Massive massive day yesterday, especially for Bed Bath and Beyond and we saw some sympathy plays playing out in the world of AMC Jimmy so we'll be talking about that. Unfortunately, that bed Bath rip to the upside was very short-lived because right after the market closed, they announced a new dilution, a new offering. they're trying to raise money and that absolutely crushed the stock, so it's pretty much back to right where it started. We're seeing a little bit of weakness in the overall Market including the stock market futures and also crypto just because of some concerning comments out of the Fed this morning.

So we're going to be going over that. We're going to be doing some specialty streams today because at 12 40 PM ET So during the lunch hour we are gonna have to be kind of checking out what chair pal the chairman of the Federal Reserve is saying because he's speaking at some sort of economic Institute I believe in Washington Allegedly this got scheduled last Friday so everyone's saying wait, why is this coming out of like thin air like What's Happening Here Kashkari and other Fed member was talking this morning and he was sounding pretty hawkish like it it feels like we're having a Vibe once again. Remember in July and August of last year 2022 how the market ripped for Mid July to mid-august a full month and basically the market got ahead of itself. It was getting into this mindset that no, the FED is going to start to be a little bit more dovish.
they're going to probably cut rates in 2023 and then in August I believe it was the Jackson Hole meeting. You can see it because in mid-august there's one big red bar and that's the day that Chair Powell reminded the world that they are in fact very serious. They're not bluffing and they are hawkish. I'm worried that that might happen again today.

So right now to from the start of the year until this moment, things have been good. the Bulls have been winning, the money has been made to the upside, and obviously I want that to continue not only for your account my account but retirement accounts Pension funds ETFs That's amazing, but it doesn't necessarily mean that it's going to go that way. Just because we want something to happen doesn't mean that's how the market Collective is actually going to react. which is exactly why we have to listen to every single thing that chair pal says today at 12 40 PM ET Obviously I will be streaming that will start at 12 30.

So we're going to have like a little bit of a weird schedule today if you're watching this live I'm happy that you're already here. Good morning, good morning, good morning. But yeah, we're going to be streaming until about 11. We're going to take a quick break for an early lunch and then we're going to be streaming once again at 12 30 today.

So that's for the overall. Market I Do have some news on some earnings, other macroeconomic reports, interesting updates in the world of AI We also have an update of Kim Kardashian is apparently being paid a lot to now speak to hedge funds which I think is absolutely hilarious so we'll be getting into that. and then if there's any questions, comments, concerns on the new Bbvy news Gme AMC More than happy to do it if you want to do chart reviews. if you have questions on Futures if you have questions on options.

Happy to do it. but just because we spoke about it a little bit yesterday and some people were kind of dming me about like I I'm stoked. It's not my best video of all time, but it's my well in terms of content creation. Yesterday I showed you my best video not counting streams, but my best video and it made like 16 17 because I'm rich Now That's what it's like to be the world's best.

Finance Content Creator: Apparently your best piece of content is worth about 16 or 17. Well, I got some questions about it and yes, it is still continuing to go folks. Uh, you might have thought I was beyond wealthy yesterday. Well, I need to show you something I need to show you something related.
Hang on. let me just get this uploaded so you can see my newest levels of wealth. Folks, the video is still running Bada Bing Bada Boom! Your boy has now made twenty five dollars and fifty cents yesterday when I was just under 17. I know a lot of you in here.

A lot of you naysayers were thinking to yourself, no way is he gonna make more money. no way is he going to be raking in the big bills with his money rake. We've talked about this before, but I went all over Manhattan I went to Home Depot I went to Lowe's I went to every hardware store I could find to get a new rake for all of this money just to clean it up off the ground and I was mentally prepared to try to get the money for 17. but now that it's running up to 25, another eight dollars and fifty cents.

what? Wall Street You guys want me to play Wall Street It deserves it. I mean when you have your best piece of content and you make these kind of kind of like just returns I mean hell yeah Team Hell yeah. I've made it I've made it I'm gonna probably own a hedge fund by like I don't know I'm not the best at math, but maybe by the end of this week. Thursday Friday at latest Saturday I'll probably be buying a new Penthouse in Manhattan Obviously huge.

Um I think the most recent one the big one. Michael Dell From Dell computers he bought a big penthouse for like a hundred 120 million dollars. Uh, so I'll probably be buying that from him this weekend. Maybe that maybe a carton of eggs as well.

To top it off, just a dozen eggs. Maybe a baker dozen eggs. I Don't know when you have this kind of money, it's almost hard to understand. like I know a lot of you probably haven't dealt with this, but when you become in the same like when I when you're rubbing shoulders with the world's Elite and I'm not talking about the ones that are publicly listed I'm getting phone calls all night from the secret ones.

the Medici families calling me up. The Rothschilds family is calling me up, all of the oil Baron money the The Rockefellers Like like all of a sudden when you're here all of a sudden, everyone's like, all right, yeah, like this. it's I'm a heavy hitter now folks I am now a heavy hitter with this type of income. Um, so the world better watch out.

