Um, but right now, both AMC and Gme have serious fundamental issues as businesses.

So if we're Beyond this like ape squeeze debate and you're just looking at as like oh, is there like a fundamental long-term hold, both AMC and Jamie have very serious long-term issues that you need to look at their business model and if they fix it well, obviously that would be awesome, but they're they aren't doing anything like really that special. I mean Gme needs to get out of like brick and mortar and they just need to get a little bit more into this century. and AMC needs to do better things than selling popcorn and like Hawking a really shitty credit card. like they just need to run the business better.

Coinbase sues Sec to demand regulatory Clarity on crypto. so some breaking news if you kind of missed out on it. Gary Gensler The chairman of the SEC was recently in front of the house Financial Service committee the Hfsc and he got absolutely grilled by the chairman of the Hfsc. McHenry and basically it was the question of is ether a security or not and he had some super vague roundabout answer that was the opposite of direct.

It was actually very, very embarrassing and he just got absolutely steamrolled not only by the committee, but also by everyone on the internet and rightfully so. Now following up on that, we actually have Coinbase who recently got a Wells notice from the SEC kind of making some moves. Now against them. Coinbase has sued the SEC hoping to prompt the Securities Watchdog to provide regulatory Clarity for the crypto industry.

The top Us crypto Exchange requested a U.S federal court press the SEC to respond to his previous rulemaking petition. within seven days last, July Coinbase requested the SEC propose and adopt rules to identify which digital assets are securities and how Securities Law would apply to digital assets. It's crazy that this happened in July and the SEC is still not responded. The Delaware registered exchange argued there is no clear or workable regime in place for the U.S for smooth functioning of the market.

Then in March this year the company asked the SEC for Clarity on the treatment of staking Services. The SEC has not provided a response or commented on the request. this was last. July Kind of gives off the vibe that they're not doing what they're paid to do.

Coinbase does not ask the court to instruct agency how to respond. It simply requests that the court ordered the SEC to respond at all. And I think that's a very fair point. We believe we have an obligation to our industry, our customers, our shareholders, and our employees to leave no stone unturned when it comes to seeking regulatory Clarity in the U.S I Think that's very fair.

And another thing that's worthwhile to point out here is: Brian Armstrong The CEO of Coinbase recently was talking of hey, if we don't get this, we're going to move Coinbase to the headquarters if we're going to establish it in another country because it is not really archaic because that would suggest that at least the rules are old. but there's no rules governing this. The SEC is simply not doing their job, they're not doing about it. And obviously that's going to be frustrating for shareholders.

especially if you're caught up in Voyager or FDX because without this oversight, more crazy things like that could happen. And they've happened because of the fact that there was a lack of regulations. 100 Why there was such a crazy downfall in the world of crypto was because of the lack of regulations. There was a lack of oversight.

Someone could have caught what was going on if there was some sort of framework that people you know had. Regulators had the ability to look into what was going on. except there wasn't any. So it led us to the situation that we are in now and obviously it was made worse by the FTX situation and them like basically stealing money.

That's a whole different story, but this is it. This is the problem. and right now the ones that are trying to hold on Gemini coinbase. they're kind of in no man's land just waiting around and then Gary Gensler and he'll sit there and he'll just be like hey, come to me and come to the SEC let's have a meeting let's talk about, but nothing comes of it.

No one's going to do it because we don't know what the going on and I I think that the courts should force them to do it because the SEC is simply not doing their job. With that being said, people are still pretty stoked about the future of it, especially actually Bitcoin But also, we already know Bitcoin's a digital commodity, so maybe that's why people like it because we know it's not going to be defined as a security. Bitcoin price may hit a hundred K by year and according to Standard Chartered Bank Crypto Winter is finally over in Bitcoin The world's largest cryptocurrency has the potential to reach a hundred thousand by year end. So obviously my question to you is do you buy this? Do you think in your heart of hearts that there's any realistic chance of Bitcoin hitting 100K by the end of this year? The Climb to a hundred thousand could be driven by a number of factors, including the recent banking sector crisis that helped to re-establish Bitcoin's use as a decentralized, scarce digital asset.

Against this backdrop, Bitcoin has benefited from its status as a branded Safe Haven a perceived relative store of value and means of remittance, you know? I Wish it had that a little bit more truthfully, because really, it was pitched as an inflationary hedge, and when we had inflation, it didn't really spike in price. But you could also argue that's because the big players Wall Street didn't have the highway on-ramps even properly utilize. Bitcoin The report also noted one of the drivers for the price to reach 100 000 is the broader macro backdrop for risky assets gradually improving as the Federal Reserve nears the end of its tightening cycle. While BTC can trade well when risky assets suffer, correlations to the NASDAQ suggests that it should trade better if risky assets improve broadly.

So that's kind of the opposite argument here of we notice its correlation with the spy and with the NASDAQ really Tech heavy indices and it is correlated with it. but in reality it makes more sense if it were correlated with gold. But we're seeing this opposite. which means maybe it's not a store of value in inflation in inflationary situations, at least not as of now.

Obviously, it could change at any moment. Uh, remember this whole game. There's no hard and fast rules of what will trade. will won't how it will trade.

It's the Market's perception of such a thing as we approach the next. Having, we expect cyclical drivers to become more constructive as they have in previous. Cycles I Covered this in yesterday's update video, but basically over the past three halving Cycles we've noticed right around the having that it's done really well, which would be a year from now. So basically next April people are expecting seasonality of it to come into a bullish phase.

Pali Apatia, who previously claimed Bitcoin has replaced Golden, would eventually reach 200 000. NASA's crypto is dead in America the U.S Authorities have firmly pointed their guns at Crypto.

