Oh, oh, give me youtube moon gang. I have a bit of an announcement to make to you. I uh well as you're about to see and got myself in a a bit of a hairy situation, as you can see very much a hairy situation and we need to talk about it. We need to talk about it.

We need to talk about it. It was crazy, it was crazy there. I was yesterday with the excitement of a gme aka gamestop stock split. I thought it would be necessary for my detective friend and myself riley reed, to look at what in the world is going on at citadel securities.

So there we were, we were looking around and we were finding some good information. We were lurking lurking and we came to the area of dark pools and all of a sudden security was hot on our tail hot on i on our tail, dare i say - and there was only i i had to sacrifice myself - i had to stop the security Cards from getting both of us with the valuable information, so i said riley do what you need to girl. You keep going i'll, stop the security guards. She continued onward, got over the fence and made it to safety.

I myself got into a scuffle with citadel security. The security guards in this, as many of you know, i am not a well-trained fighter by any means, and i was quickly thrown into a dark pool. They thought i was gone. They thought i was done.

They thought that the dark pool had eaten me alive because nothing has ever come out of a dark pool, but for you all of my valued viewers and supporters and fellow apes, i found it within me a way to finally get out what you see before you Is the now new and permanent non-dead cat lt gray? Obviously it's a bit of a hairy situation. There's some pros, there's some cons, but this is what we're dealing with right now. I hope all of you can understand. I'm not the most happy with the outcome of my fight at citadel, but here we are, and i can at least hang my hat on the fact that our fellow detective friend riley was able to get the important information to the rest of the ape community.

I appreciate your understanding in this matter now. Let's talk about what's going on with the stock market because it looks like it's going to be an absolutely absurd, absurd day, welcome to april, let's get going so the spy going a little bit down. We got to talk about what's going on with the unemployment report that came out about 30 minutes ago, gme we're going to be talking about that currently up 13 in pre-market trading. Yes, yesterday, after the market closed, it was announced that they would be doing a stock split, we'll be getting into the details of that yesterday.

In post market trading. Amc was up currently up three percent. This is definitely a sympathy reaction to amc and then with bed bath and beyond. I just have that up right now, because we know ryan cohen's also involved in it.

So there's a chance, it could have some volatility before we get into the specifics of some of these individual stocks. Let's talk about what in the world is going on in the overall market, apparently the house launches investigation into amazon's handling of deadly warehouse collapse. Amazon's been having some issues yesterday. They also talked about uh, like kind of fighting like a union, that's trying to be formed in new york, but anyway, the dow, the s p, and the nasdaq all slightly up by 0.2.3 oil coming down, and that was because remember there was a oil talk yesterday From biden about high gas prices, so we got to talk about that and then yields are also up.

Dow drops 500 points and worst quarter for stocks in two years. This is the first negative quarter and, as you can see, the worst quarter that we've seen in two years, it concluded yesterday the first fiscal quarter of 2021. So not the best scenario, and this is all obviously because of the macroeconomic backdrop of what's going on with monetary policy and then obviously also the putin's invasion of ukraine. Those both added to the fact that we did not have a good quarter by any means.

But i want to remind you, i need to remind you that april from here until the end of the month, it's very very seasonally bullish. So keep that in mind all right more specifically to what's going on at 8 30 a.m. Et we got the jobs report. Jobs rose 431, 000 in march, despite worries over slowing economy, so we didn't get as many jobs as were predicted.

They were coming, they were expecting 490 000, but unemployment did come down to 3.6 when expectations were 3.7. So not as many jobs added, but unemployment is lower than expectations, which is a good sign for the economy. But the way i would interpret this is what's good, for the economy ends up giving the fed a little bit more leeway to be hawkish to fight the inflation. That's going on.