I don't know how much longer my career is because I might be able to retire on this I did the math out. Um, if I invest this in the overall stock market for like the next 30, Years might be worth about 40 bucks by the time I retire. Um, so I'm sure there's certain tax advantage ways that I could take advantage of this obviously. Uh, so I'll be looking into that with a new team of lawyers.

but yeah, this guy can buy two 18 Garden eggs Matt that's the short term game, so tax at 37. Yeah, that's why I'm gonna probably put it in the Cayman Islands But my issue is is I'll probably end up buying the Cayman Islands first. So that's the goal is I'll buy the Cayman Islands and then I'm going to, uh, create the laws that are even more favorable for me. and then I'm gonna put this money in the Cayman Islands that I now own.
so it's gonna be a good one. gonna be an absolutely good one. I'm excited for it! Um, for those of you who are curious, this one is called the Top five Richest Families in the world. And if you want to help me game the YouTube algorithm, there's a new one that I just put out the top three richest people in the world.

So this is the top five richest families and it's hilarious because it did nothing for 70 days and then the internet decided that they wanted to fight with me. If you want to laugh, look at the comments. they're really really funny. So I figured let's game the algorithm and I did a top three richest people in the world and we're gonna see if I could double this up.

If I could go from 25 to 50 the world world's my oyster. I'll just buy entire nations at that point and you're all invited. We could have just like a Goonies party we'll We'll have an island meet up type of a thing. um so just wanted to keep you updated on that.

We'll see how it runs throughout the week but in getting absolutely crazy. So now that more people are in here, good morning, good morning, good morning, let's get ready for the overall. Market Let's check in on Crypto. Let's talk about the memes and then just other important things that you should know for today.

Um I Do also want to go over the seasonality of the day. Where is that right here? Okay, cool. So ever since Friday the 6th we've been ripping. In fact the S P 500 uh, kind of a check on the overall Market year to date is up 6.6 I'm of the opinion that maybe it's run a little bit too hot and we either need a pullback, but the pullback could actually turn into a legitimate sell-off depending on what.

Jerome Pal, the Chairman of the Federal Reserve here in the US says today he's the leader of our Central Bank and he has way way more of an impact on your life than you could ever imagine, especially from a financial standpoint. But I would also argue from like a religious a mental health a metaphysical standpoint as well. But that's just my own opinion. We could talk about it later right now.

A little bit of weakness in pre-market on the Spy. We are down point two percent after dropping point six percent yesterday. So a little weakness? nothing. Nothing too crazy.

but I think there's a little bit of apprehension going into the meetings today. I could show you this profile likes. Um, so the things that already happened this morning right here: Feds: Kashkari I Was surprised by the Jobs report in January So Kashkari is another Fed member. He's not the chairman, but he's still an important one.
Um, so we're giving some hawkish commentary from him, which in this scenario is not good for the market. In this particular scenario, a hawkish Fed is most closely related to a bearish play out in the stock market. Hawkish is just more of, uh, it's a restrictive thing. it's a restrictive mindset and basically you're trying to to battle inflation.

So he was already speaking this morning and as you can tell among other things because we also got some updates of other world central banks and whatnot a little bit more restrictive. Market Not liking it thus far, but what's really this is all going to end up hinging on what Jerome Powell says at 12 40 PM ET Today, so near the end of our lunch hour, we're going to be doing that specialty stream to talk about it and to listen to it and to react to the market in real time. so please pay attention to that. Sac Features are little changed as investors await Fed Chair Pals Speech A little bit of a surprising speech once again, especially for those of you who are late to class.

First of all, Demerit, you should never be late to class. This starts at 9am sharp. Unless we don't then it doesn't. But you get that.

Anywho, everyone's waiting. Everyone is waiting for like this awkward, like midday lunch discussion because apparently it was just scheduled on Friday of last week which is a rarity for our Fed members to kind of do this stuff and everyone's kind of thinking uh oh, was the jobs report too strong last week and is Daddy pal gonna come in and just Crush everything Now the Dow, the S P, and the NASDAQ are all slightly red. oil's bouncing a little bit so I Know this is obviously a little bit different than the overall Market but we should talk about oil I'm still in Oxy It's getting to that point where I don't want to experience that much pain, much more pain. Basically, if oil goes below 70, I have to get out if it gets below and stays below 70 I have to get out because it means my thesis is bus right now.

My thesis is basically because the Strategic petroleum Reserve here in the US has been so depleted. My thesis and basically just listening to what the Biden Administration has been telling us is if we go below 70, I think they're going to be aggressively buying. so I think the built-in risk is only five dollars, five dollars below where we currently are. so if it goes below it and snaps in the Biden Administration doesn't buy oil I'm kind of screwed.

but I don't think there's really that high of a chance that we go and stay below 70. So I was getting close. I'm getting close to my pain point, but I'm still holding my position so we could talk about that a little bit later and yield going up ever so slightly. Five things to know before that: Bell goes dignity ding ding ding today Tuesday February 7th.
So moving on. Okay, we talked about the overall: Market We talked about the fed. You kind of get the idea. Things Are Gonna Get Crazy There's a little a bit of apprehension, a little bit of uncertainty right now and then.

