we opened up below yesterday's low. We recovered it, kept pushing. That leads me to believe. Super basic chart reading.

That leads me to believe that I think we keep pushing tomorrow. We're closing pretty close to the intraday high, but it's more so the recovery of the low. So I'm looking for the push and the extension above 445 35 tomorrow. but that's just hey, 50 of the right time I'm right 100 of the time NASDAQ Falls For a fourth straight day as Wall Street fret over potential higher interest rates, I would argue.

More important than that is what in the world's going on with Apple. I Get that they're focusing on interest rates, but this is the concern right? Here is the fact that in two full days of trading, we are currently down six percent for the world's largest company in the U.S stock Market. That's a pretty brutal blow, and this all relates to some of the updates related to China So obviously we are going to be covering that because I view it to be very important. But the most important thing is what I could possibly teach you in this stream.

And today I've decided to teach you about taxes. So sit back, relax, break out your notebook and understand this is the best way to really think of the IRS and approach your tax situation. No problem. I Told the IRS that I am non-taxable That's not the same thing as tax exempt because if you're tax exempt, you're asking permission to not pay taxes.

Um, but I am non-taxable because I am a living woman who does not reside in the deceas of code. I sent it as an affidavit. so I gave the IRS ample time to respond to me if they have any rebuttal at all. And if I do not get a response, then I assume that you know I can continue living out my rights as a non-taxable living woman.

I Had my affidavit notarized and sent it certified mail. this was September 3rd of last year I did not receive a response. Oh, and I also included a W-a-b-e-n that I filled out with the best of my ability and yeah, a Google Maps printout of my exact coordinates of where I domicile just to prove that I am not within the DC zip code and they could find me if they really wanted to. Oh, and another thing is I mentioned that I am not an employee of the state or federal government in any way.

if I think of anything else that I missed I will add it underneath this video. So what does it mean? No one really knows. but apparently just write a letter to the IRS and declare the way Michael Scott declared I declare bankruptcy. Like that thing, you just declare that to the IRS be like I am not taxable and if you listened and there will be a quiz on this later, there will be a quiz on this later.

She didn't say she was tax exempt because according to her that's just simply asking the government to not pay taxes. You have to declare yourself as not taxable. and for some reason you have to tell them that you're not a state employee and then also send them a picture of your Google Maps just a random picture of Google Maps Be like hey, look, I I live here, don't tax me. Um, is she on to something? Probably I Mean, as someone pointed out, uh, the IRS hates this one trick and apparently that's just you.

Why has the IRS not responded to her? Probably because they think she's crazy. After writing them a letter saying she is not taxable. Be like I declare no taxing. Um, but hey, no matter where this goes today, no matter where this particular show stream episode Piece of Content goes today, at least you'll learn something.

The best way to avoid taxes is just telling the IRS that they're not allowed to tax you and just see if they ever end up responding. Not so long ago we found out that Steak had been hacked the Crypto Gambling website three hours ago unauthorized TXS were made from Stakes East BSC Hot Wallets We are investigating and we'll get the wallets up as soon as they're completely re-secured User funds are safe and then people started to do a little bit more of a deep dive into it. Crypto Gambling site: Stake Cease 41 million withdrawn in confirmed hack Crypto Gambling site: Stake experienced 41 million in withdrawals on September 4th in the blockchain. Security analysts have called suspicious outflows.

The withdrawing account has been labeled Stake.com hacker by Etherscan, implying that the drain funds may be the result of a stolen private key probably from the company. and now today we know who did it. Justin FBI says North Korean Hackers Lazarus group are behind Steak.com's 41 million crypto theft so we know it was officially a hacked from Stake the Crypto Gambling website someone associated with Kik or very much associated with Cake and now we know what actually prompted the hacking. Well, it was the North Korean Hackers Lazarus group and you've probably heard their name before it hacks specifically Crypto hacks because apparently they're pretty good at the whole thing, so just wanted to share a little bit of an update on that.

