Um, and a lot of this might entail I guess just to pull all that off longer streams and if you guys have been with me for a bit of time now, you know that's kind of how we got our start.

You know we got our start together by doing full day Market streams. So question number one is is that what you guys want or are you a little bit more interested in the concept of potentially like okay I I like the morning streams and I like the wrap up so like, what way do you guys sway? do you want Kind of like the full stream from Market open to Market close Monday to Thursday then we'll take Friday off so I can film that other type of content and maybe make some Evergreen like teaching tutorial ones and then we'll get that up with high quality edits and that type of thing. So basically for more insight because we're all in this together. um I Was talking with my producer a lot over break and that was the concept of how do we switch things up, How do we do exactly what you guys want and instead of like it's just ruminating on it thinking about it doing our best guess I We kind of came to the conclusion we should ask you we should 100 just come to all of you and straight up ask what you guys want long on full streams Market Open and just last trading Hour Full day full day streams Okay well just to collect some information on this because like I'm I appreciate that you guys are all in here.

How do we get all of you folks who take the time out of your day to tune in on a literal daily basis to be more happy and excited about all the things that go down that's always been kind of the north star of how I like viewed this I Guess business this effort this project in I Think at a certain point, especially when we have the critical mass that we currently do as in all of you awesome people being in here, it's not that hard for me to turn to you folks and just say hey, what do you want um so should I return to full day streams? Uh to all of you, the Market's looking pretty green this morning right now. we already put on locals The downside: Gotville opportunity. so definitely be on the lookout for all that. But overall I wanted to talk a little bit about 2023.

Uh, and I wanted to get everyone's mind or at least I wanted to share my opinions I wish I could be Clairvoyant I wish I could tell you the future of where all this is going, but in reality no one knows I think there's a lot of indications pointing to the fact that this upcoming year could be a very brutal year I don't want to be that doomsday caller and I don't think we're gonna have like a Great Recession like type of a scenario. but I think you're missing a lot of signs if you think this is going to be like Circa 2020 2021 where everything was just ripping and it was easy and as long as you were long. You Were Somehow making money I Mean right now all of last year we saw Tech took a massive hit. We took saw bonds taking a massive hit.

In fact, the market got so bad that even Financial plays like the companies. Goldman Sachs JPMorgan they started to slow down hiring, they started to lay people off. The economy is not in a quote unquote healthy scenario and I don't think that is going to change until the FED not only pivots, but the market digests that pivot. So I'm talking about a couple months after the first pivot and we're still in the I guess current phase of hiking rates.

So we got to hike rates and then we have to pause and then we have to Pivot and I think after that pivot is when kind of that bullish party really returns Now is that true for every single stock? No. for example, even though last year sucked, do you know what was up seven percent, Do you folks the first person, we are giving out the first gold star of the year? The first gold star. You know what? Actually, if I can somehow confirm who you are and the first person that I see comment this: Do you guys know what was up? Did you guys I want to give out a gold star? If I can confirm who you are, we'll even get you a moon gang shirt. Who is it? Who is it? Oh Robbie You know it because I talk Robbie gets it Texas Roadhouse Texas Roadhouse That beautiful, beautiful company we all wish we owned more of has now officially more than officially outperformed Google in the past decade.

as in if a decade ago 10 years ago when you were nothing but a wee little lad, a wee little baby. if I came up to you and I said hey, you either have an opportunity to invest in the world's largest search engine data collector data provider, a true technical Behemoth or a restaurant that somehow has golden flaky buns given from God herself. You know that the latter option was better. Texas Roadhouse was the way to go to the point that it's outperformed almost every single Tech play in the past decade.

Um, so it's gonna be an interesting year if we're talking about swing trades. Investments I Don't think it's going to be your high growth place. it's just we're not in that type of an environment. I Think we're going to be looking at things such as restaurants I Think we're going to be looking things at the energy sector.

maybe even Commodities such as gold such as silver? that's going to be the strong bullish plays of the year. Now on the flip side, if you are a little bit of a Negative Nancy like myself, dude, let's get into it. Let's let's get into our villain phase. All these like shitty pump and dumps that have been prompting to have so many bag holders, let's short them.

