I've got something incredibly funky, foreign foreign I actually don't know who's done what and I don't know what they did. but I think that's kind of symbolic of my entire life at this point I've really been spending quite a bit of today reflecting uh, not only my weekend, but just by being my physical being, my metaphysical being, my emotional. what are we doing? Uh, what am I I feel like a lost little puppy sometimes and by sometimes I mean all the time I don't know what's going on I I'm just here I didn't even sign up for this I'm just I somehow just showed up here and this this is happening and I think that's really symbolic of everyone in this world right now I mean it feels like it's kind of all on fire. We're going to be talking about everything that's going on in the world right now.

We have to talk about Mr Elon Musk apparently quitting Twitter being the director of Twitter being Denzel with it. so we're going to be getting into that. Then we have to talk about how surprise, surprise Big Tech slash mainstream media from Inception has been lying to you and we're going to be getting a little bit into the most recent Twitter files dropping basically how the FBI was overstepping with its power and really, really trying to influence uh, Big Tech specifically Twitter and Facebook to kind of stomp out some stories that could have influenced the entire entire election which is just insane the fact that I can say this with evidence and then we're going to be getting into the craziness with Sam Baker and freed who literally minutes before I started this. If you're watching this live, it's just being now reported that yes, he will in fact be extradited to the US.

Then I have a little stories here and there, just about what's going on with Meta and how they could be losing billions of dollars to an Anti-Trust suit. Uh, and then we're going to talk a little bit about AMC ape, Disney and Avatar 2 two. and then we're going to wrap it up with potentially the easiest way to make 37 million dollars. The answer to it is you basically just have to be a snitch with a lot of information so we have quite the shows for you.

Uh, so I'm excited. Before we get into all that uh if you want to help me out there algorithm, hit that like button, hit that subscribe button and then don't forget to get on locals we're going to be talking about that. We did a giveaway this morning so make sure on your locals and then also a special shout out to public who is the sponsor of today's stream but more on them in just a second. Uh, we're going to go through everything and then at the end if you have any questions I'll Stick Around we can hang out, we could chat for a bit I'm always excited to speak with my favorite Digital internet friends why not all right Now that we got it all that way, let's rock and roll.

Scooby-Doo Stocks close lower for a fourth day as recession angst Dash's hope of year-end rally I swear I think what happened and I don't have the evidence on this I Know a lot of the times you guys come to me like hey, I like that kid, he's kind of weird. He's kind of quirky, but at least he has things that when he says it, he backs it up with evidence I get that? I get that. That's what we have going on. but once in a while I like to just throw out crazy theories and pay attention to if you guys react to it whatsoever.
And my theory this time around is that the Grinch potentially played by Jim Carrey captured Santa Claus and in the same fashion of American History X Curb stomped him because I don't know what's going on in the market, but there is clearly no Santa Claus rally playing out at all. In fact, the Market's been really underperforming in December and it looks brutal. So if you were betting on the Santa Claus rally I I'm sorry, brother, it is. It's just not playing out this year, so maybe call it Jimbo uh Jimbo Kerry not Jimbo Cranber.

Don't get those two confused. Similar, same same, but different. Uh, but don't get those two confused at all. But yeah, the market getting brutalized.

Here's a look at the heat map. uh, big Tech was really red today I have some specific stuff I want to talk about with Tesla especially because it really see Elon and Twitter and all that. But overall the S P 500. Some of the boring sectors like healthcare were okay, but a lot of the fun stuff that we like to talk about pretty red.

And unfortunately, Crypto was also very very red today. Bitcoin Trading just below 16 and a half each trading of just above 1100. Uh, a red day. We're just not seeing that rally.

We're not seeing that optimism. and I think this will be a common tone we see throughout 2023, We are heading into very tough times. You might be thinking we've had a year of the market selling off, recession fears, cost going up. Folks, there's not really many macro economic indicators to suggest that we've already bottomed out.

In fact, I Believe in 2023, we have more more pain to withstand. now. Obviously, in the long term, you're still fine. If you like something, you want to buy it on discount.

So I'm in no way here to fear Monger like oh, it's all done like Doomsday Run for the hills? No, that's silly. but I'm just saying get ready Like get ready mentally. emotionally. Uh, whatever you need to do, um, in your life to prep for this potential downturn in the markets in a continued downturn is what I should say.

and then also get ready to like kind of Stack cash and buy things on discount because it's when things are crazy like this that you really get in that phenomenal prices in your favorite Investments And then you ride it out and that's how you get disgustingly good gains I Know it might seem a little bit counterintuitive, but environments like this in reality it's a little sick, but hey, you're a goonie. You're here. we're all a little sick. Uh, these are the times that you should be excited about because that's when you get in at prime time.
This is when you get in on great stock Investments Great crypto Investments Great real estate Investments You want to to be the person going counter Trend when everyone is running for the hills. That's when you want to stand tall and then when everyone has that like optimism bye bye bye. that's the bubbles. And that's when you want to be locking in because other people are going to be left holding the bag.

but more on that at the end. This is probably the meme that won the day. So we have Jerome Powell And this is why everything's red. Why the economy is red, Why the market drought is because we are in a restrictive environment.

