It is thursday february 11th and we are getting excited for a brand new day in the casino we call. The stock market get ready, put rocket man on in the background pound that chest with those diamond hands, i'm very, very excited. Today we have quite a few things to go over. I think it'll be a pretty vital fun fun day in the stock market uh.

It looks like actually right before i started streaming. Bitcoin hit a new all-time high crypto is doing amazingly well um. It looks like some of these other socks right here up on the screen. Tilray uh is looking very nice yesterday.

We all got insanely excited for sndl to cross three this morning. It almost hit five. If you swung that position overnight huge congrats, i want to say thank you. Thank you to all you guys.

You talked me into swinging tilray overnight. Uh, very, very excited, very fun. Things coming around today, the cannabis sector, i'm expecting a lot out of it. Don't sleep on disney disney has an earnings announcement after the market closes today lots of lots of things going on, but first, let's kick this all off the big day off with the granddaddy crypto of them all bitcoin just hit a new all-time high.

What is that? Actually, let's mark that out, uh right here, uh, 48. 000, almost 500 - that is awesome. I'm i've been calling for it to hit 50k and i think that it can. We do have some crypto developments, elon just tweeted.

This frodo was the underdog all thought he would fail himself, most of all one coin, to rule them all uh. This is hilarious. It just came out from elon. Whenever he talks about it uh, it definitely seems to shoot up yesterday.

He was saying that he bought uh his son, some dogecoin, it's just all hilarious. We all know that tesla just put 1.5 billion dollars worth of crypto onto tesla's books and also they're gon na accept bitcoin as like payment for their vehicles. As more and more. I guess established companies start to accept crypto those.

I think the companies will do well and crypto will definitively do well on a very high level. I think that crypto in the long term, i'm personally very bullish on it. This is how i'm thinking about it. One you have more companies and governments accepting it, and people recognize it and they're like okay.

This is great and it'll go higher, it's just being backed by more uh big companies, uh government entities on the flip side, if they're actively against it. Well, then, you have the entire, like internet troll community still buying it up kind of as like um an fu to this system. So no matter what i, i really do think that, from a high level view that cryptos are going to be a long-term winner. Obviously, nothing in this entire live stream or any of my videos are financial advice, legal advice or tax advice.

This is just how i'm viewing it and we're having fun as a full group talking about it. So beyond that, though, beyond elon, we do have another one here from mastercard, mastercard to open up network to select cryptocurrencies. This just came out yesterday, mastercard on wednesday, it was set set on wednesday, was planning to offer support for some cryptocurrencies on its network this year. Joining a string of big ticket firms that have pledged similar support the credit cards giants announcements come out after elon musk tesla revealed it would purchase 1.5 billion of bitcoin and would soon accept it as a form of payment, uh, asset manager, blackrock and uh inc and Payment companies, square and paypal have also recently backed cryptocurrencies.

Mastercard already offers customer cards that allow people to interact using cryptocurrencies, although without going through its network. So here's my point more. The the dominoes are tumbling. More and more big companies, especially within the us, are coming around to the world of cryptocurrencies uh.

I think it's going to be mutually beneficial. Yesterday, i posted a small clip talking about how there's a really good chance that apple could get into it, especially if they start putting cryptocurrencies on the whole apple pay thing uh with the wallet app. The sky is the limit for these first adopters and then also crypto as a whole. I'm very very excited.

I just want to quickly go over that news. Obviously, the other big news right now is more on this one, so post market pre-market till ray sndl looking good, it looks like they're selling off a bit. Now we have about 25 minutes until the market does open amc rough times. Let's see how that one plays out um, it's really not good that it closed out yesterday below six gme um, here's what we want amc we wanted above six gme we wanted above 61..

Those are the closest levels of technical resistance. Uh. We would love to see the bull camp. The fellow space safe, show enough strength to get above those levels.

Also, let me quickly bring up this one. I just wanted to share. What's going on with disney disney is reporting after the market closes today, and i just wanted to bring up it's kind of weird on the day that it's having its earnings that we're also seeing this uh right before i started streaming today, so disney's been looking good Um, i was telling you guys how i like this chart. In general, i was looking for a breakout of 183.

We saw that it shot up to almost 190 right now, it's trading at 189 um, but i did just start seeing this. This is trending canceled, disney, plus um. It seems like it's re related to this. Lucasfilms drops the mandalorian star gina following abhorrent social media post.

