a very sticky situation. A confusing situation.
but that's something especially for Ev investors to be paying attention to what is going on with the U.S government's support of EV. Obviously the more they support it, look for those things to rip if they start to pull back in the form of taking money out, kind of closing their checkbook type of a situation and it becomes tougher to run that type of a business. So make sure you are monitoring that Fox to pay Dominion Voting systems. Uh, just under 800 million to settle election defamation lawsuit.

So Fox Getting stuck with a massive massive Bill And this all relates to Dominion Voting systems, defamation, blah blah blah. All that. That's the way the judge ruled. How long is this? Uh, do we have time? We do not have time.

Maybe we'll come back to it. but I Just want to let you know what's going on with Fox That's a huge bill, Huge bill. Treasury yields rise on global inflation concerns. After another hot reading from the UK I did have all this did I put it on mine right here.

breaking UK CPI year of year Actual 10.1 percent when the forecast was 9.8 So in the U.S our inflation has been steadily trending downward. Not necessarily true in the UK. In fact, it's not true in the UK And that's part of the reason. So we see the market taking a hit this morning is we see a recent round of earnings reports that aren't so Rosy and we're also seeing inflation in other important: Global Powers not trending in the right way.

so it's kind of a one-two combo punch thus far This morning and in the overnight session favoring the Bears, that's exactly what's going on. Does that mean it's going to hold? No. I Mean recently we've just been seeing Crazy Chop. In fact, we've seen whatever seems to be the strong Direction at the market open pretty much this week and last week being fully reverted.

So I'm not saying that today has to be bearish because I would point out that seasonality is actually saying very bullish. So if anything, today is a day to wait for breakouts and breakdowns to wait for either trendline adherence or breaking those, whatever it is I wouldn't be going in today with a buzz. That's just my opinion. Obviously, whatever you want to do I do wish you the best of luck, but we've just been seeing so much Crazy Chop and Whipsaw and just really counter signals to each other that I think it's best to sit on your hands and just wait for the opportunity to come to you Bitcoin and ether fall as investors weigh persistent inflation and Rising interest rates.

we also saw I mean I Was looking into some of the data because there are a lot of websites that have it for whoever was asking me. Is it fair to say vomit? Yeah to me, this is a vomit right here. Out of nowhere. a massive loss.
I Mean we basically went down 750 in the blink of an eye. How long did it take? About 15 minutes? 30 minutes? I'll give you 30 minutes when something loses 750 in 30 minutes in the middle of the morning. Yeah, I would definitely call that a vomit. But anyway, we saw a lot of long liquidation.

so you might have just been having some whale-esque figures locking in some money. I'm still in Bitcoin I'm still in Ethereum. actually. I'm in a lot of shitty.

all coins too. but I'm assuming they're just zero. But right here, what this was was a large player. or maybe a lot of medium players add up.

Whoever it was there was serious money that all liquidated between 4 and 4 30 in the morning and it's now kind of going in the way of the NASA I mean look at this. To me, this is a pretty clear I mean example of something vomiting out of nowhere just dropping that quickly. That's what it is. Uh, at least in my book.

Mortgage demand from home buyers drops 10 as interest rates jump. Uh, the I think real estate right now I wouldn't be buying on the commercial level and I'm not a real estate Guru at all. If you want to learn more about real estate, I Would recommend that you check out some of the biggest OG YouTubers Graham Steph and Andre Jake and me Kevin They know far more about real estate than I do. But reading these earning transcripts and the commentary on real estate and looking at the reports on real estate I Just I wouldn't be buying right now I Would not be buying real estate I Think in terms of money spent and money saved, you're going to be able to spend less money and save more money if you just wait because I think the prices are too elevated I Think there's still serious downward pressure and in all reality, I'm not here to pick on real estate I Think that about your Classic Blue Chip stocks right now.

even with the market pumping I Still like the concept of gold and bonds and laddering my bonds and more of these quote unquote safe Investments especially with such great yields I Don't need to be yoloing into like Great Blue Chip stocks because I Really think that I'll be able to get them for cheaper? Uh, Maybe I'm Wrong Maybe this is the bottom? Maybe Nvidia and Tesla This is it. And they're just going to keep Rip Skip, Rip skippity doodah to the High Heavens Maybe maybe maybe maybe maybe apples in there? Maybe Amazon's in there. That is all totally possible. I Just don't think we're out of the woods quite yet.