Obviously there's always that burst of volatility when the Market opens that will happen in 15 minutes. Then there are some other reports and stuff to pay attention to today, but really, starting today for the remainder of the week, there's a lot of Fed discussions, but the most important one is from Jerome Powell today at 12 40. welcome to the AI Wars So Chat GPT was kind of the big popular one, but now it has two new competitors. one from Google named Bard and then we have another one from Baidu named Ernie.

We'll be going over that, but the world of AI is continuing to explode. State of the Union time when he delivers the State of the Union Address Tuesday night, President Joe Biden will have a big stage to defend the economy under his watch. So the state of the union is tonight. Uh, I was kind of tossing around the idea, do you guys want to watch that together or do you not really care? Uh, thumbs up.

thumbs down if you just think it would be kind of I Don't know. We could probably make like a drinking game out of it or something, but there is the State of the Union Address tonight. Tuesday I'm willing to do it if you guys want to do it. If there's people who just want to hang out, we can make it a drinking game or we could just have fun and probably laugh.

Um, let me thumbs up if you want to do it. Thumbs down. If you don't really care because like it is going to have an impact on the economy and thus also the stock market like they're going to be addressing it, they're going to be talking about inflation like it is going to be important. Some thumbs up.

Some thumbs down. Make it a betting game. I'll go to the liquor store. Okay, uh, what does the future of TV hold? Not really too important for US unless you're like big into the streaming.

but I think streaming will still eventually win out I I Just don't think people use cable that much anymore. putting on a premium experience. Uh, America's biggest movie theater chain is rolling out a new tiered pricing plan for seats to AMC send money. It would start charging for more seats with so-called preferred sight lines meaning the middle of theaters will also have value price seats in less desired parts of the auditorium.

so kind of the same way in Planes when you pay for the better seats. That's apparently now what's going to be happening with AMC and theaters. There was an interesting tweet about this that I just didn't think uh, it is from Elijah Wood So when this came out Elijah Wood the actor from Lord of the Rings uh, he had kind of an opinion on this that didn't really cross that my mind. but I see where he's coming from? The movie theater is and always has been a sacred Democratic space for all in this new initiative by AMC would essentially penalize people for lower income and reward for higher income.
Uh, so kind of the way. in Plains or Stadium if you're going to a show a concert like you pay more to be closer, you pay more for the better seats. Um, AMC is just I guess duplicating a business model? That's common, but I Kind of see what they're saying. It's basically saying if you have more money, well, you're in the world of getting better seats and I don't know I just wanted to get your thoughts on it because I don't think it's necessarily devious because we've seen that business model so many times before.

Like if you're first class when you're flying, you're going to pay more. If you're in the front row of a comedy show or a concert, you're going to end up paying more like you're paying for what's perceived to have more value. Better seats, Better seats. I Movie theaters haven't done this yet.

I mean I Remember growing up where you couldn't even get movie theater tickets on a website or an app you? It was just the people who showed up first, got the best seats or they picked their seats and then obviously if you were late you got not as good seeds. and now before this it was more of like the people who still pick first like you log in and as soon as the New Times are dropped, it's people who were quick on their phones and now it's still kind of like that. But also the quote unquote: premium seats will come at a premium in cost. Um so I don't know I'm kind of torn on it and that's why I wanted to bring it up to you I guess for a little bit of discussion, a little bit of uh I guess sharing of opinions.

The stadium in music venue is much larger than a cinema. The cost difference more than a cord or it's a rip-off is called capitalism. If you're cheap, you're last. Not true.

It depends when you get in first for comedy. I watched Chris Delia from San Jose and paid the normal fee. Yeah, but was it no. Like sometimes there's surprise comedy guests or if you're just getting a comedy show without a headliner.

but like if you know whatever Kevin Hart's show is coming up to a stadium near you, you're going to end up paying for closer seats. It's that's the difference between like uh I guess the main ACT versus like if it's just a show and you're kind of Gonna Get A random assortment and sometimes I mean here in New York I've gone to shows where there's huge name people that you didn't even know were going to perform that night. Uh, let's be real. Are the theater ushers going to take tickets and enforce it? Well, They might get mad when other people bought that seed if you're sitting in their seat type of a deal.

People use the term Democratic to freely Loosely and accurately. No movie theater is not a democratic space. Yeah, that's fair. I I Agree that third, you I did the never really glad I must not congratulate anyone who made money off of it.
Well anyway, just wanted to share that uh, it doesn't like it was just a thought that I didn't have didn't cross my mind. So I Wanted to open up the floor for a little bit of discussion so we know the overall Market's doing well. Obviously at this point you should know that pay attention to. Jerome Powell Today we're going to be listening to it.

We're going to be doing a special stream. It will have a big impact on the market. but the big news from yesterday was how much. Bed Bath Beyond Ripped.

Uh, in fact, Bed Bath ran 92 yesterday and is now down 48 in post Market Which means if you run 100 and give 50 back, it means you're back to break even. So, we're at the point where Bed Bath is now officially worse off right now than it was at any point yesterday, which just kind of shows you and you might be thinking, well, what led to this massive rip and then also a massive sell-off is what you have right here: Bed Bath and Beyond Surge 120 then plunge as the embattled retailer secured a one billion dollar fundraising deal to avoid bankruptcy. So dilution. Uh, Bbby, the ticker symbol had a crazy run yesterday, up 120 at best.