This guy right here, the Chairman of the FED is attempting to fight inflation. Inflation's been coming down, but we're still about three and a half X where we should be. So this guy's putting in a lot of downward pressure on the economy and a side effect that is pushing the stock market down. and he's also doing it in the exact same fashion as Salt Bay and I Don't think he's done salting this bear Market Quite yet, with that being said, there's still a lot of people who don't understand it.

The GOP tweeted out 60 percent of workers report living paycheck to paycheck and then AOC said, and yet y'all still voted against raising the minimum wage. Now if you said something as simple as we should raise the minimum wage, you can't simply answer that. There are many economic things that have to be considered in those types of decisions. and I'm not sure if AOC is the person who has the brain power to necessarily pull this off.

In fact, there's not many things she commonly says that ever really adds up. I think don't quote me on this I think she even studied economics at Boston I'm not sure but I mean I Hope it's not true because you can't simply say something like that. This is a a statement that is exclusively useful to get. Twitter Likes: This type of discussion of what should the minimum wage? Be Where should it be like This is such an in-depth discussion that for her to just tweet a couple words like I want to get likes because I know the Millennials and gen Z's who vote for me.

They like this kind of a thing. But what I'm really referring to is she apparently has no mental capability of understanding the wage price spiral. What you need to know about this and I implore all of you to fact check me on this. Seriously, Maybe I'm getting this wrong, but I don't know I have the ability to read this and I think all of you do too and we're not really going for like the gotcha tweets just to get some likes and really in her goal is essentially to get reelected.

But what you need to know and this is a great point for all of you to start. When you're bored and you're trying to learn a little bit more about this type of thing, start here and see where the rabbit hole leads you. The wage price spiral describes a Perpetual cycle whereby raising wages creates raising prices and vice versa. This is something that the FED through monetary policy Salt Bay Jerome Powell is attempting to not happen if you simply think that all you have to do is raise minimum wage and then life is great.
That's not true because all of a sudden if minimum wage goes up well, then all of a sudden the people who are in charge of your rent in charge of your food. Everything falls proportionately and you don't want that spiral to get completely out of hand, so there's much more to it. And honestly, that would be multiple streams in itself to get into the specifics of the appropriate time to kind of get the average price up, but hopefully or the average pay up but not really impact prices. And the bottom line of it is we're not in that environment to Simply think that you could just raise minimum wage and then nothing else in your entire economy would change and everyone is just now getting that much more money.

It's just not true I wish it was true, but what we see from a person who's literally an elected public official is a massive lack of understanding of how this type of stuff works. Which is insane because she's making decisions on bills, turning them into laws that impact all of us, and she can't take the time to do a 30-second Google search anyway. I don't want to rant too much about that I Want to get into really the crazy stuff of the day, but before we do that, we should get into the crazy stuff of the weekend. First of all, I Believe now that the sun is down at least where I live I believe it is the second night of night of Hanukkah So too everyone who celebrates Hanukkah shout out to all of you and then also a special shout out to everyone who is a fan of Argentina Soccer a phenomenal World Cup Honestly one of the coolest soccer games, one of the coolest sporting events I've ever watched.

Shout out to all the fans of Argentina Shout out to all the fans particularly of Messi in my humble opinion. and I Know this might be a little bit spicy. He has solidified himself as the Goat the greatest soccer player of all time now that he's brought his home country. especially with like just the craziness of this particular World Cup he's brought home the gold he's brought home the first place.

he's the goat I just I used to be the one kind of thinking or is it Ronaldo is it messy? Compare this, compare this, blah blah but now after this I am of the camp that there's no discussion really. just if you look at every useful stack stat, excuse me Messi is by far the greatest soccer player of all time and it might be getting to the point of is he the greatest athlete of all time I think that's where like this conversation has been really elevated too. But anyway, shout out to everyone celebrating the second night of Hanukkah and shout out to everyone celebrating uh Messi in Argentina's victory over France and honestly, shout out to France like they put up a crazy good game. Uh, so shout out to everything involved.
And now with all that out of the way, let's get into the spicy stories of the day because in fact, we are here to talk about stocks, crypto, and all the breaking news that maybe you missed. and I have enough time in my life to spend countless hours on the internet and curate it for you in such a way that I hope it's a little bit more digestible. Big news over the weekend? Not just Hanukkah not just the World Cup but Elon ran a very interesting poll on his own Twitter page Elon Musk Pulled Twitter on whether he should step down as CEO most voters said yes right here. 57.5 versus 42.5 just before.