Remember we're at 7.9 percent, potentially even higher, so a good report for the economy might not be that good for the stonk market because remember if they're, fighting inflation, a side effect of that is not such an accommodative environment. So i wouldn't be surprised if the spy ends up actually kind of trending down on this news. Well, you could actually see it ever since 8, 30, the s p 500 in pre-market trading, has been coming down. Yesterday, you could have played the gap bill to the high from march 28th, which was around 456..

Today i will be watching uh. Let's just call it 446.. This is what i'll be watching, maybe not hitting today, but in general this is kind of the target that i have just some support and some resistance and some consolidation. So that's what i'm looking at in the overall market and very quickly.

I just want to remind you of what's going on the yield, curves key part of yield curve, inverts at short-term rates, jump after jobs report. So we've been talking about this more and more because various ones have been inverting the 20 and the 30, the 5 and 30 the 2 and the 10. Every so often we've been seeing those types of signals: uh they're not really holding too much like they're kind of bouncing back and forth, we're right at that level and just remember the tl dr version of this yield inversion thing is just historically, people have pointed out. The pattern that, whenever the two and the ten invert, always after that um every single recession we have has been preceded by a yield inversion.

Sometimes these yields do invert and it gives a bit of a false signal uh. So that's definitely something you need to consider. We have had various false signals from the inversion, but something to keep on like top of your mind, but it's also, i just want to clarify, not necessarily something that happens like right away, actually, on average, what we see from this is the recession happens, like 17 Months down the road, so it's something that is not like immediately after the fact just wanted to remind you of all that five things to note before the stock market opens friday april 1st futures right ahead of jobs report after worst quarter in two years, we already Went over the job report, unemployment went down, but not as many jobs were added. As expected.

Recession signal key treasury spread flips for first time since 2019. This is the two and the ten and it's saying the first time over the past two days it's flash set, but we didn't close at that point so now that they're saying that we actually had a market close with them - inverted uh people you're, going to hear A lot more about the old inversion, your flattening all that good jazz march hiring expected to be robust, but down for the prior month, russia's troops turned chernobyl nuclear site back on back over to ukraine and gamestop soars as the video game, retailer announces stock split plan. We will be getting into all of this, so, let's start off with ukraine. The west is doing its best to cripple russia's economy with sanctions, but kremlin is still making good on its debt.

Russia has been meaning its debt obligation, despite sweeping sanctions over the ukraine war. The kremlin says russia has the ability to pay its debt, but the west wants it to default. A default would impact russia's credit trustworthiness, making it harder to for the country to borrow they've been hit and back on this particular piece of news with the fact of like they're like okay. Well, if you want to buy our energy now, you have to pay in rubles, and people are definitely talking about that.

We need to talk about oil. Russia avoids default once again as 447 million dollar bond payment goes through even after clearinghouse blocks. The account russia avoided a default as one of its dollar denominated bond payments went through on thursday yesterday to conclude the quarter jp morgan, russia's foreign correspondent bank processed the payment, a source told insider last week, clear stream blocked russia from the national settlement depository, which receives Foreign bond payments so still some interesting situation there, but just so you know from when all this started of where the ruble was at relative to the usd on february 23rd. 24Th.

The rule has actually now bounced back to that level. Germany is preparing to ration its natural gas supply if a standoff with russia over ruble payments escalates further. This is what i'm talking about with ruble they're, trying to force people to pay in it. Germany has activated an emergency plan to cope with disruptions to its natural gas supply.

Europe's largest economy is heavily reliant on russia, for natural gas, germans would have to ration natural gas if supplies fall short, so more pressure in the energy sector, but obviously there is a clear path for this being alleviated, so be careful if you're in energy plays right. Now we also have to talk about what's going on kind of in china with all this oil prices drop below 105 as biden's record release of stocks and iea's emergency meeting, lift supply hopes oil traded below 105 on friday after biden announcement, a largest ever supply release From the u.s emergency reserves, actually in real time as we're talking about it, oil is actually below 100.. The 180 million barrel us release is the third time the biden administration has tapped the spr in the last six months. The iea's friday meeting raises prospects of further reserves, in addition to those in the us, and just to give you a little bit more information on it.

