The CEO of United Airlines Last month the CEO he announced of all the hiring for all the new pilots that are coming up this year all the hiring for the new pilots. the main focus is going to be diversity. What diversity? Not the best. Pilots You can find the ones with the most hours and experience.
Oh that lady was mad there. Cold lady? Nope. diversity I Don't know about you but I'm sick and tired of flying all the time with these white Pilots Landing Safely and on time. Boring all I Know recently about the airline industry is how that Boeing's Under Fire Just because their planes don't seem to be safe.

I hate when these racists act innocent…when they say diversity it means hiring some of those pilots who are equal or very often much bettter than the white candidate or the male candidate who would have been automatically selected previously. This guy sucks…and he knows what he's doing!
Even if what you're saying about Boeing is true–and that's a big if–diversity at United Airlines has nothing to do with the safety of planes made by another company. It is also possible to look up "aviation accidents" to get a chart of every year and how many "people died" and "incidents occurred". In aviation history, airplanes have never been safer. 2022 is the lowest number of both.
The problem is that when everything is going good we get bored as humans and seek to invent horrors so we have something to do. We must fight that impulse.
The diverse ones who have done it before died in 2001. I guess they need to train more pilots 😂😂😂😂

30 years Army Apache instructor pilot. Now retired. My dad was 40 years Army Vietnam vet instructor pilot. Diversity never crossed our minds when training aviators. Either ya can fly, have air sense, situational awareness or ya don’t. We could care the fuck less what color your skin is.
They took safety and quality metrics out of the executive bonus program and pushed DEI metrics instead.
And then a door blew off . . .
