Thank you Foreign Foreign Oh brother, oh brother, Umbrella brother Hello hello hello Good morning, Good morning, Good morning. Welcome back to another episode of The Mad Core Show where I'm Matt Iroquois and together we are the show. I Don't know what that intro means, but it's fun to say you should give it a whirl. I Hope everyone had a great Monday Trading Day Monday Evening I Hope you're ready for a pretty kind of weird day we're about to have today.
Tuesday Yeah, of course there's some important direct things related to the market going on, but we're gonna get most likely the first. U.S President's Arraignment ever today. Uh, so big Day related to Trump and all that apparently. uh, his indictment.
34 felonies. That's what he's apparently going to be charged with. We're going to find out more information today when the indictment is unsealed. Uh, so if you guys at any point in the day have like breaking news this morning, Uh, like, if you're seeing it, let me know.
spam it in chat because I want to get this news out as quickly as we possibly can I have some updates over here set up so that's going to be crazy. Uh, in terms of the market itself. Yeah, we have some announcements, but overall things are being crazy bullish and we've been on top of it. We've been talking about that breakout of 400 of the 402 region.
the 200-day simple, moving average. We got above it. We held above it. and now things are ripping.
rip and ripping ripping. Ideal Detail: This a little bit better in the newsletter, which is free. If you're not in the member of the newsletter, sign up for that. Um, but this is the time that I wouldn't really be chasing because of the risk to reward Paradigm But I would be thinking okay if I have that bullish position slowly but surely scaling out.
Speaking of scaling in scaling out making money, shout out to today's stream sponsor I'm talking about public I'm going to give you more information on them. probably closer to the market open, but shout out to public. they are today's stream sponsor. If you want 4.8 apy backed by the government, you're going to want to check out their new treasury investment option.
Uh, you could go to Public.com It has been to the top of chat. It's in the description of the video, but the Market's crazy and if you're like hey, I don't know if it's going to be a green year red year. It seems like it's a lot of chop. Seems like it's a lot of craziness.
What's going on with the banking sector? What's going on with the government? What's going on with Crypto? What's going on with stocks? What's going on with Futures If you just want to make it easy, treasuries might be a really solid option for you. I mean 4.8 percent is a pretty impressive yield. Far far better than whatever those jokes of banks are willing to give you. So uh, shout out to them they are today's stream sponsor.
If you're not signed up for it yet, you might as well check it out because like that's a lot of easy money. Pin to the top of chat in the description: 4.8 Apy you could be earning on your cash. It it's a it's honestly a no-brainer Anyway, we're going to be talking about them a little bit later. Uh, but we do have some other things to get into. Individual Market or company news Overall, market News: We have some political news. Uh, we can be looking into some of the political insider trading that was going down that we all found out about yesterday with uh Congressman uh, Dr Mark Green who bought NGL a random, random, random, random energy related stock He did it on March 24th. He happens to be a committee member of the House Foreign Affairs committee, so he would kind of probably know if someone's gonna know Opec's gonna do. He is probably a person that might have that information.
So within a week and a half, the dude made anywhere from 30 to 75 000 off a very, very timely investment so we could chat a little bit about that. So I think today is going to be a little bit more political. Just following the indictment slash Arrangement arraignment slash arrest, we could talk about some of that Insider training. Um, oh I Do also have a little bit of a surprise for you.
so I'm going to save that one for a little bit later. But overall I Hope you guys had a fantastic night. I Hope you guys have are ready for a fantastic morning, a fantastic day. Let's see if we can make some money before we get into all the hardcore stuff as we're just waiting for people to cycle.
And if you haven't already, don't forget to hit the like button. Don't forget to subscribe. It helps out the battle. Leaderboard on Rumble helps out with the algorithm on YouTube which apparently hates us I don't even know how many of you people are even getting notifications that were going live these days.
Whatever. YouTube has going on with their algorithm. They took something that wasn't so good and they somehow made it even worse. So if you could help me out, most importantly, subscribe.
But it does help. In the meantime, if you're watching this to just quickly drop a like I Do appreciate it. Thank you thank you thank you. But before we get into all the good jazz of the numbers that control our emotional state for the day of going up going down, what's going on with our P l I Had two questions for you so recently: I've been traveling a lot which means I've been listening to a lot of podcasts and I chose to listen to The Joe Rogan Huberman podcast and they were talking a lot about like ice bass and saunas.
Well I guess like the cold plunges and then also saunas and then I was wondering for any of you in here is it worth it and then also if you're in the Manhattan area, where can you do this like I've been hearing so much more about the let's just say the positive effects of doing these cold plunges like I think you're supposed to do like 11 minutes a week. so you do like whatever. a couple sessions at like three minutes, four minutes and like some people seem to be super hardcore like Joe Rogan and you go in at 34 degrees, other people are doing that 40 and 50 and apparently it has something to do with like your not only your physical resiliency, your mental resiliency, um but like dopamine releases and like how long you even have that dopamine throughout the day and like energy levels and blah blah blah blah blah like they're just trying to pitch it as like the best thing ever since like sliced bread and I was just wondering has anyone done this like is anyone in here like hey man I was like a little bit skeptical I wasn't really buying it but I tried it and like are you like addicted to it like I just want to know someone in here if like you've actually done it or not because like yeah the fancy schmancy people who have way more money than probably all of us combined like that it seems like a super like affluent like I don't know type of like an earthy thing of like I care so much about like my body's health and all that. but what about like us normies like us normies like is that a thing that like just like we should generically get into and then the other thing is also I ended up checking it out because it's on all the podcasts and I was like susceptible to the sponsorship I haven't tried it yet but are nootropics no tropics? I don't know how to pronounce that n o o Tropics uh I hear a lot about that on all these podcasts. are those bullshit or does it like actually make your brain like feel better because like I know Joe Rogan's all about like he has one like on it and then there's this like magic mind thing. the world's first productivity drink I kind of go into this stuff feeling like a little like seems like bullshit and that's why I turn it over to you folks to find out if it's like legit or not. so I need people's opinions on are cold plunges worth it or are they just like snake oil and then the same thing with this like the the on it, the the magic mind these New Tropics like do people like actually feel better? like does it actually do shit my user use all the hot water last night I was in the tub I wasn't happy or feeling energy I was very sad smelling sounds Andrew is saying that it works but what works I got some of that true brand new Tropics I'm not convinced yet. Nootropics is like Adderall for people with ADHD cold and heat totally worth it Lion's made is good for memory and cognition.
