Hello, hello, hello for everyone joining in right now, another dumb money update. Let's get! Let's do a quick review of what happened in the last week for both amc and gme and then let's take a look forward at like what we're expecting for the upcoming week, because there are gon na definitely be some important things. So anyway, as i'm filming, this amc is at 33 dollars. Gme is at 152.36.

As a quick side. Note, hood is still robinhood is getting destroyed off this 85 mark all the way down to 55.. I think once it snaps 50, it's gon na take a more serious dive in all honesty in terms of the overall market. On friday, we hit a new all-time high.

I still think it's absolutely hilarious, that mainstream media will bag on retail traders for buying something that is fundamentally over. I guess overvalued in their opinion, but really that ends up quickly becoming a philosophical debate of well. What gives something value if you're, looking at the revenue, growth or earnings per share? Well to me, especially when you're talking about something like amc gme, i think something has value because of the statistical chance of a squeeze. So really, it is a philosophical debate of what gives something value.

Please don't forget that and right here, so many hedge funds wall street at large is going to be long on the market. But ask yourself this for what you know of going on in the world right now. Do you think that our economy is the best it's ever been in history, because, according to the stock market, the stock market hit a new all-time high on friday? And to me, i think, that's fundamentally overvalued so really for them to be consistent in their message. I think mainstream media should be bashing on wall street at large.

How could you possibly be invested in right now? It doesn't make sense. So i guess, when you're reading news and you're taking in information, i would like to point out the the two-faced nature of it. It's not necessarily them trying to stick to a coherent message of like overvalued, undervalued, very fairly, valued, it's more along the lines of. Let's just be against retail and specifically the ape nation community.

I strongly strongly believe that so overall, there's the s p 500 in terms of crypto doing very well bitcoin bounced off of 38 37 000 at 44.. Doge is hanging out just below 25 cents. After making a run to almost 29 cents ethereum over 3 000, and then we have cardano at a dollar 44, getting rejected at a dollar 49. So crypto, it's itching its way back up.

It's clawing its way back up. I should really say so: don't sleep on that for me, you guys know if you've been listening to me any amount of time. I am not an active crypto trader, i buy it on dips and for me i want to hold it one, two three decades and when we get that far down the line, i'll either be very right or very wrong, i'm not actively trading it. So, let's kick this off with: let's just go amc first, so the big news is tomorrow right here, one more august, 9th 4 p.m.
Central 5 pm east coast time they're having their earnings call their conference call to webcast. I will be streaming that we could all listen to it together. I could give you live commentary of what they are or aren't saying and what's interesting about this time, it's the first time that they are taking questions from individual investors to be able to post a question and vote on the questions you want to hear. People are logging in to say technologies, and just so you know this was tweeted out by adam aaron.

Some random person didn't just make this up. Adam aaron sent this link out right here. App.Say technologies and basically, what people realize they could do is to make an account. You had to verify it with your brokerage and then we are basically getting a better concept, because they're validating share ownership of the average ownership per ape um - and i think what's really interesting here - is to the best of my understanding.

This is now closed. It closed 24 hours before so it's now been closed for about two hours, but if you look at the amount of shares and the amount of votes that comes out to about 1060 thousand, seventy shares per person that voted and remember this is not what you do. You do not take this number and then multiply it by the four million that adam aaron was talking about in early june. That is poor math.

That is poor statistical analysis. This is much more of a pareto principle, bimodal distribution - and i don't want to cause. I guess horrific flashbacks to your math class, but basically don't take that number and multiply it by 4 million. That is poor math, because not all people have what i guess roughly a 35 000 investment in amc that i wouldn't say that, especially for everything that happened.

The financial situation of 2020 - i i don't think that's a good thing to say if anything picture it like a huge spike around the 120 share mark that we know from adam aaron and then a second spike, a smaller spike around this 1000 100 share mark and By the time you do that math out really the conclusion isn't the same. The conclusion is, the math does not add up when you do this, no matter who did proper statistical regression. Looking at the confidence intervals, no matter how you slice it up, the numbers do not add up they don't by the time you take. The shares outstanding add on all the shares that we know are on loan and then even add a buffer into that.

None of the numbers add up, and this directly relates to saying either counterfeit phantom or synthetic shares, no matter how you do it, it does not add up. It is literally that simple and it doesn't matter because, if it doesn't add up by one or billions and billions of billions, there is naked shorting going on and that's exactly what we're talking about. And in my, i guess own personal opinion based on. Like my understanding of the situation and the math, that's related to it, we're talking a lot like i i'm using one as an example because that's still illegal illicit, but i mean we were looking at numbers of hundreds of millions still being the conservative floor, value of Illicit shares i'm talking conservative floor value, where i was just throwing other numbers on being like hang on.
Let's just not even count this this and this i went out of my way to be as conservative as possible and it still was not adding up whatsoever which to me is absolutely insane. I'm very curious in the earnings call tomorrow. I want to know if they're going to address that all. Of course i want to know about the box office, the upcoming movies, their commentary on how they're going to battle streaming their thoughts if they say anything about the delta variant.

