that's why I just I seem so bilingual at this point. Um, a couple things to go over. Today it is Friday So we're concluding a week, but we're starting a month and that's exciting stuff. So starting the new month and that means we're going to get into some larger scale seasonality.

but then obviously I'll give you the seasonality for today. We're going to go over all the Maj major macroeconomic events I do have some individual company/ Equity news. We actually have a lot of crypto news right now because crypto is still looking pretty Saucy if you will. Um, so we're going to get into all of that I Want to talk a little bit about not only just like Elon and Tesla but particularly the cybertruck event from yesterday.

Pretty cool stuff. So I want to show you some of the highlights from that. So let's take a little look e see Dow Futures rise slightly after average reaches new high for the year. So I don't know why people talk about the the Dow Still, everyone cares about the Spy. Everyone cares about the NASDAQ.

The Dow is like what our great grandparents used to trade. The Dow is what our like cavemen used to trade. the Dow's boring dude. Anyway, the Spy vomited all day until about I don't know two and then had a pretty solid recovery into the end of the day.

Uh, the Q's similar situation. not as much of a pump into the end of the day. Uh, Bitcoin holding 38k oil at 76 eth just above 2K Salana above 60 I mean I'm very impressed with how much Crypto is holding up. Right now.

You have bonds that are still above 90. Bonds have been looking pretty decent recently. Tesla Some crazy news obviously with that? Um, right now actually looking pretty weak in pre-market but let's see how that one plays out throughout the day. So just a little bit of a snapshot of the craziness and obviously we'll be returning to that.

but before we do, since we are kicking off a new month I Just want to remind you of the seasonality and I'm kind of beating the same drum that you guys have already heard. but by the time you get a third of the way through October all the way until about halfway through January It's bullish. and right now we're kicking off the start of December Push up for the first third. little bit of chopping is halfway through.

and then we get a continuation with the quote unquote Santa Claus rally So for this month and really, all the way until halfway through January You could safely say that in a generic sense, the Bulls are favored now. Does that Is that in by by any means a guarantee? No, The only guarantee we have in life is whatever the wheel tells us is going to happen. Um, and beyond that, it's just all guesswork. So I Just want to throw that out there.

that? Yeah, just because this is a seasonality that doesn't necessarily be like betting the farm on it, the only thing you should be betting the farm on is whatever the wheel tells us to do. so. I Just want to let everyone know about that one. Uh, with respect today of will seasonality play out, will it? WN it? Well probably going to depend quite a bit on the PMI numbers.

Uh, prices. Actually did this already come out? Let me give a quick reload or what is this? Uh, 48 minutes? Okay, so that comes out in 48 minutes and then at 11 Fed share pal will be speaking. Apparently he's now again speaking again at 2 today. So Pal's speaking twice.

What? But anyway. uh, the guy who makes that money printer go Burr The Chairman of the Fed, the leader of the Central Bank The guy who's basically in charge of devaluing the dollar incessantly pal will be speaking at 11:00 a.m. Obviously, we are going to be listening to that, so that's a major macroeconomic event. But I also want to let you know that we're still in earning season.

um I Ulta Crushed it. We were talking a little bit about the Makeup Company it is up. the last time I checked it, it was up 12% in pre-market trading. it had its earnings yesterday, did very very well.

So shout out to anyone who played Ulta I know a couple people in the Discord did play Ulta so that's awesome. Um, we have some this morning companies. I don't think really anyone cares about uh. but on that particular note, I Also want to just say that earning season is now effectively over.

There's still some earnings coming up. but in terms of the big earning season, like uh, we're done, we're done. We're done. We're done.

So we're going to have a couple week break and then once again, earning season will kick back up. So another company yes ala is doing well. Crypto's doing well, but I want to get to the overall? Market but I I just felt it was important to bring this up. Have you guys seen Coinbase? Have you guys just looked at it? I mean I Get it? I Get that the Market's ripping.

the Spy is looking good I Get that bitcoin's looking good. But have you guys seen Coinbase? Coinbase in is an absolute Moon mode. Coinbase stock triples in 2023 after firm survives crypto chaos in the shadows of FTX is Sam Bakeman freed fraud conviction and Revelations uh. Binance Traders are rushing to snap up shares of coin and hopes that they'll see an influx of business, especially if authorities approve exchange traded funds that.