just take a cold shower. it's the same thing. So it got me all amped up and I decided to try it like this morning I was like yeah fucking Joe Rogan does it Andrew Huberman does it. Some fancy doctors out in like Europe do it I'm taking a cold shower this morning I feel like I took my normal shower and at the end I was like I'm gonna do like 30 seconds and like you're supposed to do some like fancy breathing with it so I like went as cold as my shower goes before it turns off and apparently my shower gets like frigidly cold because the second the temperature changes like you almost feel like the little nervous system shock wave throughout your system like your whole like you could already feel the Goosebumps being formed like a year like whole body just like reacts like it's it's not even conscious like your whole body's just like what the hell is going on and that's just like the shower which is part of your body I Can only imagine what the entire plunge would feel like and I was nowhere close to whatever the two or three minutes I think I did 30 seconds and I'm doing the weird breathing thing you're supposed to do like whatever controlled breathing I was like I'm gonna and I like passing out in the shower and then I'm gonna miss the morning show because like I'm just going to be getting hypothermia as I'm unconscious naked in the bottom of my shower for like the purposes of health and I'm like what am I doing with my life here like this is this is the right decisions like what is happening. um so I survived it but it was only like 30 seconds and I was like I should turn it over to all my financial advisors because you guys are also simultaneously my health advisors. So I figured before I do something that is potentially threatening my life I should ask all of my internet friends Kevin said buy AMC we have to talk about AMC um so we haven't been talking about it much lately, but if you saw the overnight session last night, it absolutely cratered and that's because of a legal update and really what it is is it is making the likelihood of the Arbitrage opportunity of as in price parity between ape and AMC go up. So what's happening right now is a lot of people are shorting AMC we're just selling it off and then they're buying ape and people are playing the Delta the difference between the two. They're looking to capture that difference.
They don't care where the parody's at, it could be higher. It could be lower. It could be perfectly in the middle. They're just looking for the price to me and to play that Arbitrage opportunity.
it involves going short on the more pricey one IE AMC and then going long on the cheaper one. I.E Ape Um, so that's what's happening right now. I Have the whole Barons article will explain the legal aspect of it. but this is like an active trade right now.
it's an Arbitrage trade and it's I Mean we all have our own thoughts but like I guess I can ask you guys Yeah, I think this is a good one? um I guess like do you think it's just over now? do you think AMC's done? Because with this with the legal update and I'm going to show you all the details of it just so everyone's a little bit more informed and they can make their own opinions here. What this is is borderline infinite dilution. And I just don't see how anyone is still campaigning for the fact that it's gonna squeeze when there could be such Mass dilution. Because inherently, when you're trying to battle a five billion dollar debt situation, whenever the stock goes up and you're able to, you're going to want to sell stock into it to raise Capital payoff said debt or do mergers and Acquisitions or whatever expand the business and ideally some useful way. but still that we're inherently in a situation wherever their stock price, we're not necessarily fighting against the people who don't like AMC we're not necessarily fighting against the shorts. we're fighting against AMC itself the company because they're the ones selling stock. they're the ones diluting. Adam Aaron in the leadership team is now in a position and it's not solidified yet, but it seems like we're almost there where essentially they can do and it's not exactly accurate, but borderline infinite dilution.
like a shitload of delusion. So whenever there's a price pop, well, if the banks are doing their jobs, they're going to be selling into it because that's what these banks are hired to do when you have all these shares and you're taking care of a debt situation. So I don't know. Like the clearly the sentiment surrounding Adam Aaron has changed for the worse.
I mean you could just like go on to his Twitter and compare how it was six months ago till now he's getting a lot of shit and I think people are starting to realize that he is just like the grifter like person that like At first we like I fell into it I'll fully admit it I wanted him to be on our side and he fakely adopted the ape culture and now he just goes around and his biggest thing is like I do movie premieres like hahaha and like I'll just like sit there and like in reality he made tens of millions of dollars his gave stock to his son. There's no way that kid is still owning his stock. All they're doing is they sold all their stock off that they could a hundred percent at one point at one point not so long ago like a year ago Adam Aaron had zero AMC stock. He sold everything he legally could and right now he would do that too like he is continually staying right at the amount he legally has to stay at like he just sold off.
I mean the board sold over 100 million dollars worth of AMC stock like they're the ones running and they've been doing it and I feel like we almost got like all tricked into like holding their bags for them. Obviously this is my opinion. You have to do your own research. You have to do what you find is appropriate.
but this concept of this random suit that none of us personally know who like has like just kind of used the community to think that he's like our financial savior. I Find that a little bit crazy. Um I find that a little bit crazy. Uh, someone already got silenced Matt The show.
How am I Shilling Do you know what Shilling means Surreal 808 I don't know if you got permanently kicked because you're an asshat, but what am. It's not chilling to tell you the truth to point out facts. If anything, if the people who are Shilling right now are the same people who are saying no bite, it's great. It's great. That's literally the definition of Shilling they are Shilling for Adam Aaron Uh, like I would argue by the definition of the word I'm actually doing the exact opposite. Chilling is when you're promoting something for your benefit for someone else's benefit. I'm telling you something negative about a company that I'm investing in like I I own the stock. Like if anything, I'm hurting myself.
It is literally the opposite. You guys need to fucking whatever your name is. You need to crack open a thesaurus or a dictionary. Or maybe you need to go back to like fifth grade English class.
Oh come on, Adam's legit. Oh I think you're just trolling. That cost me 30 Shillings All right folks, let's get into it. It's gonna be another pretty interesting day.
