They call me The Jug cuz I always have three lovers and I burn through Trojan rubbers like no other but when I'm not Between the Sheets I'm busy staying undercover ain't as sweet as it seems. be the jugler cuz EDI likes eating at East of Eden where Windy works on Wednesday evenings and D Le does her laundry two doors down. so when I'm out to eat with Edith I'm always worried wy's watching and equally that Donna Le's going to be around and what's worse is Windy lives by the W world where Donna Le goes to the pharmacy and eat it sex old man's employed there so I choose to keep a low profile and sneak around like it's going out of style and try to keep these balls up in the air. H they call me the jugler cuz I always have three lovers sometimes I I wish I had me a twin brother because it takes a lot of steam making all that hubba Hub Ain there sweet as it SCS be in The Jug yeah I had three more the month before Tina and Isadora but that all lended in a puddle of tears and blood and on you down forend to noon and it turned up around one or two and I it Ed me all night like a stud but one day Tanya showed up a little late and Tina turned up a lot of early so fists were flying till Lizzy came that night I'm pretty sure at the door one that threw me on the floor while CH and Tina punched and kicked and swore and long story and short I lost the fight yeah they call me The Jug cuz I always have three lovers.

Yeah yeah, maybe someday I'll quit this fooling round find someone to make me settle down but I' ha be the one to make her suffer cuz one of them days we'd go to sound and one of my friends would flag us down and say you know why everybody calls him juggler and I'd have to explain that they call me the jugler cuz I always have three and I burn through Trojan rubber like no other but when I'm not Between the Sheets I'm busy staying under Ain as sweet as it seems be the jugler oh brother oh brother oh brother oh brother Good good morning, good morning, good morning. Welcome back to another episode of the Matt Cor show where I'm Matt you're Kors and together we are the show. We got a lot going on.
We got a lot going on. Uh, the Market's actually looking pretty good this morning I Know it looked a little bit sketchy yesterday, but overall market for you people who degenerately swung calls overnight. Uh, congrats to you uh my my coffee cup to you because uh, it worked out worked out in your favor and I guess it just Pace to be a degenerate. So of course I want to get into the macroeconomic situation I Want to let you know really everyone's going to be paying attention to the 10-year note auction today at 100 P.m.
Eastern Yesterday we got the results of the threeyear note auction. Today's the 10. tomorrow's the 30 Um so Treasury Treasury Treasury. So we have some facts, figures, and stats related to all that good jazz. Uh, unfortunately for me, that kind of means I can't be a full-on degenerate today because sometimes those auctions at 1: P.m. really screws up the the premium that I sell in the morning. so we'll have to figure that out. But to be fair, that's what I said to myself yesterday.
and then I ended up taking triple the size that I should have. Uh, so that was sketchy. but anyway, we'll get into that situation. I Also want to get into some of the recent earnings.
Shout out to: Tom Nash who's in chat right now I Think Palente here can say it's had the best earnings of the entire week. uh Tom Nash Folks, if you don't know and you're on YouTuber Rumble right now, check out Tom Nash's Channel amazing updates Palante tier also Tesla and also Tom please correct me if I'm wrong. but I believe you just SP out a new channel that is more of like what's happening in the world, like kind of like the political turmoil. uh so folks, make sure you check that out and obviously massive.
congrats on that channel as well I see that's having amazing amazing growth but paler pltr you know I understand that we all complain about how much money the government is spending but when it comes to something like Paler where I believe about 60 to 65% what are you doing? sorry Piper's being a little crazy this morning. uh 60 65% of their revenue is coming from government contracts. so when you have a a company that's like tied to the hip at the government and they're sailor drunken like spending, never a bad idea. So Palante here crushing it.
but I do want to get into some others Snapchat we knew yesterday re uh well they just had their earnings not so good. uh but before that they were laying people off kind of joining the trend of all these other Tech players I want to talk a little bit about Ali Bab kind of weird so we know China is in a rough situation but their earnings weren't that good and then all of a sudden they said they're also doing a buyback. so I want to get into that because it's whipsaw. Central if you look at the pre-market of Alibaba then we could talk a little bit about KFC talk about all that stuff I think there was also Uber I want to say uh from there it's not really related to what are you doing dude, what are you doing brother, what are you doing there Piper Um, not really related to an earnings but uh, crazy story ever Adam Newman The guy from Weor is back on the scene now I Don't know how many of you really paid attention to that story or didn't pay attention to the story, but the guy was a crazy guy.
He somehow got Ed from his own company but he still got a golden parachute package and it made him either hundreds of millions or actually a billionaire. and now he's trying to buy his own company that he got ran out of from like back from bankruptcy. so he's going to pick up his own company for like Pennies on the dollar. It's a crazy story so I want to get into that? We'll talk a little bit about seasonality and then from there. I'm really starting early because I want to talk more about, uh, just hugely embarrassing mess up for Nikki Haley So there were some primaries in Nevada and the person who won it maybe for the first time ever. I haven't really fact checked this, but it wasn't a person. None of these candidates quote unquote. None of these candidates is who won like that was an option.
None of these candidates like I'm not saying none of them won I'm saying the option. None of these cand candidates was the winner of the Nevada Primary which is a massive massive embarrassment for Nikki Haley Uh so I want to get a little bit into that and then the hot news reel in the political world is Tucker Carlson and Putin Who at first were like are they interviewing each other because we knew that Tucker was in Russia and then everyone's like I think so and then Tucker came out with a video and then it got community noted by CR people from the Kremlin who's like he didn't interview him after Tucker posted a video saying I am interviewing him but now as of this morning I guess the Kremlin has agreed that he is interviewing. um it's weird. It reminds me a lot of my middle school relationships.
like are they going to the middle school dance together? aren't they are they? oh I saw him with Darren under the bleachers after the football game I thought she was going with Matt to the Dan so it has like that. kind of a Vibe um one of those things for sure. Oh brother oh brother. Piper Piper's jacked up today for strategy has been on fire I guess before we get into like my more boring stuff uh, any questions, price targets ideas for Piper the lead analyst here at Matt Kors Capital dud her.
actually what's her streak I think she's now at 40 signals in a row have hit for Piper She is by far way better than I am. but oh I guess she's done for the day. Okay, see you later, Dude, there you go. Uh, we'll put her on chair.