Now let's talk about politics. Everyone's favorite subject: Trump May Seek transfer of Georgia election case to Federal Court according to lawyer former president Donald Trump May seek to have his Georgia election interference criminal case move to a federal court from state court if he does seek removal, Trump will join several other defendants in the Georgia conspiracy case in doing so. Among them is the former house Chief of Staff Mark Meadows Trump and 18 other defendants were indicted last month by a Fulton County grand jury on charges related to an alleged conspiracy to overturn the results of the 2020 election in Georgia which he lost to President Joe Biden I'm surprised this whole Diddy win didn't he win thing is still going on and apparently it's good and out of hand for everyone. But the thing I find craziest about it is there right before I believe super Tuesday or whatever it is Fat Tuesday some special Tuesday The Monday right before is when there's going to be some sort of hearing related to Trump and his misdoings.

And my real point in all of this is I think the federal system. the legal system. Basically people who don't like them are trying to throw so much atom that like I mean what, he's on his fourth indictment and now I think the populace is almost kind of just getting used to it where it doesn't really pack the same punch as the very first one. Now we're kind of like, oh, another one, which if he did do wrong, that's problematic because people don't care And then if he didn't do wrong, well, it's weird that they're throwing so much mud at him, so no matter how it's going, it's just kind of a awkward look.

Senate confirms Anna Gomez said the FCC breaking years-long deadlock of the agency. The Senate voted to confirm Democrat and Gomez to the Federal Communications Commission breaking the deadlock at the agency that has lasted the entirety of the Biden presidency. So I'm just bringing this up because hey, it's nice to know that once in a while we're not going to be deadlocked a lot of the time. there's extreme gridlock in the highly polarized I guess political situation in the U.S But hey, once in a while someone gets through and we get to actually do something that we probably should have been doing so.

Just wanted to maybe spread a little bit of cheer that maybe just maybe our elected officials aren't petulant children who fight about literally every single thing. China seeks to broaden iPhone ban to State firms according to agencies. Well, also, agencies according to multiple reports, is the best way to point it. And this was hot news as of this morning and it caused Apple to go down and down and down.

Apple's two-day slide and there's 200 billion on China iPhone curves I Don't want to just say 200 billion as if it's just 200 billion. Apple has lost roughly 200 billion in market cap over the last two trading days. That's one Netflix for Chipotle's 13 Best Buys 35 Game Stops or 75 Shake Shacks. So it's not just 200 billion.

It's not easy peasy just to say that it's a lot. A lot A lot of money. So for the context yesterday we had the Wall Street Journal reporting that some government agencies would be restricting the use of iPhones or at least asking their employees to leave those phones at home. Today, our own team at Bloomberg reporting on the fact that maybe China's state-owned Enterprises are considering a similar set of restrictions as well.

For the context, On some measures, China's government-backed entities state-owned Enterprises employ 50 plus million people. So you're talking about the population of about Spain for the context. Now, we don't know if this is going to be applied across all of these businesses. if it's going to be limited.

We haven't had an official order yet, but it could be coming down the pipe. Obviously hugely successful. A significant for Apple that has what 20 of his Revenue share comes from the Chinese market. and of course, it still produces the majority of its phones in that country.

So has the star fallen for Apple is a question? Is it in the sights now of officials in Beijing who are security obsessed? I I need to pause it there I could do that? I could do that. My apologies. um, but what will be interesting is seeing how today concludes. So I gave out two trades today. uh, one that's very close to not being right and the other one that is definitely gonna be right.

So September a call Credit spread need it below 445. the Spy is currently trading at 4 45 so if it comes down 20 cents, pretty solid into close, that'll be right. and then the other one was for the queues. A put credit spread needed above 369.

Uh, judging by where the cues are at right now, that's obviously going to crush so uh, at worst one for one, but at best might go two for two. So we're gonna see how this one concludes on the day we have about nine minutes left to go as we're waiting for that to play out. I intentionally did a speed run on the show because I want to do a little bit of chart review with everyone. So first of all, the spy need to update this a little bit.

Uh, the Spy did Pop came down three red days, one green day gapped down, pushing higher. This type of Candlestick pattern leads me to believe that there's going to be more of a bullish push tomorrow. So obviously I'm looking forward to get above 4 45 55 and then I want a continuation up. Uh, we'll call it into the realm of 448.