Let me switch over this so you can see it all right that's coming through Perfect. So the Spy popped a lot yesterday, then sold off and midday. we basically ended up exactly where we opened and then it had a pretty decent pop. Now pre-market Uh, we had a really nice pop coming back down I Want to talk about that? I Want to talk about the banking sector because right now, Uh, we are seeing some strength and stability return to the regional banking sector.
Obviously we'll be talking about AMC that is now currently down 22 and then a little bit about Tesla just because you guys like are all watching Tesla and obviously it's an exciting stock and it someone relates to Elon We have an update with Twitter no they no longer have that bird logo if you guys haven't seen Twitter Recently Elon decided to make it the Doge Shiba Inu dog icon which is absolutely hilarious. And as you would expect, this caused Doge's price to actually really really pop yesterday. So just some hilarious things going on in the world of billionaires and companies and all that. so should be a fun day.
Buckle up, strap your socks on because we don't want to knock those off. at least not quite yet. But let's get the scene set for the day. Stock futures Rises down S P 500 Look to extend a four day winning streak.
You guys know me. I Love going into seasonality and the historics of whatever. Equity I'm looking at whatever Market Benchmark I'm looking at. This is perfectly in line with the expected seasonality of April.
April is a very, very, very strong month in the market. Historically, over the past 20 to 30 years, April is a month where the Bulls are really getting out of hibernation and they're kicking some ass. and thus far we're only a couple days in here. But things are already looking pretty good from the conclusion of March into the start of April. Will it last? No. Do the odds? Favorite. Yes, they do. Those odds aren't 100.
But the deck is definitely stacked in the Bull's favor. Now we are in a weird situation and I'm sure you could argue this. any single year of, like every year has its own special economic macroeconomic environment this time around. Yeah, we're paying attention to what's going on in the regional banking sector.
We're paying attention What's going on in the world of Commodities Because right now OPEC Plus is making some wild decisions. We have to pay attention. What's going on with the political landscape here in the U.S What's Biden doing with monetary fiscal policy? What's the central bank doing? What's going on with Trump and his arraignment? Well, we are going into an election year. How are people feeling about switching from Blue to Red? Are we just going to be a pendulum going back and forth? Or are we going to stay blue for a whole nother cycle? What implications does that have? Um, the dollar One implications that have on all the treasuries from the U.S Government.
There's a lot of things to consider in the shorter term. In the next couple weeks next couple months, we have to talk about the debt ceiling. Are they going to raise it? Obviously, there's a big fight between Republicans and Democrats and my point going on. this little monologue is every single year is going to be its own special year because it has its own circumstances.
But I think sometimes it's actually easiest to not pay attention to any of it. sometimes I actually think it is bad to pay attention to the news and people's opinions on Finn TWiT on Reddit on your favorite streaming platform I.E Rumble it It's sometimes I truly believe you'd almost be better off as a Trader a day trader swing Trader by not paying attention to any of it because it's super easy on the subconscious or even a conscious level to find a bias that supports what your position already is like. All of a sudden, if you're yoloing into spy calls yeah, you're going to start to be a little bit more positive and naturally look out the positive things going on. and then obviously the inverse is true.
If you're yellowing into some puts on whatever, you're going to be looking for all the negative things. So sometimes I wonder? Well, hang on. Like what if we just drilled into price action exclusively cared about price action and nothing else didn't interpret the news and sometimes I think it's really beneficial to know when the unemployment reports coming out the inflation report? but then I wonder what my account would really look like if I didn't pay attention to any of it If I literally just looked at Supply and resistance or and like, um I guess risk reward something like that like just some super basic thing of like okay I'm waiting for this breakout I'll buy I'm waiting for this breakdown I'll go short and other than that, I'm just waiting waiting waiting I don't know. just something. A weird thought I Wanted to share with all of you. Thus far, things are looking pretty solid today. You can see Green across the board. the major markets benchmarks are going up up.
oil is going up, yields popping a little bit. I Think there is a good good good chance that the bullish party continues today. If you're not a member of the newsletter, sign up. I will come to your house I will show up at your work I'll go to your kids school and give a special presentation of why everyone should be in this newsletter.
It is free Macquares.locals.com It's pinned. No, it's not pinned, it's in the description of the video. Uh I give a breakdown of what happened that day I Let you know all of the market events for the next day. So for example, today this was posted last night.
but for today April 4th Factory orders job openings both coming out at 10 A.M Uh, 6 p.m We're a master. We'll be speaking a Fed President from Cleveland Uh, Speaking of that, we also have a update. In the world of real estate, we'll be going over that in a second. But probably the most useful thing within this is the seasonality for the next day today.
April 4th Historically is a very bullish day. Three out of four times the Bulls win. The profit factor is a scorching hot 4.3 The bias: The seasonal bias for this individual day is clearly bullish. I would actually argue this is the most useful part of the newsletter of knowing the seasonal bias for the next day.
I've been doing it for the S P 500. If you guys like it enough, I will start including the other ones. we could do the NASDAQ fuck me sorry I love sneezing like a dad just like overly loud. But anyway, if you guys want I've just been doing the S P 500, I could start throwing in the NASDAQ I could throw in Bitcoin I could throw in ethereum.
Uh, we can throw in whatever's most popular and I can give you the seasonality of that particular thing. But anyway I like that. uh, what's been going on with my account I locked in I've just been selling premium on this account so if you're into weekly monthly income strategies this new all this positioning and that type of stuff will be I don't know interesting to you and then I also share like my errant thoughts of just like other random things of like hey Tesla looks like it's breaking down from this Bear channel so maybe this is a good time to play to 186, maybe to 176, maybe 164. So just sharing some thoughts like that.
but overall today clearly I think from a seasonal bias I think that could play out I would be as of now before the Market opens before we have any updates related to Trump before we have any updates related to really anything I think starting off today I would be leaning bullish Manhattan Real estate sales plunge 38 but cash deals hit all-time record. Uh, so just a little bit of an update in the world of real estate. Uh, we know. Last week we covered the fact that we broke a hundred and thirty hundred and thirty one month record of every month like but on a year-over-year basis. real estate going up and up and up. It was the first time in almost 11 years there that we actually had a downtick and this all relates to the FED fund rate interest rates. But we're also seeing cash deals hitting an all-time record. So a lot of movement in the world of real estate right now.