The us is to release 1 million barrels of oil per day from reserves to help cut gas prices. This is something that they could have done earlier, but they just didn't and which is absolutely absurd. Whatever you see going on in the energy sector, this was 100 avoidable um. The biden administration on thursday said the us will release 1 million barrels of oil per day from the reserves.

The scale of this release is unprecedented. The world has never had a release of oil reserves at this 1 million per day rate for this length of time. According to the white house, once again, my question is: why not start it earlier? Oh and like i guess they just don't care about you paying for gas prices. Biden also used the announcement to criticize the domestic energy industry for sitting on 9 000 unused, but already approved permits for production.

This is very much a intellectually dishonest argument and we can get into that a bit more later. So part of the reason not only releasing one million barrels a day, but part of the reason oil has been going down is because of the new lockdown in china's shanghai um and i guess just less of a need for it. But you might think that your trading environment is bad wherever you're posted up right now, trading check this out. More than 20 000 bankers and traders are sleeping in their offices in china's wall street amid a strict, coven, 19 lockdown they're straight up, sleeping and living just so they can trade in their equivalent of wall.

Street bankers and traders are living in their offices in shanghai. Amid the city's strict kova 19 lockdown, some officials in a word that i'm just not even going to try to say i'll butcher it. My apologies, uh china's wall street prepped, sleeping bags and toiletries for workers to stay overnight. Shanghai, a financial hub of more than 26 million has seen a surge in kova 19 cases in recent weeks.

I mean this picture really tells it all like. You might think you have a bad trading setup, but imagine like just having to sleep on the floor like right by you just nuts. Gamestop shares soared 28 after the reddit darling senate plans, a stock split for the first time in 15 years, gamestop surges shares surged 28 in pre-market trading friday. After the video game, retailer said it plans a stock split you in my update video yesterday we did have the exact sec filing and this wasn't particularly written into it, but it does seem like a three to one stock split so basically for every stock, you own You're, if this does get approved by shareholders, all the people who vote you'll get three per one, that you currently have. That's the current estimation, but not etched in stone. The reddit darling said thursday and wants to increase a share count to pay a stock dividend for the future needs, so they're going to 300 million all the way up to 1 billion.

Hence why it looks like a three to one split: the stock split, which must go to shareholders for approval, would be its first in 15 years. In my opinion, this is, i guess, a particular play that the ceo of amc, adam aaron - he should definitely be looking at ryan cohen for the current chairman of gamestop, because this is an absolutely brilliant move. Now, with the stock split, i went into more detail in yesterday's update video, but it really uh think of it like this. You could have one twenty dollar bill and you could convert that and you would have the same money into twenty one dollar bills.

You still have twenty dollars, but you have more bills. So in this scenario, the amount of shares is equivalent to the amount of bills, and this is how it would play out theoretically, but there are certain psychological and also implications in the options market of. Why there's some positive sentiment on the stock split announcement. Recently, we've seen it with amazon, google tesla tesla again apple, all these from the moment of the announcement of a stock split uh.

If you go out for really all the way up until the actual split there was a bear. Oh excuse me a noteworthy bullish reaction once again. Does it really change the fundamentals of the company? Well, in this particular scenario, you could say it's a little bit different just because, when you're doing a dividend, then you have to look at all the people who own the stock and also, therefore, you have to look at all the people who are short the stock. So this entire sentiment of like okay, are all the current shares that are short being legitimately and properly accounted for.

This might be shining some light on it. So once again uh this is not etched in stone. It has to go to shareholder approval and then from there we're gon na get the vote, but right now uh gamestop. This is what's driving it.

It's very, very exciting. I'm beyond excited to see. What's going on today, my only wishes is that i was here in person with all of you and i wish i didn't fall into a dark pool. Am i a little bit happy that i'm the first thing to ever survive coming out of a dark pool? 100.