In fact, as I've said to you, many silver I would include that there as well I like silver I like gold I like oil I like bonds. That's what I like for this year? Uh, it's just right now. I Think people are getting a little bit too optimistic as I've preached to you so many times before. So many times before.

I Think the market is a fan of causing the most people to lose the most money. and right now I see too many people getting onto the optimistic bull train. the bull ship right now not ship. Um I like to be on the one with less people and right now I see all the screen I see all this optimism I see so many people saying hey, like we're good I kind of want to be the other way I like to fade whatever the prevailing sentiment is and right now it seems like in my estimation of what I read on Reddit what I read on fin twit what I see on Rumble what I see on YouTube I see too much optimism going on and I think those people are about to get screwed.
Maybe I'm wrong I'm making a prediction here. we'll see. but I just want to put that out there and share my thoughts and opinions with you. UK Inflation rate surprises again with March figure holding above 10, partly pushing down the market.

Five things you should know before that: Belgium is dignity. ding ding ding As we have a minute and a half to go slight stumble. So this is actually thus far over the past month the Market's been crushing it. but now with a little bit of a misstep in earnings and also a poor inflation rating out of global power in UK not so good.

Market's taking a little bit of a town return to the South and this is actually in contradiction to the seasonality of today. Today is historically a very, very bullish day. Fox settles defamation lawsuit almost 800 million dollars. Netflix's next chapter where basically they killed the DVD by mail service like they just basically slid its throat.

Uh, and they are kind of were. They're kicking the can down the road with this passport sharing thing. um, a new frontier for Apple They are getting into the world of India and also getting into the world of basically you leaving your money with them and getting a yield. You can get a better yield on things such as street Beat and public even though they're not today's sponsor and Gensler's crypto.

Clash If you missed Gensler and his testimony with Congress yesterday, it was amazing. Uh, there was one particular interaction talking about Ethereum where things got crazy heated and he got crazy embarrassed. I made a whole video of it. It's in the description of the video.

Um, we'll get one of the mods to share the link. Uh, but it's on my channel. it's on Rumble it's on YouTube Check it out I think I don't know. it's like a six seven minute video I Just did a recap of the most exciting stuff this guy.

I I don't know. There's some things that I want to show you about it because I like did a little bit more of a deep diver earlier this morning and it's more embarrassing than I even thought when I was making the follow-up video yesterday. So Genzler Ethereum Crypto absolutely getting himself embarrassed. and with all that being said, the casino is open.

Best of luck to all. Play responsibly if not have on all right here we are I want to talk a little bit so we have Tesla there just because it's gonna oh, this is uh, whoever. what was it? Eileen Eileen are you still in here talking FRC I'm not saying FRC has come down a long way I got in at 40. I'm in no way trying to chirp you because it's trading at 13.
If you sure did it, you would be up way more money than I am because I'm down a lot of money. but I just want to point out like how it is a little funny that that's the only green thing on my watch list. like it's a little bit funny. Uh, so.

uh. speaking of degeneracy, we talked about Crypto. Crypto. Vomiting.

We talked about stocks fall unearning. So that's the first two parts of my title for today's video, today's podcast, today's whatever. Let's talk about the third thing. degenerate Options trading.

So uh, for whatever reason, my mind recently has been fascinated with this concept of can we come up with a strategy for 0 DTE Options zero DTE Options have been massively massively popular I Mean if you look at the Google Trends there's all these articles written about and like it's just the amount of Zero DT options being traded is absolutely skyrocketing. which I kind of like I like to think that I had something to do with the uptick and degeneracy in the markets because hey, it's the world's largest casino. And if you think otherwise I don't know what you're talking about because this is a casino. So anyway, I've been fascinated with zero DTE options and I want to create a system around it A system that anyone can do because a lot of the times when it comes to the world of trading you have people like it's a lot of gut feeling.

It's not perfect entry and perfect exit rules, so that's what I want to come up with something that we could all do the perfect parameters. So I've been thinking about it a little bit more and I'm gonna write this down to see if we could execute it today. So basically it goes like this: this is where I'm at and I'm not saying this will be the final system, but I think this is we're on version two or three and I think we can iterate from here and make it better and better. And when we really lock it in, I'll do some back testing, I'll code it up in Python and I'll tell you like, okay, these are the results.