I Forget I wanted to quickly comment on Mr Beast here of basically Elon doesn't want you promoting things that are direct competitors such as Macedon True Social. That's not the craziest idea to me. I mean I said this on the morning stream. If you're running a Texas Roadhouse you're not there with like the Flyers and brochures and menus and gift cards for Longhorn Uh, Longhorn Outback Steakhouse Like this concept of a private for-profit business.

Like why do we think that they should be promoting other companies like I I Just don't get that and the fact they're like, well, you have to. Why? Why it's his company you can if you don't like it, go to these other ones and if they allowed it, they allow it. But it's a private for-profit business. You should be able to run a business how you want and if you don't.

If he just arbitrarily didn't want anything about. Texas Roadhouse I mean I'd personally be really against it, but it's also his decision to do so. so a little weird there. Maybe I'm not fully understanding the situation so I would love to get your thoughts on it.

but I don't know I think Mr Beast was a little bit off base on this particular one. Uh, kind of strange. Big question is is who's going to replace them in my humble opinion I don't think this was simply a Twitter poll I Really really don't I think as soon as he was getting Twitter he was thinking who's gonna like kind of run it from day to day because the guy's too busy Tesla SpaceX uh neuralink uh the boring company making flamethrowers having 18 million children. Uh, the guy is busy.

he doesn't have time to also run Twitter so I think as soon as he was buying it, he put into Motion In reality he probably already knows who's gonna run it and I think he kind of covered this all up in the concept of oh, like should I leave knowing people are going to vote Yes eh I think he already knows what's going on, but that's just my opinion I mean I'm not in his mind but I don't think any of this was his haphazard as it seems. But anyway Lex Friedman who I believe is kind of a data scientist and also runs a very, very, popular podcast personally. I'm a fan of it I recommend you all check it out. but anyway.
uh so Lex reached out he said fun suggestion Elon Musk let me run Twitter for a bit no salary, all in focus on great engineering and increasing the amount of love in the world just offering my help. In the unlikely case, it's useful. You must like pain a lot. One catch you have to invest your life savings in Twitter and has been in the fast lane to bankruptcy since May still want the job and then Lex responded Yes we'll turn it around so he's kind of putting his money where his mouth is so it'd be interesting to see if it goes like once again I think he's already pre-picked someone, but maybe it's this or maybe there's another Dark Horse candidate such as Snoop Dogg should I run Twitter 81 said yes and literally right before I started this I realized that Snoop was live on Tick Tock or something smoking a blunt playing war zone.

So I have to admit I wonder what would go on with Twitter if Snoop Dogg was at the Helm of the ship could be extraordinarily extraordinarily interesting and I guess before we really go on to the next thing, who do you think should run Twitter I mean people like Lex Apparently, people like Snoop should we just bring back Tom from Myspace In all reality, I don't mean that rhetorically. Please comment below. Should Tom from Myspace be the guy? Should we just bring him? Is he the only guy who ever ran social media that the world collectively liked I mean Tom He crushed it, made my 500 million off Myspace and I believe. Now he's just a photographer, so like, should we bring him back into the world I Uh, something to look into.

Something to look into. As the saying goes, be careful what you wish for as you might get it. This will be very, very important in just a second, especially when we get into the most recent Twitter files drop. But I do feel like this: I mean before I mean obviously the previous CEO Jack followed by Prague now it's Elon But anyway, Jack and Prague they were a lot more low profile, but we now know from the Twitter file shop that a lot of heinous shit was going on and I truly mean that we were being lied to every single day.

And I Don't think any of you are finding that surprising I Really don't I think you if If I said right now mainstream media assigned to you big text lying to you, these algorithms are literally ruining your life, you'd be like yeah, duh, where'd you get the Santa hat I Feel like that would be your response but now it still has a different vibe that it's so apparent like it's just out there. It's something we all knew. But now, like the 0.001 a chance that you're like, well, maybe it's just a conspiracy, the fact that that's even gone now and we are now definitively 100 sure that we're getting screwed over day by day by mainstream media and big Tech it's wild and in a certain way I I Don't know if this is selfish, but I was thinking about it like do I want him to stay there as an Elon at the helm of Twitter just to kind of he. He's such a guy that like his Mantra is just like f you to the rest of the world and he does what he wants because he's already succeeded.
He was the world's richest man and he's the top three richest man. He doesn't care, He doesn't care at all. He's not trying to impress anyone, He's not trying to be liked, He's done whatever he needs to do and he's gonna keep doing it. So the fact that he kind of came in a bull in a China cabinet and then gave us all the internal information of this Shady stuff that was going on I Just hope whoever the next person is has that same thing of putting truth and Free Speech kind of a free speech absolutist as like a paradigm or like I guess like The main requirement is that at least what I hope and I maybe he'll find a person like that Now with all this, a lot of people are saying um, like kind of like when Trump won the election You know how everyone in Hollywood's like I'm gonna move to Canada and then no one did and then we saw the exact same thing happening here with Twitter.