Target Bitcoin So basically, Coinbase is one of the last major, seemingly regulatory approved companies that is publicly traded that is still standing. FTX Capped Binance capped. Yeah, there's Gemini But right now, Coinbase just by like lack of other options, has become the bell of the ball that's helped the stock more than triple in 2023 with November's gains which stand out even in in the month's pan Market rally adding another 12 billion to the company's market value. The shares are up this month by the most since January pushing past $120 each to trade above the average analyst price target of about 84.

Surprise surprise analysts are wrong again because they're seemingly always wrong. And according to one of these analysts, Coinbase is in a better position today than really any other point as a public company. Adding that the 2022 2023 have been ShakeOut years for the industry AKA a crypto winter. Those who survived are going to come out stronger and Coinbase is one that survived.

So uh, let me just add a little bit more context to this before we continue. Remember Coinbase, it is an exchange and also simultaneously a broker. But think about it, when prices go up, people are more excited so they trade it more. It's a Fomo sense.

So from in terms of business as price goes up, there's more trading. so the exchange makes more money. But then don't forget part part of the charges. The transaction fees are based on the underlying value.

so as price is going up, their transactions are going higher as well. So Coinbase is in this strange feast or famine world where if the prices are going up, there's more trading volume and the kickback they get per trade is also higher. So that's the feast portion. And then if the prices are going down, there's less people trading and the transaction fees are lower, so that's kind of the famine nature of it.

Bitcoin eyes 40K As 1 billion in Bitcoin withdrawals suggest bullish mood. so a large driver to coinbase ripping from 80 to 120 is because Bitcoin itself is looking very, very good once again, just for posterity sake. as I'm filming, this coin is trading at 126, bouncing off of the low 70s. and then if you look at Bitcoin itself recently bouncing off of 26k going all the way up to 38k, really eyeing that key 40K level the case for continued rally in Bitcoin to 40K and Higher by the year end has strengthened with centralized exchanges recently witnessing a sizable Exodus of coins.

Remember the whole concept of not your keys, not your coin. If you really want to safely secure your own crypto, you do not leave it on. Exchange Just over 37,000 Bitcoin Worth 1.4 billion has been withdrawn from exchanges since November 17th in a sign of investors taking direct custody of their coins. bring it to your own wallet.

I Suggest a cold wallet, but do what ever you think is appropriate. The outflow likely represents a bias for long-term holding strategy, although some of it could have stemmed from Binance's guilty ple that buyers for holding mean strong demand and weakening sell-side pressure in the market amid. Euphoria from an unexpected excuse me from an expected launch of a spot exchange traded ETF So the whole concept of just a spot Bitcoin ETF being approved that's regulatory Clarity And then on top of that, you have more Highway on-ramps being built for Wall Street To officially put money into the world of crypto, exchange outflows have historically marked local price lows, supporting expectations for a medium-term price rise. And then here's the graph.

You could obviously see the price and kind of almost like the inverse nature of how much crypto is on the exchange show. As it's coming down, you're seeing price going up I For one, think it will be continuing. Obviously a giant benefit to coin, but some people are actually throwing at least a portion of the towel in on their coin position. Kathy Woods AR Invest offload a further $4.7 Million worth of coinbase shares Kathy Wood's investment management firm Ark Invest has made its third sale of coin stock this week, dropping 37,000 shares worth almost 40 4.7 million yesterday Thursday along with the sales on November 27th and November 29th, Arc has sold around $15 million worth of coin shares this week from its Ark W ETF Now, why is she doing this? Does she necessarily have a bearish thesis on coin? No with her.

ETF There are certain management criteria where if it becomes too big relative to the whole ETF they have to sell. and we've seen this historically with her management of Tesla. Sometimes she has a position and the position itself has such a percentage gain that it becomes more than 10% of the ETF And thus, by the rules of the ETF, she actually has to sell. And that's most likely what's happening on coin.