These aren't the results. This is how it would have performed historically, blah blah blah. You guys get the points, but we need to come up with the specific rules. So here's what I'm thinking.

Rule one: You wait for the first 15 minutes, you wait for the first 15 minutes and then you wait for that 15 minute bar. Either break out or break down and then you go in favor of that. So after the first 15 minutes, you'll have your 15 minute bar when you break the high of that. Okay, great, you would sell, put premium and if you do a breakdown great, you would sell call Premium You're essentially attempting to do this as close to at the money as you can because if you do this at the money, uh, let's just use SPX the S P 500 as an example.
you'll be able to get 250.. because the spread is five bucks, you'll be able to get 250 roughly. And that means that you could probably easily go for a dollar 25 in profit. So you're going for 25 of the overall spread.

Um, if you were to do this example in the Spy, maybe that's easier because I have the Spy up. Once again, you would wait 15 minutes. You're waiting for the breakout of the high or the breakdown of the low. If it breaks to the upside, you're selling puts.

if you are, If it breaks to the downside, you're selling calls. You're doing something in favor on the spy. Let's just say it happened right now and you did. Let's say it's it's breaking to the upside.

Hypothetically, let's say this ends up breaking to the upside: I Don't know if it will or won't. You would basically sell put premium. You would sell a put credit spread. Uh, you could either do 413 by 412 or 412 by 411.

you would sell the first one. You would buy the second one if it breaks to the upside. Uh, this is just an upside break. Example: Uh, the spread.

There is a dollar and most likely if you're doing it at the money, you're probably going to be ending. You'll probably be able to collect 50 cents. You'll probably be able to collect half of whatever that spread is. My thought here is you play it in trend and you are going for half of it.

So if you collect 50 cents, you're going for 25 cents. That is your profit. Target Uh and then what your risk in this situation would be would be the other side of that 15 minute bar. So all of a sudden if you play it and it's a fake out breakout and it comes to the other side, well then you would end up just cutting your position.

it would be a loss. not a large loss, it would be a loss and then at that point you would switch it. So you did have a put credit spread. so now you would have a call Credit spread and you're doing the same thing.

You would roughly sell it. at the money, you would roughly get 50 cents and you would be going for a profit Target of 25 cents. So I think that's where I'm at on the strategy I Don't know if I like it necessarily of lining it up with seasonality because I looked at the seasonality and once again I'm spot checking it. and sometimes that's not really a good thing to do when you're talking about systematic trading because like I spot checked like five days and in reality we have like many, many months and years of trading so it could just by statistical chance the five days I checked could have been just like unfortunately.

not good indicators. So really at a certain point you want to get like an in-sample data test and add a sample data test. blah blah blah. I don't really like this spot checking thing but I did it I I Wasted.

like I don't know. Probably a timer rule, but uh, this concept of being more com. Maybe maybe there's something there now that I'm thinking about it out loud. Maybe if it, if it breaks in the way of seasonality, maybe you size up.
Maybe you take a bigger bet. Maybe instead of doing like three contracts, you do five contracts. Maybe there's like a sizing component We could work in here of like where you're more confident. Like maybe we can find certain days that have higher odds.

and on those days you size up your bet is what? I'm trying to say. Um, so I wanna talk about that? Was there a gap on the Spy There should have been. uh, we almost filled it. actually? not quite yet.

Uh, did anyone take this? We opened up today at 4 12 22 and there's an upside Gap fill to 412.78 the low of yesterday. We haven't quite hit it yet here. I'll add an alert. Um, but I think at this point the amount of times that I've talked to you guys about got, well, we just hit it right there.

No, we didn't That's a lie. Why did it? Why is this going? Is there alert thing broken Crossing expiration only once I Don't know why this keeps going off, but uh, looks like it didn't cross yet. we didn't cross above 12.78 We got as high as 12.74 so we're four cents away from the upside Gap Fill Four cents away from the upside Gap though so I don't know I I Wanted to share that with all of you because I want to make trading strategies I I Don't want to just talk about this like trading methodology like I have a gut feeling I think things are going up I think things are going down. The people who do that are charlatans.

they're Liars Or if they're really good at it, they're not sharing it with you. That's it. I want together as a team effort to work on things with you. The thousands of people who are in the thousands of degenerate gamblers that are in here with me right now.