Well now we have the evidence that literally no one's leaving. New Scientists reports that most people who threaten to quit Twitter haven't actually left with only 1.6 of the 140 000 leaving 1.6 percent 1.6 of the 140 000. As in in terms of millions of users on Twitter, only 140 000 said they would leave and granted they were very loud about it, but only 1.6 had the balls to follow through. and that's exactly what we saw with Hollywood saying we're going to Canada and like you could like Trump or you can hate Trump That's fine I don't really care, it's just all these people like talking such a such a tough game and then like when it actually like they'll talk the talk but they're not going to walk the walk AOC has said she'll quit Twitter per NBC when it becomes so difficult to use it that it's unable to use it in any form of effective communication AOC she's just.

um, she's dumb. Anyway, with all this more of the business sense, especially if you've been paying attention to Tesla you know that the stock has been in the shitter lately I Think that this will actually be pretty beneficial to Tesla if Elon who is still going to remain the owner, he will still be the owner of Twitter someone else will just be running the day-to-day operations that will free up just time in the day for Elon to refocus his energies on Tesla and right now with the market overall: Market Not doing too good Evie Not doing too good Tesla Is not doing too good obviously Tesla is strongly strongly requiring Elon's I guess attention right now Elon Musk blames Tesla 600 billion Plunge in market value this year on the FED as raising interest rates erode the appeal of stocks. Well, yeah, it's a restrictive environment. Things are still going to get worse right now.
We're still most likely going to get one to two additional rate increases probably in February of March of 2023 if I had to throw out my guess right now. And that's also what the bonds Market is betting on. Essentially, we're still in pain and like, Is he right? Yes. But don't forget that we don't want this inflation.

We don't want stagflation. We don't want hyperinflation. So I Use this metaphor last week. The best way to explain all this is it's basically stagflation.

hyperinflation. Those are the disease we're fighting off and we just happen right now to have to be taking a very painful medicine to fight off said disease. So the the medicine we're taking right now is jacking up interest rates, quantitative tightening, basically an overall restrictive environment. That's what we've been going through.

So is he kind of right? Yes, But also I Don't know if it's the full story here. Obviously, we don't want to get plunged into horrific recession, but there's a good chance right now that we go into some sort of light recession. And he's not the only one saying I'm not the only one saying it. He's not the only one saying it.

JP Morgan CEO Jamie Diamond Saying it Uh, Jeff Bezos is saying it. A lot of people who are in the know of major businesses globally and obviously also in the US are all saying prepare for things to get a bit more rough in 2023, no one's calling out for like a Great Depression type of a scenario. but this markets are cyclical and we had that enjoyment of things ripping 2020 2021 and now we're kind of on the back side of it. The roller coaster went up and now we're just unfortunately riding it back down.

I think a great time in my own opinion. I'm not a financial advisor I'm not a fortune teller I'm not Clairvoyant But what I'm personally looking to do for my long-term account is to pick up some of these amazing discount buys somewhere in roughly mid 2023, which will also include Tesla stock. Especially now with the craziness of Elon most likely stepping down from running the day-to-day of Twitter the fact that he can refocus on Tesla will. That makes me even more confident in investing more in Tesla.

You know who doesn't like it at all though is our girl Senator Senabeth Senator Elizabeth Warren I think I literally just put all three of her names together Senator Elizabeth Warren Warns Tesla chair that Musk and the board may have failed in a legal Duty since Musk bought Twitter She's just the ultimate Karen She's just not fun. Every board of directors of a company with multiple shareholders, especially publicly traded companies is responsible for ensuring that a controlling shareholder does not treat the company as a private play thing. Warren Charged that Musk's new ownership of the social media platform has raised questions about possible violations of Securities or other laws, including whether Mr Musk is funneling Tesla resources into Twitter a potentially improper diversion of resources that might impact Tesla's sales and earnings and could result in delays in programs at Tesla. So what she's saying is there have been public reports that Tesla employees have been used at Twitter Now at first, Yeah, that doesn't make sense because people are invested in Tesla and you are inherently invested in those resources performing.
But if you really look into it, people were saying that all of the Tesla employees working at Twitter the ones who did so it was on a voluntary basis so it's kind of like he said she said in this particular scenario I do see both sides like I wouldn't say one is clearly right and the other is clearly wrong I would just say it's not as simple as like this surface level argument. This use of Tesla employees raises obvious questions about whether Mr Musk is appropriating resources from a publicly traded firm Tesla to benefit his own private company Twitter It could violate Musk legal duty of loyalty to Tesla She also suggested that Arrangements could violate legal requirements to make public any employment agreements with executive officers, which once that Tesla has not done, Musk's ownership of Twitter creates unavoidable conflicts of interest according to Warren. Once again, I think she's a little right I think Tesla's a little right I Don't think in this one, there's a clear-cut argument of someone being clearly right versus clearly wrong I I truly do in this very very specific scenario, see it from both sides. But anyway, speaking about Elon and politics, and Twitter man oh man, did we get some bombs dropped on us today.