Jamie Diamond The big dog at JP Morgan says that the banking crisis is not over and will cause repercussions for years to come. So this guy a lot of people listening to him because he's the CEO of one of the most powerful largest banking institutions in the entire world. Uh, but he's respected a lot of the crypto. Community has problems with him because he's super anti-crypto Uh, but I just wanted to really share all this with you because his words do carry weight.
So I think it's important to understand the mindset of the leader of some of like the biggest institutions. The current crisis is not yet over and even when it's behind us, there will be repercussions from it for years to come. But importantly, recent events are nothing like what occurred in the 2008 Global Financial crisis. So there's a little bit more and he got into AI crypto.
ESG So we have, uh, the team over at CNBC giving us a little bit of a breakdown: I think it's an interesting listen. Morgan Chase's CEO Jamie Diamond's annual letter to shareholders is just out. Always a well-read letter. Um, about the world of the economy and Banking and especially uh, what he's saying Now very, very important.
let's talk about what he's talking about. The first piece of this looks like he's talking about inflation says if we have higher inflation for longer, the FED may be forced to increase rates higher than people expect despite the recent bank crisis. Note: by the way, he's also calling it a bank crisis. Throughout this letter, it looks like he's he's describing sort of the economic or at least banking situation as a crisis.
Meantime on the current economy. Diamond writes quote pretty good, but storm clouds ahead. He addresses the recent turmoil and role of banks. given everything that we've been seeing with SVP signature and First Republic Bank he says quote: the failures of Svb and credit Swiss have significantly changed the Market's expectations.
The Market's odds of a recession have increased and while this is nothing like 2008, it is not clear when this current crisis will end again. Using the word crisis on regulatory responses right now, Diamond warns Quote: It is extremely important that we avoid knee-jerk whack-a-mole or politically motivated responses that often we get are politically motivated responses of what people intended That of course, in response to all sorts of calls in Washington in the past several weeks in the after, the failures of these Banks set to form some new forms of Regulation. And then he says this about Bank valuations Quote: We need Banks to be attractive Investments It is in the interest of the financial system that Banks not become uninvestable because of uncertainty around regulations that affect capital, profitability, and long-term investing. That was something that actually happened after 2008 for a period of time as everybody watched and waited to hear about where Dodd-Frank would ultimately land and what that legislation would look like and people are talking about right now in terms of whether you want to be invested in these in these Banks And then he talks about the company's strategy as well. Really a new strategy I Don't know if it's a new strategy, but he says this: we really don't like crying over spilled milk, although sometimes you do. The new reality is that some things, for example, holding certain types of credit are more efficiently done by a non-bank that's actually um, I Don't know if that's a turn for him, but it's an interesting shift in terms of acknowledging that the Apollos of the world and so much of the banking business have frankly being done today by non-banks We have a lot more on this letter as we comb through it over the next two hours including diamonds, views on fiscal spending, the Fed, and he does make some interesting comments uh, that we're noticing on AI given all the chat. So if there's time later, like I I Found the letter and I highlighted what I thought were to be the most important parts we could come to it, but that was a pretty good summary of Jamie Diamond and his opinion. and it's interesting.
I Thought the most interesting part of it was actually him talking about how big Banks the large for uh, JP Morgan City Wells Fargo and Bank of America have greatly benefited off of the recent crisis because there's been a big Exodus of money from smaller Regional players to the major four, which is kind of strengthening the oligopoly which I don't like, but it's interesting that he directly discussed it so we could kind of come back to that very quickly. Virgin Orbit Files for Chapter 11 Bankruptcy Protection in the US looks like they are going down Tick Tock finds 16 million in UK for misusing kids data as scrutiny of Chinese owned app intensifies. uh, it is now recently banned off government employees phones in Australia The world is starting to fight back against Tick Tock and the fact that so many governments are doing them is telling me that there's bigger data concerns than is being publicly discussed. The fact that so many leading countries are saying uh uh, we don't want to do it and yeah, this is all hidden under the veil of like people supporting are like hang on this is against minorities this is against LGBT They're all content has nothing to do with that. It has clearly concerns with so many different governments saying what's going on with our data, what's going on with security We're not comfortable with what the relationship is with the company in China but yet it's somehow spun as like some crazy thing of just like we're all apparently racist and homophobic and that's the only reason we want to take it down. I Don't buy it when you have actually a lot of left-leaning governments that are still concerned. like considering this. five things to know before that Bell goes.
Uh, obviously we talked about Damon uh Diamond uh Google cracks down on staplers. Yeah, so apparently they're cutting costs and they're like saying hey, stop using your staplers as much as you have been. Uh, this is a very real thing and it just makes me wonder how many things were they stapling over at Google Virgin Orbit We talked about that FTC orders. Uh, this is a biotech deal.
We could kind of just skip over that. Surrender day today is going to be a big big big big big big day related to Trump So I'm gonna kind of set it up this way. First of all, I'm gonna ask you because this news could be breaking at any second. If you see any news.
dignity ding ding ding The casino is open. If you see any breaking news related to Trump's arraignment and or arrest, please let me know because I want to cover it as soon as we possibly can. I'm going to give you the breakdown of everything you should know that we know as of now that's public information. Uh I have AMC up on the screen because it got absolutely slaughtered based on a legal decision and really what it's doing is setting up the Arbitrage opportunity for Price parity between AMC and A as in looking for them to come to the same price and you could play the Delta And what I mean by that is the fact that AMC is trading at 423 and you have ape trading at 1.75 which is what about two dollars and fifty cents? There's a 250 Delta so people are looking to capture that by shorting AMC or selling author AMC and going long on ape.