There's many things i want to know their comments on, but the one thing i want to really know is: if they bring this up at all, i don't know, i think the chance is 50 50, maybe a little less. I don't know if they're going to comment on this, but let's see, let's see, let's get that popcorn and we'll get ready to see, but once again that's happening at 5 p.m. Eastern tomorrow, monday august 9th, that's when the earnings call is it's a live webcast. I will be streaming it just so.

Everyone knows. I know i'm pivoting a little bit here. I want to talk about the motley pool because, generally they hate amc, they hate us, they usually never say anything. I guess positive uh.

I found that this one was a little bit more balanced and i know that this is not a fundamental play. Well, really, it's. How do you define fundamentals when you're talking about why you're in amc to me um, if you're looking at it being shut down in the earnings per share and the revenue? No, i'm finding more value in the chance of really light being shown on all these illegal activities and the potential chance of a short squeeze. I am not guaranteeing a short squeeze at all.

Remember. There is risk in anything in life, including everything within the stock market, but for those of you who are following the fundamentals a little bit more and you want to know the numbers that we're being tracked with, i thought this was a fair take on it. Uh right here so we know it was up over a thousand percent and what i wanted to point out right here. In its most recent quarter, amc's cash burn was reflee 120 million per month.

That was during a quarter in which the company had earned 148 million. In revenue um overall they're talking about how the company was cutting a lot of things back and what else can they do? But, finally, the economy the world is back on the upswing. Maybe there is more can do to cut costs, but ultimately, amc will have to boost its revenue to improve its cash flow. That's obviously just logical, like that's, not a groundbreaking statement.
The good news is that studios release a few blockbuster films to the big screen during the quarter. Films like f9 shout out dom toretto a family. You could do anything with family, a quiet place too cruella godzilla versus kong and black widow all earned over 200 million. At the box office in 2021, those are very impressive numbers, so what they're looking to do is boost revenue enough to match its cash outflow.

So, with this upswing in the economy, returning to whatever, let's call it the new normal and all these movies doing well and don't forget, we still have other movies coming out lots of marvel movies, top gun too. Those are the ones off the top of my head. That are still slated for this calendar year that are supposed to do exceedingly well and then for those of you who are just going to be listening to the very specific numbers. Listen for this on the call analysts on wall street expect amc to report revenue of 375 million and a loss per share of 93 cents.

If amc's report matches those estimates, it would be solid progress. So for me i i'm not myself personally, i'm not buying into the fundamentals like for me, i'm not in the trade for like oh did it beat these numbers. Did it not beat these numbers, but a lot of people are listening to that, namely the people who are shorting it so understand. Don't just focus on your.

The only reason why you're in it why you're betting on amc going up do your best to understand why people are actively betting against it. This right here really is the short thesis they're saying hang on. They were losing money, it's a horrible cash burn. Maybe they don't like how much money these brought in, but that's like i mean we're talking about right here, a billion dollars, but right here understand the person you're playing against that's a huge advantage in the stock market.

You want to know why they're in it and the numbers that they're specifically following for us, we're looking at the short interest, we're looking at the shares not adding up so with that. That's great, that's one side of the coin. With this, this is the numbers that the shorts are looking at they're looking at for these numbers to not even we're looking for them to be beaten, not necessarily for our position more for the counter of it weakens the short's thesis they're. Looking at these numbers, the revenue to be bad they're, looking at the loss per share to be exceeding 93 cents.

So we want these to get being not necessarily to help us out, but in a way it would because it would cause more excitement and exuberance, because it's, i guess, making the short thesis that much. I guess less interesting that much less impactful and one of the entities out there who thinks that hang on amc is still worthwhile to throw some money up. You might have seen some people talking about this right here. This just came out, so the effective date is june 30th.
So these were valid data points as of the end of third june 30th, but they were just recently reported and they reported on august 6th. But right here i want to talk about swiss national bank. They bought they currently own 833. 000 shares.

That's a pretty sizable position. So once again it was filed as in it came out on august 6th, but it was valid as of june 30th, and so it's not like they just bought 833 000. If we take a look at this, let me find amc. You can find this all on finto last quarter, they own 195 000 and now they own 833.

So they went from 200 up to 833, as in that's a net of 630 000 shares, plus that they got in the last quarter. So whatever is going on swiss national bank is loading up on amc. It increased it by what 300 percent a 325 percent increase in its amc exposure to the long side. So i don't want anyone out there to think that this is exclusively retail versus some people on wall street, because that is true.

But don't forget, there's that other third party there's a lot of people on wall street who want this to go up because they see it as not only a money-making opportunity, but it's a chance for them to take out their competitors and right now swiss national bank. Whether they're, trying to take out a competitor just make money whatever it is in the last quarter, they increased their position on amc by 325 by buying an extra 600 000 shares of amc. So i don't know if anyone's seen that on twitter, i just wanted to clarify what was going on in that particular situation. In terms of its short interest.

