Of course that's going to be putting downward pressure on the old stock market. and then on top of that people were looking to the Chairman of the FED yesterday Jerome pal he was speaking at noon I did stream it if you want to listen to the speech but they were looking to him to give more of like some calming words of saying oh okay yeah like we kind of did what we need to do so you don't have to worry about us being hawkish anymore.

Well he didn't say that, in fact he basically said f your calls I'm yoloing into puts and we're going to be more hawkish and then the market was like whoa brother, you sure you want to do that? He's like oh I'm sure I want to do that And then we continue to see the market sell and sell and sell. So this is how things look on the daily chart. This is how the Futures Market's looking pretty bad dip until about 8:30 then we bounce up going sideways a bit. Now the major time frames uh, the 3, the 10, the 30, and the daily.

All of these are clearly pointing down. This is the EMA Cloud Just a nice colorized exponential moving average down down down down down down down down down down down down. So major time frames for the Da traders in the swing. Traders The trend is evidently to the downside at least as of now.

Obviously that can change on a moment's notice, but as of now, the Bears are in control. He claims a Soviet Union created Ukraine and just two weeks ago he told the world that if the United States and our allies withdraw and if the United States withdraw, our allies will as well military support for Ukraine would have quote a week left to live but we're not withdrawing I Know these conflicts can seem far away and it's natural to ask why does this matter toer withdrawing So let me share with you why making sure Israel and Ukraine succeed is vital for America's national security.

You know, history has taught us that when terrorists don't pay a price for their Terror When dictators don't pay a price for their aggression, they cause more chaos and death and more destruction. They keep going. and the cost and the threats to America and the world keep Rising. So if we don't stop Putin's appetite for power and control of Ukraine he won't limit himself just to Ukraine.

Don't worry that the Chairman of the FED is saying we're going to see lower economic growth. Don't worry that the FED is currently trying to Jack up unemployment by at least one full percentage Point Don't worry that student loan repayments are starting. Don't worry that yields are ripping.

Don't worry that bonds are plummeting. Don't worry that mortgage rates are now above 8% Don't worry about any of that, because the base case that they have in their mind is no recession whatsoever. And if you think about it, it's kind of Genius because it's very, very easy to not have a recession If you just change the definition of a recession. his.

Historically, it was just two back-to-back fiscal quarters that were decreasing and that was defined as a recession. Remember, recession relates to the economy. Bare Market relates to the stock market. so that's how most people were taught it.

That's what most people believe. But most recently they changed the definition of a recession. They changed it to say well, hang on. We also have to look at the labor market, even though we've had multiple quarters of non of no economic growth.

It's all right, that's not a recession because the labor market is too strong. So they're changing the definition and what my vote is is, let's just keep doing that. Do whatever you need to literally do whatever you need to to simply just go. Nope, not not a recession.

You see a recession. Not only is it a weak labor market, two quarters back to back of no growth, you forgot about the third thing. the there's no T-Rexes running around the planet right now. So there can't be a recession because obviously to have a real recession, you need a lot of unemployed.

Tyrannosaurus Rexes So it's pretty easy to avoid a recession My main point? it's pretty easy to avoid one if you're just always changing the definition. That's all you need to do. If I can withstand this own personal turmoil and show up on time with a smile on my face, ready to engage with my favorite internet friends. When in the back of my mind, all I can think about is are they looking at my elongated eyeballs? Is my fiance going to dump me cuz now my eyeballs have become elongated. Elon Musk One tier will be a quote unquote, lower cost with all features but no reduction in ads, while the other is quote unquote. More expensive but has no ads, so that's pretty interesting. There was also recently some murmurs of a $1 charge for the entire year for everyone.

basically a battle against the Bots and I. Have to admit, I'm a fan of that because there are way way too many Bots and I'm more than happy to pay a dollar a year. Well I pay for the verification anyway. I'm paying like eight or 10 months dollars a month anyway.

But I mean a dollar a year to fight bouts? I like that. And then if you want other options because like some people just don't want ads or whatever, I get it. I mean it's a business. They're trying to keep their revenue up and their cost down.