The way we might be around. uh, a roulette wheel together and we're like, okay, here's our strategy every single time. Two Reds Come up. we're betting on black, maybe something like that I Don't know if it's a good strategy, how the hell would I know and then maybe if it doesn't hit, maybe you double down on the next one.

I Don't know if it's good or not I Don't know if it has a positive expected value, but my point is is there's exact rules that anyone can do because it's one thing. if you join like these trading discords and blah blah blah blah blah blah and you're listening to the person and they're always giving you the fish they're like Okay, I'm buying here I'm selling here I'm buying here I'm selling here. The point is is that you're then relying on them and that's The thing I always hated. So when I really started getting into training in high or I started in high school but in college and post College when I pay for these courses, that is the thing that I hated about these is they were never teaching people how to come up with their own systems and in a business sense that makes sense because they always wanted you guys and me to be Reliant they always want find you coming back buying their courses, buying this, buying the chat room access blah blah blah blah blah blah blah.
To me that's stupid. that is so so dumb and it's just not what I'm after. like in a business sense it's smart but in terms of like me actually trying to become a better Trader myself and try to. maybe we could all help each other here.

uh I figure transparency and openness rather than like I'm just buying here I'm just selling here I Want to make systems? That's what I want I want to be able like okay, like Matt was talking about this and then I back tested this and I saw this. So maybe instead of entering here exiting there, maybe we need to turn the profit up a little bit. Maybe we need to turn the risk down a little bit more. Maybe we need a trailing stop loss.

All I want is like an actionable, inactionable trading system. methodology, algorithm, whatever you want to call it that literally all of us could use all of us could use is only trading meme stocks. A good system. As of recently, it's been, if you've shorted them, has been pretty profitable over the last year.

Gotta give us the gold stars again. I'll give you guys the gold star when we figure out some of this system. It doesn't have to be a perfect system, but we need it to be better. Um, folks, sign up for the Free Trading newsletter.

All try to keep you properly updated about how everything's going there. It's 9 40. So I still have five minutes I'm waiting for this 9 45 break. Um, what did Street beat? I'm in the earnings.

Where can I see uh uh, earnings, earnings earn earnings calls. How did this all go? Earnings execution? What is today 19? How do I know which ones? I'm in recent activities recent activities: I guess I've made money on USB U.S Bancorp and I lost money on Netflix I made four bucks, lost nine bucks. so I lost five. uh on the recent trades here I'm just looking at the the street be earnings calculator thing or the earnings prediction thing.

Uh, apparently someone from New York's calling earnings call the Bond ladder is doing the best in my account. actually no the value Hunter Remember I was like make me a strategy that God herself would invest in. That one's doing well, it's in CB Cop JPM Ump and cost and that one is cruising higher Chub limited Conoco Phillips JP Morgan Union Pacific and Costco Wholesale corporation uh JP Morgan's been bouncing quite a bit. so I bet that's uh, only one of those is actually down.

Why didn't I put more money into this? I should have knowing that God herself would have invested in this strategy I Feel like I should have put more money into it? Uh, her? Yeah I Don't really know why people like why do we assume God's a dude Kind of a bold assumption that the cosmic being if you believe in God Not saying I do. but if you believe in God a cosmic being that created this entire universe in seven days, you think it's a run of the milled dude that's crazy God is not a woman. Matt I Can't believe you would say that. Yeah, but you know it's a man.
Why do we assume it has a gender? I Mean it's a cosmic entity. uh I Don't buy it Heavenly Father Yeah I Feel like they were just using that. It's probably poor translation. The fact that you're more focused on father than you are Heavenly I Just don't really buy that as a dude.

Um, I just don't see any strong evidence of it. Uh, he created in six and rested on seven. All right. it was like a seven day party.

Then like a seven day event if you will. Uh, because he speaks in the mail term Ah that's what the Bible says. But once again, you think I'm gonna trust those people. Jesus I Thought Jesus was the son.

not like the sun in the sky like not like that hot fiery ball. but Jesus might have been a dude Jesus is God in human form man I Thought Jesus was his son. Wait, are you guys saying that Jesus was both a son and a father that seems a little bit incestual. Honestly feels like they could have worked on that script a little bit better.