Friday was interesting: they borrowed 6.78 million with a net of 4.6. The short interest is now above 16. We haven't really seen that in a while we're now up to 16.3 percent blows my mind, the stock. It's to me, it looks like it found a bottom.

I don't know i'm not a fortune teller, but the fact that the shorts are getting more aggressive, more bearish. Throwing more money at it, not only in the size of their position, but don't forget that they're paying this cost to borrow fee and right now, on average they've been paying that for 41.6 days absolutely crazy. This shares on loan at 102 million and with this net change, when this updates tomorrow morning, it's gon na, be i mean really what 105 106 million it's been a while, since we're like we're going up higher and higher and higher utilization to start out friday was 92.4 percent - that's probably around 93 94. 95 short interest is obviously higher.

So basically short interest shares on loan and utilization all going high high high in terms of gamestop. Before i do a quick technical breakdown, they borrowed 327 000 net against it short interest of 14. Just so you know, the average shares on loan has been out for 27 days. Utilization just south of 50 shares on loan, probably around 8.25 ish million right now and then in terms of its technicals.
Let's bring this up, let's stay with amc at first. This is the double bottom i'm referring to. If you look at this high from may 27th, that was resistance now, acting as a support in mid-july once again in early august. We're looking for this to remain support break above this level right here, um, which is the high from june 1st, around 33 50..

I want to see a recapture of that and then, after that, i'm basically watching 36 on an intraday basis, but really watching 40 to 42 for a noteworthy breakout, which i would think would lead up to a test of 46 and then 50.. Once again, these are just the levels of support resistance, i'm not telling you, which is more or less likely. I'm just saying these are the major price levels that i want to see how the stock reacts to it and obviously we're just looking for a breakout, followed by a breakout, followed by another breakout, gme, obviously different price levels, but its chart somewhat rhymes. So we recently bounced off of this support, which was the same support in at the end of april right around 1 45.

The rsi was severely oversold, so we bounce off of it we're looking at the breakout of in this region, 158 to 164.. I want to see a follow through from that a quick test of 175. Not only is that previous support, but it's also a key psychological level and then i'm watching 190 to 200 for that follow through so once again. Obviously different price levels - amc gme, though the charts are still rhyming they're still kind of.

I guess stumbling in a very similar direction - excited to see how that all plays out. But overall that's your quick upset on amc. Jimmy, don't forget! Amc is going to have that important earnings call tomorrow after the market closes. I will be live streaming it.

So i'm excited to see what the leadership team says. But, overall, let me know your thoughts in a comment below you.

Were you able to vote on several different questions? If not, has anyone tabulated the votes and number of shares from every question that was asked? This would give far better data and accuracy than just purely relying on Timothy's question.

<Bitcoin hasn't t made any huge noise in the cryptomarket of late. It has chosen to confine itself within the $ 35-$ 40k price range. What’s more, the likes of Cardano, Litecoin, and XRP, alts, doge that had once taken off on independent rallies, have now begun to follow the king coin’s footsteps, but nevertheless, the alts market is predominantly green today, though the gains are relatively insignificant. Most crypt0 currencies are charting increases in the range between 2 % and 5 %, with a few exceptions. At this point, it is essential for the trading volume to pick up the pace, Only when that happens a potential rally can be expected. And accumulate in the BTC market which has become a frequently discussed topic within the cryptocommunity. With the previous subtle re-accumulation pattern expanding, coins have been shift from weak hands to strong hands. BTC’s slumping liveliness on the 7-day moving averages chart pointed towards more market dormancy and increased accumulation or Holding patterns. For most investors in the space today holding seems to be the only way they know and it's due to this fact, coins have been shifting hands, I trade daily so I can keep raising my portfolio regardless of the price condition of the market. Investors and traders need to embrace trading and be more open to it because there are many services these days to help you stay profitable in your trades. I trade with signals from Mr. Rick Richard and I’ve increased my portfolio from 2 btc to over 8.7 btc, his signals are that good and accurate. Rick is a pro trader who has proven his worth and his trade signal service is second to none which is why I’d recommend them for anyone looking to stay profitable in the space. Isn’t the average 1200 per share holder? I saw that somewhere before this vote. I may be wrong but if it’s average then why wouldn’t you be able to multiply is by 4 million?? Average is average example that means 1 person can have 100 the other can have 10000

They can’t talk about value because think about how much a house costs to build and what the value is at the end… way over priced same with cars and everything else. So us putting our own value on something is better than them valuing. Let’s kick this thing upπŸš€πŸš€πŸš€πŸš€

I think we should not fall into this trap they are trying to create with vaccinated vs un-vaccinated. Truth be told it's not for me but I respect everyone's decision if they choose to get it. I only hope AMC will not discriminate against people and will accept both vaccinated and unvaccinated people going forward or you will lose a lot of money. This would create a massive divide not to mention highly illegal. Please AMC do not get involved in this coercion game the Government is ramping up. The only difference between Delta and the other variant is CNN and CNBC…up to their old tricks again..
