Uh wow huh do hello, hello, hello, welcome to the stonk market today, monday morning march, 7th. We have about 30 minutes to go until that bell goes ding any ding, ding ding and once again it looks like we are entering into week, three of extremely high volatility. A massive amount of swings and breaking from last night to this morning, we have a big update to talk about related to bbby. It is ripping it is ripping, and it relates to her boy, ryan, cohen.

So, of course, we're going to be talking about bed bath and beyond, because currently it is up. Let me double check this 107 in pre-market trading. It is up 107. It went from 16 to 33.50 right now it is going bonkers.

So, of course, we have to talk about it, but we also have to talk a lot of developments that kind of occurred throughout the weekend related to the whole putin invasion of ukraine. We have some developments there that in pre-market trading uh really when the futures market opened, we saw oil and gold rip high high high and then also the market was down pretty much almost two percent. I think it hit 1.9, but now we're seeing a strong recovery. After pretty much getting a gap, though, so a lot of things to talk about and remember the the key of us like really laying out on these trading plans is because, when you see these high volatility environments, that means you can make an immense amount of money, Especially for active retail traders, that's where a lot of money is made.

Is you need those big swings, because it's a function of how much distance does it really travel, but also remember if you're, on the wrong side of it? That means you can get beat up. Do not get whipsawed whatever your training plan is stick to it, whatever your risk is stick to it, whatever your reward is stick to it. Stick to your trading plan, because man, oh man, there's gon na, be a lot of crazy stuff going on today, like i said we're really getting into week, three of immense market swings very, very excited to be getting into it, but before we get to that quick Reminder and shout out to today's stream sponsor i am talking about public. It is a brokerage within the us, no payment for order flow, no market makers, high quality execution, especially on a relative rate, to something like weeble to something like robin hood at this point.

In the game, when we know how detrimental things like robin hood and weeble are to the overall market, there's really no reason to be on it. Just so, you know right now: public is for stock trading. They do not have options. So if you're an options trader, you might want to look for something else.

It is for people in the us and if you sign up right now with the look at what's pinned to the top of chat, if you're on rumble it's in the description of the video find public click on it, you can get up to 70 dollars worth Of stock for free, it's free to sign up, you get free stock, high quality execution, no payment for order flow, no market makers, there's really no reason not to, and speaking of that, i have a little bit of a special announcement. We are going to have a specialty stream tonight, that's going to have some important, some bigwig people on it and we will be talking about the gary gensler interview. So once again, that is this evening right now. The penciled in time is 6 p.m.
Eastern, just so everyone knows, and with all that out of the way, let's hop right into it. So as you can see the s p well here, this will actually be a better look. We actually got a gap down when the futures market opened right here. Uh there was a gap down and it sold off so from where we closed on friday to the depth.

We were down 1.9, then, from that low, we're actually currently a nice bounce up by 1.7, almost getting the gap fill, and this is just the futures market for the s p, 500. So a bit of a gap down at first and right now, we're battling our way back up. So that's how the overall market looks right now, then the queue is looking similar wack. I just have it up because that's gotten some movement, but it looks like the star of today's show - will be bbby currently training at 32 up 101.

I have all the details for what in the world is going on with the stock and we're going to be getting into it, but before that we do that we got to cover really what's happening in the overall market right now. Well, it looks like we actually just got a whole nother update for that. So, let's save that for a second right now, the dow, the s p and the nasdaq are in the red, but they were more greatly in the red and really since early early in the morning, we've been bouncing back oil currently trading at 119. That's going to be very important because, right when the futures market opened, it actually went in excess of 130 per barrel and we have yield coming up a little bit right now and we'll cycle back to all of this stock futures cut losses after oil pulls back From overnight 130 high dow futures down 160 points, so let me show you what oil looked like, because when the market opened, things went haywire we opened and right away it shot from 121 all the way up to 130.

Some data providers were actually selling certain trades going through at 139, so it popped again and right now we're trading at 117, which is still high, especially relative to friday, and this is going to hold true, even though i talked about it. A lot of the time with overall indices, i mean i'm going to call it out too. On oil i, like gap-filled trades, you can still play a gap fill on this one, but yes, oil went absolutely sky-high, but things are calming down a little bit now and we're going to get into more of these particular details. But it does seem as like.

We're going gon na have the third round of talks between ukrainian diplomats and russian diplomats, so we might get some sort of positive development there. So obviously, let's keep our fingers crossed for that. So what happened over the weekend in the whole putin invasion of ukraine like? Where are we at? Maybe some of you weren't, paying attention every single second like i was. I just want to give you some of the highlights just so you're a little bit more in tune with how that situation is going, because, obviously, it's very, very important so on friday, russia shuts itself off from the world's internet um.
This is getting to kind of like the next level. We saw various big companies, financial institutions and even like sporting and things like netflix and facebook, and now they just kind of pulled the plug on it. Larissa's tech regulator blocks facebook, claiming discrimination lashes out at google and tick tock. This is a fork in the road in the history of the planet.

A former u.s ambassador to russia warned russia's media reported that twitter has been blocked as well. The company is aware of those reports, so huge blocks uh in terms of like the world of internet land uh, not only before this was it financially cut off from the world. Now it's internet wise, it is cut off. I mean we're gon na talk more of these particular finance companies, but we now know visa mastercard apple on top of the swift sanctions, where, like it really from a banking system, isolated russia.