It just exploded so much that she doesn't want it to become too sizable of a position representing the whole ETF. So it's probably more of just proper management, not necessarily her thinking like coinbase Andor Crypto is about to take a hit. Bitcoin Buyer quietly accumulates 424 million of Bitcoin in 3 weeks. So even though she's been doing a little bit of selling, there's definitely some whales buying.

The owner of one mystery wallet has purchased over 11,000 Bitcoin Worth 424 million since November 10th and is now the 74th largest holder of Bitcoin I Know you're watching this. Who is it? Raise your hand Which one of you Absolute Crypto Deens threw down almost half a billion dollar and you're like, you know what? I need more Bitcoin Whoever it is obviously a whale, obviously feeling pretty bullish on the current situation. Now not necessarily Bitcoin But in the world of crypto, Dogecoin Funded SpaceX Doge One Moon mission gets a step closer to launch, folks, This is real news. This ain't one of them fake pieces of new news.

You heard that title right. A plann moon mission funded by Dogecoin took a step closer to launch, following a key regulatory approval from the Ntia, which forms a precursor for the final FCC license. The Doge One Satellite is being developed by space technology firm Geometric Energy Corporation, which announced the project in May of 21, the satellite will be launched aboard a SpaceX Falcon 9 rocket. Now, obviously, when you're talking about Rockets when you're talking about Doge it's kind of hard to not talk about Elon bringing up the fact that Elon had some kind of impressive news yesterday with respect to Elon Musk With respect to Tesla, you might have missed the official Cybertruck delivery event.

And yes, I have some important details related to it. But if you're a person that doesn't have that much time and you want to know the key things that went down, all you need to do is watch this video right here. which in my humble opinion, is a masterpiece of marketing. The Tesla Cyber Truck was put in a race against a very, very fast car and I kind of don't want to spoil anything so just watch the video.

Here's the Cyber truck. Watch this. They're on a quarter mile track. I Don't want to spoil anything.

Cyber truck pulling head there. Small. You saw that right? You saw that right? The Cyber truck 0 to 16 2.6 seconds. it did a/4 Mile Run in less than 11 seconds, beating it out as it was hauling one itself.

Um, that that's absolutely crazy. Going faster than a Porsche wall pulling a Porsche shows you just I think that's an awesome piece of marketing I Really do I think that was ingenious to pull it off that way. But in terms of those of you who want more detail: Elon Musk Hypes Tesla Cyber Truck at Deliveries Event in Austin Tesla CEO Elon Musk Took the stage to reveal details about the company's new and unconventional cybertruck pickup on Thursday in Austin Texas So this has been delayed for years and years and years. but the cybertruck as of the point of me filming this has officially been delivered to the first customers.

The production not necessarily massive numbers, is slow going because the manufacturing itself takes quite a while. They really basically have to redo all the production lines I think there's a lot of naysayers when it comes to the Cyber truck I Myself actually think it's going to be more popular than the market is anticipating. Um, obviously in the long-term I am bullish on Tesla and I think the Cyber truck will be an aspect of it and I think it's being downplayed by a lot of the market thinking that I don't know I'm like they're critiquing its look, saying it's ugly, they're critiquing its utilities saying it's just not going to be used I Don't really agree with that I think this vehicle is going to end up being more popular than people expect Elon Musk Promoted the Cybertruck at an unveiling event in 2019 and has since lamented about the unique complexities in making and bringing the SciFi inspired vehicle to the market. What was the whole saying uh, make the future look like the future It's definitely a futuristic looking vehical I Thought its marketing with that video was very, very impressive.

So I think it's going to be a success, but obviously time will tell. Tesla's cheapest Cybertruck will cost just above $60,000 and will be available in 2025. Here is some of the news on it from Bloomberg We are getting some news on the pricing of the Cyber Tru The cheapest Tesla Cyber Tru will be Pric at $61,000 available in 2025. Let's go back.

Now to: Ed Llo $61,000 Ed The Cheapest model. How does that fall relative to expectations? Well, it's well above the cheapest price bracket that they set in 20 9 which was $39,000 Tesla Just published these specs and prices to its website. Rear wheel drive won't be available until 2025. It starts at $6,990 250 Mi of range.