The reason that this Arbitrage opportunity has caught a second win is because of a legal decision, so we're going to be going over that. We have the update also of some cool things going on with Steve Will Do It and Chris Pavloski over there at Rumble It sounds like they have not only been giving away thousands of dollars to streamers new streamers, especially in the gaming sector, but it looks like it's going to get even more wild right now. I Saw someone comment about a gap opportunity? You are spot on and it looks like maybe it already filled it. What was the low? Yeah, it perfectly filled it.
How Wild Is that? So yesterday is high. Yesterday's high was 11 37. Today's low was already perfectly 11 37. How insane is that? So we already took care of that.
Gap But speaking of gaps, there are still three downside Gap fills that have marked out 404, 401, and 396. And then there's one upside: Gap Filter 421 This one's from a while ago. We're talking like August of 2022 if I'm getting my years right, so just want to put that out there. Tesla I Put this in the newsletter yesterday. it uh, seemed to have a breakdown. uh I Don't know if it's necessarily confirmed yet, but it's definitely on my watch loss watch list because there might be an opportunity to play to 186 or potentially even deeper I have FRC up here. Kind of representing a lot of people's interest in the regional banking sector. Had a pretty solid day yesterday.
Not the best opening, but remember, you're opening craziness. That opening Market Churn is in no way indicative really of what's going to be going on in the day. It's about a 50 50 thing I mean I've back tested it and I'm like, okay, can the first five minutes tell me anything about the direction of the day and it's as good as flipping a coin just because you have selling or buying at the start of the day or even in pre-market or anything like that, it can so quickly be reverted. So I want to just put that out there of like yeah, we're seeing a little bit of selling now and for those of you who maybe like, just bet a little bit on an opening drawdown Good for you, but if you're bullish or bearish like right now, like I wouldn't necessarily feel the most confident and I'm not saying this is a rule that everyone should have, but it's exhaust.
It's also exactly why I personally have the rule of I don't like to trade in the first 10, 20, 30 minutes. It's one thing to close a position. Maybe you hit a stop loss, or maybe you want to lock in some gains. That's cool, but to create a whole new position in just like the randomness? Uh, it's just I Think that there's a lack of an edge in this scenario.
So I Avoid It Looks like AMC was already halted. Looks like it had an upside. Hall It's not trading anymore. We could double check on Benzinga here.
Um, yeah. uh. volatility. Hall So this is just going to be a five minute pause.
It started at 9 33. So basically it'll start trading again five minutes later at 9 38 and 10 seconds. Common limit up. Paul A lot of people will scream about limit of halts being manipulation.
Uh, the people who scream that don't know what they're talking about. In my opinion, halts are dumb like I Think you should just let something trade, but understand it's not beneficial to the Bulls or the Bears because no one's trading it after halt. Sometimes you have things Gap up Sometimes you have things gapped down. Sometimes you have things just going sideways.
Uh, it's meant to just kind of. Stamp Out Volatility. But it's not like it favors the Bulls or the Bears more. It just no one.
No one is trading right now. Bulls Aren't training? Bears Aren't trading? No one is trading. Uh. Also, it's not just arbitrarily defined by like a human like hey, that moved too much like time to hold it, it's all perfectly mathematically defined. You could search the L U L d Limit Up Limit down rules for the New York Stock Exchange for the NASDAQ and you can find out exactly when things would or wouldn't haul. It's perfectly mathematically defined. There's no like human intervention of like I Think this has moved too much. if things move up a certain percentage or down that same percentage.
it's just based on percentage moves. It doesn't matter if it's Greener it's red and if it holds that for 15 seconds, it's gonna hold. It's not more beneficial to the Bulls. It's not more beneficial to the Bears I Think it's stupid I Don't think we should have these halts at all like I Just don't like them.
so it's not like I'm a fan of them. But to scream that it's like manipulation and acting as if it only hurts you when you're bullish on something, It's just not accurate. It's a momentum killer. Yeah, and that's why I don't like it because I think if something has bullish or bearish momentum, it should continue to have that momentum.
That's what the market is saying it wants right now. Like to me, that is a natural movement. so I'm not a fan of them. But that's the whole point of them is to kill momentum.
So because because of that I agree with you I don't think you're wrong. That's why I dislike them I Think if there's bullish momentum, it should remain and obviously the same with bearish momentum. So that's the point of them. Regulators Have decided that at a certain level, momentum things should get shut off.
I'm not in agreement with that, but my whole point here is just saying. It doesn't matter if it's bullish or if it's bearish. if there's too much momentum in either direction, at the same measurement magnitude, it's gonna get halted. This is why: I like Bitcoin halts I don't want your influence.
Whether you think it's good or bad, that's fair. I mean I think there's a lot of reasons to like Bitcoin I mean look at like what's going on in our political scene. Look, what's going on in the world of banking right now I Think there's a strong argument of why we should be potentially having some of our net worth in an asset that's outside of the purview of the government. Momentum Trading is like picking up pennies in front of a steamroller.
Definitely on a short time frame. That's a very fair argument. Well, wall. okay, the Spy sold off.
We basically got the Gap film. Now it's bouncing back up, but it's strong at 4 11, 50. FRC Looks like some Regional banks are having some issues right now Tesla Trying maybe to fight up to 200. What's having an impressive day? Ethereum's having an impressive day.
It's up 3.6 Knocking on the door of 1900. Speaking of Bitcoin, it's also looking strong, holding above 28 000. what else is strong today? runs at 9 20. uh, oxy now. kind of going flat. Oil oils at 81 oil's been crushing it lately ever since Opec's decision. This is a classic Supply demand imbalance when you cut supply and demand stays the same price is forced upward. I'm bullish on oil I've been bullish on oil.
We've been talking about Oxy I'm in it. Um, my Oxy position is actually ironically underwater. but I maybe I should have just done oil directly. but I don't mind being an Oxy because it's also being backed up by Warren Buffett who now owns 23.5 percent of the company billions and billions of dollars.