All right. With that being said, let's hop into it because I want to get a little bit more into the hilarious thing going on with Nikki Haley Uh, Also, shout out to Nevada if you're going to be in Vegas this weekend I will be there by you brother. Let's see how much money we could degenerately make on those slots. Uh, but I want to talk about that and I also want to obviously get into the Tucker thing.
so let's get ripping. Uh, first of all, just so you know where the market's at. Spy crushing it. Uh, we're actually like in that zone of potentially an alltime.
High we're about 50 cents away alltime High 49605 pre-market right now 4953 so about 50 cents away. Little bit of a gap up obviously for you fucking stat nerds in here. Yes, there is a high odds chance of us filling this Gap and that's not necessarily bearish. It's just saying. Yeah, we know there's a good chance of filling the gap down to 49432. We could easily bounce off of that and then even push up and make a new alltime high. They're not necessarily mutually exclusive, but for those of you who are curious, Yes, there is a high odds chance of us filling this Gap 49432 today. If you're just looking at the last 2 and 1 half decades worth of data, that is a likely one, but doesn't it's not a guarantee.
There's no such thing as a guarantee. The only thing that's really guaranteed is that I'm going to somehow blow money on options today. Besides that, it's all open to interpretation. S&P 500 Futures rise slightly as investors parse fresh quarterly results.
Uh, I Think they need to get a better intern at CNBC There's no way the market is up because of some random ass quarterly earnings reports. These ones aren't that impactful by weight in the S&P 500. Really, what's going on is the situation in China is simmering down after losing 7 trillion dollar as the CSI was just selling off, selling off, selling off president Xin Ping stepping in and saying hey, I think I'm going to attempt to stop this hemorrhaging and then that Market's like okay and then obviously everyone else related to it cuz don't forget China as of now is the world's second Global Power like yeah, there are repercussions if that stock market that economy collapse. So the fact that G is stepping in and saying you know what brother I'll help you out a little bit.
It it's common things down, uh, especially the large cap was looking good, but it's the small and the medium cap specifically the CSI 1000 that finally bouncing a bit more so we could get into that in detail, but this is I guess news as of last night I Saw it this morning and I found it particularly hilarious Haley loses Nevada Primary to none of these candidates. Option Nikki Haley finishes behind none of these candidates in GOP vote Biden has been courting Nevada black Latino and Union voters. This has to be fun like this is. this is just hilarious.
Uh, like Absolut like 61% I think was the number early Wednesday with 53.5% uh voted hay had 32 to six? Yeah, 61. Two out of three people just below two out of three people voted for none of these candidates. What an F You to the system. What a specific Fu to Nikki Haley And this is what's kind of interesting is mainstream media.
At least the mainstream media that somehow pops up on my timeline seems to really want to prop up Nikki Haley as like oh, she has a shot. Well, she loves to prop herself up as she has a shot, but it's kind of in the face of all quantitative measure of votes and polling. And maybe it's a little bit more anecdotal, but from what you guys are saying, it doesn't seem like she really has anyone supporting her like at all. and she's just yelling that she's in second place cuz everyone else is dropping out.
inherently. if there's only two people left, yes, you might be in second place if you're the worst of the two options like that's inherently how you'll become second place and she's kind of touting that of like, look at me I've like held out dude at a certain point you're just wasting donors monies like you you could just be going to Texas Roadhouse and having a good old time I Don't get it. It seems to me that's a waste of money, but that one of the largest political embarrassments that's had to happen in recent history. Truly crazy. Anyway, other big somewhat political thing: Tucker Carlson why am interviewing Vladimir Putin now I Watched this and I've also read quite a bit of what people have to say about it. I'm confused and that might not Shock you at all you might be like, but Matt that's literally how you like live your life and you're right most of the time I'm in some at at least low level of confusion right here. like Tucker Carlson that's treason. They're using the Big T word.
it's kind of like season, but it's different. it's just it's with a t instead of the S and it actually has a completely different vibe like seasons have to do. more so with the Gregorian calendar. while treason has to do with being like actively working against your own country, so they sound the same, they're very close in their lettering, but they have completely different vibe and everyone's like yo Tucker Carlson This is treason and that's where I got confused.
Why can can anyone I need someone who is the most left leaning, bluee hearted liberal in here to explain to me how is this treason? He's a fucking journalist. What do we think journalists do? They do journalism. They journalize. They do some other weird variant of the word Journal They write in their Journal they keep a diary of their Journal that that's journalism.
You go fucking talk to people with stories. So to somehow say it's anti-American to to do your fucking job and then maybe the argument is that it's not a story. but I don't know. Maybe you guys like Miss a little bit of the thing that happened in Ukraine with Russia maybe maybe you guys forgot about that in February of 22.
Maybe that like quickly forgot, yeah, like feels like it's an impactful story. Feels like maybe it's a person that we should hear the story, the full story and not just what the US government is shoving down our throat and telling us this truth. I I Just don't get it. But the amount of people like this is treason.
dude. Uh, that guy with the way too long of a last name Stephanopoulos Which dude that had to be a bitch to learn how to spell when he was a kid he interviewed Putin uh I think Barbara Walters interviewed. This isn't like a new thing. There's a series of like us world renowned journalists interviewing Putin He's like the fourth fifth sixth in the line of people who' have done this in the past and everyone's like no, but it's different when you do it I I don't get it I I Don't get it and I need someone who's like particularly believes this to be treason to explain to me how because I was bashing my head off a wall all last night and I still could not come to the answer. But anyway, here's what Tucker had to say about it and then we're going to talk about this community. Note: We're in Moscow Tonight we're here to interview the President of Russia Vladimir Putin We'll be doing that soon. There risks to conducting an interview like this, obviously, so we' thought about it carefully over many months. Here's why we're doing it first: Because it's our job.
We're in journalism. Our duty is to inform people two years into a war that's reshaping the entire world. Most Americans are not informed. They have no real idea what's happening in this region here in Russia or 600 mil away in Ukraine but they should know they're paying for much of it in ways they might not fully yet perceive a fair point.
We are paying for the war in Ukraine is a human disaster. It's left hundreds of thousands of people dead, an entire generation of young Ukrainians, and has depopulated the largest country in Europe. But the long-term effects are even more profound. This war has utterly reshaped the global Military and trade alliances and the sanctions that followed have as well.