I don't know what's going on with it, i just saw that it was trending. I don't think that that's gon na it doesn't sound like it's gon na be good news um for disney, so you, if you're a disney fan or if you don't like disney, whether you're going long or shorting it uh. This is a story line to definitely pay attention to um right now: they're uh, disney plus uh, since the the parks were shut for quite a bit of 2020, now they're reopened to like a smaller capacity. So because of that previously, the parks were a huge revenue boost for disney as a whole, and now they've been heavily relying on disney plus.

So it is worthwhile to pay attention to this storyline. Once again, they are reporting after the market closes today, uh, whether it's good or bad. I am expecting a big movement in disney um i've been taking it the fact that people are buying it up into the earnings announcement that a lot of people are optimistic, but hey um, let's see how it plays out, the closest support will come at 183. You have another support at 180 and past that i would personally be watching 160., so 160, 180 and 183 are the closest levels of technical support and in terms of resistance, we're right now sitting at an all-time high.

So if it does happen to break out uh from a technical perspective, we'll have to let the chart develop in this region, but from a human psychological perspective, i would recommend paying attention to 200. Overall, i'm not a day trader swing trader of walt disney, which trades under dis, but i do like it as a just a long-term investment um. They used to have a really really good dividend, so i would love if they can announce on this earnings call tonight that they're going to reinstate it. If they do, i might pick up some more, but once again it's a long-term hold um.

So that's kind of the landscape we're dealing with today. Let me make this a bit smaller i'll, be checking in on ocgan. I still have those shares that we talked about man. It looks like this cannabis sector is selling off this morning, but let's see how it goes uh.

Yesterday we closed at 64. and right now it's at 54. uh, so not the best open but hey. Let's see how it all plays out all right.

A couple questions here about selling calls so uh, it's a little bit more complex like all. Obviously, all this option stuff can get very complex, but just in general, if you're selling it if you're selling a call or put, if you're selling a call you're betting, that the stock won't get above a certain price. Whatever your strike price is, and if you're selling a put you're betting, that the stock won't get below a certain price, and if that does happen, if your call is right, you just collect the premium that you sold it for it's a net debit. When you create it, so if you're right, you just keep that money.

If you're wrong you might the worse, that's going to happen is that it goes uh to zero on you, but then, like you, can structure it in weird ways you can like cover it. You could buy, put sell a put at a different strike um. So that's going to be a more in-depth conversation, but on the highest level, when you sell a call or put you're just looking to keep that premium, if it doesn't go above the price or below it, depending on call versus put by your expiration date. So, for example by tomorrow, if i sold tomorrow's calls until ray at 76, whatever i sold them for, i would keep all that money if till rate doesn't ex get above 76 when the option expires.

Just high level thing a covered call uh between a a cover, call and just buying a call, a covered call when you're selling it um. It just means that you already own the underlying stock so per contract of a covered call. It means that you already own 100 shares of that stock. Why do things uh explode like cannabis yesterday in aftermarket activity and then get crushed pre-market right before open, can't even profit, so uh kevin uh? That's a great question and it's really uh the things gap up and gap down a lot of time, just because that's what people are choosing like these are also just normal market participants like a lot less people trade um during these times, but it's still just people Buying and selling so yesterday, people were buying it higher and higher to the point that it like ran up to 77 and now people uh looks like they're scared, some paper hand, activity they're, just selling off like there's nothing special behind the scenes.

It's just people buying and selling uh whether they think they're getting a good deal a bad deal. Um so we'll see. I really personally, i don't put too much emphasis on pre and post market training just because it's such a low volume of shares that uh, i don't think it's a fair representation of what the quote unquote like normal market participant, thinks that these stocks should be priced At all, right, let's keep going. This is good guys that it's trending, uh, more and more people are interested in it. A lot of this is just like the overall, like pac group mentality, whatever you want to call it uh, but right now that sndl is trending. I think that's specifically very good for sndl, and i also think it's good for the cannabis industry as a whole today. So there's still like a lot a lot of interest in it um.

Obviously this is the flip of a coin but um i'm leaning towards a a positive day. Specifically for sndl, i mean the fact that it's trending right now, but who knows? Maybe all these people got in yesterday and now they have paper hands like there's, no way to really know how it's going to play out any thoughts on nakd. Sorry for missing that, like let me pull up nakd, really quick! Oh it's! Looking nice um 177! So make watch it to break out between 190 and two. I would expect resistance, but after two uh nice, clear sailing, i like this bounce back.

This is a bullish, char, uh, granted, i'm just looking at the daily chart, but uh. My gut instinct is well first of all, it has to hold this level at 150. So if you can do that, just play close, it can attention to 190 to 2 right here, but above two things are looking pretty pretty nice all right. If you guys could all just drop a like that would help me out a huge amount. All that engagement, youtube loves it uh tilray options. Today, lenny uh we'll see how it plays out. I mean you know, i'm in my three separate ones, i'll, let you know what i'm doing so.