An all-wheel drive version starts at $179,990 It will be available for delivery this uh in 2024 sorry 340 M of range and then cyber Beast the top spec $999,990 delivery in 2024 320 mil of range and if you go to the Tesla website, look into Cybertruck. It breaks down the different performance specs of those but way above the price range. The average that most Market analysts expected was about $50,000 So even at the low point, the cheapest Uh Cyber truck which again not available until 2025. way above what some we're expecting.

All right. So I think that's a little bit of BS that way that that is being pitched. If you listen to him, he's like our expectations in 2019, folks. Do me a favor.

look at your calendar, look at your watch. You're going to notice that we're no longer in 2019. In fact, we're at the end of 2023 and maybe haven't been to the grocery store in a quick minute. But from 2019 to 2023, we have this thing called inflation and actually very considerable High inflation.

So of course when you have price pred itions in 2019 of what something will cost these analysts and now we're years later, it would actually be a little crazy if it was the same price because of inflation. So I don't think Bloomberg was necessarily being uh, the most astute. or Analytical In that particular breakdown, if you look at the most recent Wall Street expectations for price, it was actually in line and they're like oh no, this is what we thought because we can understand that prices change based on when the economy changes, so just wanted to share that I myself think Cybertruck will eventually be a big hit. It's going to take quite a few years for the production to actually get spun up.

We're probably talking 2025, 2026, where we see like a lot of them commonly on the street. It's going to be slow going at first because they really are redoing all their production. But I'm excited to see where it goes in the world of just EV truck. So uh, love to get your thoughts on it.

one I can't say is me? um yo Matt Longtime listener, check out CRM What's going on with Salesforce uh Gap up on earning Salesforce crushing continuation I wouldn't Chase it at all. What I would look for is okay. great crushed earnings. Wait for the pullback? look for a bit of consolidation and then look to see if it starts to go back up.

This is where you want to strike right here. Uh, I am not of the mindset that chasing Gap UPS is good. It might push a little bit, but I would be looking for the pullback I'd be waiting for the consolidation and as the consolidation starts to break, that's where I would want to attack it. Obviously it's up because of earnings.

Uh, looks like it beat on top and bottom lines. Okay, that's awesome. Uh, but but I'm not chasing I mean to me in my book Chasing when something just ripped 29% in 4 weeks like I don't want to chase that you're you're just risking top ticking it. What's your risk level? Um, that that diagram of waiting for the consolidation and then the continuation That at least minimizes your risk relative to what's going on now.

And if it just keeps going, that's okay too. You're not going to get every trade. You're like the Market's going to be open. There's other opportunity you don't have to be like freaking out to catch every single movement.

So as BuyBacks began across the country, his stockpile appreciated massively in value and this Informer of deer realized that for the first time, there were a lot of bucks in Molden, But just because he was now a man of the Upper Crust doesn't mean he let it go to his head. In another instance, he bought up just about every whale bone in Boston and coincidentally, at the same time in France men started wearing corsets too. for some reason demand went way up Dexter's Laughing Now from an outside perspective At the end of the day, Dexter was a very shrewd Merchant so at this point in my research I was like wait a minute Is he smart then I learned about his life outside of business Dexter considered him self extremely knowledgeable on just about every topic. key words: considered himself For example: he once stumbled Upon A Guy painting a sign to go along with the newly built statue of Jefferson and when he saw that the sign called Jefferson the writer of the Declaration of Independence Dexter lost his freaking mind and insisted that Jefferson did not pen the DOI but rather the Constitution spoiler alert not remotely true he was in France at the time. an easy mistake to make today.

Sure, but this was only like 10 years after the fact that's like someone today saying Obama didn't kill Bin Laden dumbass that was Bill Clinton Anyway, when the painter refused to change the inscription Dexter started shooting at him with a long rifle until he complied. Real gential Dexter made sure to surround himself with the requisite number of weirdos to maintain this level of delusion. one of which was Jonathan plumber, a man whom Dexter paid to be his poet laurate writing only the most latory ODS in his honor. Mind you, this wasn't just your run-of-the-mill WIS and wizen Wordsmith Jonathan sold fish for a living and porn.