Folks, but as you can see, it's it's changed it. I don't know i could take on the artistic rendition of like. I am the symbolic embodiment of not a dead cat, but i don't know it's it's pretty hairy, as you can see very, very hairy anyway. Uh, you see other ones moving as well.

Amc other memes rally after game subs share split clam. This is all a sympathy play in this particular reaction. Uh particularly amc. I'm always a little bit hesitant to go on to these other ones, but amc didn't really have an announcement of its own yesterday, but it's still up three percent, which hey green, is good.

I'm in amc, i'm in gme, i'm happy like the more green, the better. I'm definitely stoked about it, but just so you know uh, this was you see, am seeing what they're, referring to as other meme socks uh having a positive uh, really sympathy move based on gme, and then they have some graphs of. We could see how things have been performing throughout the year very, very interesting, but this is a good real-life example of what in the world a sympathy play even is um. Obviously, if you were checking out twitter last night and we can dive into it, jim cramer was like absolutely losing his mind like really really losing his mind on this whole thing, let me check this out i'll show you what's been going on, but last night i Mean he's still like just chirping at ryan cohen, but he like refuses to tag him.

I have given ryan cohen many ideas to save gamestop, including gaming palaces where jc penney used to be in crypto stores the anonymous hapless pathetic anonymous primates did he say anonymous. The anonymous hapless pathetic anonymous again double anonymous. Primates have to go with jimmy chill's plan and it's killing them love you. By the way.

If video game sales are slowing, will that hurt gamestop? Maybe not because of the split i may check in with the mayflies all day to see what they say. My advice by as much as you can at gamestop or have the company merge with bed bath. Chillman wonders why ryan cohen won't appear on mad money on cnbc. He could reach millions, he could blast bcg uh and that's the boston, consulting group who ryan cohen's been like mocking horrendously on twitter uh from now until the cows come home, maybe he's too jammed shopping at gamestop like he.

He just went on full tilt about jimmy, like all that, like all this recent i don't know 20 30 tweets or him just like hating on the apes and like losing his mind over jimmy um. Where do we have some jimmy chills not crying about? What's happening? Just lamenting how good twitter used to be believe me about 90 of you probably agrees me. It was so terrific and i wanted to help restore it, but these people who live behind fake names are morons morons uh, like the cruiser. What else do we have like? He just kept going like look.

Here's the truth before gamestop and amc became what they are. I enjoyed the back and forth with thousands of very nice constructive followers. Since then, it's been nothing but horrendous. Brutality.

Tremendous nazi-like, characterizations and suggestions that i brutalized, like he's just losing it now like this, like put him on full full tilt game. Stop with the split. Can you imagine how high it would go if they had a strategy? Dude is losing his mind very quickly. Let's check in on crypto recently there was a bit of a sell-off yesterday and into the night, but we're currently bouncing in real time solana still holding very, very strong solana, beautiful outperformance loopering.

I'm actually surprised it's not being a little bit better. Just with his connection to gme, but who knows maybe a bit of a delayed reaction, we are about 10 minutes out um and let me give you these numbers just obviously. First, with gme estimated short interest of 22 percent cost, a borrower of 11 utilization, still 100 shares on loan of 21, mil for the overall market, the spy 17 for the tech, heavy nasdaq 13.4 and for the small cap sector 34 in terms of gme here are The levels i'm watching today so if we were to open right now we're at 189. Yes, you have to be careful about a gap bill to the downside at 175.75, which was the high from yesterday.

If we keep going, we basically have a cup and handle situation. So i wouldn't mind if it fills that gap and then starts to push, i would love to see a break of 200. if things get crazy today, a major breakout level is 225.. If we get going above that, we could see some true insanity ensue, but obviously time will tell no one can predict the future.