And in total, they have upended the world economy. The postor War II economic order. The system that guaranteed prosperity in the West for more than 80 years is coming apart very fast, and along with it the dominance of the US dollar, these are not small changes, they are history altering developments. they will Define the lives of our grandchildren.
Most of the world understands this perfectly well. They can see it. ask anyone in Asia or the Middle East what the future looks like like and yet the populations of the English-speaking country seem mostly unaware. They think that is nothing has really changed, and they think that because no one has told them the truth, their media Outlets are corrupt, They lie to their readers and viewers, and they do that mostly by Omission.
For example, since the day the war in Ukraine began, American Media Outlets have spoken to very quickly I identify as an American Media Outlet albeit a small one and I also want to clarify that I am in the group that he's referring to that actively lied to you. Um, just want to throw that out. There scores of people from Ukraine and they have done scores of interviews with Ukrainian President Zinski. We ourselves have put in a request for an interview with Sensi and we hope he accepts.
but the interviews he's already done in the United States are not traditional interviews. They are fawning pep session specifically designed to amplify Zelinsky's demand that the US enter more deeply into into a war in Eastern Europe and pay for it. That is not journalism. it is government propaganda propaganda of the ugliest kind, the kind that kills people at the same time. our politicians and media Outlets have been doing this promoting a foreign leader like he's a new consumer brand. Not a single Western journalist has bothered interview the president of the other country involved in this conflict FLIR Putin Most Americans have no idea why Putin invaded Ukraine or what his goals are Now they've never heard his voice. That's wrong Americans have a right to know all they can about a war they're implicated in and we have the right to tell them about it because we are Americans too. Freedom of Speech is our Birthright.
We were born with the right to say what. We believe that right cannot be taken away no matter who is in the White House Fuck yeah, but they're trying anyway. Almost 3 years ago, the bid Administration illegally spied on our text messages and then leaked the contents to their servants in the news media. They did this in order to stop a Putin interview that we were planning last month.
We're pretty certain they did exactly the same thing once again, but this time we came to Moscow Anyway, we are not here because we love Vladimir Putin We are here because we love the United States and we wanted to remain prosperous and free. We paid for this trip ourselves. We took no money from any government or group, nor are we charging people to see the interview. It is not behind the pay wall.
Anyone can watch the entire thing shot live to tape and unedited on our website Tuckercarlson.com Elon Musk His great credit has promised not to suppress or block this interview once we post it on his platform. X and we're grateful for that. Western Governments by contract will certainly do their best to censor this video on other less principal platforms because that's what they do. They are afraid of information they can't control, but you have no reason to be afraid of it.
We are not encouraging you to to agree with what Putin may say in this interview, but we are urging you to watch it. You should know as much as you can and then like a free Citizen and not a slave, you can decide for yourself. Thanks! Does anyone know the date of when it comes out anyway? Tucker said that and then Kremlin spokesman Dimitri Pesov commented on Carlson's claim of not a single Western journalist has bothered to interview. Putin Mr Carlson is not correct.
In fact, there's no way he could know this. We received numerous requests for interviews with the President, so he said that. but anyway, the Big hubbub about it is that it's going down in general so a little bit of a community not. but whatever.
Tuer Carlson has interviewed Putin in Moscow according to the Kremlin uh I guess it's going up on his website tuckercarlson.com and then as he alluded to in that discussion, it will also be up on Twitter AKA X and then from that point I guess it's allowed to just kind of rip and we'll see what it is. Uh, it's just so crazy. uh on a micro scale A very very micro scale. this in a similar sense like I kind of get where he's coming from. So I had the opportunity a year and a half ago to interview Martin Scr and I was like hey this is a guy who like is somewhat involved in the world of Finance it's a crazy story. For those of you who don't know he's the farmer bro and I thought hey I'll shoot my shot see if I can interview him, get his story and then as soon as you interview him I mean all those like AMC douchebags are like that must mean he's best friends with Skir. It's called an interview folks. It's called literally just talking to someone and getting their side of the story.
That doesn't mean you agree with them, that doesn't even necessarily mean they're telling the truth. It's it's called an interview like what the fuck is going on in this world? Ah I just I Don't know if we've always been like this or if technology is like making it a bit worse, but dude, some people are either way too soft or I guess just a little bit too stupid to be in this world. Anyway, speaking of being in this world today, in this world. February Uh, the 7th Wednesday at 1 P.m.
13:00 1: P.m. Eastern We get the results of the 10year note auction. Yesterday we got the three three-year note auction. Today we get the 10-year Tomorrow we get the 30-year So in terms of macroeconomic announcements events, there's not too too much going on this week.
like I would say it's like a medium level. like we have all these treasury auction updates. We have a slew of Fed speakers so there's some stuff going on. but I think a lot more people are trying to digest really what's going on in the form of monetary policy.
When are we going to get the rate? Cuts Is it going to be? March I Know that's what Bill Akman was calling for forever and now it looks like the can's getting kicked down the road. At one point, the FED watch who was calling for six rate Cuts this year now even Jerome Pal himself, the Chairman of the Fed's like, well, maybe more like three guys. Don't forget, inflation's an absolute bitch right now. So I It feels like a lot of people are attempting to pay attention to that, and that's why we're seeing quite a few Generations in the world of bond SL yields but also gold, gold, and the dollar and thus the overall market.
So it feels like we've been in this almost like form of Purgatory where the last I don't know, year, year and a half major Focus has just been on the overall market and things related to the overall. Market Obviously, there's a lot of individual equities ripping, ripping, ripping or diving or doing this that the other thing but it feels like the overall Market has really taking control of like the mainstream Financial media I guess if that's even a thing. But just to give you an idea of how crazy the current situation is, uh I Love this right here. Check this out. The US now has a record 17.5 trillion in household debt, a record 12.3 trillion in mortgages, a record 1.6 trillion in auto loans, near record 1.6 trillion in student loans, a record 1.1 trillion in credit card debt total Mortgage Debt is more than doubled the 06 Peak and total credit card debt is officially up 50% since 2020. Meanwhile, delinquency rates on credit cards and auto loans just hit their High Since the ' 08 financial crisis, consumers are quote unquote, fighting inflation with debt. this can't end well I don't know what other numbers I can throw at you to really Express How messed up of a situation we're in Beyond This right here. we're hitting all the kinds of Records You don't want to be hitting folks, you have to understand like I get it.