But then we also got a piece of information about X AKA Twitter about Europe And right now the EU has an issue with misinformation on Twitter and x and they don't think that Elon and the team is doing enough to be like fighting it or preventing it.

Obviously they think that they are, so there's some murmurs on the street. Uh, I don't think it'll actually happen, but there's definitely some rumors that Elon is considering shutting down the service in Europe if Regulators are still going to be like that. but uh, I I don't think it'll go that far cuz there's just going to be a lot of users there. And for him, one of his biggest arguments or like one of his I guess best Arguments for advertisers of why they should be there is the total amount of people on the platform using it every single day, week, month.

Uh, so I don't think he's going to want to cut off all of Europe but I don't know, it'll It'll be interesting to see which way all of I guess like the regulation issues end up breaking and this is the I mean he threw this one into the Twitter sphere at 2 in the morning. Two new tiers for X premium subscriptions launched ing soon. One is the lower cost with all features but no reduction in ads. The other is more expensive but has no ads so being announced at 23 a.m.

this morning. So that's some of the recent updates with Twitter and X. But the news on Elon does not stop there. So squer I get that you're having a bad day.

Elon Musk loses 24 Billy That's Billy with a B not Billy with an M after Tesla stock Falls roughly 9% in one day electric car Banker Tesla's share price fell almost 9% after the company released a poor third quarter report, and CEO Elon Musk expressed a lot of pessimism about the global economy, a development that cut Musk's net worth by about 24 billion. Musk, who owns 21% of Tesla which accounts for 68% of his wealth, saw his net worth plummet almost 10% Thursday morning, along with the company's share price drop. That's a lot in a single day. So couple things there: Cybertruck: It is scheduled to be released this year, actually in November Uh, but we'd be lucky to have a couple dozen this year year. In all reality, it's not going to be mass produced, but in terms of the product itself. like the actual EVS the popular ones right now. Yeah, we know that.

Vehicles A lot of them, A lot of people. Finance the purchasing of a vehicle. So with yields up, interest payments are very high. So to battle that and to hit their delivery targets, they continually are chopping prices.

Which means that they're eating into their margin, their gross margin, and their operating margin. So right now it's going to be rough. and obviously it's going to probably stay rough until interest rates come back down. So I think Tesla might be in for a pretty rough year in the long term.

I'm still very much a fan of Tesla but I Just don't think we necessarily have the proper macroeconomic environment for Tesla to rip in the short term. Once again, long-term is still a bull on it in the short term. I Think there's going to definitely be some choppy. Waters Speaking of rich people that have way too much money, way more than they know what to do with.

So just to clarify this is the floor valuation of what's going on. At least 1 billion. Potentially worth more depending on what he wants to do. but you could see see all the properties he's been buying and merging together.

If you look at how he's pulled it off, he's been using Shell Corpse this and that to like not get himself into a bidding war. but it's This Is The Life Of The Rich The life of the rich. What's the point I Think the point is because he can that I mean when you have more money than God herself, you just do these things to do these things like cuz they can I mean I would assume that's the answer. It's not like it's a humanitarian effort.

It's not like he needs all the space, it's just be because he can Trump is winning over swing state voters worry of Biden's economic plan. so I covered this in the update video yesterday. but I don't know if a lot of you guys watch it. so I just want to kind of let you know where things are currently standing at now.

First of all, I'm obviously very well aware of the fact that the election's not for actually over a year Right now, we're about 13 months out, but they're already starting to do some serious polling and when it comes to important swing, States Battleground States Trump clearly has the league. Um, so Biden is winning in Nevada When it comes to Michigan, it's pretty much like monoy Mano like tied. But then Pennsylvania Wisconsin North Carolina Arizona and Georgia as of now, based on this poll, once again, 13 months out, Trump is ahead of Biden Obviously when it comes to the electoral system, uh, certain states are very, very key to win and that's what we're looking at right now once again. I Get it.