I Mean that that seems like a plot hole for sure. foreign. So it's kind of like, uh, the interview like same, same, but different but also the same but also different. And he's a ghost.

Wait. So you're telling me that there's a billion people on this planet who willy-nilly just straight up believe that there's a dude who's also his own dad and is also simultaneously a ghost? And no one question the plot holes in that story. They're like he's a dad, but then he's also his own son and he's also a little bit of Casper in there. I think I need someone to draw me a map or some form of like a diagram so I could better understand this one.

So it's a triangle except it's also simultaneously a DOT because they are three things. But then it's also one thing. Yeah, someone's gonna have to. someone's gonna have to.

draw me a diagram on this one. All right. we're successfully 15 minutes into the day. Time for version Three of this strategy.

Time for version three. Yeah. I Can just already hear the hardcore Bible People like getting like typing away trying to explain this to me. Remember if you are trying to explain it to me I am more of a visual learner I'm gonna do better understanding what you have to say, like with images rather than words.

All right. we're waiting either for the breakout of 4 12, 74, the breakdown of 4 12, 16, and then we're gonna. oh I don't even have my brokerage open right now. or The Brokerage where I want to trade this? Uh, all right.

what's my password? All right. We did that. We did that. Positions Uh, charts.

Alrighty Alrighty, alrighty, alrighty. All right. I'm ready I think I'm ready at least I think I might be ready. Hide the eggs What happened to Crypto between four and four Thirty It looks like there was some sizable players who just liquidated either.
It looks like they just locked in a position. Uh, we had some long players who were no longer long. Uh, going to Unsub shop? You're on Richard you're unsubbing from Chop Shop It happens. You're explaining what's called modelism or Oneness theology.

Not all Christians Hold that view. dude. it Aaron it sounds like you studied this. Yeah, uh.

Matt is a visual learner. He would like this best explained in done in Candlestick form. Man, you know it's been 15 minutes. Yeah! so we have the 50 minute bar except we didn't break the high or the low.

So the entry is you first have to wait for 15. so the earliest you could enter is within the like not 16th minute bar of the day. but that's the earliest. But also theoretically you might not trade at all because we're waiting either for the breakout or the breakdown.

So basically you have to wait based on the strategy. as it currently says, you wait for the first 15 minute bar to be created and then you have to wait for either the breakout or the breakdown an open range break. So that's what we're waiting for right now and it looks like it might be going to a downside. Looks like it's close to the yeah.

Do I have to get ready? Uh oh uh oh SpaghettiOs uh oh SpaghettiOs uh oh SpaghettiOs All right. Oh so it's breaking to the downside. so I would have to do a oh spread. Well is it gonna break? I don't know.

It looks like it's almost saving itself. It's like teasing us and this is why you have to wait for the brick. This is why you have to wait. So if I put the alert here, is it going to set off again? No, it's not.

So I don't know why the one on the other chart wasn't working anyway. I set an alarm alert on the top side I set an alert on the bottom side. Uh, yesterday it did break to the upside for like a second and then maybe maybe one of our rules. just I'm just spitballing this and you could tell me how you really, really think about it.

Maybe one of the rules is a minute bar has to close above or below. so maybe that's the way we could get rid of like all the candles I don't know we need. We need some very specific rules here. That's the best way to do this.

Specific entries, specific exits Maybe we wait for a minute bar to actually close above or to actually close below opposed to just being like a wick thing because I believe that happened yesterday. Let's look at it. Yeah, there was this thing right here. so I ended up see this.

see how it popped above I got out and then it actually didn't close. Maybe that's a rule? Uh, so basically yesterday I went long I should have cut and switched positions here once again. this is for yesterday. Tuesday the 18th I could have switched it and then I would have been break even on the day because when I lost here I would have made up on this play.
But maybe that's a good rule. Maybe we wait for an actual bar. Maybe one minute or three minute to either close above or to close below and we could Define that as like confirmation of breakout or breakdown, just throwing it out there. Food for thought people.

This is a team effort and honestly I feel like this has been a one-man team lately. Like where's your ideas I'm throwing out the ideas here but I need folks I need your ideas I can't do this all by myself. What are better ways that we could wait? Or maybe you don't like 50 minutes? Maybe you're like I think we should wait for a 30 minute bar? or maybe you don't like zero T Dtes because you're like that's too much of degeneracy for me. Help me, help you, help me, help you help me.