Not only am i no longer a human but remember i am also not a financial advisor. Nothing i say or do is a buy, sell or hold signal. That's all up to you. You got to do your own dd and you got to be comfortable with your own bets.

It is a very, very bad idea to just follow people on social media for trades. It's a very, very bad idea. I beg of you to not do it in terms of amc. We ideally are going to bounce off of and hold the support.

We got a little bit of that bounce yesterday at 23.65. I want to see a recapture of 27 and then another recapture, ideally of 30.. That would be absolutely awesome. Just judging on.

What's going on with the news today related to amc and jamie, i would obviously just predict in out performance in jimmy relative to amc, because jamie is the one with the news and then the other ones just today are kind of uh like following suit, but i Would still expect them to, in terms of their intraday movement, a little bit more of that lockstep action that we've been seeing, because these are very much traded as a pair. It seems like institutions, hedge funds, retail market makers, high frequency traders, when they do something with one of them. It seems like they're doing the same thing with the other one it seems like retail is going in on these, and hedge funds are either going in or they're selling it or high frequency traders they're doing the they're they're just being treated as the same they're being Treated as a legitimate pair and that's exactly why you're seeing the similar reaction in both of them, so that's kind of your prep up for the morning we're seeing some a little bit. I guess i'm feeling a little bit more bearish in the short term on the spy just because of the report that came out.

It was a very good report which i think will make the fed a little bit more hawkish. But let's see if enough other market participants like view it that particular way but man, oh man, i think it's going to be an exciting day, an absolutely exciting day. We just find these certain pop pockets of them being short uh, but i'd when you're talking about hedge funds and big money, i don't think they love to short a stock. There's a certain amount of them that, like too short, but it's statistically small and they are pocketed on certain equity such as gme and amc. It's not like anywhere close to like a 50 50 thing of like 50 or bulls and 50 or shorts. The market trading strategies and hedge funds and all that stuff, it's just typically generically long like they're, just investing in stocks - hey tony win lambo, hopefully soon, hopefully soon morning, maddie mcdaddy.

Do you have a price target for amc and jimmy today, which are high priced and low price? No, i don't, i think it's uh not appropriate to do time frames or price targets. You just ride the trend, uh price targets they just set up for like expectations that are rarely rarely met. I just i sit here. I enjoy the roller coaster and i just ride it wherever it takes us, but with that being said, depending on gme's morning push i might roll my call options.

I currently have uh ones that expire very very soon, so i just want to lock in that money and then roll that money to a farther out expiration uh, especially because i think uh, depending if the market pushes for all of april. If people get excited about the shareholder thing uh, i just want more time in the play. I don't wan na. I wan na see if i could get my expiration out of the month of april.

So i'll, let you know if i do that and all that stuff will be posted in uh, locals uh, hey the master of cats question. What does a company have to do to offer a dividend stock split? Do they have to become liquid first, or can they have that on their balance sheet? Not really, they just need the stock to offer. So that's why they're asking for shareholder approval for additional stock and then, if that goes through, they'll have the stock that they can give out to all the people who currently own it. So, typically, when you think of a dividend, that's like something you get for owning a stock on a particular date.

So for this it's the people who own gme, if approved, which once again not approved quite yet, but if approved then the current owners. It looks like for every share you have you're going to get. It seems like three additional shares. Never thought i'd be soaking up soaking in financial education from captain these days.

I was the market closed yesterday and i was talking with my team and they're like what should we do? The update video on i was like i don't know, i feel like something might happen and then boom bada bing. We got some news everywhere on twitter.

It explodes gamestop 8k announcement, gamestop gamestop stock split what we got ta dive into the sec filing and then i call it my financial advisor and friend and fellow sleuth riley and i'm like did you see what's going on and she has the bright idea she's like I think there's more to the story. We got to see what's going on at citadel, so i say: let's do it. I film the video we post it. I hop on riley's jet and we get to the grounds of citadel uh, basically felt like we were going into the death star and we're finding heaps of great information of what's going on and, unfortunately, our escape path was blocked and we had to find a new One and we went into a region of citadel's death star that we've never been and we were near all of the dark pools and like this was crazy.