Now just on like a person-to-person payment level, we're talking visa mastercard apple. I believe even paypal has something going on. Please someone correct me: if i'm wrong on that one, it seems like the last viable financial currency that we have going on in russia is pretty much crypto at this moment in time. U.S crude oil briefly tops 130 a barrel, a 13-year high on possible western ban of russian oil.

So basically we already know that canada has banned importing russian oil. Now both the european union, the eu and the us are considering that and obviously, when you have constrained supply with increasing demand, price is going to go pretty high global shares plunge and oil surges to almost 140 a barrel. As u.s and european consider a ban on russian energy exports global shares fell money with heavy losses in europe in light of possible western ban on russian oil crude surged to almost 140 a barrel overnight, as other key russian exports like nickel and palladium also jumped, and They jumped a lot, especially palladium, just to give you a little bit of an idea of like how volatile things are getting on friday, one futures contract for oil. You had to have a margin requirement of around eight thousand dollars when it started on sunday.

That's when the futures market opens remember it's on the globex section, it trades 23 hours out of the day from sunday night, all the way to friday night. It just takes off saturday anyway, when it reopened on sunday the margin requirement jumped to 22 000 and obviously their margin is based on volatility. So that gives you a little bit of insight of the futures brokerages of what they're seeing right now they, basically what tripled. That's insane tripled the margin requirement it's hard to see much in the way of significant upside for stock markets.
Now, against a backdrop of continued escalation. According to one analyst, the ukraine war has sent oil soaring to its highest level since 2008, and sparked fears about stagflation. Here's what that is and why it's investors worst nightmare um, there's some actually pretty useful information and definit, like definitions really just straight up economic definitions in this article. I recommend, if you have some time today, checking it out, but overall we are within spinning distance of oil's all-time high.

This was discussed on the ttg livestream last night, but there are two things that have been a very, very um. Unfortunately, accurate pattern within 18 months of oil going over a hundred and twenty dollars a barrel or within 18 months of the two-year and 10-year yield like flattening and actually like flipping there with either of those either not and either of those happening. It's within 18 months. We've always had a recession, um oil, as you know, obviously cross 120.

The yields have not inverted yet just so you know i'll, let you know if that does happen, but the two-year and the 10-year are getting very, very close to each other. For those of you who are like what are you talking about, these yields flattening? What does that mean yields is how much you're going to get paid for going into bonds. Remember things such as bonds and gold are considered to be a safe haven investment when they view the overall market to be a little bit too volatile people go into gold. They go into bonds when more and more people go into bonds.

Yields go down we're in the scenario where the yield payout for the two year and the 10-year bonds. Those are getting very, very close to each other as in which doesn't make sense. Because, generally, if your money's locked up for longer you're gon na get more of the payment, that's why you're locking up your money for say 10 years well in this scenario, when the 2 and the 10 are pretty much the same, that's telling you that the overall Market participants don't have that much faith looking out long term in the 10 year and that's basically signaling that people are a little bit iffy and by a little bit i mean extremely iffy about the overall market. That's a super high level definition.

I implore you to look more into it, but just to be a little bit more comfortable with the terminology. Gold prices hit 2000 an ounce after investors pile into safe haven asset as the ukraine crisis worsens. So we looked at oil that popped coming down right now. Let's take a quick look at gold once again, another safe haven investment.

As you can see, this has been going up up up similar to oil right now ever since 6 a.m. This morning it has been coming down, but yeah. It did top 2 000, an ounce things uh you're, seeing a lot of pivot in big money, big institutional whale like money, going from risk on to risk off, and in this scenario it's also being uh intimately associated with oil. But that's more of a supply demand thing just because russia is such a big exporter of oil, natural gas, gasoline.
That type of thing ukraine, says moscow seeking to manipulate cease-fire agreement. Oil prices soar to 13-year high, so one of the unfortunate situations is, it seems like they're trying to create, what's referred to as like these corridors, where civilians can go and goods can pass through, and that was um too many people's understanding the agreement, but unfortunately those Areas are actually still being shelled by russian forces, so obviously um you have people civilians who are losing their lives because they thought they were in a quote: unquote, safe area that was really agreed upon. But unfortunately it's not uh. Another thing: that's kind of making things more tense.

Is the sanctions we're already seeing there is some rhetoric coming out of putin's group that is saying that he's kind of starting to define it as a declaration of war um which obviously, if that goes through that we're then looking a massive war in the face? And this is something that no one on the planet should ever ever want and another thing along that same line of rhetoric is it's getting to the point and when it gets into nato. This is where you have to look up articles four and five and like okay. If one goes to war, we all go to war, but now it's getting to that very specific jargon. That's very specific definition of what is war, so some of the sanctions, they're trying to say or there's been some rhetoric.

I should say about that. Another one is all about this no-fly zone zelinski, please, for no-fly zone as missiles, destroy um a ukrainian airport. So a no-fly zone is exactly that. No one is flying over uh whatever set space.

The issue is that is enforced through military action, as if someone flies over it. Well, there's potential of that getting shut down, uh, shot down, excuse me and clearly, if that happens, then, if, if especially, if it's a particular nato aircraft or if it's a russian aircraft that then could legitimately lead to war, so right now from what i've been reading, It seems like the request for a no-fly zone over ukraine will not be granted just because it's really coming up to that line of what is or isn't a war declaration. But this is another thing that you have to pay attention to. Ukraine's president says: there's no such thing as humanitarian corridors, as russian shelling kills fleeing civilians over the weekend uh.

