Please inform me if im missing something with this thought processβ¦ if APE will move up or down based on AMCβs progress or regress, why not sell Ape and buy as many AMC shares as possible. The buying pressure for AMC would be crazy! If we own 80% of the float. And we used our APE to buy more AMC. At the current prices, if everyone did this, we would be looking at an additional 400 million shares attempting to be bought. There isnβt 400 million shares available and we would trigger a massive run up and a really nice squeeze.
As far a APE, it would plummet while we sell maybe to $1-$2. However, if we trigger the squeeze it will run back up when AMC runs. And all Adam Aron needs is APE to be at $10 a share in order to issue the other half a billion shares to dilute and sell into the market. Even if his average price per sell is $5-$6. Thatβs 2.5-3 billion dollars. That would pay off AMCβs debt and then MOASS!!

AMC and APE ARE NOT THE SAME THING!!! APE does not have millions of synthetics!!! If AMC goes to 0.00 and APE goes to $18 then Hedgies will be able to cover their short position. Correct me if I am wrong.?

AMC before was like the bunch of tied chopsticks that no one can break, but now it was divided into 2 groups, AMC & APE. The Hedge Fund have tried to drop AMC, but raised APE. Why so? They let AMC & APE somehow fight each other by selling vs holding. Can AMC be like the bunch of tied chopsticks again. Yes, How? HOLD AMC & APE to destroy The Hedge Fundβs divided strategy.
They are buying APE and lots of us don't even have them in our accounts yet.
By still having your amc shares doesn't mean you aren't paid to cast doubts on Apes
They arenβt stupid. They know they canβt naked short APE and get away with it because the t+90 days to return is fkin gospel due to the nature of the security. However, they can still naked short TF outta AMC

I believe in AA's longterm plan and I bought up what i could about 120 APE shares in the last 2 days just to help buy up any paper handed APES that's dumped, to add to my stash. AA is a genius. Not saying it from a shareholders point of view, but from a business point of view. He made the best of the hand he was dealt and could possibly get rid of AMCs debt if the stock makes a run.
Why sell now? Give it 2-3 weeks, let the synthetics be exposed, letβs us find out which brokers canβt provide APE for their clients and by how much. Wasnβt exposing synthetics one of the benefits of this? Then you can sell later if you want. Patience everyone, sheesh
