So uh, to my understanding, Nvidia Reported last night and apparently they crushed it I think a lot of people myself included were starting to think like how much longer could this really go and that's what it did. It just kept going and going and going. So congratulations if you had the balls to play calls on Nvidia um I Know it's not necessarily holding up the best right now.

It looks like it's trading closer to the realm of where are we at 482 but that's still Sky High I Mean it's still green I mean it opened up above 500. So if you took your profits right out of the gate, congratulations to you. Uh, obviously AMC The reverse split went through. the reverse split to be at par value with yesterday needs to be in the realm of 19.

it's trading at 14. So right now AMC is down in additional 28 It it's AMC's crashing. AMC as a company as as a brand uh, it's support based. It is crashing.

It is absolutely crashing. And if you want to know who to blame, I have three I have three right now Regulators Market makers and obviously AMC leadership If you're just sitting here thinking that it's something as silly as like no, no, it's just regular, it's just market makers. Yeah, no, they deserve part of the blame without a doubt without a doubt. But do you know who else deserves part of blame? Adam Aaron and all the sycophants always supporting this guy as if he was on our side.

It was never, ever, ever on the side of retail. There's no evidence that supports that whatsoever. Look at the stock price. Look at the stock price.

It's and hopefully they make. Adam Aaron walk the plank and get him the fuck out. Um I hope there's better management brought in like it.

There's a there's a realistic chance I'm not saying it's absurdly high, but there is a realistic percentage chance that AMC goes bankrupt. it has 5 billion in debt, it has an incredible interest payment, and right now with the dual strike of writers and actors, there's going to be a big lag effect of no movies. How does it survive? How? like just financially? How will it keep paying its bills And there's a realistic shot? It can't, especially with the serious debt burden it already has there. I'm not saying this is going to be definitive by any means, but there's a very real chance that it declares bankruptcy.

Bondholders end up with the company. Um, uh, ever talk to Trey No I have no reason to talk to Trey I'm not interested in talking to Trey uh, he. He's he's gone. He's been gone.

That's what I'd be watching on the Spy Now if you're paying attention the queues. we have a similar situation of a nice Gap up once again because Nvidia crushed it I mean dude, their numbers were insane Like it's just it I Don't know how long this quote-unquote AI boom is gonna last, but it is still apparently going in live.

Well anyway, downside, gut Gap fill opportunity on the cues. you could have played that uh I'm looking for the support. It's kind of still hanging out below the support of 360 660. My next watch would be the low from yesterday 364.36.

I do want to call it out uh here on the cues because it's a little bit more apparent when you Gap up from the high of yesterday And we did Gap up. We opened up at 372.64 and yesterday's high was 370 22. when you Gap up sell down, get the gaffle if you keep selling and close below the previous day's low that's referred to as a bearish engulfing Channel and they don't call it that lightly. The odds surrounding the next couple bars after a bearish engulfing Channel clearly do favor the Bears I'm not saying like with definitive accuracy.

If this happens, we're going to keep selling, but the odds would favor that particular scenario, so just want to point that out. even though we still have many hours left in the day, if we get below and close below 364.36 that would be Bad News Bears And then for that situation to play out in the Spy, it would have to get below and stay below 439 10. So on that note of today, tomorrow, the next day. Uh, remember, the seasonality is here today.

The seasonality, strangely enough, does favor the Bulls and it actually really favors the Bulls. Um, historically, this is on an individual basis. today. Thursday August 24th is one of the singular, most bullish days of the year.

From a seasonal perspective, if you look at the past 25 years, the past two and a half decades, the Bulls have won this day 80 percent of the time. Eight out of ten times, four out of five times. the Bulls win this day. But this might be one of those weird, kind of like rare days.

The Profit Factor is Sky High at 8 56. So if you're looking at the S P 500 every dollar bet in the bullish Direction on this individual day buying it open, selling it close has actually returned 8.56 so dollar spent in 8.56 back. It's a very very bullish day, but thus far it's not looking good. But I do want to remind everyone we're only 90 minutes into the day, so there's a lot that can change between now and the end of the day.

So what is today today is the 24th, making yesterday the 23rd and the day before that the 22nd. So I let Piper run with free reign from the 22nd until the 24th. So all day Tuesday all day Wednesday And now, obviously. uh, we're talking today.

Let's see how it actually did. So it is net ahead. The magnitude isn't something I really care about right now as I'm trying to figure out how to make this strategy a bit better. What I care about is the profit.

Factor 1.45 Not the biggest fan of that. Uh, the strategy itself is about 50 50. I traded 10 times in the long Direction 12 times in the short Direction actually lost money in the long Direction All the money's been coming from the short side on Piper right now. Interesting.