It closed at 92 and now it's currently worse off than it was at any point yesterday. and basically what happened as it went up, the company decided to dilute, they decided to raise money, they decided to sell into it, and now it's worse off. Stop me. If you've heard this before, Stop me if you've heard this discussion with any other company going on.

But if there is an ability to dilute when things are getting crazy and things are ripping, it would be super stupid for the leadership team to not dilute because their whole goal is to raise money, especially if they have serious amounts of debt or if they're facing bankruptcy in the face. Bed Bath and Beyond surge as much as 120 on Monday Before plunging back as the Home Furnishings retailer secured investor comments to raise over 1 billion in capital to avoid bankruptcy. I.E Dilution and after hours, the company announced the funding deal, so it ran all day the market closed. That's when they announced it.

The firm, which is teetering on the edge of bankruptcy, plans to issue convertible Preferred Securities and warrants. According to his statement, it said it would immediately raise 225 million through the sale in a deal that would eventually rack up more than one billion with a B. A convertible preferred stock is a type of equity security issued by companies, giving the investors the right to convert its preferred stock into common stock after a defined date. I Just wanted to let you know what that was about.

Just some similarities, some differences, but overall there has been a big issue within. like the retail Ape Community Somehow thinking that dilution is good for stock price in the long term, it very well might be because here's what you have when you dilute, you are popping up. Supply Which brings the price down. So in the short term, dilution is not good for stock price, but that money that's raised if it's used wisely, if it's used efficiently, if it's used in like solid business practices in the long term, it could improve the trajectory of the company.
So when people are talking about is dilution good or bad, Well, you're in this scenario you're talking about. Okay, well how are you defining good or bad? Are you saying good is for the stock price, or are you saying good is for the fundamental trajectory of the company? Are you defining good and bad to be the short-term stock price reaction Or the long-term stock price reaction? There is a big misconception that dilution is good in the short term, and that's simply not true. And then could it be good in the long term? Without a doubt it could be. Without a doubt it could be.

It comes down to how was the money used. Was it used in good business practice that improved the company or was it mismanaged? So with anyone? Obviously, every Capital race situation, every dilution you have to realize what's going on because even though they're similar, they're not going to be exactly the same. So right here in the short term, whenever dilution is announced, you could expect the price to come down. Now in the long term, Will this help get Bed Bath out of a bankruptcy situation? Maybe it depends on how they use the 1 billion in funding.

Are they going to spin off by by baby? Are they going to spend off the Bed The Bath? Perhaps the Beyond Is it just going to be Bed Bath? Is it going to be Bath and Beyond Is it going to be Bed and Beyond I Don't know. We have to wait and see. but my point in bringing this to your attention is first of all, if you made money on Bed Bath yesterday, if you were treating it as an active trade which is exactly what you should have been doing, Congratulations to you! I'm happy for you. It's a little bit of a degenerate play, but you can still make money on degenerate place if you ended up unfortunately swinging it from yesterday to today.

If you had call options I Feel sorry for you like this is what happens in markets. sometimes not everything goes your way As much as there was a chance that it could have been ripping. if they decided to announce the dilution, maybe tonight the stock could be higher as of now. Unfortunately, they announced it yesterday and I Feel for you like this is just going to be a part of trading and it's a good reminder why you shouldn't go all in on one trade.

but also Beyond Just Bed Bath I Think this is a good reminder of what is dilution and what isn't dilution because there's a lot of misinformation going around about it. Wed Bush Cuts Bed Bath and Beyond Target to zero amid the last effort to avoid bankruptcy. Like literally just saying, this thing is going to zero. If this is a without a doubt a final ditch effort, this is the Last Stand of Bed Bath to try to stay as Bed Bath and Beyond.
But most likely this is just kicking the can down the road and it seems like all roads are gonna lead to Zero for Bed Bath and Beyond most likely going to be split up into parts and sold off for whatever the highest bidder says. We are still in the middle of earnings season so this morning we had BP Actually Record gains kind of crazy stuff after the market closes. Today we have Chipotle tomorrow's the big day of this week. Not only do we have Wendy's but we also have Disney so just wanted to remind you that um, you could take the screenshot if you want to go to at E-whispers on Twitter I like this but this is we're still in earnings season and there are more earnings next week.

but this is kind of the last major week and the volatility of these big earnings announcements will calm down after this week. Nintendo Cut sales forecast for its aging switch console after disappointing holiday season, so across the board Nintendo missed so not the best update. but what was pretty good was BP BP post record 2022 earnings to join Big Oil profit Bonanza Bonanza What a fun word to say. but yeah, oil has been making crazy crazy crazy pot.

it's in 2022 Thus far, not the best start in 2023. Oil has been kind of sideways a little bit down, but obviously there's a lot more time left in the game. In terms of macroeconomic reports, this is the next major thing you need to know. All right that just disappeared.

