If the first thing that you think about is the money that you lost, get right back up. Shut your computer because you're not ready yet. The beauty about the market is that it's always open the next day. We always have a shot of redemption.
Today could be the worst day you've ever had in your life. Tomorrow could possibly be the best and vice versa. You have to have a short memory as a Trader You can't pull wins forward. You can't pull losses forward because every day is different.
There's new setups, There's new sentiment, there's new news, There's new. Catalyst Everything is new, so you have to treat it that way. And taking time off to kind of reset your mind is a good way to deal with those larger losses.