This is what i was just alluding to, and this is a very, very sad development. Russia said it would cease attacks on key ukrainian cities to allow safe passage for civilians, but russian shellings killed eight ukrainian civilians trying to flee a town close to kiev. On sunday ukrainian president zielinski said there were no humanitarian corridors so, like i said there was an assumption that this was agreed upon, but obviously these actions are speaking much much more loudly than words. So let's hope that today and we're going to be getting into this - there is a third talk, so let's hope some positive things come from it.
But overall i want to make it very clear that the human toll is far far greater and to me something that i care way way more about than my p l. Obviously, but there's no denying that this whole development isn't going to have massive massive unknown ramifications. On the entire global market system, a russian debt default could spill over into emerging markets, including china. According to a yale economist, famed economist from apparently yell fancy pedigree to put on as wall told cnbc on sunday, debt default would reverberate across emerging markets.

He also said china would not be immune if russia's first major sovereign debt in over a hundred years happened. A sovereign sovereign debt default stocks were down across the board on monday, as a crisis in ukraine has continued to escalate at first, when this was written. 45 minutes ago, that was true, but we're seeing a pretty strong bounce back at least relative to the pre-market gap down. Definitely, overall the market's still looking a little bit funky.

Russia's central bank is scrambling to prop up the country's economy. Here's everything it's done to stave off sanctions and what it could do next, so remember, uh from a financial perspective. We hit their central bank by basically freezing all their assets throughout the world. We took all their major banks off of the swift system.

We really really hit their economy on top of things like visa. Mastercard, paypal apple, no longer really doing anything in russia. So from a financial standpoint, not only have we crumbled their econ their market and really sent their uh. I guess economy into a recession, potentially even worse um.

They have been trying to fight it back like, for example, one of the big first things we saw was they doubled their interest rate on the ruble, but it's that didn't help like there were still runs on the bank. There was pure panic and people were trying to get out and that's exactly why we're seeing certain metrics saying that we're seeing a nine-month high almost a year high of a ruble to crypto conversion, people, um civilians of the country, who many many of which do not Want this invasion to be happening, do not want this war on ukraine to be happening. Uh just average people most likely like you most likely like me, uh trying to do what they can to save any ounce of their wealth. Russia's central bank has doubled interest rates.
Roughly 9.8, i believe up to 20. Maybe it was 9.5 limited foreign from moving money and made other moves in response to western sanctions. Russia's economy is in turmoil and the ruber ruble is worthless, uh worth less than a penny. Excuse me: two experts explained why russia's central bank could do next.

So another thing that is worthwhile to read. I just don't want to burn too much time in this pre-market setup, but overall it's there's now uh based on the swaps market. People are pricing in an 80 percent chance of the ruble just basically being done just basically going defunct, which is crazy, an 80 chance uh, so uh, yes, does my heart mostly go out to people uh of who are their families are being directly affected in ukraine? Their their friends, their family lives are being lost, yes, 100, but don't forget that right now there are many people in russia who don't want this happening at all and everything they worked further in their life. Pretty much within the past two or three weeks has disappeared.

All money they had unless they somehow quickly converted it to gold or to bitcoin, or something like that uh any any money they had saved up has now plummeted, borderline a hundred percent uh on just some interesting stuff. I want to share with you, which i think is just crazy, uh, because um, i think to many people, especially. This is a good explanation of what happens when you are cut off from the remainder of the world, especially from a media standpoint. The hacking collective anonymous hacked into the russian streaming service, which is akin to netflix and uh, live tv channels.

Russia, 24 channel 1 moscow 24 to broadcast war footage from ukraine. Now, when you see something like this, you might be wondering why. Why would they do that? Like why do they have to do that and right here, ukrainians find that relatives in russia don't believe it's a war, don't believe it's a war! Many ukrainians are encountering a confounding and frustrating backlash from family members in russia who bought into the official kremlin messaging. This is the definition of propaganda.

They are seeing things like this and saying that is not a war uh you're this this is so i don't know of words. I don't know if there's a certain string of words that i could come up with to articulate the emotional response responding to this. Imagine that you this is your life. Look at these pictures.

Folks, this is your life and then you have family members saying it's not a war like i. I can't i don't think my mind and i don't think many of our minds unless you've lived through this yourself are like possible of wrapping your your head around. What that is like imagine, that's your day-to-day. You were literally worried about surviving the next day and then you're hearing from family members that no, you don't believe it uh to me.
That is just so crazy and it shows uh. I suppose how successful the propaganda from the kremlin is, and it also kind of shows the importance of groups such as anonymous of trying to get the truth out. Uh, truly wild wild stuff. Russia demands ukraine, give up territory and swear never to join nato if it wants the invasion to stop.

So, like i've been alluding to a little bit, there is going to be a discussion today and they're looking for, hopefully, some form of a safe ceasefire, and here are the specific demands russia claims. It will stop the war immediately if ukraine agrees to cease military action chains constitution to enshrine neutrality, recognize crimea as russian territory recognize the russian-controlled areas, um the two independent regions as actual legitimate independent states. That's what russia wants. I have a strong, strong feeling that the ukrainian diplomats, the ukrainian president, zielinski or the ukrainian people - i don't think they're going to agree to all this.