So it's a medium term swing. it's in my long-term account. It's not like I'm not in it for a couple days a couple weeks I've already been in it for a couple months I think I bought it at late summer. so if I have to hold this for whatever just more months, I will.
My thesis is just that the Strategic petroleum reserve the Spr in the US is too depleted and I don't see oil coming below 70 anytime soon. so the risk reward I just think is favorable. and then obviously some lucky things have gone my way, such as the fact that OPEC made a surprise decision to cut output so that drove everything higher. So maybe there's a little luck involved, but we'll see how it plays out.
AMC is once again trading the five minute circuit breaker halt is over. Um, obviously we'll pay attention to it if it keeps continuing up. It could hold again. if it dramatically drops off, it could come down again.
But uh, obviously there's going to be extra volatility in it because of what's going on. Speaking of what's going on, we might as well just cover it right now. AMC Tumbles after meme stock agrees. settlement over ape conversion AMC Stock tumbled 25 earlier Tuesday but its preferred share stored more than 30 as the movie theater operator said.
it reached a settlement with shareholders over its planned stock conversion. So this might be confusing to some people who haven't been following the Saga. Why would you have two things that have the same financial and legal claim to the company? How could you have one plummeting and one skyrocketing? How does that make sense? The answer is arbitrage. In fact, in my Prelude to this, that's the answer.
They have the same legal and financial claim to the company. So why are they not trading at the same price? So people are now looking for these to be trading at the same price. AKA Parody. So you take the one that's more costly currently AMC and you short it and then you go along on the one that's relatively cheaper.
which would be Ape. That's why we're seeing Ape going down and that's why or excuse me, ape going up and AMC coming down. it's all because of Arbitrage And now the market is pricing in that the chances of the Arbitrage are more likely because of this legal update. The settlement paves the way for the company to complete its plan to convert its AMC preferred Equity or Ape units into shares of common stock The Proposal which also includes increasing the number of authorized shares and a ten to one reverse stock split was approved by shareholders last month but has faced Court proceedings. The litigation was brought by a group of shareholders who argued the move deluded existing common stock shareholders without any compensation in return, which is fully accurate. That's what this is. This is a dilutive move they are deluding to try to raise Capital to try to pay off their five billion dollars worth of debt, something that selling a couple extra bags of popcorn doesn't seem to be helping. With The terms of the settlement announced in a filing by AMC late Monday will see common stockholders receive one share for every 7.5 shares held after the reverse stock split.
So basically owning AMC you're not getting as screwed over as you were with the 10 for one. Now it's 7.5 so a little bit more favorable to the tune of 25. The payment would represent around 4.4 percent of AMC stock or 6.9 million shares. Lawyers for the plaintiff's estimated Comstock holders would receive shares valued at more than 100 million.
Through the settlement, the settlement provides investors with additional shares in satisfaction of their voting claims will be allowing the company to move forward with its plan to pay down its debt. So basically said the dilution is not fair and the agreement was okay. Well, if you own AMC we're going to be deluding you less. instead of getting one for every 10 you own, you're now going to be getting one for every 7.5 you? Um, so you're gonna end up with more.
At the end of all these calculations and arithmetic, it's still diluting. Uh, but you're saving yourself about 25. So that's the big update that came out yesterday. And then that's exactly why we saw Ape skyrocketing and AMC dropping.
It's all because of Arbitrage People are looking for Price parity because AMC and Ape have the same legal and financial claim to the company. If they have the same legal and financial claim, it makes sense that they would be trading at the exact same price it was being held up in court. That's why they we didn't really see the Arbitrage play playing out. But now that they've come to this agreement, it makes the Arbitrage look more likely and that's exactly why we are.
seeing the two prices head together and the Delta between the two, the differential between the two prices start to get smaller and smaller and smaller. So that's your quick update on AMC. This honestly has become a massive shit show. As I alluded to before, if you've been paying attention to the public rhetoric and sentiment surrounding Adam Aaron and the leadership team of AMC it has been plunging.
It was very, very positive a mere 12 months ago and from them until now. with all these dilutive, anti-investor decisions, people are just starting to hate them. They're starting to realize hey man I Thought you were on our side I Thought you had truly adopted this ape culture. but it seems to be a facade of a guy who is a classic suit through and through who used this entire situation to do nothing but line his own. Pockets He has personally made over 40 million dollars. he sold off, he sold off, he sold off. In fact, the only shares he has now are the ones that he legally has to keep owning and the only thing he's doing to somewhat keep the positive sentiment surrounding him alive is he'll just like tweet out random things of like news people are there they don't like AMC and then the sycophants they like it and they think it's awesome. But we got duped.
This guy proved himself to be a suit and this happens all the time in Big Business It sucks. It absolutely sucks I Myself lost a lot of money I Know a lot of you folks watching this. Maybe you made money if you did. Congratulations to you.
Maybe you're in my situation where it ended up being a net negative play. Remember there's always more plays in the market. This is exactly why you don't go all In on one play. Whenever it comes to things such as the market, you're always going to want diversification.
But at a certain point with all the evidence that's in front of us, you can't simply go around and just keep yelling the opposite that everything's great, everything's fine. We just have to have quote unquote: Faith That's one of the dumbest fucking things I've ever heard when it comes to the market. The market is an emotionless organism that is based on numbers and facts and Trends and sentiment. It's not just like a faith thing.
to me, that's like one of the dumbest arguments out there. And that's the last standing argument is we have faith in Adam Aaron It's a random suit who people are just fucking chilling for. And it's it's crazy. It's absolutely crazy.
That's your updated. That's what's going on. What is now going on with my what just happened. Looks like my Kramer robot just went short on the S P 500 and on the NASDAQ right here.
Uh, so the robots are I guess ready to fight this morning? Well let's see if that one turns out order filled, order film. No, it didn't jump in and out as two different markets. One on the NASDAQ short on the NASDAQ short on the S P 500 that's old Kramer Stupid question. Once the ape conversion happens, can AMC sell ape? No, it's just ape is turning into there's gonna be more AMC Well technically not because of the 10 for one slash 7.5 for one.