Also, why are option calls uh so expensive um. So that's a twofold question. First of all options. One option contract represents a hundred shares, so the leverage rate is just a hundred to one um.

So if you see that an option costs a dollar, it actually costs a hundred dollars, just whatever you see in the premium multiply it by a hundred, but in terms of like why they move so much. There's a lot a lot of things that goes into option. Pricing two, like the list, is a big list, but two of the main ones are, of course, the current price of the underlying thing. So as this goes higher or lower, your option will go higher lower, but also a big big aspect that people forget about in options.

Pricing is the volatility, so even if this is just going up, of course, the option will go up, but if it goes up or down in a very, very volatile manner, it'll go up or down, even more so, for example, till ray. Even if there's a massive sell-off right at the start, the premium might go up if you own a call just because the volatility spiked volatility is a major major aspect of pricing, of option pricing. So uh, if you own a call or put not only do you want it to trend in your direction, but you want it to trend in your direction in a very volatile manner. Would you buy at the open or wait maybe 15 minutes and look for a dip? I like the stock, so for me in my own trading style, i try to always wait uh for the first 15 minutes to play out um, there's just huge volume like people, whether like they're buying or taking profits, whatever um there's a lot of times that i Found that the first 15 minutes are a fake out and because of that sometimes i've misplaced. Maybe i should have done it right at 9 30 when the market opens - and i miss it, but there's other times where i'm super super happy and i tried to trade. A little bit more risk adverse like i know: we've been following these like meme stocks and these massive runners, but i still very, very much like to have like calculated, plays um like at support, targeting my profits at resistance. So for me, if the chart hasn't developed, yet i have nothing to base it off of i.

I prefer to wait the first 15 minutes and really i like to wait even more, if possible, i'm not gon na lie, though sometimes you guys get me so amped up that like uh, i don't have the discipline to really follow my rules like, for example, yesterday's Yolo play it worked out for me like i'm in profit, as of now, who knows we'll see how it goes, but um uh also understand that, like in the long term to have a long trading career you have to be. You can't just follow whims like that. Like you definitely should be um, i don't know a little bit more calculated a little bit more calm, but also once in a while. It is fun just to have a pure gamble there.

There's a difference between these, like yolo meme plays uh. I view them as like more pure gambles, rather than like calculated fundamental technical plays, there's a time and place for both, but no matter what you're doing make sure you're being uh reasonable with your own, like financial situation, your own financial health uh, whatever money i'm playing In the market, it's uh, of course i don't want to lose it, but it is also money that um i'm prepared to lose if need be like it won't stop me from paying bills so guys, please big lesson of the day. Uh just be careful with your own money, your own financial situation, looking at dash for a short play. Do you think it's still trending up after a big drop a few days ago, if so, entry praise, not financial advice? Oh okay, thank you for understanding.

None of this is financial advice with me: uh no dashlex, uh ccc basement this looks bullish. I mean you could try a short at 219, but if it gets above it get out quickly because it could shoot right up if anything, um this chart's looking kind of bullish to me. So would it be smart to buy socks from your opinion if you got it at a low stock price and the current price is higher, so would it be smart to buy the stocks from your opinion if you got in at a low strike price and current Price is higher, i mean jay, that's a good question and it's one of those things that, like whenever you're trading you're going to have hindsight bias of like man.

This is how it played out. I should have done this. I should have done that, like the truth. Is we don't know what the chart's going to look like, so the best thing i can do is just target support like so, for example, look at this right where essen or tilray bottomed out right at 52.

That's where it bottomed out yesterday. So to me, it's an important price level um, but just because it's important like it could obviously get done below it but uh to me it's always about minimizing risk. So if i had no position on till ray - and i really wanted a position - i'd be like all right - i'm gon na try 52 and hold if this support, i might be risking this low down at 46. If i want to be a little loose or if you want to be super conservative right when it breaks this, you could just cut your losses and then try again.

That gets a little bit more complicated if you're under 25k, because you only have so many day trades per rolling five days. But in general, i'm always trying to minimize my risk by targeting the closest levels of support and then in terms of reward like i'm. Just paying attention to resistance, like obviously 67's in resistance, obviously 76 is resistance, and i'm saying obviously just because i know it's like price levels that the stock has been rejected at. For me, the game of trading is optimizing.