We easily say million billion trillion as if it's just the next thing, but understand it's not just the next thing. it is far away. And when we're hitting trillions in records the ones that are related to debts and payments and delinquencies not good. We're at levels that we saw in the' 08 crisis and everyone.
and we're and we're supposed to believe that the economy is working. Dude, We're going into an election year and we have one guy who's like dude, fucking he does. Anyone else get the vibe that whenever there's like some form of an economic report Biden is almost like in the vibe of his like I don't know, like post qual habits and he's just like smoking a Sig like the CPI report comes out and it's like slightly lower instead of like 38 comes in at 370 like just like rips, the Sig fucking flicks it. He's like Crush that one crushed It Biomics For The Win team like it.
It's so egregiously bad right now that whenever the press secretary or anyone in the government Left Right middle it doesn't matter. When anyone tries to spin anything, it's like oh, it's fine, it's not. There's no quantitative measure that you should be saying be like oh dude, we're doing well right now. It just doesn't fucking exist and they're like dude, we are crushing it.
That's like that's one of my it has to be so cool to be a politician because no matter how bad it is, you just get to act like you're crushing and like I basically already do that folks day over day I am hemorrhaging money trading but I get on stream every day I'm like dude fucking crushed it fucking Crush It's like it is the perfect job for pathological liars and narcissists and ego Maniacs like myself because no matter what's going on, you ex you contort data to make yourself seem better. Anything that actually is good, you fully accept and then anything that's ever bad or negative like Clar like just clearly you just blame it on someone else. It's a game of accept, all positive, deflect all negative, and you just do that over and over and over again. like I love. It's really that middle case of like contorting data that's actually bad, but making it seem good and that's all that's the image. I can get in my mind like I have various maybe I need to go big screen to explain this. Maybe this is just me and maybe this is my psychopathy or some other unnamed thing that's not in the Dsm5 yet that I still suffer from I have different mental images of all presidents of just like what goes on like I I develop a mental image of it and then just in my mind and I know this isn't right I picture the president doing that every day. So my mental image for Biden is someone like scurries into the room and they give him really bad information but he doesn't understand it and he just has a Sig and he just like flicks and he's like fucking crushed it.
That's that's my whole mental Cinema of Joe Biden my whole mental Cinema Not that anyone ask of Trump was created I forget the exact date and it would make the story so much better. but there was one time that it was like 2: or 3: in the morning and he had tweeted out this was back when he was on Twitter he was still the sitting president He just tweeted out make America great again and none of you are going to be like that's not comedic like you all know that he said that and he said that a lot but if you look at the time it was at 2:00 or 3: in the morning and then also I was like well that's a little weird so you can commonly check where the President is and he was on East Coast time it wasn't like he was somewhere else or it was like during the day. So this guy literally at 3:00 in the morning he's like dude I got to fire this bitch off I like I need the world to know make America great again. So very quickly my mental image became that like almost as if a middle schooler where he didn't have his phone all day and his handlers had his phone and it was like he wasn't allowed to use it.
and then finally he like kind of like hid it under his pillow and he's like fucking stop me on this one. So that was my image of Trump was like as a middle schooler would do hiding phone from his parents and then when they finally go to sleep he's like fucking stop me now so that's my picture of him. Uh Obama Once again, not that anyone ever ever ever asked uh I don't know if you guys ever, ever ever ever heard the audio clips of him playing basketball but apparently he was like a hyper competitive individual especially when it came to basketball. and I forget his exact quote.
but my mental image of him was always playing basketball and he would like dunk on someone and he sits some like just hilarious like whatever schoolyard basketball shit. and I think my mental image of him was him playing basketball and dunking on someone and just saying suck my nuts but I don't know I don't know if anyone else does that, that's I I I Can tell that I'm losing a few of you and we're really veering off the path right now. but I thought it was important that you guys know how I mentally picture our most recent three presidents I just I I Need you guys in case you're everyone like who wants to be a millionaire or Jeopardy or some sort of game show and like there's an essay section and they're like how does the world's largest Pico influencer Matt Kors picture President whatever they put in, put the name I need you guys to know this just in case it ever comes up. and let's talk about Bush Oh dude, my mental image of Bush. This is a really obscure story and I was like kind of young. but the only thing that stands out to me about Bush Well yes, in Step Brothers there's the quote from Bush George W Bush where he's like like families to have wings take flight I don't know. it was like the dumbest quote ever and they quoted it in Step Brothers but that doesn't really count because that's like of a movie. My actual memory of George Bush is the one day he had an interview or something and he came in with a black eye and everyone's like what the fuck happened President: why do you have a black eye and he's like uh, I was watching football and I was laying on the couch couch and I was eating a pretzel and I fell off the couch and hit my face.
This is a real story of George W Bush and his excuse of why he had a black eye was he was so ferociously watching football and eating a pretzel that he fell off a presidential couch onto a presidential carpet and hit his presidential eye and got a presidential black and blue that like all of these, it's the most wild I was like well that's obviously a lie and I knew that was a lie way back when in like fucking 08 09 whenever he was President back then like I was young and I was like dude, that's bullshit um but yeah, no that's my mental image of him and before who would be before him Clinton well I don't My mental image of him is obviously Monica Linsky like duh like what else would it fucking be for Clinton uh I I think we all have the same mental Cinema image for Clinton when someone brings up that guy and then before that uh George H I I don't dude. that guy could walk in my place right now and I' have no fucking clue who he is I have no mental image for that dude. um but yeah we are. Um, we're very much going off where we should be today on this.
So yeah, you congrats. Uh, the E economy sucks and people are choosing to live their lives normally and they're just stacking up debt. Historically, when the financial system gets a little bit tight, people are like whoa, I should pull back on spending No no, no Millennials and Gen Z have a completely different concept. Their concept is saying fuck, you come after us and I like it.
There's strength in numbers. There's no way that the Deb owners can come after everyone in America at a certain point, it's just a game of numbers and Gen Z and Millennials Dude, the concept of just fucking come at me I like it in a weird way. I Get it? I get like Boomers and Gen X might call the US off, but they never did it. They never had the balls to tell the government to come after them. Uh, but Millennials and Gen Z they have no issue swiping, swiping, swiping, and letting those numbers run and run and run. Uh, exciting times, exciting times. And I'm pleased to report we're not the only one that's severely messed up trying to replaces Top Markets regulator as G tries to end the cataclysmic selloff banking veteran. woo to replace ye dude.