Twitter Files Part 7: The FBI and the Hunter Biden laptop. How the FBI and Intelligence Agency discredited factual information about Hunter Biden's foreign business dealings both after and before the New York Post revealed the contents of the laptop on October 14th, 2020. so this was posted by Michael Schellenberger I retweeted it if you want to track it down I will not be reading every part of this I Think it's like a just under 50 piece thread, but I do want to highlight some of the most interesting things here. Once again, this all relates to basically the FBI's conclusion with big Tech specifically centered around the hunter Biden laptop story.

but then from there we're kind of seeing this concept that Central Intelligence agencies are attempting to throw their weight around obviously to their benefit. So once again, I recommend everyone listening to this to read the entire thread yourself. but it's it's really crazy what you need to know. The Tldr here is: Meta has already admitted to this: The Tldr is this: Central Intelligence Agencies Not this AI just Central Intelligence in general is clearly colluding with Big Tech to squash out stories they don't want public and then to pump up stories that they do want public the way it played out in this particular scenario at least the way I interpreted this story is that the FBI slowly but surely got Facebook and specifically here Twitter to just kind of view the world that they did.
It was almost like a CIA tactic of kind of getting yourself involved in their lives, their professional lives and then slowly getting them to see the world the way you see the world. And their particular Target if you ask me was the previous head of Twitter safety Joel Roth and they talk a lot about this of all right, like what's going on here and they it was just so fascinating. Like out of all the other Twitter file jobs, I Have to admit that this one was kind of intriguing because I had a lot of human engineering is probably the best way to do it. A lot of social engineering and the target was Roth.

It's not the first time that Twitter's Roth was pushed back against the FBI in January 2020. Roth resisted FBI efforts to get Twitter to share data outside the normal search warrant process. so if you go back, they actually kind of had some backbone. Um, so I can't completely drag the previous Twitter leadership team through the mud here.

There's evidence of saying hey man, like that's too much blah blah blah And it was. That's what I'm saying. It was like a small erosion of principles time and time again. and it seemed to be particularly led by Elvis Chan from the FBI And as this thread really articulates it just, you can see them slowly giving in and right here.

Uh, primed to think about the Russian hacking group Apt28. So the summary really of all this is Elvis Chan of the FBI reached out and they had all these communication channels and they got them to start think thinking about Russian hacks, particularly Apt28 and then they try to associate this with Hunter Biden who let's be honest, made tens of millions of dollars off of his deals over in Eastern Europe with China and it was all in fields that he had no right being in. I mean hunter Biden is an absolute degenerate person who needs help and should have no influential political power whatsoever. I Think we all agree with that like he's bait.

he is a fuck up. He's not basically a fuck up. Hunter Biden is a complete fuck up and I hope he gets the help that he needs. But it's still fair to say that this isn't a normal father-son relationship.

it's the son who's an absolute screw-up that could be blackmailed and his father is the most influential person in the world. This isn't just a normal story of a guy who kind of like just found a bad way in life and we hope he gets help. I I Hope he gets help. he needs help, but it's a little bit more complicated than that.

But anyway, with the FBI and Elvis Chan and Roth and priming them to think about this Russian hacking story, you can see how it took some bad turns and then it got worse with this player Baker who you've probably heard him, especially with all these Twitter file drops previously so Baker was involved and it's just a really wild story and I have to, uh, share some specific ones here. At the end, the story was. the amount of evidence that suggested the story was real was astounding. I actively personally remember way back when this was coming out and everyone's like no, it's fake, don't pop like don't promote this at all yada yada yada and we know Zuckerberg over there at Meta AKA Facebook went out of their way to stomp out the story because the FBI told them that it was all like it was a plan.
it was hacks. It wasn't real. We know Twitter did the exact same thing We know people got de-platformed on things such as YouTube and in reality with hindsight as our benefactor here we know it's all real. We know with this Hunter Biden laptop story is All 100 confirmed and now we're just playing Monday Morning Quarterback looking at it of like okay well why did it get stopped out and the players here particularly from the FBI are Baker and Chan and then at Twitter we have Roth and we have whoever Ross counterpart is over at Meta AKA Facebook but it's so wild they're like no, no no basically that social engineering got them to with time.

Think that yeah, maybe it was act, maybe it was all a big plan and they try to have a backbone. I will give credit where credits do. Twitter At first had a backbone and then it basically just stopped and some of my favorite ones here were deep into the 40s in this thread. kind of near the end of the thread.

But what I like about it is right here if you look at 45 and 46 to me this is the most astounding thing. In the end, the FBI's Influence campaign aimed at Executives at news media Twitter and other social media companies work. They centered and discredited The Hunter Biden Laptop Story by December 2020. Baker and his colleagues even sent a note of thanks to FBI for its work and they were paying them.

