Astronauts it's time for an emergency meeting, because i have some breaking amc, news and boy is it juicy? We no longer have to worry about all this share dilution fud because it is set in stone that it is not happening. Here's exactly what i'm talking about this was just filed today, a schedule 14a. Look at this. This proxy statement supplement dated april 27.
2021 supplements the definitive proxy statement followed by amc, entertainment holdings with the sec on march 19, 2021 on april 27, 2021. The board determined not to seek stockholder approval of proposal to prove an amendment, to increase the total number shares of class a comic stock and has withdrawn proposal. One from the agenda for the annual meeting. This annual meeting is may 4th.
We were all concerned about proposal. One then adam aaron, the ceo of amc, did an interview with trade trades and he squashed it. Some people were still hesitant, they're like are they gon na? Do it? Is the board gon na strong on them? And there was some worry personally. I didn't think it made much logical sense, but we no longer have to worry about it.
It's not even a proposal. We're not gon na be voting on it. It's not gon na happen. The 500 million share dilution related to amc it.
We finally can put this to rest. It's not going to happen. Yes, you can consider the fact. For almost a decade ago there was an approval, so there could still be a little bit of dilution from just approval.
That happened. I believe, almost eight years ago, related to 43 million shares, but this entire argument of 500 million shares. It's done it's just over. We don't have to argue about it, not gon na happen.

Shout out to all the Apes who stood their ground on a No vote. You are the unsung true hero’s of this battle. So many Apes were folding and paper handing away the control just like they will when the squeeze hits. Luckily it was the strong majority that refused a Yes vote even in the light of an empty promise to not issue the shares until 2022. Adam Aron didn’t have the votes going into the weekend and had to take it of the table to save face because of you. Now he is “listening to the shareholders”.
If he had the votes the vote would have carried on, this was not a master plan to give hope to the hedge funds. All those who think it is are the same paper hands that were so willing to give up majority shareholder status to the 1%. Apes together strong!!!
What about the 43m shares AA ron is sliding through the back door?
AMC has just also filed that they are going to sell the 43m shares they already have to any bank or hedgdund at a negotiated price that they can use to fill their short positions. No wonder they have removed the 500m share off the vote!!

So instead of a possible 43m shares or thereabouts being issued out of 500m in 2022 they are issuing them now and disguising the fact that they are doing this by saying there won't be a vote? Something doesn't seem right.

Matt, it says they can still issue the 43 mill all at once at anytime. If this happened would it kill the squeeze? I dont think A.Aron would do this since it would piss off his investors so no one would vote yes to 500 million later in a re-vote if he killed the squozen bananas.