I'm going to butcher all these names and it's going to come off as me being racist. My apologies, please understand I don't know how to pronounce these names. not out of arrogance or racism I Was just never hooked on Phonic as a child. So sometimes when I see certain letters and the combination of those letters I don't know how it actually sounds.
It's not racist. M It's not arrogance. it is literally lack of intellect. Don't yell at me, yell at my parents.
They try to get me Hooked on Phonics and then I was like fuck that. I'm not going to get hooked on Vonic and here we are today. Little did I know decisions at 5-year-old would be impacting me when I'm now 30. but here we are.
My apologies, please don't take offense to it. China Stocks have slumped this year as economy struggles. Yeah, the only thing that's doing somewhat well is the very like large Mega cap stocks in China Other than that, the small and the medium cap stocks have been getting absolutely lambasted. But anyway, the President of China Xinping, he stepped in basically yesterday.
well kind of a day and a half ago when we were all sleeping, he's like yo I'm going to help you out and it was actually the largest single day rally uh, single day gain that their overall stock markets ever seen because they're like oh, this might legitimately be the Bottom Now is it going to be the bottom dude? I don't know I don't have a crystal ball I'm not going to be like Ray doio here and tell you to invest in China when it seems super suspect. Seems like between their Shadow banking, their real estate crisis, the general discontent, the banking runs their population problems. Doesn't seem like an investment that I want to be involved in, but hey, if you want to invest in it, have had it. but I will not be joining you bringing it back into the Us.
we are still in the middle of earning season. Uh, the after this week, all the big players are kind of done. The only leftover one is really Invidia in terms of like the top 10 top 20. Uh, so earning season still technically continues after this week, but it does slow down quite a bit.
Uh, what we've gotten recently: Snapchat got destroyed Alibaba Really weird mixed bag of a situation. We'll go over that. Uber CVS ROBLOX After the market closes today PayPal Disney Arm and Win later on this week Spirit I'm curious how that's going to end up playing out with Dave Poroy and everything a firm. A firm's probably crushing it right now. The facts that we just all covered of every like oh man The Situation's tight but I want to keep spending? That's what a firm is is. buy now, pay later. A firm's numbers are probably amazing I don't have anything to do with it, but just thinking out loud that one's probably crushing it. Uh, princess.
Cloud Flare Expedia PepsiCo Canop be growth? Feel free to screenshot it. Feel free to go to Whispers on Twitter and you can find it. Thoughts on Rum we will be getting into that in one second I Promise you snap plunges 30% on Revenue Miss and like guidance as companies says Middle East War creates headwind. So Snapchat getting merked Alibaba shares whipsaw in pre-market trade after.
Revenue Miss But a $25 billion boost to buyback plan. So bad news but then simultaneously good news and right now it is down 4.6% Snap is currently down 31% Holy guacamole. Batman Did any of the degenerate traders in here did anyone buy puts on Snap and if so, can you claim me as a dependent on your tax return? I am very very sick and tired of taking taking care of my own Financial life. So if you if there's anyone out there that has not only Mega gains from their snap puts, but also room in their house in their heart for one more family member.
I am your guy I am 100% your guy I'll do dishes I'll clean up every once in a while uh I'll if you have a lawn that you want mow in a very fancy pattern SL Direction I could do that uh I'm I have a medium level of agility I come with a cool cat who likes snap throughout the day. Um, that's pretty much what I bring to the table. That's pretty much what I bring to the table I See someone saying I got puts on Disney How many of you think Disney is about to get crushed? Uh I saw that Elon Musk was more than happy. Did anyone notice the timing of the Tweet So obviously Bob Iger the who kind of is a business Juggernaut he's the lead of Disney so he was there.
Then they brought in Bob Chapek and now Bob Iger's back and they're basically trying to milk them for one more like phenomenal deal. Uh, but Disney stopped their advertising on X because they have an issue with Elon and then that's when Elon uh said to go fuck themselves I believe was his comment with Andrew Ros Sorin. Well, anyway, timely enough just before the earnings as in yesterday Elon that scallywag he tweeted out about people people suing Disney uh so we could cover that in a second, but it it was perfectly timed for a reason. That that didn't happen by any mere coincidence.
Hang on. let me put up this poll. so I can get your votes. Let me put up this poll.
so I can get your votes. Uh, but it feels I don't know I Feel like knowing you guys in here you're probably all betting against Disney I'm not going to take any position on it, but we'll see how it plays out anyway. Snap getting destroyed. Alibaba's down, but it was quite a bit of a whipsaw young. BR s The points as KFC Taco Bell and Pizza Hut fall short of same store sales expectations Uber beats estimates as revenue and booking SE Double digit growth. Let's pull up Uber really quickly so you can see where that one's at down slightly. I Guess the market thought it would beat it by more, but uh, actually, it's interesting. Um, in terms of the recent earnings, a lot of them are getting absolutely merked right now.
Absolutely merked right now. Um, we'll do this. I Want to cover Adam Newman I Want want to see Disney first in terms of these individual stocks. So um Disney actually had a triple bottom right here.
79 back in 2020 and then just bouncing off of 7980 getting up to about 100. There were recent announcements that ESPN is getting a little bit more serious into the world of streaming as they always has but obviously also now the world of gambling with their sports book The partnership with Uh Pen National gaming. Ever since getting rid of Barol Sports, they then brought on ESPN to do their sports book. So whole development there.
but in terms of Disney there's very few assets under Disney that are like, clearly clearly doing well and one of them is ESPN It's actually to the point that there's like continually rumors of them spinning off ESPN because it's such a standout asset under the entire Disney umbrella. Will it happen? I Don't know. It's tough to really calculate any of this stuff at the moment. You never know what Bob urer is going to do.