The FBI's Influence campaign may have helped by the fact that it was paying Twitter millions of dollars for its staff time. I'm happy to report that we've collected 3.4 million October of 2019. That's insane. They were paying them to do this.

and I assume the FBI is like funded by taxpayer dollars if I had to guess. So basically you me all tax paying people within the U.S basically in a weird roundabout way, paid for the truth to get censored which if you think about it that way a little bit of a mind fuck. honestly if you ask me, but wild stuff. So this all just came out today once again.

to wrap this all up, these are just the takeaways I had from it I Do recommend that you all read it for yourself, but yeah, no, it's just proof like and this is how I started the whole thing. Is anyone really surprised that mainstream media and Big Tech has been lying to us for their own personal benefit and in this case, the benefit of intelligence agencies? We just we just kind of knew it. and now We have the absolute definitive proof. In a tangentially related scenario: January 6th Committee sends Doj historic criminal referral over of Trump over Capital Riot The January 6th Select House Committee voted to refer former president Donald Trump to the Department of Justice for criminal investigation and potential prosecution of trying to overturn the 2020 election.
The criminal referral of Trump accuses him of obstructing an official proceeding, conspiracy to defraud the government, and inciting or assisting in Insurrection The recommendation by the committee is not binding on the Doj. so pretty crazy here. Obviously, that's that's just ridiculously. This could get really, really really out of hand for Trump.

So I'm I'm curious of how it's going to play out, but in light of everything we just saw, like if we're just like not saying that, it's fair. But if we're just kind of keeping everything equal here, I Mean there's a lot of people who we now have proof, have done super messed up things, so shouldn't we kind of get everyone into these Court proceedings? Like if we're going to take this to be the proper course of action? Okay, whatever. Do that. Look into it like let's see what the justice system ends up pulling off.

But literally we just covered about how the FBI is corrupt. We just talked about how Hunter Biden is clearly corrupt. like there's a lot of corruption. Well, like an astounding amount of corruption.

Uh, and I Guess to wrap this segment of it all up I guess I Just hope we fix it all, because like it is, it's really like. It almost leaves a pit in your stomach of how insanely messed up things are right now. All right before we talk about the hot hot drama related to the world of Sam Beekman Freed Binance and all that craziness. A shout out to today's stream sponsor: I'm talking about Public: A brokerage that you can actually trust in.

No payment for order flow. No market makers you can trust in the fact that most of your trades are getting on to a lit exchange. No payment for order flow. No market makers.

Those are the ATS players. Those are the off exchange, uh, dark. Market type of players. Public refuses to deal with them.

so it's a brokerage you can trust. If that's not really your cup of tea, you get a free stock when you sign up. valued anywhere from three to three hundred. You can get up to 10 grand depending on how much you transfer from another brokerage.

and on top of all of that has a little bit of a social media aspect. For example, if you go to Matt underscore course, you can see what I'm buying. You can see what I'm selling. You can see what I'm investing in on this particular brokerage.

so check it out. It's pinned to the top of chat. It's in the description of the video brokerage, you can trust and on top of it, you get a free stock and you can get up to to 10 grand depending on how much you transfer to this brokerage. So shout out to public for being a long time partner of the channel and if you guys do, check it out.
I Think you're really going to enjoy it because everyone who's come from the Moon gang to see what's Publix all about has reported nothing but positive. Um I guess engagement on The Brokerage So shout out to them. Moving on. Drama Drama Drama: Those are the three best words to sum up the continuation of the FTX collapse and really how things are playing out with the former now.

disgrace. CEO Sam Bakeman freed so big boy crypto A Creator who has been covering this story really from the get-go uh has this video I think he was actually personally there but early this morning as of Monday December the 19th there was a court hearing for Sam Bakeman freed and this is pretty much how it ended. So I could play this for you. All right here.

they come all right. if you're wondering, it didn't end well. He was put into the back and there was as you would expect, a lot of drama, a lot of drama, a lot of confusion of what this all means. but as you can see, he just he was put into the car just kind of driving by there crazy stuff.

Absolutely crazy stuff. So here's the skinny on the situation and I don't really want to bury the lead here, but just before I started filming this, it was officially reported that he's going to be extradited to the US. So I'm sorry for bearing the lead. uh I was just excited honestly to get into the video.

but you might be wondering what happened from this morning till now and how all of a sudden is he getting extradited? Sam Vape pen free. Showed up to court in the Bahamas today but his defense lawyer said the court didn't know he had a hearing. He's now back in the Bahamas jail. What? uh what do you like? The craziness are like why are you here It was like really strange things getting reported out of this hearing.

A little bit more details Sam Bakeman Fried switched it up and did not waive his right to an extradition hearing today. Bakeman Freed said he wanted to see a copy of the U.S indictment and speak to his New York-based attorney. The judge granted the call proceedings adjourn and SPF returned to jail. So a lot of confusion of like what was this hearing, what was about and at first he's like okay, no but obviously he changed his tune.