Let's be the villains of it. If we think a crappy company is being pumped by some weird Trading Group that's ass and it's not gonna last, why can't we make money on the downside I Literally have no issue with betting against a pump and dump scheme to me I Have no moral qualms with it because the main qualms I have with are is my bank account is my P. L going up and up and up? or is it going down and down and down. So if we see these kind of Nefarious pump and dumb schemes I have no issue with it I Don't care who Dude, it's money, it's money.

Let's be those villains. Let's be the Mean Girls of this. High School Let's tell people they can't sit with us unless they're wearing pink on Wednesdays I Know my audience isn't the quite the Right audience to understand that reference, but for the people who get the reference, you're probably laughing right now so it's gonna work. This is a serious stream for serious people. We talk about money Dow futures rise more than 100 points on first Training Day of 2023 And it does. Look at this, we're kind of popping up a little bit in pre-market right here. Where are we going today is? we gotta fast forward this is the overnight we started right here.

remember the Futures Market It trades on what's referred to as the glow back session so it trades 23 hours out of the day starting on Sunday night going into Friday so it takes off Saturday and then in throughout the week. It takes off from 5 P.M to 6 p.m when you're looking at the S P 500 on the Futures market. So we opened up with a bit of a gap up and it kind of sold off, sold off more, did the Gap fill, then it's pushed up. Then we're basically seeing nice higher highs and higher lows.

The trend is clearly to the upside and I would argue things get a little bit spicy if we break out of this very large bar from Thursday December 22nd and I. Guess I should probably set an alert for it. Uh, just so you know, these alerts are very, very painful to the ear. Uh, so I Just want everyone to be well aware of that.

But if we can get above basically 3920, we might have a pretty solid start to the year. But anyway, we're on our way there. We're definitely on our way there and Europe was also really enjoying it. European markets open up 1.7 as travel stocks get a boost, So thus far, pre-market in the US good.

the current European session good. The current Asian session good. things are looking good now. Does that mean it's gonna hold? I Don't know.

I'm a degenerate just like you I don't know. We're just gonna see how things end up playing out right now. the Dow, the S P, and the NASDAQ are all green green oil just below 80. I don't think that will last for long and then we have the 10-year yields hanging out at 3.7 Not much of a movement there.

now. before we get into the specifics of what is going on today in terms of like breaking news and that type of stuff. I Do want to remind it everyone where we are from a seasonal perspective. basically what happens in the overall market and if you kind of adjust that, normalize it over the past two to three decades.

I Just want you to know the first half, the first third of January all pretty bullish. Now from there, once we get through the first half for the first third, we end up going to a bearish push. I Just want everyone to know about seasonality. Does that mean that every single January we're green, green, green, green and then red red red red into February No, but the average movement is represented by this.

So I Just want everyone to know Yes, there are bullish. Tailwinds For the first third, the first half, and then we run into bearish headwinds as we head into February Just so everyone has a little bit of a better idea of where we're at. U.S Stocks will rebound 24 in 2023 as Fed tightening will no longer crush the market according to fund. Strat Now remember, this is the big picture.

This is the big picture scenario right here. The market went rippity doo dah rippity Doo day right after the Rona period because the Federal Reserve stepped in and they said hey, we're bringing interest rates to zero and we're going to implement one of the craziest policies of unlimited quantitative easing that the world's ever seen. So this is all a Fed engineered pump and I would argue as of January 5th, 2022 almost a year ago, I would argue that this is a Fed engineered dump because it came out that they're like hey, we're going to raise interest rates and we're going to go from quantitative Easing QE to quantitative tightening QT So basically they were putting a bunch of fake funny money into the system and then they said hey, all that fake funny money we put into the system we now have to take out. This is what happens.

This is why we have the saying don't fight the FED If The Fed is being supportive of the market. Be bullish If The Fed is not being supportive of the market. Probably pays to be a bear. That's what we've seen.

and as of right now, they haven't completely switched their hawkish AKA bearish tune because we still have an inflation that's about seven and a half percent, which is not good. We should be at two percent. So right now I think the name of the game, the general tune for the year of like. Okay, will this pay out? Well, it all comes to the Fed.