he just kind of went along with the whole thing for the pocket change. Besides his Entourage Dexter occasionally spent time with the total geds known as his family, he had two children whom the New England Historical Society describes as a half mad drunk and a completely mad drunk, respectively. and he couldn't stand his wife on account of her perceived constant nagging to the point where he would tell guests he was unmarried and that he just had a ghost in his house just like oh yeah, that's a sea Haag you know Mansion built on some old Indian shipwreck or something Timmy please I'm cold and my hands are Rheumatic find it in your heart to light the fireplace for me. Banshee One day, in a massive stroke of ego, Dexter decided to fake his own death, complete with a lavish Funeral Service just to see who would show up. Lucky for him, about 3,000 people from all walks of life turned up. Though initially staying out of sight, he soon noticed that his wife wasn't crying, so in response he jumped out and started hitting her upside the head with a cane in front of everybody. But as his true mortality grew closer, Dexter knew he needed a legacy and decided to pen his Memoirs titled a Pickle for the Knowing Ones which was basically just 20 pages of unhinged ranting about politics, religion, his wife, and whatever else came to mind.

No punctuation, random capitalization, the most amazing spelling I've ever seen. The entire book is written like this and just like everything else, the guy did the thing sold like hot cakes. why does anybody even try? Friday Um, just pointing out the S&P 500. Uh, the 10-minute is trying to come to a potential Trend reversal right here at 4572 so was trending down, pushing back up to that 48. EMA same thing with the 30. The 30 was bullish, almost pushed to the downside.

1 2, 3, 4, five closes. 2 and a half hours below the 48. Maybe Cloud comes, but now it's pushing back to the upside. So uh, I would say the pivotal level is kind of where we're at.

Not only is it the intraday high, but it it's a clear important EMA Um, so watching that, watching that, watching that, uh, the five minute was also bearish trying to push back around trying to get that cloud to switch. So let's see. let's see. Let's see.

Something to watch I wouldn't say that the bullish reversal is confirmed but potentially reverting AMC almost hitting a new all-time low I Believe did it actually hit it Low: 53 Low: 53 Low 52 No.

uh, we were once again Ascent away from AMC hitting an all-time low today. Uh, Mullen did hit another all-time low today. so like I guess those people are feeling more and more pain. Uh, which makes me want to rip my hair out because how often can I tell people that they're going to get slaughtered? They like we're not going to get slaughtered and then they get slaughtered and then they yell at me for telling them that they're going to get slaughtered Microsoft finally taking a bit of a breather just ripping on the outside of its Cloud Um, so once again, what I'd be I don't actively trade Microsoft it is in my retirement account.

but what I'd be looking for if I were trying to actively trade, it is come down in the cloud, go sideways, consolidate, and then look for that break up or vice versa. Or on the flip side, I should say is if it gets below and closes below the 48 EMA uh Nvidia Particularly a similar situation Nvidia failing at this trend line I was talking a lot about the low 460s. it hit that this morning and I was basically looking at this 48 EMA but low 460s hit it this morning. That trade played out beautifully.

uh Tesla I actually thought this one was looking bullish I'm surprised how low it is right now I sold a put credit spread on Tesla above 235. so I'm feeling the pain a little bit right now but I still actually think this comes up. Um, we have the the cloud flipping over, the push, the comeback, the consolidation. the attempt at a breakout got smacked.

that's unfortunate I really thought it'd be get going. so um maybe I'll get lucky. maybe I won't but I definitely need that above 235 with respect to Meta Meta Seems like it's making a quick rund down to 320 the 48 EMA Netflix kind of looking like apple where it pushed up same as Microsoft pulling back into the cloud looking for that sideways consolidation, maybe before the next leg up and obviously the thing that would invalidate that is if it gets below and closes below the 48. EMA Very similar to Appo which is currently uh, consolidating.

you have Amazon pushup continually getting smacked at this trend line, but also thus consolidating I Like the higher lows looking for that break and push above 150 Rum getting hit on the news that um Ryan someone is selling somewhere or they're at least anticipating a sale. So rum another part of my long-term account I Thought the cloud was about to invert here, started to go up and then got smacked pretty hard. Unfortunately, oil trending down gold continuing to Trend up. uh GC crypto Futures if you guys are interested in Gold uh I don't even know where my link was.