So the people who own a it will transform into AMC and I think I actually missed a different one GTA Nation I think you had a chat GTA Nation Uh man, how do I track this down? Oh I found it! Uh, shout out to Kinky Kong she became an astronaut Kinky Kong It's been a minute since we've been able to chat. I Hope you have a phenomenal day! I Miss the excitement with the duck shirts. In my opinion, the economy and overall Americans are not doing well. Unaffordable housing wise buy Etc Taking off what's your take on it I Miss the excitement. It would be fictitious for me to always just be excited if there's nothing to be excited about I am not here to just tell you everything you're doing is right and we're all going to make money. I'm attempting to give you an honest breakdown of real situations. Sometimes my honest breakdown is that I'm excited and cool things are happening and then other times my honest breakdown is that pieces of shit like Adam Aaron stole from us like I'm not here just to give you hope. You mean copium if you've noticed the trend, The people who give you hopium and copium they can only last for so long.
But the people who are telling you their truths, their honest opinions. They're the people who are still around. There's like no one see that differential. There are many names that have come and gone in this community.
They they're a flash in the pan. Some have last longer than others, but they end up disappearing because they're full of shit. They don't have the knowledge of markets to back things up. They don't have like any honest like sentiment to back it up.
They're here and it works as long as opium and copium works. But when people realize that they don't know what they're talking about, when people realize that those people are wrong, they end up disappearing. So if you're coming to me and just be like I always want to be excited. Well okay, that's someone else.
That's just not me. I'm here to try to make money I'm here to try to learn a little bit more about the markets. I'm trying to here to learn from all of you folks and have a good time. But that doesn't mean I'm simply going to be like oh no, this is all great and we're being screwed over.
and we're going to make more money that that rhetoric has played out like those people are gone. They've come, they've gone like we can all name a handful of people who that was their ammo and then now nothing they are Dust in the Wind they're just disappeared. They've gone off into the ether and I just don't really have interest in that I don't have interest in that whatsoever. All right, we have that one shout out: GTA Nation Um, what's my take? Okay, so the Spy quote unquote taking off right now.
remember it's all a relative basis because I could also argue if you scroll out enough. Well, we've actually come down considerably. so we're bouncing here. It looks like we put in a higher low.
Looks like we put in a higher high. We're trying to put it in recovery. and I would say that this is currently playing out because of inflation is bad. It's totally bad. I mean if you go try to buy anything, you're noticing that your bills are more expensive. I Definitely feel for any just like quote unquote normal discretionary consumer because like bills are more expensive, rents up, Energy's up. uh Foods up everything's up. but it's at least getting better.
So like, remember, the market is always forward-looking So why sometimes even when the current environment's bad Will the Market filter recover I don't know what just happened there. Uh, the NASDAQ one got out for a small loss. Why does the market start to recover when the economy, like in that moment, is still not good? Well, because the market is a forward-looking apparatus. Um, so the market looks at the fact that inflation is trending in the right way.
Inflation's still bad, but at least it's trending in a positive direction. So the market takes that into consideration. looking at the banking sector looks like it's stabilized, So the fact that these companies have stabilized the Market's starting to say well. they might actually end up fully recovering.
So they start to price that in markets are forward-looking and that's a very very important thing for us to like all wrap our heads around. am I in AMC Yes I am I wish I wasn't but I am and I'm of the mindset that it's you just kind of the captain goes down with its ship I've lost a lot of money because I don't I in the Heyday of it all I didn't just own AMC I mean you guys saw I had a lot of options I was doing crazy things with options. So between options and the actual Equity investment in AMC I've lost over half a million. Uh, You could argue? Well, hang on.
It was somewhat like financially beneficial for you. Uh, because you made a career of it. You got a following and you're full on. I I You are accurate.
You are very much a lot of you are watching me right now because you found me through Gme. You found me through AMC You found me through Doge You found me through Sheba You are right. But I also just want to be honest with you that like the actual pure Financial aspect of it no I like oh actually, no, that's actually fascinating I've lost money on all of them I've lost money on Doge I've lost money on Sheba I've lost money on Gme and I've lost money on AMC So uh, all those the things that I'm arguably known for are all things that cost me like a lot of money. A lot of money.
I Found you because of those eyes Mr Stark I Appreciate that I Know a couple of you have found me because of my only fans. like Mr thickness. At Mr thickness, you could get it for the low low cost of uh, 420 payments of 69 I know a couple of you. Actually, that's a good question.
How many of you are in here because of my only fans. Breaking news on Rumble bare knuckle fighting is coming. that is sick bear knuckle fighting. They're like all right, the power slap thing worked but like, what if we can do it more? uh my cat oopsie ape my pants. uh you found me from the madstrasses or in is anyone actually in here because of the Matt Strats days? Did anyone know me? I'm curious like in the current live audience before I ever started to go live before I ever started to stream basically Circa 2020. here for the Tulips That's always a strong investment I Used to think you had potential one of these days. If you hate AMC so much sell it, don't hold on to your account Ma'am you bash out at every opportunity. Why hold if you hate it? Uh, because of moral implications like I know a lot of people have like they know about it because of me or they've been following the story because of me.
I'm not saying it's logical I'm just saying to me, it feels a little bit more moral. The concept of a captain goes down with its ship. Um, is it smart? No. Is it financially stupid? Yes, 100 Um.
But that's my mindset. I'm not saying if it's right or wrong. it's just like to me like I'm just gonna own it. The shares that I currently have, they're on public ever since I got over to public, nothing has changed whatsoever I haven't sold any, haven't bought any as soon as I transferred everything over to public since then I don't think I've traded any options on it.
Maybe I have on Gme I can't really remember I've been trading in any options on AMC or Gme in many, many months I haven't bought or sold any of those shares like I just haven't touched it I had nothing has happened. Um, basically, ever since I got onto public, it's just gonna sit there. I'll end up dying with them most likely. I I Hope AMC comes back, but to me, we need better leadership.