So whenever we have those boring Fomc results and also the meanings and what's going on with this guy, that guy, and this person, that's what you have to pay attention to. and I know it's boring I Know our eyes gloss over. we're like man. I could be doing anything else right now.

Well, it's true, you could be doing anything else, but if you're trying to make a little bit more money doing some degenerate bets in the market, you should probably be paying attention to them. Because right there, if you look at 2021, if you look at 2022, the entire direction of the overall Market was decided by the Fed. So if you have a better understanding of what the Fed's going to do in 2023, well, you're very much increasing your odds of being successful than if you're defining success by a green P l So I just wanted to put that out there to everyone. Could this be true? Yes, it 100 could be true.

but it all comes down to this kind of cool ball. Illuminati Unelected group of people who have way too much control over our lives and it still blows my mind because it's not really taught in any form of education. but this this group here. the Federal Reserve, the Central Bank in the U.S and also all the global central banks.

um in the U.S They're not elected I Don't know how it is for every Central Bank in the world, but this particular group has a mass amount of control of our everyday lives. I mean I'm talking about uh. credit card interest payments? Uh, student loan payments If they're from the government? Uh, your mortgage rate payments. Um, the interest payments from your bank like the list goes on and on and on.

All controlled by this group. the Federal Reserve And they are not elected. They're I guess selected by our president who we elect. Uh.

but this group an uncanny amount of con power control over our lives and they're just kind of there. But anyway, more on that in a second. I Just wanted to quickly vote for that bill goes dingy ding ding ding in about seven minutes. Find things to know before the Stock Market opens today.

Tuesday January 3rd The first training day of the year, the first trading day of the month, the first trading day of the week, the first trading day of the remainder of Our Lives Goonies You better buckle up. New Year New Market Pretty much pay attention to everything the Fed's doing for this particular week. Just so you know, nothing really went down yesterday. today.

at 9 45 we get manufacturing PMI we get construction spending and tomorrow we get the Fomc meeting minutes. Now for a lot of the markets history, no one gave a about this, No one. They're like whatever. But as of last year, if you go back a full year, remember when I showed you on January 5th the first Wednesday of last year? That's when they said we're going from quantitative easing to quantitative tightening and that's basically what prompted the start of the bear Market from last year.

So this year I don't know I in a weird way I Hope that it's boring, but we have to pay attention to this. This comes out at 2 p.m tomorrow, so make sure you're paying attention to it. Uh, Thursday January 5th uh Thursday We're going to get the normal initial jobless claim numbers and then on Friday uh, the first Friday of every single month you're going to get the unemployment report. So definitely an important one to pay attention to.

That comes out an hour before the Market opens. Uh, Tesla falls short. We're going to be talking about Tesla's production numbers delivery numbers. Uh, right now Tesla it is down it missed.

Um for the high right here delivered 405.2 000. They were expecting anywhere from 409 to 433. So we're going to be getting into more detail about that retails big. January This is all going to be about the company's Target Walmart Amazon How did they do with the sales? We'll be getting more into that turmoil in Russia Obviously this is not slowing down.

This is still very much a real thing. And then unfortunately, there was is a very very sad development in the Bills Bengals game last night. Demar Hamlin I Believe the safety for the Bills I mean I was watching it last night. He ended up collapsing after he made seemingly a kind of like benign tackle and it had something to do with his heart.

We'll talk more about that in a second. But seriously, thoughts: prayers, all your thoughts of Goodwill going out to Uh Mr Hamlin and his family. It was so crazy to watch that in real time. Uh, crazy stuff and he isn't the only one I Know this didn't happen necessarily within the past day, but over the break uh, we lost Pele Literally the global face of soccer.

Barbara Walters The interviewer there was someone else too. uh there. This just recent stretch has not been a good one. Unfortunately, a lot of um, the world's loved ones uh, have not made it through the season thus far.