Not all polls are right I I Fully get it. I Know there's a lot of time, but just as we're heading into a tumultuous economic period Global Political period. Uh, a lot of people are actually going from Biden to Trump because based on polling, he's viewed as a better leader when it comes to the world of Foreign Affairs and also the economy. And right now, those are two major things on a lot of Voters Minds so benefiting Trump on a relative basis to Biden once again.

I Get it, we're 13 months out. There's a lot of time time left in this particular game. A lot of things can change, but that's just how things are currently looking. When it's just when you're look, when you're comparing Trump versus Biden Do I Wish that we had better selections.

But I'm just saying the Two Front Runners one for the Democratic party, one for the Republican party when we compare those two. uh Trump making actually some considerable Headway considerable Headway Really all right Market Did pop drop Market Did pop dropped again? Uh, how are we looking in the options Market How are we looking in the old options? Market Let's check out the the old spy Uh. options peaked at 948 and ever since then options have been dipping with share price and the Q's Q's are holding up a little bit better.

Whoa, Whoa there. Tonto Are we going to that 425 five? Uh, home brother. All right. do let me just set up my risk on this trade.

All right. here's what I am looking at: uh I just took a quick little quick little bet against the Uh S&P 500 on the Futures Market which is just a leverage bet. but anyway. um, obviously I see the market getting hit pretty hard here.

so I'm looking to collect profits right above the low from the pre-market session here at 8:30 Uh, so I'm looking for 4284 and I'm just risking the intraday high so just kind of a basic trade. seeing some weakness, um, got smacked. reverting right now. It's really just battling it out at the low from yesterday today itself: I'm trying to not do anything too crazy.

that's why I did like literally a one contract position. Like just a single lot. Because today is options expiration. It is Friday October 20th meaning that there is a lot of Premium a lot of money in the world of options that is set to expire today.

and historically that could amount to a lot of volatility, a lot of swinging, a lot of whipsaw, basically a lot of craziness in the stock market. So for me, I I'm kind of only trading situations I really like and then even if I really like them, I'm trading them smaller today just because I don't know which way like volatility is going to go. is it going to support me? Is it going to hamper me? I Don't know. Um, but checking in on this and actually let me get up the NASDAQ too.

NASDAQ as of now on a relative basis is performing a bit better combined. Let's do this. Let's do this. This this all right.

So the white line is the price line, the teal line is the zero DTE expiration, and then the purple line is the all expiration. So just seeing where money is flowing in the world of options and then let's get it reset up for the spy. and then here's on the Spy. You can see what's going on.

Once again, the white line is the price action, the teal line is the zero DT and then the purple line is all expiration. Uh, so on the left you have price looking at I believe the SPX the actual S&P 500. These are the prices on the left and then on the right you have the net. Delta So is money flowing in? uh to calls? Is money flowing in to puts? Is it flowing out of calls? Is it flowing out of Puts and obviously on spot? Gamma you can like split it up.

You can say okay, like right here you could see that people are taking some money out of calls, maybe locking in some gains or maybe throwing in the towel. So ever since 953 calls have been going down. that's the orange line and green line. and then these two bottom lines.

the dark blue and then the lighter blue. Uh, they're going down as in people are loaning a bit more into to put. So calls going down puts increasing. obviously.

Um, you could argue from 953 to now like a bit more bearish than anything else. Uh, all right. And actually we could look at a similar thing on the Q's interestingly on the Q's calls. maybe picking up a little bit but at minimum flat and then puts also flat.

So very different situation. The Spy right now relative to the NASDAQ NASDAQ actually getting a bit more bullish. but let's see how this all plays out: Tesla Getting rocked I Mean yesterday we pointed out how there was a actually let's pull that one up too mine as well. Equity Equity let's look at Tesla Tesla Tesla Tesla There was yeah.

The interesting level we were talking about yesterday was 218 of like to kind of fall into this golly and it did that. Uh, we're actually right here now. There's a key Delta strike at 200. There's a hedge wall at 220 and a gamma strike and a put wall at 220.