Uh, but Jerome Pal 12 40 PM ET Today I will be streaming and speaking at the economic Club of Washington I'm worried that he's going to crush the market after that. Michael Barr The vice chair of the FED will be speaking at two and then we get Consumer Credit Uh, later on this week there's more Fed members, so please pay attention to that. Actually yesterday or excuse me tomorrow February 38th There's going to be a lot of fan members speaking so it's going to get a little hectic depending on what they do or don't say. Speaking of that, Feds, uh, Kashkari says Central Bank has not made enough progress keeping his rate Outlook So that was early this morning.

Early this morning, Kashikari, another fan member, went out of his way to say hey, we are still hawkish The economy, as in, inflation is not where we need it to be. We are still aggressively fighting it, which is not good for the market and it's a good reason that we've already seen the Spy kind of selling off. Today we went from 411 to 409. Remember, my one active trade that I currently have on right now is an S P 500 and SPX put for not this Friday But next, Friday when the Market opens, there's a good chance that I'll maybe be in the realm of break even.

I Don't know. it kind of depends, but it's more of a swing trade. I Posted it on Locals if you're interested in any of my trades or anything like that Macquares.locals.com It's pin actually pinned to the top of Chat right now if you want to know my trades, If you want to share your trades, we do some private streams. all that good stuff pinned to the top of chat Matt Cores.locals.com If you there's a free version and a premium version.
You can get the premium version for one free month by putting in the code Goonie, G-o-o-n-i-e Macquares.locals.com Pin to the top of Chat Put in that code. Goonie, Test it out, see if it's for you. But right now I Think this trade is about to pay actually I Kind of want to open it up to see where I am I try to not watch my swing positions every single second. Go portfolio.

Where are we at All right? Dignity Ding ding ding ding ding ding ding. The casino is open. Best of luck to all. Be safe if not have fun.

If I had to throw out a guest today on the Spy I think it's going to be really choppy mess until we hear what fed Powell has to say Fed Chair pal has to say bed Bath getting absolutely crushed and the reason that AMC and Jimmy were up was because bed bath was be like absolutely ripping and it was being traded as a pair. So the fact that Bed Bath is down I think there's going to be some apprehension today in AMC and Jimmy Obviously I would love for them to rip I would love for them to rip faces off. but I don't know if the odds are pointing at that. at least for Market Open I Think we're gonna have to wait to see how things settle today.

Um, today's P l I don't know where I am break even on that one SPX Put I don't know if I like this mobile app I'm much better at the um their web app. it says on break even Uh, so in total I think I'm down 12 bucks right now. we'll see how this one plays out. Matt Let's stand up.

Okay I'm here I'm standing remember Oh shoot I forgot to another reason to get into uh right here. I post this in locals which in itself has a lot of value. So I wanted you guys to know the seasonal bias of today: Neutral with a little bit of a bullish tint. So today is the fifth trading day of the month.

Over the past 25 years, the Bulls have won 60 of the time. Obviously the Bears have won 40 of the time. The profit factor is bullish 1.62 But really, if you look at the equity curve, we have a win. It did nothing and recently it's been winning.

So that's why I'm saying it's mainly neutral with a little bit of a bullish bias. So if you like training on seasonality, just knowing how this has played out, I mean I'm literally posting this every single day over there in locals. Uh, so just wanted you to know the seasonality of the day. Um, neutral mainly and a little bit of a bullish.

I Don't know Hue to it if you will, but will that really come into today? I The fact that it's neutral from a seasonal perspective? Uh, what? I'm really gonna be thinking about is more so of the FED meeting. I Think today is going to be 100 decided 100 decided on what Jerome Powell says today during the lunch hour for those of you who are very late to class, just tuning in. Now, we're going to be streaming until 11. so the next hour and a half watching the market, seeing what's going on.
just like all this absolute craziness, and then we're going to be doing a specialty stream at like 12 30 today. we'll be starting at 10 minutes before. Uh, we really have to get going. uh with the FED Uh, so we're gonna see.

We're gonna see, we're gonna see. In terms of the Spy, we're slowly drifting down and I think this is just a realistic pullback because the market has clearly gotten ahead of itself. So today we have the FED meeting at 12. 40.

Later on this evening we have uh President Biden doing the State of the Union Address where he's definitely going to be talking about the economy inflation. So between today and really tomorrow we have a lot of fed meetings. Um, you should be paying attention to technicals obviously. but please understand that there's going to be just whipsaw based on important people saying important things.

and then the market Collective is going to be deciding if it's bullish or bearish. So we're gonna have to wait and see how this all plays out. But my only active position right now is that one SPX put for not this Friday But next Friday I'm still feeling good about it and just because I I feel more confident in Jerome Powell crushing the market rather than like causing it to pop. But who knows I'm wrong.

Maybe I'm wrong. We've seen him pop the market before. It's just like that timing. With this and the strength of the Jobs Report, and now that multiple Fed members are saying that they're kind of not happy with how the market reacted to the Jobs report, it makes me think that Papa Powell is going to come in today and kind of set the record straight.

We see AMC and ape going down. We see Gme going down. My best reasoning for that is they're going down then. Remember we're only four minutes into the day.