I Don't see how AMC could recover with such piss-poor leadership People love to laud Adam Aaron as like some amazing CEO he's not who's not at all like I Don't think anyone in here could actually point to positive things that he's done in his business career. He is not some business intellectual Titan that is completely false. There's no evidence supporting that. People like to say it as if it's just like some truth, but it is actually full of shit.
A pain shared is an investment have that's deep I first saw you on Andre Jake's Channel Dean I love Andre I still talk to him every once in a while. uh Andre is uh for those of you who don't know which I think many of you know because he's a like way bigger content creator than I am. uh he makes some awesome Finance crypto investing real estate videos. uh I think his video production in the world of Finance content creation is actually the best I think he is has the best produced Finance based videos in the world.
Um and on top of it I don't I don't know. Maybe some of you in here have had like personal conversations with them I don't know if you have or haven't I have and he is like one of the nicest human beings. Uh so it's I know. Sometimes like you know, sometimes you watch interviews with celebrities and you find out that they're either awesome or like they're bad and it kind of ruins the character. Uh, just if I were to pull back the curtain on Andre he's such a cool dude. like he's so nice. He's so friendly, he's so kind, uh uh, it acts. It's fun to meet these people and realize that they're actually like super down to earth and great even though they've like hit a high level of Fame Uh, so that nothing but positive things to say about Andre Why do you bother teaching us about payment for order flow if you're still going to promote? Weeble Uh, well, apparently I haven't been teaching you well enough and this is probably on me.
But if you're trading options, there's no way to avoid payment for order flow. You can avoid payment for order flow if you're trading equities stocks. but if you are engaging in options, every options trade is based on payment for order flow. That's what I use Weeble for.
So I Love trading options I'm not going to stop trading options. If you're trading options, there's no brokerage you can go to where you're avoiding payment for order flow. So it sounds like I haven't taught you well enough. There's just simply no way to avoid it.
I Don't trade stock on Weeble at all I refuse to if I trade stock I'm going to use something like street I'm going to use something like public. but recently I've been in Street and then we have some really cool things to talk about later this week on Thursday Big big show of really cool stuff that we can do that literally no other brokerage is doing. um, but that's why so that's not me. It sounds like I haven't taught you enough? Uh, do you talk to? Trey No, Not at all.
Not at all. Not at all. There's no reason to. You should put a disclaimer in the description of your video for the next thousand people who ask the same thing.
Yeah, A A is a false protagonist I Agree. Um, 61 of you are bullish today. Does Trey talk to you? Nope, we do not. Converse that's a shame.
Order the shield. Uh, looks like both of those robot trades got out for a loss. Uh, uh. I'm down 15 bucks now in the day.

Has there been any updates on Trump I don't know if there's I just want to see if there's been any breaking news on Trump Hang on, Hang on. Hang on. Hang on. Live Live Live! Oh, we do have an outside okay, so no craziness yet, but it does look like we have a live stream from Yahoo.
All right, very quickly shout out to today's stream sponsor: I am talking about public. You know it's not that hard to realize that the market has been up, down, up, down, up, down, kind of going sideways. Maybe we could all admit that this. well last year was a negative year I think it dropped 18 19 this year.
We don't know if it's going to be green, we don't know if it's going to be red and it might be nice to be able to get 4.8 yield backed by the government. What in the world am I talking about? That's a pretty nice yield. You might have heard of yield in the world of crypto and how that's all blown up. Well, that's crypto. We're talking about treasuries. We're talking about government notes, bills, bonds and at first, if you wanted this, if you're like I don't know. Usually you go through Treasury Direct. they make it difficult.
You have to create an account. You have to figure out this website. You have to do the laddering when things get to maturity yourself. Well, that's how you used to be able to do it.
I Actually am of the opinion that this is about to go to the Wayside because it's too difficult and now you have easy things such as just signing up for public and then they do all that work for you. So 4.8 percent there is no like hold periods, there's no settlement. so if you want to get in, you're like oh, I want to be in for two months and get out great. Generally with this type of stuff, especially something like I bonds, you're going to be caught up forever and forever and forever and like you can't touch it and there's Max amounts or on.
Even if you want to do your own laddering, it takes time. You have to figure it out or you could just come in here. You can sign up for public, you could put your money in, and they handle everything. There's no holds.
it's backed by the government, so in terms of risk, it's as low risk as you can possibly get. And the when things get to maturity, they're gonna do all the rolling for you. There's not many things that are this easy. This is, actually, in fact, comically easy.
And you can lock in a 4.8 yield in a general basis. The market only goes up on average seven to eight percent, and that's its average. Obviously, some years it over performs, and then years like last year, it underperforms. If you're of the mindset of, well, hang on like I think things are still a little bit Rocky because of the banking scenario, because of geopolitical issues of what's going on with commodities, of what's going on with inflation if you just want guaranteed Essentially I can't call it guaranteed because it's not.
But it's as low risk as it gets. You can lock in 4.8 percent right now. it's that easy. I Know a lot of you already watching this.
you already are on public, so you might as well just make a treasury account with them. So comically easy, backed by the government. Super low risk Locking your 4.8 yield right now. Go to Public.com It's pinned to the top of chat.
it's in the description of the video. or if you already
People have not learned 8% return is……ahh nevermind.
Amc has been over the minute ape dropped they helped covered the shorts and now they can get rid of it dilllute the shit out of It and then mark my words all these amc youtubers will be ghost and then try selling you on the next big play that won't pay either. TD Ameritrade hasn’t been able to fill my simple buy order at $3.99 for the past 40 minutes… it’s currently trading under $3.99 so I called them and they still do not know what’s going on. He said they cannot locate the shares. I think what he should’ve said is that they cannot locate the “tokens”
AMC can beat VW squeeze esaly 🚀🚀🚀📈📈📈💎💎💎🦍🦍❤10K no less 🥂🥂🥂
Hope you enjoyed your 15 min of fame. Time to go get a job again your streaming career is done for. Prove me wrong, have a nice day.
