Etoro will not give APE, they will give the same amount of shares of AMC. Any thoughts about that

Don't forget the main principal of this play is justice against market corruption. We are almost there the destination is right in front of us don't let anything shake our faith I believe in AMC.

What if the board never proposes changing APE into AMC? LOL They have wanted this for years now, and big time since they pushed votes to create new shares TWICE last year 🤣

What stops brokers from just buying the 483 million units, setting the price extremely low in the first minute of trading before brokers give us access to buy/sell, and giving them to shareholders?
If the DDDC get the preferred stock and sends it out to brokers will they be showing an amount that had to be given?

Matt not sure if you know… APE shares is not for us. APE share is to pay debt. Instead of diluting AMC shares they can dilute Ape. Once AMC has no debt you can sell your ape shares by then the squeeze will happen.

I think everyone gets an APE even the synthetics. They’ll say there were no synthetics to cover up the lie. We are mega diluted and synthetics are now authentic. If no synthetics are reported you know this is what happened!
If $APE gets converted into $AMC wouldn’t that essentially be diluting the total number of common shares that are currently be traded? How is this beneficial to $AMC and investors who are waiting for a squeeze?

Its a STOCK SPLIT. So there is no advantage to trading before or after. Basically if you hold stock on Monday you would experience the split. Otherwise you wont. Only difference is APE will have a different value than AMC, but the sum of both will be equal to AMC value just before the split. People complicated it way too much, but the confusion is likely coming from the fact that Adam Aaron called this split a dividend when its not. Its a technicality he used to split the stock. Without a vote. If he continues to issue more APE in the future then it wont be a split anymore, but for now its just a split. O effect on full value.
Look at this: BlackPanther2 brings in $1 billion at least, avatar two brings in $1 billion at least. Beginning of 2023 AMC pays down 2 billion of its debt. Releases popcorn to supermarket shelves. Arranges a deal with a credit card. Share prices go up, at some point in all of the mix they issue another 100 million shares of ape, they make another billion dollars. That would bring EMC down to $1 billion of debt in 2023. Bullish!
This is FUKIN scarring me, AA IS SOUNDING LIKE A WEASEL, IF IT BENEFITS AMC, VERY SCARY.
So what they did was by them not being able to sell AMC shares without permission from investors they create another stock so they can raise money off the back of retail investors without permission. Naw I'm good.