FTX Founder Bankman Freed sent back to Bahama's jail. In day of courtroom chaos, he had been expected to wave his right to an extradition hearing on Monday morning but in court demanded to see a copy of the Federal indictment but his defense attorney expressing shock at the proceedings on top of it from more of like I guess just a human level he people were reporting that you could see he was like visibly Disturbed shaking yada yada yada And then that leads us to the most recent development breaking. Sam Bakeman Freed has agreed to be extradited to the U.S and will be arriving either tonight or tomorrow. Two sources have informed Fox News He's expected to be released on bail per preconditions his lawyer made with Sdny prosecutors in exchange for agreeing to extradition.
So obviously an extraordinarily wild day for Sam Begman Freed and the whole legal development here. but at first he showed up a lot of confusion in the court, didn't know what was happening. then they got I guess some a copy of the indictment and if you have to really ask me of like why he changed his team I think it's one of two things. potentially combo of the two.

Number one, he probably just like the prison he's in Fox Hill it's not a white collar Country Club it sucks, it's a very very bad prison. He's probably like get me the hell out of here I can't be here anymore I'd rather be in a U.S Prison Number two is there are some legal analysts who are kind of saying this might be a better strategy for him. so it could be for one, it could be two. In reality it's probably a little combo of the both of the environment of the prison he was in was abhorrent and also it might be a better legal strategy for him.

But yes, breaking news as of today. Monday December the 19th. It does look like the disgrace. most likely fraudulent, probably sociopathic disgraced.

CEO Sam Bakeman freed Uh, coming back to the U.S coming home kind of that. Con Air Style like Nick Cage Like with the hair and everything. at least that's how I picture it how FTX Founder Sam Beekman Freedom Friends quietly donated to political groups and relatives. Kind of wild to see how all this is so interconnected.

We have the big big combination of political donations and what's going on with Twitter and the truth not getting out. and then this crypto collapse like I Know it could seem disjointed, but when you really look at it, the connection of all this money and power, it's all clearly there. The Campaign: Finance Violations detailed in a 14-page indictment are numerous and varied. Prosecutors of the Scny accused Bank Bin of conspiring with others to make and receive illegal campaign donations, hide those donations, misuse corporate donations, and of improperly using a conduit to hide the donations campaign.

Finance Records showed that the hedge fund Alameda research donated 5.24 million in 2020 to the Pro. Biden Future Forward USA Group Wild Stuff and now if you trust Sam Bakeman free. He said he donated equally on both sides. Basically, it was pay to play.

He just donated to the Republicans in a dark manner. Um, you can believe him. You might not believe him. I Do believe him.

I Think he was a guy that didn't really care about any of that. He just basically was paying off our elected officials. which is even more disgusting. And a somewhat related story.
Um, especially to all those of you who might like me be impacted. Negatively impacted by Voyager Binance, who has to acquire bankrupt the Crypto Exchange Voyager assets for one billion dollars. Weeks after planned FTX deal failed, so the Voyager Digital announced that Binance U.S a subsidiary of Overall Binance had won a second bidding process after the FDX bankruptcy filing. Paving The way for a potential resolution for the platform's 1.7 million users: I was one of those 1.7 million and I would love to get my assets back.

Binance Us is not buying Voyagers crypto assets for 1.02 billion. Here's what's really happening. so a little bit of confusion of like what they're buying and what they're not buying and I thought Forbes did a pretty good idea or a pretty good job. excuse me at explaining what they are and aren't doing.

Multiple reports this morning are suggesting that Finance U.S the American franchise of the world's largest crypto exchange Binance would purchase. the absence of the embattled crypto lender Voyager digital for just over one. Billy That's not quite what's going on the Binance US bid, which was selected by Voyager it was the second best offer with FTX being the original and then FDX blew up. Uh, so Binance, they picked the second best bid, is only going to see about 20 million transferred to the bankruptcy estate.

The remainder comes from what Voyager press release calls the current market prices for its assets, noting that the final value will be set in the future. A better way to look at the deal? Maybe thinking about the 20 million to be sent from Binance Us as a purchase price for the right to acquire 3.5 million of Voyager's customer accounts. Once those funds get transferred and then disperse declines, which will not happen until the Bankruptcy Court decides the prorated share that each account will receive, it will be up to Binance Us to try to keep the customers and their assets on the platform. Voyager Will seek the approval of the bankruptcy court to enter into the asset purchase agreement at a hearing on January 5th.

So a little bit different than maybe what the headlines are telling you I just wanted to dive into it because I know I was personally on Voyager I know many of you watching this were also involved with Voyager in one way or another. or maybe you're just following the story so just wanted to offer a little bit of clarification. and it sounds like we're going to find out in early January of like the next steps of this whole craziness so just wanted to throw that out there to everyone. What I still find very very concerning is what in the world is going on with Finance I Don't want to be the person who's like reigning on the parade, but I would in no way be surprised if By Dance goes the same way as FTX.
We made some videos last week and over the weekend about just how incredibly Sus Binance, and particularly the CEO CZ is. Check this out: Binance is former. CFO the Chief Financial Officer did not have access to the company's full accounting records during his three years there. That seems odd.