Uh, so super super sad stuff and I don't want to be that guy I don't uh Ken Block who? um I guess I knew him a bit as a YouTuber I didn't realize how much his businesses like were just so vast and then uh Jeremy Renner the guy who played Hawkeye he got into some weird snowplow accident and almost lost his leg. but I guess he's all good now just CR crazy stuff has been going on like crazy crazy stuff. Um so hey I just want everyone to be a little bit in tune with what in the world is happening in the world. It is currently down down four percent it did Miss on some of its yearly numbers that were just reported. We'll be getting into more detail on that.

Basically, the goal here is to watch the first 10, 15 20 minutes of Market open just to see how things are kind of moving If you see anything that's moving in a like crazy Bonkers manner, let me know. comment it. Um, so we're going to be paying attention all that Fomc minutes tomorrow. we get unemployment report on Friday Pay attention to that locals poll.

But I think there's other more interesting things to the story that definitively need to be discussed and most likely looked into by a regulatory body. So once again, the two-day window thing of the difference between Friday December 8th and the 12th I That's not the biggest deal to me. Uh, it might be a big deal to you and that's fine. it's just I'm I Personally am of the opinion that there's more crazy stuff going on, more crazy stuff going on with it.

Uh, so we'll be getting into that. uh I'm watching the market I'm basically I need to wait for 9 45 I'm gonna try to sit on my hands so then and see if we see any solid opportunities in the Spy I Would love to take advantage of the downside Gap film myself right here to 382.58 you can see that beautiful Gap But I just have to wait I have to be patient I don't want to jump the gun and if I miss it I miss it is the astronaut leaning left I don't think so. maybe he's just a little drunk from the New Year Still, that's potential potential. um from last year I Just want everyone to know that I'm still swinging Oxy which is my medium term swing trade and then Rum was an investment last year and I guess in my mind I consider those differently because rum I mean to be in that for years decades.

Oxy I would love to have like a pretty solid exit maybe mid 2023. So remember, you could do long-term investing. You could do kind of medium term swing trading. You could do short-term swing trading.

you could do day trading. And obviously, here we'll kind of do a little bit of all of that. I Just wanted you guys to know where I'm at I'm still fully in Oxy and I'm still fully invested in rum. Uh, Bior had a reverse split.

That's not good when when you're doing a reverse split, you're basically avoiding or trying to avoid getting delisted. And you're only going to get delisted if your price fell so bad. Um, reverse splints do Not change the market cap of the company. It's equivalent to taking one ten one dollar bills and moving it into one ten dollar bill.

You still have ten dollars. And in this case, ten dollars is the amount you have invested or the market cap of the company. You're just changing the Share account. Um, so if you hold through a stock split or reverse split value is not being created or destroyed.

You're just messing with the price. But it's all balanced out because you're also messing with the amount of shares. So once again, if the shares were your amount of dollars, ten one dollar bills to one ten dollar bill. So the amount of bills you have ten to one is your amount of shares.

So you went from having 10 shares to only one share. but you still only have ten dollars. No value was made, no value was lost. There's a lot of confusion about that in currently in the like.

people with ape and like um I I Love how people speak so confidently on it. They're like no, the reverse split's gonna make us money I mean look at the people who are saying that like do you think they literally have any credibility? Do you think their mind is like wrapped around any of this concept of it? Like to are you buying anything from them like um, someone's asking about Mullen Uh, let's check out Oratex. let's see what's going on with Mullen Today Mullen is another one that I I don't have high hopes for and like I'm not saying that like I'm not rooting against you guys I have no position if I was short I would tell you um but it's just the stock is not trending in the right direction. It might be up today.

but a one day success a two-day success. a one week a one month success does not mean it has a like a good thing going on. Um, short interest High 22 cost to borrow 50 utilization maxed out. Let's take a quick look you see at Mullen Mullen uh so it's up 15 a gap up and that's good.

Like I'll give it to you I mean you're going from 20 to 32? That's over a 50 gain? That's awesome if you got in in late December Until now like that's a good game. If I look into the sector that it's in EV we'll look at what's going on with Tesla The thing that's leading the EV sector. It's getting its balls kicked in so the sector's not performing well. Not technically a bear Market but it's down almost to Bear market levels down 18.5 percent The EV sector not performing well at all.

look at Tesla look at Neo look at Lucid all of them not doing good. So overall, Market Not the best right now. the sector not the best right now. the individual company.
