They are doing this so they can do what ever they want with the ape stock and not piss off the investors in amc ake the apes.. The stock tanked after they announced it.. So nobody liked the idea.. It basically does nothing.. The two stocks will basically trade at the same amount at some point.. So they start off at a penny and move up to roughly have of what amc is worth bringing amc down. So now amc can add more shares to ape without a shareholders vote… Looks like we got played but I could be wrong…

Adam Aron is no friend of the squeeze, he manipulates people. Anyone who cannot see this, after he sold as many shares as he could, then donated what shares he could for a big tax break, and trying to create new shares TWICE last year! Yet you all trust him! Lolz If there were ONLY enough APE shares to match each amc share, I would be happy. But AMC can issue BILLIONS of APE in the future. C'mon, you cannot be this blind!