A lot more time in the game is because Bed Bath is down like roughly 50 percent and they were following Bed Bath yesterday. People are asking about Mullen what's going on with Mullen Mullen it's break even. What's the daily chart look like uh, if I were in Mullen right now if I bought this breakout, my if I was looking at the daily chart, my current risk would be 39.20 or you could make it 41. but I would actually do it at 39.20 assuming that my entry was on.

Like, let's just say roughly this breakout at 35.. if I entered at 35, my trailing stop loss would be set to 39. So I'm guaranteeing myself what is that? Five cents. So five cents? That's a pretty decent percentage I mean was that 15? I'm I'm guaranteeing myself.
Well, actually, we could just tell it right here. 11 No. 12 about I Would that would be my trailing stop loss? It's starting to look a little heavy if it craters below 3920. We officially have a lower high and there could be some selling there.

but I don't really trade Mullen I Do admit that Mullen could be a very, very fun trade. A very, very fun trade because there's massive whips to the upside to the downside, but it's not an investment in my book. Bed Bath looks like it just got Halton Yep, Bbby a trading Hall Too much too volatile in the past five minutes to the upside. so it's going to be a five minute haul.

It'll start training again at 9, 45 and 12 seconds is when Bbby will be trading again. So if you need to understand anything about this, it's the NASDAQ Uh, maybe I should tweet this out. Uh, if you just search uh NASDAQ L-u-l-d you can find right here. All about Okay, here's all the information that you're going to need.

All About Lulls. Oh what do we have? Uh, altered again? L-u-l-d info. All right. cool.

Put that out there for the world. The Spy coming down. How's my position? Dude, That's the big thing is if I'm in profit, if I'm in profit, I'm in profit Now this is a big question. If I'm in profit, do I take them before Jerome Powell speaks.

Do I take my money before Jerome Powell speaks. That's a good one. That's a good one. That's a good one.

That's a good one. Why is Nintendo closed? Doesn't Nintendo trade on the Asian market the Japanese Market I Don't think Nintendo trades on the US market. Profit on spy put I have I only have one SPX So it's kind of like an All or Nothing situation Jesus Look at this volatility. the Market's going to be whippy today.

It's going to be clearly whipsaw. Central take your profits before he speaks. Well right now I probably just went negative I mean I I went positive as it was diving right there. But we'll see: I don't really want to do anything before 10 a.m Um I guess I'm not opposed to locking in profits before 10 a.m but I definitely don't want to create a position.

but I'm expecting just whips all like to the upside to the downside: I'm not expecting really clean movements until potentially in the middle of Jerome's conversation when people get a better understanding of what he will be saying or what he won't be saying. For those of you curious about the market internals, Uh, very neutral right now. like we opened up neutral. So the market internal is not a clear bias one way or the other if we look at all the relevant moving averages down.

Uh, we are stacked blue, white, red, upside down flag. so we have red, white and blue, but upside down. So the technicals pointing a little bit bearish. the seasonality is neutral pointing a little bit bullish.

and then the internals are currently pretty neutral. So I'm not seeing strong. Trends If anything, this is just. we went up, we went down, we went up.
I Wouldn't be surprised if we get smacked here. Come right back down battle out here. Who knows, Maybe pop like it's just going to be a messy, messy opening. So I'm personally just waiting on it.

personally, just waiting. Uh, if you buy two shares of AMC with that 16 you made from your video, you'll be a millionaire. When the squeeze happens, it's 500k, right? What's the red, white and blue thing? just moving averages to see the general? Trend Just multiple. Actually, there's four moving averages in there.

Uh, but when they're all stacked on top of each other or perfectly inverse, it tells you of a nice trend on whatever time frame you're looking at. How high or low will the Spy go today? That's an absolutely phenomenal question that no one knows the answer to. Maybe Pal does. maybe Pals right now just loading up on some I don't know zero DTE calls or puts or something like that.

But beyond the people who wrote Pal's speech and Pal himself I Don't think anyone really knows on the day? I Think it's going to be a fun day I Think we're going to get a lot of whips off, and if you're on the right side, you're probably going to be making good money. But right now I have one trade-in I'm just waiting I'm just waiting. calm, cool, collected. Uh.

Matt Serious question I Checked the spy on The Daily This morning in the last three days, we're green. Now they are red all the way back to Friday Why uh well, what do you mean by Green So the you color something green if the clothes is above the opening. but it's a red day if the close is below the previous days closed. so it's a green bar just for that bar.

If the close is above the opening, the color of the bar is decided on just what that bar does. But percentage-wise you're always basing it on the close of the previous day, so it goes from close to close to close. So for example, even though the Spy technically was green yesterday because the clothes was above the opening, it was a drop of 0.6 percent because this close was higher than the very next close. So it's it depends like I wouldn't like.

you could change the color of any bar I wouldn't be focusing on like green or red bars. You can make them purple and black for all you care. What really matters is how are you trending from the close of one bar to the close of the next bar? I wouldn't be focusing on it's a green bar I mean you could change the coloring however you want. Um, so the latter case is what's matter is like I would just be focusing on the close of one bar at the close of one bar at the close of like just the close to the close to the close to the close.