So let's see maybe there's going to be some high caliber of negotiation and we get some sort of positive development. But overall, this is a list of what they want. They are going to be meeting later on today, so something definitely worthwhile to pay attention to now. On a little bit more of a positive note: let's talk about amc box office, the batman source to bedazzling 128.5 million opening.

I myself was a part of that 128.5 million. I watched the movie and i thought it was a very, very good movie, and i want to talk about that. But first, let's get out some of the specifics. The batman starring robert pattinson, who, as you know, is very involved in the world of bats.

He was previously a vampire and his first turn as the brooding crime fighter, flew to a huge 128.5 million in its domestic box office, debut to secure the second best opening of the pandemic era behind 2021's spider-man no way home overseas. The 200 million tent pole opened to 120 million from 75 markets for a worldwide start of just below 250 mil so first weekend very, very solid. Now i saw this movie and i am by no means a movie critic, but i will give you my critique of the movie. Did i like it? Yes, i actually thought it was a very, very good movie.

I enjoyed it, but then all of a sudden after watching it, i started to read other people's reviews of it and they said that it was as good as the dark knight now folks do i like this one, this movie yeah, do i recommend that everyone sees It especially if you like, hero, batman, type movies, 100, it's a very, very good movie, but to compare it to the dark knight which literally beholds one of the best performances ever ever ever on screen and i'm referring to heath ledger as the joker. I just think that comparison is a little bit of an overshoot. I i really really do. Maybe some of you are reading this and you're now like pissed off at me, but i, if you think the batman is as good as the dark knight.
I think you just haven't seen the dark knight recently. Is the batman, a very, very good movie 100. I like it, but also the dark knight. It's nothing will ever ever compare to the quality of that movie, at least in my humble opinion, all right.

So with all that, i do want to quickly talk about this right here. Five things to know before the stock market opens monday. Dow futures have sharp losses. We see there's a strong bounce back.

We also know that oil and gold are ripping higher and higher talks between russia, ukraine expecting as limited ceasefire, looks shaky, so they will be speaking for their third round of talks later on today, and then i want to talk about bed bath and beyond. So, hang on, let me get set up for this hang on. Let me get this all up. Nope, that's not right! We got ta talk about bed bath and beyond, maybe better known in your mind, as b b b y may be better known as the thing in pre-market trading that is currently up.

92, at one point was up over 100 and the golden question is: how high is it going to go and also what in the world is going on? I want to dive into that right now, so just to give you some of the metrics just so you know bbby, yes, it is being heavily shorted. It has a short interest of 28.6, a utilization of 57 shares on loan of almost 32 mil, and just so you know, the free float is in the realm. I have it right here of 93 million shares, so it's not a low float, but it also doesn't have that many shares a little bit more than gamestop, and the reason why it's so interesting to compare to gamestop is because well check this out. This is why it's up gamestop, chairman ryan coleman, reveals a 150 million dollar stake in bed bath and beyond and urges its bosses to explore a sale of the company.

Gamestop chairman ryan cohen, disclosed a 9.8 stake in bed bath and beyond, almost 10 percent. Definitely an activist investor, the activist investor urged the retailers bosses to refocus and explore a sale of the company, cohen pushed for compensation changes and a spin-off or sale of the bye, bye baby division. Now, if you recently seem to watch the hbo max documentary on carl icon, this verbiage is really making me think that ryan cohen is potentially the new carl icon. Uh really coming in activist investing shaking up the board, which we're gon na get into more of those details and in the process, tends to make a lot of people a lot of money.

Cohen's investment, firm, rc ventures owns about 150 million dollars worth of bbby shares. Those are probably now valued at 300 million, based on their closing price on friday. Once again, rub 100 easy just multiply by two: nothing like making 150 million dollars. Over the weekend, the activist shareholder called out the retailers recent sales declines, shrinking market share, slumping stock price supply chain issues, bloated executive compensation and unrealistic plan to revive growth.
The issue at bed bath is that it is highly publicized and scattershot strategy is not ending the tailspin that has persisted before he said in a letter to the wall street journal and once again that letter technique of writing. What's going on and giving it to big news outlet, that's exactly what carl icon did i'm telling you if you haven't watched that documentary it's on hbo max and you're, going to see a lot of similarities between carl icahn's legacy and really what he did and right Now, what we're seeing ryan cohen, not only what he did with gamestop, but right now, what he's doing with bbby cohen, recommended that retailers focus on modernizing its supply chain and technology, managing its catalog of core products and making sure it has the right inventory mix for Customers in the face of supply constraints, so this supply issues is something that is really affecting many many companies, not only in the us, but throughout the world. Uh supply chain issues are very, very big right now. The investor called for bbby to unlock the value of its bye, bye, baby division by spinning it off or selling it.

Moreover, he recommended bbby's bosses explore a sale of the entire company to a private buyer, as that could allow shareholders to pocket a significant premium and the retailer would likely have more cash, fewer costs and greater flexibility as a private company. And the final thing right here is what i've really caught my eye. Finally, cohn suggested: bbb wise bosses tie executive compensation more closely to performance and personally hold more shares of the company to give them a stronger ownership mentality. I love that he's calling out the board.