So it is net ahead. We're trending in the direction that I needed to be treading in. Um, this was basically on like a thousand dollars. I'm just trading five micros right now.

Interesting. It's actually more so choppy than anything else right now. Well, that's actually the first time I looked at it I don't know what's been going on because they don't allow you to open up the app from uh, your phone while it's also trading. So I didn't know how things were going so I'm stoked that it's in the green.

Um, I'm very, very, stoked that it's in the green. Um, but I think I There's a couple issues that need to be figured out with it and I have an idea. It seems like sometimes the updates on the trailing stop loss are not as immediate as I want it to be like there's some sort of lag. So I'm gonna have to figure that out.

If you have calls or puts on AMC or ape, there's two things you need to look into. Um, non-standard as in an option. Usually options represent 100 shares of the underlying call or put. Obviously a call you're right to buy.

You put your right to sell. Um, but there are options that represent something else, hence the name non-standard So in this situation, what we're about to think of AMC as of next week as an AMC and 8 converge. The ones that existed before this are still going to exist, but they're going to be non-standard as in not representing what the current normal contract is. Uh.

And also, you're going to want to look into another thing called a process referred to as being made whole. That's it being made whole. And that's when there's a reverse split, or split or merge or whatever. the existing options.

Obviously, they have to do some sort of mathematical change in the back end to make sure it appropriately represents what the new rate is. Whether it's a 10 for one split, reverse split, All that stuff. So if you had options on AMC coming into today, your options are going to be looking different. So now you have non-standard options that were also quote unquote, made whole.

So if you have calls or puts, you're going to want to look into those two things you're going to want to look into being made hold and non-standard options because that's the current situation. When Aim came out and did the share offering at 70, we all should have bailed and when it hit yeah I mean Adam and screwed everyone over. If you're not, if you still think Adam Aaron's on your side I don't like you're just a crazy person like it. like clearly Adam Aaron is not on anyone's side.

how low will AMC go I mean it's a tough call, it could go to zero I don't know if it will go to zero I mean it still has some value. Um, but it definitely could go bankrupt. No. Aaron You're explaining it perfectly because when you do a stock split or reverse tax split, you have to go back and appropriately adjust all the price. So in this scenario, it's a 10 for One reverse split. So all the prices get multiplied by 10 because if you don't do that, you're actually not properly.

So what a chart is is not necessarily a depiction of the right quote-unquote price. It's a depiction of the market cap of the company, which is the price multiplied by the amount of total outstanding shares. That's really really what charts are are showing you is the market cap of the company. and they make it easier by just showing the price.

But once in a while, the equation is the share price multiplied by the total amount of shares equals the market cap. So if you're changing the amount of shares as in a stock splitter, reverse stock split. Well, that means you need to appropriately do the exact opposite thing with the price. so you're properly showing the market cap.

Um, AMC's jumping Shelly You know it. Yeah, no huge squeeze. Right now it's only down 27 that that's A that's a Monster Squeeze right there. Uh, it's it's jumping and it's jumping greatly.

So basically whatever chart pattern or time frame you're looking at so it could be a minute chart 5 15 daily.

Whatever whatever bar chart time frame you're on, all that is on balance volume is you get movement. and if it's a green bar, whatever volume happened within that bar you add to it. If it's a red bar, whatever volume happens in that bar, you subtract to it. So let's just say your on balance volume starts out at zero.

Let's say you open up and you trade whatever a thousand shares and the price goes up a cent. So from opening to close, the bars are actually green. So when it's actually Green from open to close on that bar, you're adding to it. So we went from an on balance volume of zero.

We'll say just because it's green that we're going to go up now. So we're going to add the volume that was traded and in this scenario, this hypothetical scenario, let's say it traded a thousand shares. So now our Obv equals a thousand and we're slightly green on the day. Let's say in the very next bar, instead of going in the previous bar, we went up by one cent.

Let's say in the next bar we go down by 10 cents. So now we're net nine. But let's say in the second one, the volume is only 500.. So there is a situation where the price can go down, but your Obv is actually positive.

So once again to review in this situation: very first bar, we trade a thousand. We go up a cent. It's a green bar so we add to it. So first bar we're up a thousand.

Stock is green. Second bar we come down 10 cents. So now we're down nine cents on the day. But in the second bar we trade half the volume.

So the Obv is now at 500. A thousand minus 500 equals 500. But the Stock's actually down by nine cents. So I I think there's a big big big big misconception of like what Obv is and what it means and what it doesn't mean.