So a lot going on at 220. The way I would interpret that personally is the longer it stays below 220, the more danger it is into falling even further. From a technical standpoint, if you're looking at Tesla there's obviously a massive upside Gap fill to 24208 Previously, there was a downside Gap fill to 21758 that is now been filled. Um, but really, what I would be watching is this recent low from mid August Friday August the 18th there's a low of 21236.

If that does not hold, that might be setting up a sell to 195 and then pass that it be watching 179. So in the short term Tesla is getting absolute absolutely obliterated right now. Um, is getting absolutely obliterated right now. So watching 212 maybe a bounce off of that.

When it comes to that level, your guess is as good as mine. but if it goes below I'd be looking for a deeper swing to the downside in price, but if it bounces above, then I'd be looking for this upside. Gap F to 242 a lot of this is going to be directly related to how the tech sector is doing. If the tech sector is selling off, maybe to like 348 344, that's not going to be good.

But if the tech sector turned back around and gets this upside breakout, well yeah, that's going to be good for other Tech names. So pay attention to the general direction of the overall tax sector. And really, when it's a big company like Tesla pay attention to the overall Market What's going on with yields? The higher yields Go I mean according to the like us 10y the CEO Elon Musk as yields go up, that's going to put more pressure on the financing for vehicles, so that literally could just be hurting their bottomline revenue. So if yields continue to go up, if bonds continue to get slaughtered, if the dollar continues to go up, that is like literal, just downward business pressure on the company.

And it's not just Tesla It's many other companies. but we know I mean this is well known. but when it comes to the world of automaking, price is very very elastic. o Hang On we're about to get this breakdown.

How much did you risk for that 250? Um I'm using the day trading rate which allows you to go 11 points. so the if it win against me to the tune of $550 the position would have closed. So inherently I risked $550 to make $250 Um because I don't have enough in the account to get above the day trading rate. uh to be above the day trading rate I think you need 12K for an Es I think you need 18K for an NQ contract.

Um but I was in the world. It's just a Futures thing and different brokerages have different day trading rates of like what you have to have in your account. it's a little bit different. uh.

options account. update the ooh I should actually be doing an options trade I should be doing an options trade right now. You know what? Because I'm a nice guy I'm going to show you the call Credit Spread that I'm going to be throwing on spy options today is the 20th. Uh I need to do a vertical vertical right here.

I'm going to do five of these five. uh five at the right level. Okay place, order all right. So hopefully that one gets hit.

so that's on the spy. Uh, that was the zero DTE So hopefully and it just got hit. uh positions right here. So uh, on this one.

I did a call Credit spread I Sold the 427. that's why it says neg5 I bought the 428. Uh, that's why it is+ five. Uh, obviously the closer strike price is more valuable.

So when I sold it, that made it a net credit because this was sold for 71 cents while the 428 was bought for 45 with the difference being 26. So that is my Max possible gain if I get this play rate, my Max possible game is $26 per contract I have five. So what's that? 130 I believe is the math. Um, and I will receive all of this money if we get to the end of the day If we fast forward to the end of today and the Spy is below below 427.

Uh, if it's above 42726, that's a full loss. And my Max loss on this situation is the difference between the two strikes: 428 minus 427 a dollar so 100 bucks minus the credit I received I received 26. So I'm risking 74. So I'm risking $74 to get $26 My Max profit is achieved if is if we get to the end of today and we're anywhere below 427.

If we're we're at$ 42699 or if we're all the way down here at 420, it doesn't matter if we're below 427 I get all the money. My break even point is 42726 and if we're above 42 2726 anywhere above it, that's my Max loss. which is the difference between the strikes 428 - 427 a. do multiply it by 100 because it's options.

So $100 multi minus the credit I received because I get to keep that credit. So the credit was 26. 26 taken away from $100 is 74. So I'm risking $74 to get $26 and I'm basically betting that the market will conclude today.

below 427, this is called a call credit Spr. You could call it a bare credit spread. A bare call spread. It has a lot of names for the exact same uh, but that's where we're at.