Um, this is one of these things that the more and more you look into it. You are not going to be impressed with what boards do just generically across america fortune 500.. You look at the boards. They are heavily overcompensated a lot of the times they don't own, much of the stock that they're allegedly representing the stock within the company that they're, allegedly representing.

So the fact that ryan cohen is coming in putting his money where his mouth is dropping 150 mil owning almost 10 and saying hey, here's all the things that you should fix. If you actually care about really providing more value for your shareholders, man. Oh man talk about a mic drop moment, so this should just come out right here. Bed, bath and beyond shares more than double after gamestop chairman reveals, big spake pushes turn around bed bath and beyond surge after gamestop chairman ryan cohenman revealed he had nearly 10 9.8.

This came out on friday, um cohen, who also co-founded online pet retailer. Chewie wrote in a letter to bed bass board that he believes the retailer is struggling to reverse market share losses and to navigate supply chain woes. He said the company should explore selling itself to a private equity and spinning off the bye-bye baby chain. We will carefully review their letter and hope to engage constructively around the ideas they have been put forth according to bed bath uh this.
I can only imagine the extreme frustration that this statement from bed bath was written in to get so publicly called out like this man, oh man and as you can see by the giant jump in bbb wise price right now, you can tell that um, really whether It's institutional, retail or most likely some amalgamation of the two man man. Oh man, you can tell that they're just lining up and they're in agreement with them. I mean you're now seeing how much weight ryan, cohen's name really carries and you're shooting up from 16 to 30. uh.

This is obviously before the bell goes: diggity ding, ding ding, but i am more than excited to see how this one plays out, and obviously i got ta know your thoughts on bbby at this point at 30, are you bullish or bearish? You got ta. Let me know - and just so you know i currently have no position, but i'm very interested in creating one i'll. Let you know if that changes, speaking of which ding and ding ding ding, the casino is open all right now that the market is going, the futures market barely got its gap, fill in so there's no longer a gap fill to really be paying attention to, and What i'm referring to is this right here we had cap fill up to this level, which it literally just gap-filled, so at first i would have been calling out. Let's play the gap, fill let's play the gap fill, but unfortunately it was filled right before the market opened um.

Let's pull this up, bbby, i'm watching it uh like i said. I have no no, no, no, no position as of now, but if i see a sell-off, especially if it goes something like sub 20, i i might be get i'm like getting really really interested um, i'm sure if you're looking at it right now, especially in the World of options, the volatility is probably so ungodly ungodly juiced at this moment in time. Uh. Just so, you know, amc short interest just below 21 and gme short interest just below 18 17.6 bed bath and beyond.

We went over that uh, it's actually increasing. It's already up 4.3 percent today, coming in just below 29. the spy short interest. The overall market has a short interest of 15.9, the tech sector.

The qs has a short interest of 15.2 and then the russell. The small cap sector has a short interest of sky high 43. That is insane. That is so so insane all right.

Let's see bbby with something like this. I wouldn't be that surprised if there's profit taking out of the gate, just because people who didn't even know this was going to go down. They're like hey, i'm up, almost a hundred percent might as well lock in some gains so uh. It's not that surprising.
To me to see a little bit of a sell-off in bbby, but i'm very, very curious to see more of along the lines of its recovery, where's rachel, all right, i'm going to check some things out. So once again, let's see what's going on in wall street bets the most actively discussed things this morning are gamestop is number one s. P 500 is number. Two amc is number three which is number four.

Tesla is number five in terms of crypto. It goes bitcoin, ethereum, doge, cardano and shebe once again, that is the analytics surrounding wall street bets and just like, what's being actively discussed on that reddit and i find it to be pretty freaking important because it's really uh wall street bets through the posting of deep Fm value, roaring, kitty, keith gill, that kind of led to the rise of retail mulln, making a push uh. So if you want to know more about muln, i did a breakdown with that uh through really just more of interviewing true demon. That was the video posted on friday afternoon.

The thumbnail is called market manipulation. If you want to know everything you currently need to know about muln, i highly recommend you check out that video. Once again, i was able to interview true demon, who is the guy within this community, the retail community that is really doing a deep dive on the whole m-u-l-n situation. What else do we have going on as we get rocking today? If you haven't already, it would honestly be great great great if you could all destroy that like button.

It would also be awesome if you haven't already don't forget to join up with the moon game by hitting the subscribe button, whether you're on rumble, whether you're on youtube and on twitch. Obviously you could follow, but liking and subscribing. It is 100 free. It's always nice to run those likes up to about like 2 000 gets people right in here out of the gate, and i'm very very excited to see how bby plays out today, uh kind of some honestly pretty exciting developments with ryan cohen man.

It just it hit me like a train this morning of how similar his life is becoming to carl icon. I mean have any of you seen that hbo dock that i'm talking about. Do i own muln. I have no muln.

I have no bbby. I will not own muln, because i just don't like penny stocks, but bbby is something that's very, very interesting to me. I just don't want to buy it on 100 gain i'd. Rather if it goes sub 20 i'd be very, very interested uh.

What's the dot called uh hbo hang on hbo, i think hbo ishbo max carl icon. It is called the restless billionaire and it came out. I think, within the past two weeks, uh really good insights on the market. Yeah, it's cool! What's the doc uh about it's about carl aigon, who's, uh wall street legend and he's another big, well-known activist investor, which is kind of what we're seeing now ryan cohen doing but uh carl icahn was kind of one of the first guys that made this like a Big deal and he made a lot billions of dollars from doing it all right.
So just so you know the levels i'm watching on the overall market. Obviously this is a key level. 4. 300.