That's if the Bulls end up winning. On the flip side, if it ends up coming below 44, then I'm watching the high 442s and past that we have 440.. in terms of the cues, they also got their upside Gap film. That's why.

Well, the original title for today's Uh show was gaps filled and then my producer and my fiance told me you can't call or show that you can't you can't call your show The Gap Filler Um, I wanted to because it's a legitimate Financial trading phenomena but apparently too many of you guys have your mind in the gutter and you'd be laughing the whole time. So obviously the bell of the ball has been the vomit Fest of Apple obviously upside gaffle to 181 47 and also 190 69 on the bottom if it craters below 172 Look Out Below because we might be going there in terms of Microsoft I've been watching this trend line for a hot minute and it's flirting. You know before how you guys were bringing up that you kiss your cousins? uh, it's kind of doing that like awkward flirting thing on a family reunion right now? Like will? We won't? we have. We had enough to drink at a whatever a Thanksgiving like that kind of a thing. So I just wanted to bring up that we're right at the dangerous, flirtatious line and I also want to bring up that I still think it's super messed up.

You guys are cool with kissing your cousins. but anyway Microsoft is pretty much in that Realm Tesla decent recovery I'm watching for a break and close above 259 and if so, it might set up an interesting opportunity for Tesla in terms of the swing trade to get up closer to the realm of 290. in terms of Nvidia gap down, but looking for that upside Gap fill tomorrow to 265 80 but there is, just so you know. Downside: Capital to 235 and some change in terms of Netflix looking pretty solid, but not much movement.

Today Meta had a good start and then ended up doing nothing so super indecisive might actually be the sign of a reversal. So obviously tomorrow I'll be watching 292. Amazon Pretty solid day. Looking for the test and the breakout above 140.

uh, just because someone was so nice to send in a super chat I will talk about AMC They asked me what's going on with AMC murdered, annihilated, slaughtered, murked, curb stomped, destroyed. Those are the initial words that come to mind: I don't know what else I can like What this is what happens when you dilute it to the tune of 25. This is what happens when your investor base is on, on average, a relatively unsophisticated base. and they basically came up with the thesis years ago and they are refusing to change their thesis.

We buy, we don't do anything else. We're gonna be right. which is a silly way to trade. It's a silly way to invest.

If you want to win in the market, you need to be willing to change your opinion your thesis. That's how you win because there's always new information. There is a very loud minority within the AMC retail. Community who refuses to admit that there is new information coming in? For example, the new information is the fact that AMC went through backdoor dilution with ape, then straight up normal dilution recently.

Uh, we were told that there was never gonna well Adam Aaron wasn't looking at a split I mean it was literally entrees. Interview with him. He's like we're not looking at a split or reverse split and guess what? they did exactly that? Adam Aaron is continuing to raise and increase his pay I believe he now gets 22 23 million. Not he nor anyone on the board has in the past two years purchased any stock.

His private Equity buddies and Tara and Mudrick are making a killing. Retail is getting milked, dry, milked, dry to the bone and all. I See in terms of the supporters of Adam Aaron It's one thing to support the retail movement that is completely different than supporting Adam Aaron and I Want to make this explicitly clear because a lot of people are conflating it. They are complete conflating the support of AMC with retail.

No, No, no, No. Adam Aaron is a suit getting paid millions and millions and millions of dollars. Even though his stock has plummeted, he has greatly financially benefited from it. The CEO of a company has greatly benefited even though the stock is getting crushed.

You know who suffered Retail retail support and Adam Aaron support are two very very very different things. If you think supporting retail means supporting Adam Aaron you are stupid. Those two do not go together. They are not equal.

They are not congruent if you think they are equal. If you think they are congruent, you either haven't done your research or you're just getting absolutely buffaloed by these like on Twitter um I don't know if that's actually socially accepted. Am I allowed to say hard I know you're not allowed to say but I said hard which I think has like a cooler kind of a cooler vibe to it. like I'm just checking it.