You ever never know how bad the fight's going to get with Elon Musk Like there's so many I guess unknown variables here that I guess we could guess and we could all just have our own like opinion and whatnot. But I I I don't necessarily just want to throw out a random guess. Okay, very quickly I Was going to do this a bit later, but I see a lot of you asking about Rumble So Rumble Rumble Rumble Rumble I'm invested in Rumble I Want to make this very clear I have thousands of shares of Rumble I Also have $8 calls and $9 calls on Rumble So that's my short-term play. All my Shares are a long-term investment and beyond that I'm a very, very happy content creator on Rumble What's going on Rumble Hi Rumble crowd I'm happy that you're here today.
With that being said, I don't want to come off as overly bullish because I do financially benefit from the stock going up because I'm invested uh, emotionally I'm stoked that I have a rumble crowd watching me as Rumble stock is crushing it so there's various things to consider I Just want to be as transparent as I possibly can. But fuck dude, this is looking like one hot tamale. This is a guy who's seen a couple hot tamali in his day and this is looking like a hot tamale. I I mean higher highs, higher lows. And if we look at what's cooking in the data set, let me bring it up for you. Let me bring it up. Let me bring it up. The short interest 17.44% and the short score 87.5 6.
It is wild now. it is on the threshold list, so unfortunately we don't know the magnitude of Ftds right now. We just know it's over 1.4 million and it's been there consistently for over 5 days. And I think at this point we're at 9 days, we might be at 8.
Days Someone please fact, check me on that. But I mean look at this cost To borrow. This cost to borrow is disgustingly high at a certain point. Remember, this is an annual number.
The CTB is not what you pay daily. This is what you would pay if the rate stayed there and you held the position for the entire year. But at a certain point it does become Pro Cost prohibitive for these 23.4 6 million shares to stay out on loan because the fee is simply too great. Like that's super super basic math.
And the other thing I Want to point out is average age. Okay, so the average age of shares on loan is 44 days. Remember that please. 44 Days 44 44 44 44 Remember that.
What was the answer? The answer was 44 44 Trading days 44 Trading days 44 Trading days Roughly here: I Might be off by a day or two, but it's roughly in this zone. So the average age of shares on loan was when Rumble was trading at Sub Five Sub five. So you could say the average short is clearly underwater if that was at five bucks and we're currently trading at 775 Now, Is that true for all shorts? No, we know that people like Cula research most likely back in here around $10 I Wouldn't be surprised if there there are older ones. Obviously it's an average value, but you could mathematically say that the average short based on the average shares on loan was about 44 days ago.
that was right around Turkey Day and that was right around sub5. So I would say that the average short is clearly feeling the pain not only from the change in price but also the cost of borrow utilization maxed out. The short interest is this has been consistent at 17.44% is now kind of pointing out some of the craziness. Rum has risen sharply ever since January 19th generating short seller losses of 44 million 19 million was lost on January 3rd alone when it Clos up 33% if this gets traction and that's a it's obviously a big if because you never know what's like going to get.
Traction In terms of just like a good storyline and whatnot, Uh I Think there could be some exciting times ahead? Um, can I say that with confidence? No. I mean there's just like certain odds. What was it? 17.44% Uh, 17.44% Absolutely crazy. Uh I'm hoping.
I'm hoping hoping hoping that some of these players are getting caught and getting absolutely screwed. Dude, Why do I have all of these? Does anyone else have an issue with all these like Robo spam callers all the time? Is there a way where you can like set your phone to just auto block them? I'm getting I'm getting like at least three to five calls a day. Absolutely crazy. Hang on. Let me can I just block them because they just keep calling. Um I Don't know if any of you guys know how to block it. Please keep me posted. Crazy Story: I Don't know how many of you know the story of Wework I don't know how many of you saw just like the show.
That was kind of the dramatization of what happened with Jared Leto But anyway, it's all about Weor and Adam Newman who a very interesting character I Guess like that's why they got Jared Leto to play him. but it was the story of basically a leasing company. a business office rental where they got the whole floor. We could all work at different companies, but like you just kind of rent your space and they were attempting to create a community.
But really at its absolute core, it was just a leasing, a business leasing company that kind of split it up among many people and whatever. and unfortunately that means that that if the market ever the real estate market ever takes a turn. not so. Bueno Now they were obviously betting that it never would and then people got really I Don't know.
Enamored with the fact that Adam Newman and the team always pitched it as this big tech company, but it wasn't a big tech company and it was trading at multiples as if it were a tech company. When in really, it was kind of a run-of-the-mill real estate company. Eventually, when the market does turn as it always inevitably does if you give it enough time, we were completely crashed and they kicked Adam Newman out. They gave him a golden parachute package, he became a multi-billionaire and he came rich, rich, rich and then we were ended up crashing and his currently in bankruptcy.
And now the tale of the story. the way this narrative going is absolutely nuts because it seems as if Adam Newman the guy who got kicked out but became Rich by getting kicked out is now going to buy back his company at of bankruptcy for pennies on the dollar. One of the craziest stories in a hot minute Admin Newman explores buying wew work out of bankruptcy. we were co-founder teaming up with investors on potential bid company currently plans to hand ownership to creditors which is basically the people who own the debt.
And what's buzzing today is that Adam Newman and other investors are exploring an offer to buy Wework out of bankruptcy and joining us now is Bloomberg's Amelia Pard Who has been all over the bankruptcy beat for the last year, particularly when it comes to wework and the question becomes is we work really up for sale for Adam Newman to buy it Yeah, I mean that is the question because the company's technically not for sale, they have a plan in place. Um, you know with creditors that they already struck a deal where the senior secured lenders are slated to own the company on their side. But all the stuff if a bit High prior. Um, you know a bankrupt company's role basically is to maximize value of the estate and so in this case. Um, even though it's not for sale like the company really has an obligation to consider bids. But the question remains. You know how serious is this bid? Um, its potential. You know he hasn't signed an NDA yet from what we know.
So um that Still Remains To be seen. What you did see is the letter that they sent to Weworks Lawyers. What were some of the details underneath the surface there? Yeah, so the big allegations were just that. Adam Newman and his real estate company startup flow.