I mean you hear all about dark pools, but to see one in person - man, oh man, oh man. It was a it was scary, i'm not gon na lie. It was a scary scary sight. Well as we're getting out uh.

We accidentally made some noise and security was on to us, so we're running we're running as fast as we can. We basically look like usain bolt and i realize it's just we're not going to be able to get out, but for as much as i cared about the community, the information that we found we needed to get out. So i said, riley go on without me. I'll stop them, so i let her go so she could get over a fence and get on out of there and get back into our jet and get all the information to the apes.

But i had to take on the security i had to slow him down and i did the best i could. But i am a lover: i'm not a fighter and i ended up losing that fight and they threw me into a dark pool and just as we learned through watching all the rocky movies, you don't turn your back on the person. You're fighting you. Don't you don't just assume that you won the fight, so they left they were after riley, but she was long gone and they just thought.

I was stuck in the dark pool because, as we know, nothing has ever come out of a dark pool. Well there i was slowly but surely sinking into this abyss of lost equity, trades, i'm just sinking and sinking and sinking and then boom. I got an adrenaline hit and i realized our fight's not done there's no way. I could just give up like this and similar to rocky getting off the mat like apollo creed.

He looked at when apollo turns around and looks at rocky and he's like. Oh my god he's still fighting. That's how i felt, except it was the middle of the night, and no one saw me. Unfortunately, by the time i got to the service and got out and escaped out of the citadel death star, i realized something was different.

I realized that at a molecular level the dark pool had changed me and by the time i saw a mirror. I realized i had literally become a non-dead cat. I am the schrodinger's cat of the entire market. Now now i've obviously been talking to some of the world's leading scientists to see what can or can't be done, but obviously it's not something that can be fixed overnight.

So this is how i'm stuck right. Now we are in full lt, grey form and um. Obviously, i'm very very happy that riley was able to get out of this whole predicament without any issues and able to get back to the ape community uh - very, very good, i'm proud of that, but um this. This is sometimes the sacrifice you have to make when fighting for market transparency, and i have to ask all of you if, like if you're, not willing to go into a dark pool to save the day, not knowing, if you're ever going to come out like who Who's going to fight for the community someone's got to fight for the community, but here we are seeing what's going on with the market, and you know maybe we're stuck like this - maybe we're not only only time will tell what do we have here hang on.

I think i found out some of the what's going on with roomba all right they're checking in on the issues. Are we going for a gap bill uh very much feels like it out of the gate. The gme gap fill is the specific level is 175.75 17575. The market looking a little bit heavy remember with the s p 500.

You might be looking at the unemployment and saying hang on. That was really good. Unemployment came in lower than any expected. That's good.

More people are working, it is, but it's so good that it's showing the strength, the economy and with a strong economy. The fed really doesn't have a reason to not be more hawkish to fight the absurd inflation that we're battling and they're the mannerisms in which they fight inflation. The side effect is not so good for the overall equities market, it's a less accommodative environment, so that could have it's interesting. We're in this weird.

I guess like split scenario, where a good report for the economy can actually end up hurting the stock market, because of just like this current situation that we're in right. Like are you even uh ape? If you haven't fought the evils of a dark pool for market transparency, i literally ate a bear once uh i mean the the things i had to go through in that dark pool. Then we take that post-process image find the location of this little blob of pixels draw a circle around. It then take that circle copy it draw it on the original image boom tracking fish fish track and honestly that was most of the hard part.

I just added some random stuff, like the tickers and some logic, and i think we're ready to test it uh without actual money, because i don't know if it works all right. So you should see these lights turn on, including the fish tank one because it's i wired it to this relay box over there and the program should should turn them on automatically any time any time it will turn them god fucking down.