My risk to reward ratio, i'm always trying to minimize my risk and then, with my reward, i'm just trying to target those levels of resistance and make sure i'm sure it's like a worthwhile play for my like hard-earned money to be involved with. What do you think about? Sundial is going open up at um. So really i thought sndl would keep trending higher and i thought that there was going to be a dump at the start. But the fact that it's trending on twitter right now is getting me pretty excited, because that means that there's a lot of people like us, just retail traders paying attention to it and if they missed the boat yesterday, they might be chasing it and pushing it up. Higher um so we'll have to see how that kind of plays out um i mean my predictions aside.

It's not going to like much matter we're going to find out in 10 minutes and with my like the way i trade, i'm not going to make a trade in the first 15 minutes, sometimes i'll close a position uh if there's like a nice so remember when I was saying that options uh they're, based on volatility. Well, some of the most volatile parts of the market are those first 15 minutes. So sometimes you can get more money, even if the price is lower than where it's going later in the day, because the volatility is so high. Sometimes it's the best time to get out of uh an options play all right.

I just started with it last week: it's a crypto bank uh, you can buy crypto, it's a trading account for buying bitcoin and like a lot of the other main ones like ethereum, so you can buy it um. Whatever you own, you can earn interest on it and they're also now doing crypto backed loans. Thus far, i've just been in these two i'm earning interest on the uh cryptocurrencies that i own.

You know i'll bring up crypto uh, but, like guys, i've been calling out bitcoin 50k ethereum uh is turning back. This is its all-time high.

At 1825., uh dogecoin has been trading sideways. It's battling it out at this trend line right here. Um i'm in this one. Also a fed legalizes only cgc is set to sell in the us nerd um that that's a very good point. Uh, i'm actually not in sndl, we've been paying attention to sndl because we had a super fun time watching it yesterday, um i'm in tilray.

I i like tilray because of the merger with apha, and also that news related to them uh bringing uh medical marijuana to the uk um, but i mean till ray apha. Cgc are kind of the big ones. Uh sndl is a smaller one, but when you're dealing with these smaller penny stocks, they're going to have the bigger percentage moves, so it's just a higher risk to reward. We all have our different risk profiles.

So it's just up to you um. When you guys ask me of like what should i do, what should i do? You guys have to remember that it's all my own like how i would handle this situation and you shouldn't take what i say is gospel, because i'm not the best trainer in the world. I, like freely freely admit there are many many things i still need to learn about training um. So take what i say with a grain of salt.

Remember it's never ever financial advice and also just remember, like my risk, tolerance might be way lower or way higher than yours, um. Maybe yeah 240ish is like good support in here, potentially, but like don't chase this new high guys, if there's one thing you take away from my trading style, is that i'm not? I like? I don't like chasing new highs, i like to buy on dips.

I like to buy on weakness i like to buy on support um. It's just a way to save you a bit of money once in a while you're gon na miss plays like, of course like uh. Sometimes you miss it because there is no dip brent. Thank you.

You know like if you're up a certain percentage, you can always take that money. You don't have to uh wait till expiration. So if this like spikes today and you're up a nice percent you're like hey, i just want to take that. You can guys just remember you don't have to exercise an options contract and you don't have to wait for it to be an ex in the money or anything like that.

You can look at the percentage change in the premium and when you're happy with it, you can take it most people, don't let options go all the way to expiration, let those gorillas lose time for them diamond hands to smash elvin. It's just halted. This stuff happens all the time it just sold off too quickly too fast.

If it can hold it, you might have a shot of it shooting up, but just not overall, really not my kind of play elite moments note that sndl around 6 a.m was as high as four dollars and fifty cents hashtag matt will do it. I'm up three thousand six hundred seventy percent in sndl. That is crazy. Let's just hope that uh they can catch a bid and like keep moving thoughts on bumble going public today, um i avoid initial ipos, i'm gon na watch.

It we'll see how volatile it is. Uh, most of the time with ipos like a lot of the time, not every time, you're gon na see nice spikes from excitement and then a couple days later it kind of comes down. So if i like the company i like to get in on that like downturn, we saw that with dash. We saw that with airbnb uh.

We saw that with palantir. There's excitement at first gets bought up then comes down, and i like to get in on that dip. Is it still a good time to buy estendale, or should i wait for a dip connor if uh, that's a great question? So if i were playing sndl right now, i would be risking either three dollars and 20 cents or 275.. Basically, you have to be okay with this risk of the daily low.

So that's fine with you. Your support will be somewhere in this region and if it sells off past that you have to cut your losses. So it's just what risk and reward like when you guys go into a trade, just know what price level you're risking and if it hits that price level cut your losses like just formulate a trading plan of okay. It right now, i'm not in sndl.

But if i wanted to get in i'd, be like okay, am i comfortable with rate like risking 2.75? Do i feel confident in breaking about four dollars? Like just know your training plan going in just in srne?