The SEC has ramped up its enforcement of the crypto industry, bearing down on companies and projects that were allegedly selling unregistered Securities So it's not lost love for Crypto. So even though I'm seeing a technical breakdown I am a little bit worried about the binary events of what's coming.

Market Uh, actually the dollars? What? And the the dollar has been pushing hard ever since. Like this whole week, the dollar is going up. In fact, the Dollar's been pushing so much. I'm surprised the market hasn't been following more.

Uh, kind of an interesting thing to know the dollar? Well, let me look at the daily here. Uh, the start of yesterday. All right. Yeah, I mean that's a big push in the dollar.

Granted, the dollar has been getting slaughtered lately, so it depends on the time frame you're looking at. But the dollar a big push today. How much is the market down? 0.7 percent? I'm actually surprised it's not down a bit more. but we did break one.

so this is interesting. It snapped the support at 410, came down shoulder head. potentially another shoulder I would watch for Tim Is this a rejection right where my mouse is? around 11.? If so, if it starts to sell, yeah, this the remainder of the day could be bad. or it's an inverse shoulder head shoulder.

And if we start to push 410 again, you could get that breakout to 410.50 followed by whatever. The high of the day is around for 11 20. um, but it's just been chopping. Look at the daily chart.

The market. We've gone nowhere here. This is the we started out. We closed out last month March at 409.39 and we're trading at 409.84 We've moved 50 cents.

We've done nothing this particular month, just nothing. We went down a little bit. we went up a little bit. We're coming back down and it all ends at basically exactly where we started.

This is Chop Chop Chop Choppity Chop Chop Chop. We just this has been in a weird way, a bust of a month. We're just not getting nice. Trends Uh, it's just.

and overall if you go out even more. we went out, we went up, we went down. We went up like in multiple time frames. We are doing an excellent job at violently going nowhere.

So if you have premium selling strategies, those have been crushing it. If you've been doing Trend following strategies, you've been getting your absolute face kicked in. Uh, so uh. watch this 410 here because this could be the shoulder head shoulder.

This breakout might be interesting because your risk is relatively close of just like 40 cents away. I'm not playing it. Maybe it's something fun to do if you're trying to day trade it, but this. I Don't think there's like any reasonable Edge at this moment.

So with due respect I find I find your explanation reductive and actually insulting including the black Americans Black people today compared to 1964 1865, haven't made progress in part because of the freedoms we secured and the Second Amendment please I cannot keep a thought if you guys are talking to me in my ear. so hang on his producer. Interesting, But say what you said again: Black people secured their freedoms after the Civil War is a historical fact Don Just study it only after their Second Amendment rights were secured.

it was not secured their freedoms after the Civil War that it's not your you are discounting uh, reconstruction. You're discounting a whole host of things that happen after the Civil War When it comes to African Americans including the whole reason that the Civil Rights Movement happened is because black people did not secure their freedoms after the Civil War and that things turned around. People were tried to change the freedoms that were supposed to. You know how they got it.

They got their Second Amendment rights and they actually got the NRA Played a big role in that. But today NRA did not play a game that's alive, that's not. They already did not play a big role. This is just historical facts.

The part that I find is dude, she looks so awkward is when you say literally leaning away from them right after we have gone through you are sitting here telling an African-American about the rights and what you find insulting about the the way I live the skin I Live in every day. Here's where you and I have a great point of black and white that black people don't have in this country and that black people do have. Well, here's where you and I have a different point of view: I Think we should be able to express our views regardless of the color of our skin. We should have this debate without me regarding you as a black man, insulting that you're regarding you as a fellow citizen here.

Whatever ethnicity you are explaining to me what it's like to be black, whatever ethnicity not shaking his hand, uh, Trudeau thinks he can rewrite history for regrets. The internet is forever misinformation and disinformation is carrying people to believe things that are untrue and vaccinations is a perfect example of it. Any vaccine we distribute to Canadians will be safe for Canadians are people who've probably gotten very sick from vaccinations to. every vaccine that is improved is safe for Canadians is uncompromising.

Well, individuals are allowed to make their own choices. There may be all sorts of different reasons why someone is hesitant to get vaccinated. There's no more excuses to not get your shot. and therefore, while not forcing anyone to get vaccinated enforcement measures in place, will make sure that everyone is vaccinated that I chose to make sure that all the incentives Travelers across the country need to be fully vaccinated.

People coming into the country need to be fully vaccinated. We're there. Don't get to work in the public service, Don't get to go to movie theaters or gyms or restaurants to encourage Canadians to get vaccinated. And that's exactly what they did.

Um I mean a lot of people right now are kind of assuming that Rumble stock price is up because they think he might end up there. I Don't know. I mean obviously we're gonna have to wait and see. but to think that this D platforming for Tucker Carlson is gonna sit.

The guy who averaged over 3 million views literally doubling Fox and 10xing MSNBC and CNN I didn't realize it until I went into the Nielsen ratings. I Don't really watch mainstream media like at all I watch Clips on Twitter but his numbers are dominant folks. Uh, look into it, you can fact check it Tucker Carlson I Thought he was like I just kind of thought about it I was like, oh, like he's there with CNN he's there with uh Rachel Maddow on MSNBC I Didn't realize that he's not with them at all. His popularity massively massively massively dwarfs what's going on at other stations and even other individuals as an individual personality.

Tucker Carlson is the dominant personality to think that this deep platforming is gonna stick to him like you're smoking something. that's just crazy that's so stupid, that's so so stupid. Oh, also, this just seems important. Vin Diesel's arms may be associated with a movie success.

The secret is get Vin Diesel and get them four tank tops and you want them to spend at least 15 percent of the time of the movie in stated tank tops.