Um, and this was a letter written on be on behalf um of Adam Newman from a lawyer. um, hadn't get gotten access to the information they needed to make compl San individual right there know. He said in letter that he was sent an but hasn't signed it yet. Um, he sent back revisions so things are very preliminary and so although he's Keen potentially on making a formal offer um, you know sources, we've spoken to say that that no official bid has come in.
so um, until there's number on the table I Think it's hard to really consider. seriously, how do you consider the role of Dan lobe and third, Point given that the talks have only been preliminary, Yeah, so in the letter um Newman or Newman's attorney invoked Dan L's third Point very high up in the letter um, suggesting you know that he was working with other investors um and I I Think that since then, since the letter was was sent yesterday, um Dan L's firm has said third, Point has said that you know the talks have been preliminary, there's no official um, agreement of financing a deal. Um, and so I think that it'll kind of become clear. hopefully in the coming weeks you know are there other investors involved.
It seemed like there was some illusion that some other funds might be in there, so it reminds it we're hoping to find out who. Well, it begs the question. Also, this is for Adam Newman and his real estate startup Flow. We've seen the story we work has gone through the last few years.
We have seen the valuation go from Skyhigh to now bankrupt again and so how do you think about what he can do with wework if he were to take it back? Yeah, for flow. Yeah, so the argument really is that there's still demand for flexible work and the business model is valuable. Um, and that their customers are still clamoring for it. So the real question for Wework is whether they're able to renegotiate leases with all of the landlords.
They really need to bring down the cost of their real estate footprint. And when they filed for bankruptcy in November, they immediately cancelled around 70 leases um, around 40 of which were in New York City. And so since then it's really just been this tug-of war of you know who kind of has the negotiating power um, and we work recently has actually withheld some postp petition rent payments for those landlords, which a pretty rare move in bankruptcy Um, which has reflected just the the level of kind of tense negotiations happening between the two. Um, and it's been a little bit of a game of chicken at this point. Dare I ask why would Adam Newman or any investor for that matter want these assets given the struggles there are around the commercially real estate world right now. Yeah, I mean Adam Newman Co-founded the company and so I think there's a degree to which this he still, you know, sees this as you know his. Creation in large part I Think that can't be extricated from the potential bid. Um at the same time.
I Do think that given the right business model and if enough debt is shed, I mean bankruptcy is a really powerful process. Um of really, you're able to shed so much debt. um, and really kind of put creditors at Bay and get you know, the phrase we always hear is get breathing room to really turn the company around and I think there is hope that the company can do that. Um, and so Adam Newman Must you know think that it is worth? you know, kind of potentially buying out of bankruptcy 20 seconds here.
What is the state of play for the bankruptcy currently for the company? Really just renegotiating leases? I mean whether the company can get these leases to you know, a place that they can afford, um to pay and a better deal for them? There you have it. Adam Newman Coming back onto the scene and I'm here for it I Want a season two of the Wii work show to see how it all plays out very quickly? Uh, here's a newsletter. It's in the description of the video. Uh, every single weekend you're going to get this for free.
Just a newsletter break down the previous week, give you a heads up for what? I'm personally looking at the upcoming week. all the major macroeconomic events, all the earnings I highlight the ones that I think you're going to care about. The most most importantly I probably give you this seasonality. Uh, right here today Wednesday February 7th The Bulls have won this day over the past 25 years 40% of the time a profit Factor below one suggesting in favor of the Bears the buy is leaning bullish and here's a look at the equity curve that is generated from buying at open selling at close on the S&P 500 futures market.
So it kind of was bearish, then kind of bullish and recently bearish. So hence the seasonality of today leaning bearish. uh and then I give you an update of all of the Piper Strategies my personal trades for yesterday: I ended up making 30 3100, 31,000 before fees and then Piper trades also hit. So Piper trades were called out at 1026 uh, a bearish three out of five strength signal spy call Credit spread a Q call Credit spread needed it below 95 needed it below 31 they both hit so it was a return of $15 uh and per unit was 185. This was a bit of a week signal I kind of only take three, four, or five I don't really like to rip mess around with one or two so this one just barely filed. It was a weird day for me I played the other side because I'm stupid I'm a degenerate uh I ended up playing Put credit spreads and I should have only been paying like 10 of these and I played 30 and then I got myself into a position where I had to hedg it and play another 30 and it just it became a huge mess and it's one of those things where it was a bad trade but I ended up making money. You know, like remember how sometimes I pitched you? The idea of like good trades aren't really defined by did you make money or did you lose money? Did you stick to your system? Did you keep your risk in control I Kind of stuck to my system but my risk was completely out of control. I shouldn't have been risking more than like 8K I was risking 24 25k.
so I was about 3x the risk I should have had and like I said I got lucky like it ended up hitting I Made $3,100 before fee so was about 2,800 on the week. I'm up about $5,300 but once again I Want to clarify like it. It wasn't a good trade. it was a profitable trade, but it wasn't a good trade so just wanted to quickly chat about that.
Uh, here's the five things to know before the Market opens. I don't really care about that today because I'd rather, uh, get a little bit more involved with getting the um competition trade set up. So let me switch this over very very quickly. All right.
So where are we at today? How am I Oh, we have a lot more accounts than we thought we would. Let's get ready for some degeneracy. Uh, please vote if you're on YouTube and on Rumble I'm going to come to you guys in a second. All right.
So 47 is YouTube's account uh currently up 2.3k 2.35 Rumbles is up 2.37 and then the wheel is up 2.19 All right. So I need to get those accounts set up to see how this all goes. Okay, so 48 needs to be tied to 47. Rumble What's your vote today? What is your vote? What is your vote? What is your vote? Um YouTube I Have your vote.
I'm just trying to get everything all hooked up. so I could get this morning opening trade. All right. Vote Vote Vote Green Green is a ver Upstate that doesn't count as a vote.
Bullish Bull Blood Red. Bullish. Red Be Green. Okay, at least six votes came in.
so both are going bullish today. Both are going bullish today. Cool. So that's done.
We have to do the wheel as always. Uh, if you are new to the show, you are in for a surprise because the third account in this competition trading is based on the wheel. We're seeing who's better. random luck or actual.
Traders Obviously red is bearish and that's the number of contracts and then blue is bullish. Obviously, with their number of contracts, let's see what it is today. Bearish By four contracts, we're going bearish by four contracts. the the wheel going the opposite of you guys going the opposite. All right, let me switch this up. Order Quantity4. Okay, all right so on the bottom here, this one's going to be bearish because this is the wheel account. 49 then on the top here.
I Tethered Rumble to YouTube's account and you guys are going to be going bullish. All right. So we got that all set up. The other thing that needs to be done is I need to tie a couple more accounts together.