Once again, this is the futures market uh, and this is the s p. 500. Remember the spy is an etf that tracks the s, p 500, but anyway, 4 300, and then this is kind of the key zone. This 20 point region, 4, 260 to 4 280.

This needs to hold if 4260 is given up and it doesn't get quickly recaptured, look out below. Remember not financial advisor more of a person who just screams at a camera in my basement for a living or if you ask my mom, she says i don't know, i think it's some sort of a podcast. What else do we have a penny for your thoughts on r? I r-i-g-l-r-i-g l, a pharmaceutical play that is up three percent um, it's not doing anything too crazy. Right now, it's chart looks strong.

It's running up to resistance at around 318. So look for that breakthrough and if you get it i would then be watching 360., but remember it's at resistance and it's already on the top side of the keltner and the rsi like. I wouldn't be chasing it. If you have a position - hopefully around 240 250 or even better, that's good, but i would not chase this.

I am not buying on the top side of the counter, i'm not buying at resistance um from a technical perspective. I don't know anything fundamental about this. It recently missed on earnings, but for some reason it went up after that, so they must have announced something pretty solid. All right, bbby, currently coming down, don't chase, don't chase.

I think we might be able to get it for a bit more of a discount. All right looks like the spy wants to test uh 430 and where are we at at okay? Let's see, let's see if 430 can hold uh in the meantime, let me bring up any of the breaking news. I don't know if any of you recently updated your google chrome, but now my youtube is it's gone to the light theme like i used to have it set as the dark theme, but now it's just it's starting as a light team and every time i switch It the appearance, i click on dark theme, and it just does not save so if any of you are having that problem, please let me know how to fix it, because it is one of the most infuriating things currently in my life, all right breaking. What do we have here? It's just not staying.

I just want the dark theme. Just give me. The dark theme youtube all right, so we have abc here, nothing they're, not saying anything too crazy. Quite yet, let me see the other news i could bring up for all of us.

Where are we? Where are we all right? I'm just trying to find top tier news for all of you, nothing actually too crazy. Quite yet, but we're seeing the spy look. A little bit unhealthy a little bit unhealthy, but one volunteer has chosen to stay and help her fellow people. Matt gutman is in la vie with her story by the thousands every hour.
The ukrainian exodus continues to pour into this train station in la vie. Hundreds of civilians killed, millions here have fled their homes. Over 1.5 million have fled the country. Yulia sherko is one of them.

We first met her in one of those tunnels beneath the train station nine days ago. This is what people have been experiencing all day. A lot of pushing the feelings are very intense. We have some tesla calls coming in.

They are more and more and more so every hour, that's five to ten thousands of new people coming. We kept up with her joining her on her rounds at the station where she volunteers, 12 hours a day every day she starts outside working the crowds using scissors to cut medicine from those packs. So not only did you bring families to your own house and not only are you volunteering here every day, but you're also going to the pharmacy to buy medicine, because i know that people waiting here in a huge line for many hours. They really need something like that.

Most here, don't know where they're going, how long it might take or what they leave behind some volunteers here, calling yuliana the angel of levive here, she's helping olga from war-torn lugonsk you're taking medicine for anxiety. What is the thing? That's making you most nervous right now, the daughter and mother they are leaving and they left a son there and husband at that place where they have bombs right now, olga's daughter spending her 16th birthday in these tunnels. There's commotion, we hustle upstairs a train has come bearing the most vulnerable children from the besieged city of harkeef, some 30 disabled children in a special train car tesla, getting a bit of a pop right now, as we it's kind of interesting because look at, we still Have some calls coming in tesla, 11 days, 11 days 11 days, eight 900, nine hundred and thus far they've bet just over six hundred thousand six hundred fifty thousand ish uh, but being bullish on tesla out of the gate, not too much going on in the world Of options today, but uh oddly enough tesla's up almost three percent as you're, seeing the spy, the cues in the red uh small cap slightly in the green, you could argue: does it because it's an eevee play? Does it relate to the like recent uptick in oil? Yeah there's a legitimate uh. I guess discussion to be have there.

What i find very very interesting about that is, i think it's so wild that elon, who is running the world's biggest ev company and personally stands to benefit the higher tesla goes. He himself was even saying that the us needs to release more oil or take care of it, because energy costs are just way way too absurdly high, especially with oil tapping. I mean a hundred and thirty rig le still have that resistance, the futures market just breaking down right now. 4.

300. Remember this is the zone that needs to be paid attention to right. Here you need buyers. Let me drop the keltner just so there's no confusion.
This is the zone that buyers have to stop up like just to show you on the daily view of why this is so important if i were to get rid of everything else, just to clear this up a bit of why this is so wildly important. Hang on, apparently, if you were to get rid of all this, the one line that we're seeing and i'll just cut it in the middle, because i gave you a 20 point region but 4260 to 4280 for the futures market on the s p. 500. Look at support support, support right here, even when they uh the day that really all hell broke loose and russia invaded ukraine.

It broke down below it, but then we quickly popped right back up. That's how important this level is. Unfortunately, every single time that we are tapping it, it is eating up supply uh there. Obviously buyers, don't have an infinite amount of money, which is why we have to watch it.