Not is it green or red because that's mathematically computed or the colors decided by just is the close above or below the current open of said bar. you could close Like let's say a stock closes at 100. the very next day. Oh, actually, Bed Bath is a perfect example.
Bed Bath is literally an example right now. look at this. so it's a green bar. but we're way down because we yesterday we closed all the way up here at 587.

today we opened at three and we're trading higher. So it's a green bar, but it's actually a red day. it's currently down 41 because the current price based on yesterday's close were obviously below it. So the coloring of a bar is probably not something you should concern yourself with too much.

Uh, in my opinion I Mean that maybe if you're a day trader, you would want to look at it a little bit more, but that's probably the confusion it's been getting posed by Weevon order fills. Who do you use for options trading? Uh, I Have used interactive Brokers in the past. they've been good I have used Thinkorswim. in the past they've been good.

I'm trying to get an account going right now on Tastytrade just because they have the best commission. Uh, unfortunately. I don't have like a bonus affiliate link or anything for you, but that's who I'm like trying to get going with. but I do have money on interactive brokers I do have money on thinkorswim I Don't use Weeble at all I don't use Robinhood at all I Think those are trash brokerages.

Don't get carried away eating crayons. Basically, you'll go broke. Hey, Chris are expensive. Crayons are expensive.

Uh, use hiking candles I've used those a little bit. I'm not the most familiar with them I'm a lot of the times I'm trying to more so, algorithmically trade, systematically, trade. So I'm basically doing data analysis and data mining a normal candles. I mean I'm sure there are certain strategies that would use that, but I I I find when I'm doing my own discretionary training, that's usually the times that I have the biggest mess-ups.

Uh, and I find that my most solid trades and some of my biggest wins are just like a good system where it's well-defined entries, well-defined exits, and I try to take my own, uh, human emotion out of it. Did you ever buy that feed a fleet of Corollas I'm about to buy Corolla as a company when this video keeps going I mean we went from 17 yesterday to 25 today. I mean at that rate I'll have 32 by tomorrow and I think by the end of the year, I'll literally be able to buy Toyota Maybe I'll just buy the Corolla Branch I don't really want all the other Toyotas Maybe I'll call up Toyota like this weekend and just be like all right uh I Want to buy the Corolla aspect of your business I Think it's the only fair reasonable thing to do Oh man. AMC Ape getting slaughtered this morning down.

Well, No, that's not Slaughter Four percent. This thing could pop the the I Think the chart looks a little bit more dramatic than the actual price. AMC is down 30 cents and ape is down one cent. So uh, the chart looks a little bit more dramatic than it actually is.
What else do we have going on? How's Tesla today? Tesla Refusing to get smacked here at 195. Remember there's resistance 195 198 and obviously big at 200. Um, and even though it hasn't gotten above that level, it's refusing to give up refusing to give up. Worthwhile to note: Uh, the Spy battling it out at 409.50 We kind of saw it battling there yesterday.

Uh, it was kind of a messy day and I would expect today to also be a messy day. Microsoft's been doing well. People have been talking about its breakout. if you look on the daily chart.

it's actually had a really nice Trend Breakout kind of similar to this long-term spy, but recently we got above it. It just came back and retested and now it's continuing to the upside. So Microsoft continuing with its strengths when not so much could be said about the Spire the queues right now, which seemed to be having a deeper pullback. but Microsoft doing well and I don't find that like the most surprising because ever since the start of the Year Microsoft from a percentage basis has actually been out or underperforming the cues.

So I kind of like the fact that Microsoft is finally popping back up to kind of be in line with the percentage gains of the overall. NASDAQ Uh, Microsoft I Don't really actively trade it whatsoever, but I do have it in my retirement account. I Like it. It's a good dividend play.

Microsoft to me is actually one of the ones that you could just get and like set and forget type of a deal and I actually like it even better now that we have uh, it's exposure to AI So I've always been a big fan of Microsoft If you look at its balance sheet, it is Fort Knox It is an absolute Fortress Uh, their growth is a not phenomenal. It's in some of my favorite sectors, it's in cloud computing. uh Microsoft Azure It's growing. Uh, now you have it in Ai and beyond that, like they have a decent dividend if you're looking for a stock that you're like dude I Like learning about the market.

but I feel most comfortable just buying a couple of my favorite stocks and I just I'm gonna put most of my money in something that I can come back to 5 10 20 years later. In my personal opinion, Microsoft is a strong Contender I've been sitting on Microsoft now for years and I just collect a dividend and reinvest I collect the dividend and I reinvest it I collect the dividend and I reinvest it. Uh, if Microsoft Goes Down Based on its current balance sheet situation, if something catastrophic happens to Microsoft we have far far bigger issues going on in the world than worrying about our stock portfolio anyway. so it's kind of like it's either gonna work or like we have a zombie apocalypse and it doesn't matter.