Why would CZ be designing his business so that the CFO cannot see everything? And this is just another thing. Adding on to the very strange nature of Binance in the CNBC interview last week, he was talking about not having an auditor who could pull it off and they're like wait, hang on Deloitte it's coinbase. He's like, uh, well, the lawyers will figure that out and then they were going to do an auditing of their assets and then they took that off their website. Whatever's happening with Binance, none of it adds up to something that's positive.

I Beg of you Do Not keep your crypto on any exchange. Self-custody is the only reasonable answer if you have crypto. and I'm still a fan of crypto specifically. Bitcoin Do Not keep it on an exchange self-custing I Would even take it a step further and argue that most of it should be kept in a cold wallet.

I Really Really? Would this is crazy stuff? Please, please please protect yourself now just to talk about the overall. Market Yes, there's still big macroeconomic reports this week I Want to talk a little bit about the world of real estate, but also I wanted to put on your calendar that Friday of this week. even though we're going to be very, very close to taking a breather, we get another inflation report. Obviously the timing of it is not good because I think most of us are going to be in Holiday mode.

But yes, Friday An hour before the market open, we get the personal consumption expenditure report which is like the CPI report, but if you believe the FED it's a quote unquote, better report. it's more timely. it's more broad. This will be a big Market mover.

Also, speaking of this week, if you look at the seasonality of this week, I Just want everyone to know Today and tomorrow is leaning bearish Wednesday is leaning bullish Thursday is very bullish and then Friday is also pretty bullish. So think bear bear for this week. just the seasonal bias. But even with that being said I want you to know that since the market fell today and today is the day before Tuesday the trading day before Tuesday we have this thing called turnaround Tuesday So tomorrow is going to be a little bit weird seasonally, it's very bearish.

But also if you believe in, turn around Tuesday that's pretty bullish. So kind of counteracting signals at least for tomorrow that I wanted to put on everyone's radar. Now back to some of the reports we got this morning. We'll build their sentiment drops for the 12th straight month, but a bottom may be near the home builder sentiment down for an entire year.
Straight regionally sentiment was strongest in the Northeast and weakest in the west where prices are highest. This is what happens when inflation jacks up. There's too much Supply not enough demand. You're right now.

I Would argue that the real estate world is very much on tilt, so for anyone who's involved in that, please please pay attention to it. This is no big secret. I mean half of Finance YouTube is talking about how bad real estate is right now. Speaking of bad things: Meta: AKA Facebook could face almost 12 billion in fines as EU charges the tech giant with breaching.

Anti-Trust Rules basically Monopoly rules. Uh, the EU Executive arms said that it found Meta breach EU Anti-Trust law by distorting competition in the markets for online classified ads if they are found guilty 12 Billy 12 Billy Another company that's not too happy Disney Shares fall following softer than expected Avatar Opening weekend. This is the exact same reasoning: I mean AMC Just hit a new 52-week low Ape just hit the new 52-week low. It still blows my mind that people are trying to like pump opium and copium into your veins about this, but they were expecting 175 I Hit I Think it hit in the range of 134.

No, it did not meet expectations. Not enough people showed up to watch. Avatar Um I didn't see it yet I Am still personally planning on seeing it, but it's just not good. So Disney Taking a hit IMax Taking hit AMC Taking hit Ape taking a hit.

It's just the numbers were unfortunately not there and sometimes that's just the way that it goes. So wanting to keep you kind of abreast to that entire situation. Uh, truly, truly. Wild What do you think is the easiest way to make 37 million dollars? You might be thinking, become a solid investor, maybe make a business, but what if the answer is you just have to be a phenomenal snitch.

SEC Awards 37 million to whistleblower who gave key information. The SEC is awarding more than 37 million to a whistleblower whose information contributed to a successful SEC enforcement action. The SEC said that the Whistleblower was the initial source of a company's internal investigation and the source for investigations by the commission of another agency. Whistleblowers are eligible for awards ranging from 10 to 30 percent of the amount of money collected in Enforcement cases where penalties exceed one million dollars.

Imagine if you blow the whistle on a billion dollar scam and you get 10 of that, you get a hundred million dollars from the government. If you're the person who Blows the Whistle on a billion dollar scam I don't know I mean I Think we all have a price at a certain point. Riches for Stitches! Oh I Love that! Shout out! GUH and GUH when you extrapolate wage gap spiral to raising the minimum wage causes inflation. This is objectively false, albeit counter-intuitive. There is a pool of wages and a pool of stuff to buy, raising the minimum wage DOES NOT increase the size of the wage pool, it is merely dividing the same demand in a different way. Matt, Pele won the World Cup 3 times. In all Football loving countries he is seen as the greatest striker (same position as Messi) Messi may be the greatest of his generation but not of all time. Pele played at a time when breaking your legs in a tackle was almost acceptable….we can agree to disagree.