A couple more accounts together and they go by the names of 66 to 70 66 all the way up to 66 67, 68, 69, 70 That's five accounts. All right. Cool new. Where is there's the chart? There's the chart.
All right. I'm feeling lucky today folks folks. Now certain days you could just feel it in the ether. Certain days you could just feel it in the ether.
All right. Nope, that's not the right one. Is this the right one chart. Trader What did I say Is the lead account 66 We're going to see if we could get five more accounts approved today.
Uh, well. I called this one Nqd Gen Perfect. So aptly named. Okay, we did this.
We did that. those are all tethered together. It's on the right account. I just don't I' feel so bad if I accidentally blew up one of your accounts I'd actually feel like really really bad about that.
but I'm sure we've been through worse together. I'm sure we've been through worse All right. I Think we're ready I Think we're ready to do the show today. Team: I Think we are beyond ready.
Okay, so the dealio what you see on the screen right now the top account is today. Both YouTube and Rumble voted to go in the same direction, so that will be a bullish bet. As soon as the Market opens in the bottom left of the screen. this is the wheel account.
Who is it? Currently in third place? right now? Rumble's in first place, YouTube's in second and the Wheels account is in third. It's a risk. a race to 2500 technically 2600, but 2500 sounds so much better. and we're about one or two trades away, so that's kind of exciting stuff.
And then down here in the bottom right. This is me just trying to get other accounts approved so we could do more competition trades in the near near future. Um. I I will be firing this tradeoff in a minute and 50 seconds as I'm there is going to be a slight delay, but it is 9291.
I will be firing these trades off at 9, 29 and 50 seconds. it's currently 928. I think I misspoke. Um, but just want to let everyone know where we're at and then the other things I need to do I Do need to do one more thing I need to technically trade 7 days is on 59 up to 65 59, 59, 59, 59 Then what? What comes after 59? No way is it 60 and then 61 62, 63, 64, 65 Okay I think I have it all set up 59 66 I just can't keep messing it up the way I have in the past. Okay, so this one. this one's bullish. This one I'm just going to arbitrarily pick, but should be fun. Let's see how this goes.
Let's get ready. Are you guys feeling lucky today? Are you feeling lucky? We're actually getting really close to the first winner? Technically, we could have a winner today. We're going to 50, 52,600 We're just over two. We're 250 $225 away.
So it could happen today. could happen tomorrow. It it is what it is. It is what it is.
All right. So I need to go long long short long I need to be as fast as I can long short long and I'm going to fire this off right before the start of the market. Oddly I am nervous I don't know why. Order submit, Order filled, Order submitted.
All of them are fired off. Order order cancelled Target filled. All right, all the challenge accounts I've hit. It's just the random D gen thing over here that looks like it's about to blow out.
so all of these hit 17 or 70, 150, 140 And it's the accounts that I'm trying to get approved that uh I guess I did not get a lucky break. How's this one going to go? Is it going to come back? Am I going to get lucky? or am I going to oh Am I going to get. Is your boy going to get lucky on all of these? It's not looking so good. not necessarily the best open.
Let's see maybe there's maybe there's a a bit of luck. No, these are going to get blown out order sub they all so that P that test did not pass but I do very very quickly need to trade on the other ones because I have to lock in. Okay, we get it but you didn't pass the test I Get it I Get it. I Get it.
Stop yelling at me. Um I do need to quickly trade on the old accounts I need to uh order submitted Did I do it on the right ones order cancelled. All right Did I do it? Okay good. so these five I bought this morning I was trying to pass the test uh obviously getting them over 3K went the wrong way picked the wrong direction 50/50 but the other ones right here 150 125 135 135 135 145 140 or no excuse me stop at this 145 that P like in terms of the profit I need that was concluded yesterday and now I just need to trade for from here in additional 5 days and then they'll turn into a PA account.
and in terms of the competition accounts, you guys uh are actually almost there. Do we want to do it today? I okay I'll do I want to even give you guys the opportunity cuz the risk is to like the race is to 52,600 cuz that's when you could take money out on the first request and Rumble's account is less than $80 away, less than $80 away and YouTube's account is n 108 away. Or well, maybe we should save it for tomorrow because tomorrow's the last time I'm going to stream this week then I go to Vegas I Think that actually might be a fun way to conclude the week heading to Vegas with like a lot of degeneracy. Okay, so here I'm going to shut this down. You guys are now on. I think an 18-day Wing streak. uh Rumble chat is ahead slightly YouTube's in second and then the wheels in third and all three are getting close to Championship we're we're edging if you will. All right, let me save all that.
Let me get rid of that. Let me get rid of this. Let me go to this. Let me get everything else set up on the day.
Uh, I Did not think that the competition would be this close. I Mean honestly, at this point the major difference is seemingly just slippage. Like it seems like it's pure luck that is set these groups apart. Pure luck.
All right. let me shut that down. So I don't overtrade and I I know myself I'll be I'll be too addicted to the concept of trading it that I just need to not. you know.
sometimes you just got to know yourself. you just got to know yourself. and I know that I would be too interested in doing it all right. Quick review of what in the world is going down Bitcoin Bitcoin's holding well I like Bitcoin in the short term, if it's holding above 53 and I think it.
I mean it feels like it's getting close to knocking on the door of a breakout, when will it come? I don't know. Maybe comes today. Maybe it takes a couple days, but this bullishness, bearishness, fake out breakdown recovery is inherently bullish and now we're just consolidating knocking on the door of basically 43,000 some change. but by the time it breaks and holds above 44 I think we have another leg up.
It's just a game of patience I don't know when the breakout is going to come. in fact I don't even know if the breakout will come, but if it does, I'm going to play it because I like the risk to reward setup. In terms of the overall, Market We actually opened up and hitting new all-time high. Um, it was a little bit lackluster because we're already kind of going red, but technically today's high is a new all-time high.
and any additional High we get today on an intraday basis is a new all-time high to the stock market. We gapped up to a new all-time high today. Not necessarily true in the nope, never mind scratched out, it is true in the cues I Didn't think we gapped Up high enough, but we did. So both the Spy and the Qes hit a new all-time high today.
That's pretty crazy. Meta coming back around I Hope it does because I have Meta calls in maybe for this week or maybe
Love the common scene. Preach brother 😅
So clever.
