The FTX situation just got worse. For those of you who don't know, FTX is a crypto exchange who basically they were doing funny things with a lot of funny money and now they're growing up. They're basically the Lehman Brothers event of the crypto world and now it looks like they might have just got hacked for almost half a billion dollars. A General counsel to FDX Mr Miller just tweeted investigating abnormalities with wallet movements related to consolidation of FDX balances across exchanges. Unclear facts as other movements not clear. We'll share more info as soon as we have it on. FTX Official Now the beautiful thing about crypto is that everything is recorded in the ledger. So a lot of people started looking to what was going on. and as of now, even though the theft is unconfirmed, roughly 473 million in crypto assets were apparently stolen from FTX Was it an actual hack or is FTX doing another immoral, most likely illegal thing and potentially about to go on the Run.
If this is all on blockchain, shouldn’t it be traceable??
Well, I’m still waiting for my fiat withdrawal from 11/8 to land my account. Status says sending, 3 to 5 business days. I guess we’ll seeeee!