Do you use the tick setting in thinkorswim? No. I have used tick setting. Uh, but I Also, haven't been using thinkorswim lately, so look at that. It was almost a fake out.

Are we going back up? Do we have to do this switcheroo? At what point do you take a loss and percentage as it's now and this dude I Cannot make this more clear, this strategy is like two or three days. All this is before its incubation period. Like we I'm literally just spitballing ideas. It was a thought I had over the weekend and then we've been messing around with it like so this is not a full-fledged profitable strategy like we are trying to figure it out in real time together.

I Cannot be more clear about that. Um, but as of now, the risk would be the opposite side. So basically, if it goes this way and you sell a call Credit spread that premium. your risk would be if it bounces back up to here.

So your risk. The percentage-wise is variable based on how big that first 15 minute bar is, but you would have defined risk. it would be defined at the other side of the 15 minute range. Ah, Rumble President, that's hilarious.

Oh, that's a hilarious all right. Uh, here's the overall. Tesla Oh where? So as of now, we're so range bound and this is why I like to wait for range breakout because if you bought calls or puts right at open, you've just now been burned for the first 23 minutes of the day because we haven't gone anywhere. So this is.

I'm not saying open range breakouts are perfect and they have no downfall or anything like that, but this is clearly one advantage of Open Range breakouts is you get to wait like you're waiting for some. Ideally on whatever time frame you're paying attention to, you're waiting for a trend to like actually develop. Um, so I Just want to point that out right now if you bought a zero DTE Call or put at Open Like right here, all you've done is lose value because it's just you're getting killed by Theta right now there's no nice Trend Um, you a part of the trading. A very important part is knowing when to not trade as in when to avoid chop or I mean maybe you think it is going to chop and you just sell premium on the outside and you just let it chop itself to death like you just you want to be good at knowing Are we in a trending or are we in like a range bound Chop environment.
This week has thus far been very very, uh, Choppy. Very very choppy. Uh, that doesn't mean like a trend could start at any moment. but as of now, I'm not saying anything.

What is this faceless? YouTube Channels are scaling to 20K a month in 90 days. When are you going to start offside football? Just a dude telling his stories about football? What? How's that faceless? For some reason, the Twitter algorithm has been subscriber. Are you being punished for something again? What happened in your profile Big The redheaded librarian subscribe. Did you guys all get that alert that we could subscribe to Mr Beast on Twitter yesterday I Feel like we all got that notification I Found it strange because do you know the tens of thousands, hundreds of thousands of dollars he probably made yesterday because that message got pushed to everyone? Did? Did everyone get that? I Mean talk about a Payday for Mr Beast Imagine getting pushed to literally every single user on Twitter how weird.

they're like people you follow like it was I was like how much money are we gonna give this dude I didn't know if it was some sort of set up for a video like this is all the money I got from Twitter and I'm gonna donate it to this charity and do this amazing thing. So part of me I was like well I kind of want to do that like if he's going to do something cool with it but then I didn't hear anything I didn't hear anything about it charity I was like are we just like lining his pocket I got confused I got really really confused. uh but if any of you guys have Insight on it I would love it I'm just waiting for this to actually happen and then I have some other things I want to go over with you? Uh, just really dunk it on cancer I'm waiting for this 15 minute. either breakdown or breakout.

Obviously we're closer to a breakdown. What? I'm gonna wait for for this one. Where are we at? What am I at SPX Okay, what are we at? What are we at? What are we at? It's saving itself. We're just not trending thus far.

Uh uh. Beast was rewarded for his co-host Uh, that's because wait, you think it had something to do with his friend Chris Honestly, my take on the Chris situation is it just really doesn't impact me at all. I I Don't particularly care. but I do feel bad for parents who now maybe earlier than they planned have to explain something that is very difficult to explain properly to their children just because the the Mr Beast brand has the following of a very young age demographic.