Uh, any questions on that. these are the like I know I like off a lot I my content's weird because like 99% of the time I'm like really screwing around having a fun time. but then there's that like one% of the time that I like am actually trying to teach something. Um, and it's weird it.

it's kind of like I view my content career as if you're playing with a puppy all day and then like out of nowhere you have to give the puppy medicine. so you put it in like a guillotine and like I'm just shoving medicine into its throat. That's kind of how I view you guys you know I think our relationship is pretty much the same as if I were to run up to you on the street, put you in a headlock, and shove medicine into your mouth. Do you guys get that Vibe of like this particular show like if I just like gotcha like if there was okay.

Picture a dude running up from behind You in a duck shirt, putting you in a headlock and then putting medicine in your throat. Are you guys? Does that make sense? Is that the vibe you're getting? cuz that's kind of how I view it? but I just want to make sure we're on the same page. Um, as long as it's wrapped in cheese. oh it is the same way you would do it for a dog.

I put it in cheese I could put it in peanut butter. uh whatever you guys want I like I'm not just going to give you guys like a nasty piece of medicine. uh how does options market look looks bearish brother here? Let's switch back to this. the net.

uh spy diving. Price is diving zero DTS are getting more bearish. all expiration is getting more bearish. Uh, ever started to dip at 10:02 really started to dip at 10:06 Um, as price is diving right now.

a little bit of a bounce, but I'm going to watch to see how big this bounce is. it's it's starting to turn around a little bit right here, but that just might be a normal um, gyration within the market. uh or or it might not be a vity? Yeah, no Bulls are stepping in right now. Price isn't stepping in.

This is interesting I wonder if this is actually going to Mark a local Minima cuz look how strong the options are getting like it's interesting. You brought it up because in real time we actually might be able to I wonder if it is going to bounce. Watch it if it turns abruptly to the southide. Obviously this was just maybe some.

Well let's see, are people buying calls? or are they just getting out of puts? They're just getting out of puts. Okay, okay, interesting because remember when you're looking at the net Delta You have to consider kind of four things. Are they buying calls? Are they selling calls? Are they buying puts? Are they selling puts In this situation? What's going on right now? A little bit of call buying, but more so people are taking their money on puts. so it's not necessarily like it's a little bit of bullishness on the call side, but it's more of profit taking on the put side we're seeing puts, people are like they're probably degenerately in zero DTE puts and they're like cool I'll take some of my money.

So when we see the net Delta changing net Delta could go up from call buying or from put selling. so it is kind of important to understand like what's what type of a situation and in this situation. Yeah, we're seeing some call buying in, but well, now we're actually seeing call buying and put selling. So the Delta is picking up even more rapidly.

Uh, the top two lines Wh? There were some calls. Um, but the top two lines. This is all calls. This is zero DTE calls and then this on the bottom line is zero DTE puts and in the middle here, this is all puts.

um and there's the colorcoded stuff on the top. there. Does that make sense? Yeah, no. puts are getting reloaded right now.

someone's reloading into puts pretty hard. Uh, let's do another trade. Let's do another trade chart chart chart chart chart chart chart chart Uh, doing another Uh call Credit spread this time on the Q's I'm trying to do uh 360 by 361 selling the 360. Uh.

buying the 361. It has not been filled yet though. I'm trying to get in for $25 worth of credit see selling the 360 buying the 361 but it is currently pending and I don't know why. Oh, it's because I am the ask I am the ask.

Come on. just give me mine. All right? I'm going to drop it to 202 I don't know I just want to get the position and it still didn't get a fill. What's going on? Oh, there we go.

Okay, so in total I have five call Credit spreads on F or 10 five the Spy five for the Q's I sold the lower strike I bought the upper strike. In both circumstances that makes it a call Credit spread I sold the 360 I bought the 361 The net credit was 22. that was for the Q's on the Spy I sold the 427 I bought the 428 the net credit was 26 I'm it's net credit as in I sold I sold premium to create the position so I want it below the strike the lower strike In this case, if it's put, you want it above the higher strike. but we're talking about calls.

Um, if the Q's end today below 360 I keep all the money if the Spy ends today below 427 I keep all the money. How m