Yes, if we you want this market to bounce, it needs to stay above this but uh in the very short term. I have a bit of concern because if you look at what's going on, how can i draw this for you where's my drawing tool right here? We're kind of getting the ball bouncing scenario where each time it's bouncing less and less you can see it's getting heavier and heavier and heavier. So when i use that terminology the market looks heavy, this is what i'm referring to. We might get another bounce, it might break down.

I don't know um, but if it does go, the first thing i'm watching is 4200, which was obviously at this point, be 100 points less and then, if that doesn't hold i'm watching 4100. So another drastic 100 point drop, but overall, when i'm saying looks heavy or the ball bounce. This is a perfect example and also you're, seeing a very good example of major major support. Resistance support support, support, support support.

This level is obviously a very, very key level and to understand where that aligns in the spy, which many of you are probably watching. Yes, you're getting that same ball scenario, and that key level is still right around. Let's call it 428 427, you just have the same thing: support support, support, support support, it keeps getting tapped and unfortunately, that is weakening it, and in this scenario, if it doesn't hold around 427 428 i'll, then be watching 421. And then we have the bottom of this wedge around 414 ish.

Just to give you an insight, hey, but we're seeing a little bit of a bounce right now off of 428.50 um. I think there's a better chance of it actually touching 428, that's kind of a key level. This 50 cent region. I think people are just kind of front running a little bit as we're still seeing some relative strength in ev.

Plays i mean tesla's up loose is up lucid's up six percent uh apple's up right now, b, b b y uh we're seeing a lower high. I still think if this doesn't quickly recapture itself, i think there's gon na be some people who are just capturing profits, because it's still up a very noteworthy percentage, it's up 66 and as it continues to go down. I think people are going to be like wait. Why am i giving up these gains? I could have like locked it in they're, going to be mad, that they didn't lock it in right out of the gate.
So i think that this could still go a little bit lower, especially if it's running into headwinds from the s p. 500, especially if it's running into headwinds from the small cap sector as well. So we're seeing some bearishness in the overall indices that we pay attention to so knowing what's going on and knowing what ryan cohen has pulled off in the past. If it goes, sub 20 i'll be very, very interested in trying to pick some up uh trying to buy it on some relative weakness.

My only hesitation is really nothing to do with bbby, it's nothing to do with ryan cohen. My hesitation is just the overall equities world right now. Um, definitely a concern. What just halted.

I'm seeing uh people are talking about, halts impp, i am pp. People are saying it halted. Oh, this thing's, like all over the map, a marine shipping company, all right, the spy, slowly but surely selling off same with the small cap, uh bbby, trying to catch itself at 26.50. Let's see how it reacts to that psychological level of 25..

All energy stocks halt, as in like cei, was halted. Uh no halt on cei, currently up 21 of the day xom, which is exxon, currently up 0.8 uh chevron chevron, just so you know, is c v x, chevron, actually a little bit down on the way uh. What's how do they spell it devin? I just want devon energy. There we go dvn.

This one is up 2.7. A lot of these energy plays actually have really really nice dividends, something worthwhile to look into all right. I'm still seeing some bearishness the only green things. I'm seeing right now are lucid and tesla.

Lucid is looking green, but even that's kind of turning back over uh. We have a little bit of green and tesla trying to hold on to that 850 region. You could just see that lucid's actually performing the best right now. Robin hood is somehow up, but it's so crazy.

Low 11. Just for a quick look at crypto, um crypto has been selling off, but in the very short term, we're actually seeing a little bit of a bounce back uh just to give um. I don't know a little bit of optimism there over the basically the past eight hours, we're seeing a bit of a pop there spy coming down to my first target of 428, which is what's going to be aligning if this ever comes up with this region. Remember what i said this is the exact region that i want to see come on.

I need to switch back over to the right thing here. We go uh, so i think we're going to come down here, and this is basically where i want to see. If buyers step up or not patience, patience, patience bb by still under some selling pressure, very good chance that it is profit takers, we could see if there's any increased short interest. Let me just re load this and see if shorts are piling in some shorts have they've already borrowed 2.34 million against it with a net change of 2.24 and just to understand like what that really means in the scheme of things: they've traded, 45 mil uh.
So two mil of a volume of 45, assuming all those already legitimately went short today. That's not i mean that's five percent, it's less than five percent, so could that have some impact on it yeah, but just the relative rate. I think this is more of what you're seeing in bbby is profit taking rather than shorting uh. Is there some shorting? Yes, there's some shorting um, but i i think this is more of profit taking right now and i'm just looking for a base to be made and the closer it gets to 25.

20. I think it's gon na look more favorable. A lot of people. Yelling m-u-l-n is pushing all right.

M-U-L-N is pushing, would love to see push all the way back up to 95 and a dollar. Obviously, a dollar is a big psychological, well level. Once again, if you have been paying attention to muellen, this is something that you're going to want to watch that video from friday it's called market manipulation. It was with true demon all right little bit of a bounce in the spy.

Let's see if it holds, i kind of want it in the short term, throw up the macd trying to get a little bit of a crossover, but nothing thus far overall market, definitely under some noteworthy amounts of selling pressure. All right and a quick update, just in case for all of you on locals. If you want to know what locals is locals, is where i post all of my trades. Basically, like my credit, spreads some of my future trades that type of stuff it's in the description but macquaries.locals.com just so, you know we're now either four for four or five for five.