So I do feel bad for the parents who like their kids are probably like I just watched these videos and like what do you mean like in the middle of this like RPG game you can switch up your gender. So I feel like there's a lot of parents who got put into like a pretty strange situation maybe earlier than they expected. Maybe they were trying to formulate how to explain this because it's a complicated subject for anyone to understand no less a child. Uh so I don't know.
Are there any parents in here who are like yeah I now had to explain that way earlier than I did. uh so I that that one seems a little rough seems a little rough. uh he totally pumped it. he totally is this ever gonna I guess we could watch this stuff and because I have the alerts I would just.

this is great example of being range bound and you don't want to be chopped up in it. So I'm actually thus far the fact that the strategy hasn't taken a position I'm kind of happy that it avoided this. BS kind of happy that I avoided it. Mock him like you do Jesus Lisa Are your panties really that much in a Twist that I called referred to God as a her Lisa aren't you or her? Are you really that offended? Mock him like you do Jesus technically I was mocking God who I just found out is also simultaneously Casper the ghost and Jesus So sorry I'm not a uh, freaking know-it-all theology major like you who.

but who else did you accuse me of mocking Chris or Mr Beast yeah I wouldn't like that to explain it to my five-year-old daughter. I'm not sure if they would get it I Don't know if, like most like adults get it, it's so easy to mock. Christians yeah it is. Again, the Bible is fake news.

Shout out to Lee JB for that two dollar Rumble ramp I Appreciate it now. do Mohammed uh I don't really have a joke for Mohammed right now. but I do have a funny story to share. So do you guys remember way back when when South Park got like threatened by some sort of extremist group because they were gonna like show Mohammed on um, like their show and I guess it's like against the rules to draw Muhammad apparently I don't know if someone in here could like clarify.

maybe I'm getting some of the specifics wrong. uh but something about you're not supposed to draw Muhammad you're not supposed to depict Muhammad and I guess South Park Trey and Matt were like we don't give a and then they were threatened. Well I guess after that somewhere in Texas they had a Muhammad drawing contest in Texas So obviously everyone has guns and people try to show up and make like an issue with it. like because they had a Muhammad drawing contest and then these dips ing they were gonna like threaten all these tests with guns.

Funny funniest you could possibly do man. Also shout out to Matt and Trey from South Park for having like the biggest balls in entertainment these days. Do they just do not care? They just do not care foreign like more than normal or in a general sense. Don't Mess with Texas yeah that's that's pretty spot on.
I just don't know how they the perpetrators the the Muhammad Defenders didn't see that one coming. it's uh, you're in Texas man uh hey Matt Can you talk about the bond market? Do you think it'll recover with the FED pivot? Uh I Think it's already recovering. We're seeing yields coming down a little bit I Like bonds I'm long on bonds, especially if you are willing to hold to maturity. Uh, I think bond prices themselves I Don't think you're going to have much of a risk in the meantime, which is kind of the issue that Banks fell into.

Um, so I Think your risk is mitigated, but if you're already comfortable holding whatever the bills, notes, or bonds to majority, you're gonna probably be good anyway unless our government blows up. And then if our government does, do you really care about the stock market? Anyway, it's like one of these things of like investing on like if you think nuclear war is going to happen, well, theoretically you might be right and that might have been the right play, but doesn't matter if you're right. So that's how I kind of view. Uh, doing somewhat of a bond ladder strategy right now.

if it doesn't work I think we have bigger problems than how our portfolio is doing If I was a Consulting business I would probably advise them to stay away from mocking religions. Um, well. I guess you're not Consulting on comedy regardless of what religion you are. If you can't take a joke about your religion, you need to grow up.

If I was a Consulting business I would probably advise them to stay away from mocking religions. You're the kind of people that like can't like you go full Karen mode at a comedy show like I can't you can't You could mock other religions but not mine because mine's like the one real one. Like dude, get over it. you're gonna be fine.

We're all gonna be in Hell Together it's like no big deal. like chill out guys. It's jokes gals. it's jokes.

You can't say that my feelings might get hurt, my arbitrary opinions don't agree with your jokes. If if you don't like jokes, not only should you not probably be in this show you you probably shouldn't like really interact much with Society Because you need a chill. you know, like you just need You just need to chill a little. Jokes are funny and so are comedians need.

You're neither a comedian nor a financial advisor exactly and that didn't do more than most well. to be fair. I Just shared the Texas uh Muhammad drawing story. Absolutely funny.

All right. Is it gonna be a breakout? What were you folks betting on? Because for a bit there it really looked like the breakout breakdown was going to come. but now it looks like it's going to be the breakout. Oh I Need a prepare I Need to prepare for this Oh wait am I I Need a yes or no Am I waiting for the one minute to hold.
Technically it was a breakout. All right we are. It needs to close above. Whatever.