With the credit spreads uh, the most recent one was a spy put a bull put spread. Last week we sold the 423 put, we bought the 422. We wanted it to stay above 423 by expiration. It obviously did as of friday, so we hit max profit.

100. Profit on the spy uh bull, put spread that was posted in locals and, as i see things start to play out today, i will post another for all of you, so yeah we're either four four five four for four or five for five, but those spread plays, Have been crushing it and they're all posted in there imp halted again. This thing is just ripping. Remember: hall top happened to the upside or the downside.

The way uh halt is triggered is just a certain percentage move in within too short of a time. It doesn't matter if it's positive or negative, it doesn't matter. It's just a percentage move, i believe, within a five minute movement. I think it has to go 10 within five minutes, something like that and that could trigger it.
M-U-L-N made a nice push to 92. uh. We're still the spy almost croc crossed over in the macd. We almost got a signal in the very very short term.

Unfortunately, it's getting smacked at 429. uh. I feel confident that it's about to test this level, which is equivalent to roughly 428. the spy and then the futures they're, not the exact same thing but they're very, very, very correlated like 99 correlation.

But as you can see it's more so of off by a factor of 10, but once again this is an etf tracking, the spy and then this is the features for the s p, 500. And if you want to see the actual s p 500, that's when you would check out spx spx just for some of you. This is like the actual s p 500 index. The spy is what tracks this and then es is the futures for this.

So uh, just a little bit more of terminology and understanding how this is all related, uh someone said neo is running well, it looks like evie is just having a good day. Tesla is trying to fight actually that one's just range bound, um, lucid popped came down. Maybe it's making a base. Let's see what neo is doing.

Neo is up 7.2 right now neo having a solid day, and this all relates just to the fact that oil is sky high. I mean obviously one sector - that's going to benefit off of oil going high. This is how high oil's been just like, ripping. Let's look at the daily chart.

This is oil. Ever since december, we've gone from 62 a barrel at one point: we hit 130 we're currently trading at 117, and oil just got its gap, though so, when i'm talking about gap fills in the overall market, this is actually kind of proof that it works also in Commodities gap fills it's a nice technical play, but anyway um. Obviously when oil goes sky high that changes the risk, i should say the price parity aspect of electric vehicles, the higher and higher gas costs it makes ev plays more and more favorable. What else is everyone in today um? Let me know what plays you're in uh muln bull flag on the one minute kind of i i see what you're saying of like the run up.

We have the lower highs, the higher lows - let's see if this can hold right now: cei amc, btu, muln, sofi, prague, ntla, v-e-o-n-i-n-d-o, prog, qqq, meta, interesting, put in an order for a bbby put what's up travis one leg: craig lottel eth next t-wolf, a thousand retail Frowns equals one hedgie smile, jeffrey travis, shout out shout out shout out shout out u.s steel. I mean we're seeing a lot of just like these pure commodity plays and commodity adjacent plays just ripping, ripping ripping ripping the spy does look like it's recovering. I'm just wondering if this is a natural bounce because, like this was hard selling, so i wonder if they're just like taking their foot off its throat for a second and we're about to turn um in my definition of what i'm looking for on the intraday. It would be like a true, true recovery if we actually push above for 30 50..
That would be like okay. We actually might see some bullishness, but right now, it's just kind of like that. Bouncing ball thing that we're seeing on various time frames all right. Let's see what cei's doing just so, you know i have no cei position.

Actually, i have no cei position. I have no bbby position. I have no mulm position. I do have a spy position in the futures market um and i'm betting against it.

I sold contracts any thoughts on rio. No, i don't know what this is, and it doesn't seem to really be moving much uh strong recovery ever since november, but i just i'm not too familiar with it and it doesn't have the cleanest looking chart with super low volume. What's going on with tesla, i mean ev's getting a surge, because oil is getting a surge. Ev is more favorable, as oil costs go higher and higher tesla currently up two percent training at 8.

55.. Look for the support at 8, 50. lucid having a good day. Neo, having a good day, uh, even riven's, trying to go green, we're just seeing eevee's having somewhat of a good day we're seeing oil slash, energy plays picking up.

Muln is ideally making a run to a dollar uh. This is exactly what i was just talking about with the spy. Is it just a higher low? It looks like they took the their foot off of the market throat for a second gave it a little bit of a relief. I'm definitely looking for that test of 428..

Definitely looking, let's see what the big guys are doing uh. So we know there was some tesla calls a dwack put a queue. There's they're, really not that active today in the options market uh thus far. I know we're about 30 minutes into it, we're just not seeing too too much activity crypto still trying to hold on to the bounce we're seeing some green in crypto right now, uh.

We need to spread the word.

If retail owns β€œover” 90% of AMC… even if we aren’t counting counterfeit shares. Then we need a meeting/vote and a request to move Tzero. Asap.

I think this pandemic has taught people the importance of multiple streams of income, unfortunately having a job doesn't mean security rather having different investments is the real deal.

Unbelievable how Matt never acknowledged anyone talking about $INDO in the live chat as it was ripping, getting halted, and surpassing AMC's all time high during the squeeze. Beautiful char that should have gotten some notice. But no, spaghetti O's were more important. This has ripped up from 2.75 just a few days ago and has potential to be the real MOASS…..