This was all right I'm waiting I'm waiting. We're following through on the strategy We are following through on the strategy. Uh, it got smacked I didn't do it yet. No trade yet.

look at that. I Like this rule thus far. this is looking like yesterday. I'm liking this rule Team: I'm liking this rule.

We're waiting, we're waiting. Hold Steady Hold Steady They try to get and then it got smacked hard. Imagine this would have been like yesterday. Matt Why do you trade on the one minute? What advantages do you see over the five? I Don't really trade on the one minute I trade on looking at almost like all the relevant time frames.

Uh, the reason I'm bringing up the one minute? Well, first of all, when I start the stream, you can see more if I use the one minute opposed to like the 15 minute because then for the first 15 minutes, we're sitting there like doing nothing. Uh, so in terms of just like the aesthetic of the stream, it does look better to have the one minute when the Market opens. But also the reason I'm particularly talking about the one minute right now is we're looking just for like, an actual uh, some form of a confirmation that the breakout or the breakdown's legit. There's many ways to do it, and this is just like one generic idea I had.

I'm not saying it's a good idea I'm just saying it's like we're waiting for some form of a confirmation and that was just the first one that I popped in my head. Maybe it is better to have the five minute bar close above it. Maybe it's better for the 15? I Don't know. I Just figured start out the one and we could test the three, the five, the ten, the fifteen.

Um, but even right here, this is exactly what happened yesterday was it broke to the upside I sold, put credits and right away it dumped and then I got screwed and then I held it even past the break point. So I broke two different rules right there. Um, is the one minute the best time frame? No, Maybe it should be three. Maybe it should be five like I I'm just throwing this out there.

We are very early in this testing process in this, uh, iterative process in this system process. um, and thus far we got protected. uh, we based on this degenerate zero DTE strategy. we knew to wait for open and then it grinded.

no one was making money and then I could have sold put credit spreads right here. uh as in not following much more. but it went up and it got smacked. So I'm basically looking for some form of confirmation that this Market's actually uh, bullish.

Uh, so disrespecting people is part of your shtick. Oh my. Lord What a baby. What else did you say? You might you seem fun to interact with? Oh, so you're stand-up comedian I thought you were teaching us about finances.

Tell a joke then funny boy. Well hang on. The fact that you said funny boy makes me feel like you're trolling and not actually that upset. So you're I can't tell Trevor you're a tough read I can't tell if you're going along with it and you get the joke if you're coming in here and you're thinking that this is like some sort of like hardcore Financial Breakdown I mean one of the most recent stories I was sharing was how I was taking an ice bath and I got out and I was shivering and I wanted my body to heat itself up so my girlfriend at like five in the morning caught me doing the dishes like wall battling hypothermia and you're like no hang on this is my legitimate financial advisor like chill laughs I think you ran your mouth a bit too far man I would say apologize but those are just words and you wouldn't mean it anyway.
Trevor I can't tell if you're trolling or not if you're trolling, that's funny if you believe that. um I'm not gonna apologize but I would I want you to know that I think you're a little it if you actually mean that you're God is money, right? You're just one of those. Bros Dude Trevor So set, so sensitive dude Trevor There is no way you believe this in this world right now. you are my favorite person.

If you are getting all hurt over this, no way. Trevor tell me if you're serious or not I need to know my this is my favorite Trevor I Think you're about to meet my favorite person? All right, hang on. More importantly, we're maybe potentially about to do a trade. What is softy? Trevor Oh man, all right.

we have 33 seconds ago. 32 seconds to go Trevor Format Yeah, uh Trevor Trevor I Hope you never leave I Hope you never change. We need people like you. We need people like you in this world.

All right. 15 seconds if it holds I Need to do a put credit spread. Looks like it's holding All right. I'm gonna execute this trade.

wait PDT Protection is enabled so you're not able to open new positions since you already placed three day trades within the last five business days. If you would still like this place to trade, you can disable PDT Protection. Please know if they execute another day trade, your account will be flagged as pattern day trip. Oh folks I Can't do this trade I Guess because it would expire today that I'm does that count as it if if you lit it expire Does that count as a trade against you? Does anyone know he physically threatened you earlier? mods may have banned.