Uh, Tesla Cover calls for shares Just out of the money. I Wouldn't go just out of the money. but also if you're doing covered calls on Tesla you have a pretty large account because remember you can only do one covered call for every 100 shares you own. So I mean for one covered call on Tesla Right now you're talking about nineteen thousand dollars.
So most of the time most people are doing call Credit spreads and not covered calls just because covered calls are very, very expensive. But if you're in the situation where you own enough and you're like straight up doing cover calls on Tesla Well awesome Like good for you. You're trading a big account and I hope you crush it. but I would do something like I would sell a call a month out 30 days out roughly and I'd be looking at like a 0.2 Delta I'd look at the 20 Deltas just because you're basically talking about a full standard deviation move away from where you currently are and right now the Tesla IV is like really really pumped up.

So if you're in the situation that you could I think selling Tesla premium right now is a Winner's move for sure. It's just you have to have the right account. Uh, I Met Bill Gates He has a classic punchable face. Wait, lemon, you've actually met Bill Gates That's pretty cool.

It's not common that you meet one of the world's richest people. Not common in the slightest, but when did you meet him? How did that even come about? I Used to I at one point in my life I was an intern in Seattle Washington and when I was I don't know I'm one of those chatty Kathy's when it comes to taking an Uber because I get awkward and I just don't want to sit in silence with someone who I don't know to like pass the awkwardness I try to talk with them and the Uber driver has actually he said that he drove like Melinda Gates and Bill Gates multiple times I guess just like where he is, he must live somewhat near them. so he said he's Uber them like multiple times to the point that they like kind of recognize him and know his name and stuff and he actually had positive things to say about him. He said that they were like nice and respectful and stuff but I know that's also just like within the Uber setting.

Uh, if you read an article in the New York Times by AI Bot, it should be identified what Dana bot wrote it I know Bill Gates is getting old. he's definitely isn't in a state of health though to be giving anyone else Health advice. Has anyone noticed a trend between all these like Health Czars throughout the world are some of the most unhealthy looking people we possibly have. and I know that's not technically the right way to look at it because you could be unhealthy and still have.

a lot of knowledge. but it is kind of a weird vibe that we're supposed to like. Go to people like it's weird that and I get it like that's the same thing. like if you're looking at the coach of a team, not all of them are like gonna be I mean look at Bill Belichick No one's saying that that dude's about to be a phenomenal player, but he could still be a good coach.
So I get that. it's not logically right, but there's something about it that I'm like I wish you were healthier I I just do Gates looks like a bug eater AKA vampire man servant: He gets on quite a bit and I'm not saying it's not undeserved. but I think the public sentiment around him has really really turned, especially since the Rona period because he was just so hell-bent and he just has like wild commentary on like getting shots and everyone getting shots and who he wants to get shots. and I think his public Persona his public reputation took a pretty severe turn because of this whole rodent thing like I remember a time back when I was in high school So let's just say like a decade ago, um, 15 years ago where generically he was a lot more like does anyone else remember that like I don't know if you go to the early 2000s people were fine with them.

They're like oh, he's a rich dude that like is doing like whatever. he just wants to be a homesteader. He is buying tens of thousands if not hundreds of thousands of Acres which I don't know about you guys, but that sets off some of my alarm. Bells Like what's going on with the world's like most wealthy buying up all of this land, all of this land.

Some of the greatest advice is given by those who don't practice it. They know better but can apply it in their own life. That's what I'm saying is like I I agree with you logically. But also I think it's like almost easier emotionally to accept it from people who have also applied it to their life.

Uh, bears are about to do some damage to the Bulls I Wouldn't be so surprised honestly. Uh, just because I'm I think I'm getting a little bit too conspiratorial, a little bit tinfoil hat about this meeting today. but the more I thought about it last night, the more I was like uh oh, they're gonna get it. they're gonna crush us.

Um, just a thought. I'm definitely concerned about where this whole meeting is going to go today. Where the meetings gonna go? Oh, all right, just seeing what else is happening in the world, what else is happening in the world? All right Robot is gearing up for a move. The Futures Trading algorithm.

Um, it's already fired a signal actually. but I added on to it that I don't want it to trade before 10. Um, so there's a good chance between 10 and 11 it takes a trade, but obviously you're going to hear it. You're going to hear the whole robot go order filled.

Uh, is Gns done for I Don't know what she has been doing. Showing some weakness I Would have been out of the position by now and obviously it can keep trending. but my point is is it's an active trade. Like you don't want to be in a Gns position that you wake up one day and it turns into a bed bath where it gaps down by like 50.

It's an active trait. that's what it is. Gns is like from a fundamental perspective. it's not a worthwhile investment.
It really just isn't like its fundamentals are just not that good. That doesn't mean it can't Rip But if your fundamentals aren't good, that means it's not an investment. Um, in terms of an active trade. Crazy volatility.

Crazy crazy volatility. But to me I'm not saying it's being intentionally pumped and dumped, but I'm saying the stock chart is probably going to look that way by the time this ends, it's going to have a big move to the upside I don't know what its peak is going to be. It might be already here or it could keep going for all I know. But eventually this turns and I think it's going to return to exactly where it was at.

which was just not like. this thing just has big pumps, big dumps, Big pumps, big dumps like. look at its history. It doesn't have a history of nice sustained growth.

To the upside I Know some people like to point out the what was it Zach's was it Zacks that gave it like a 19 rating or whatever am I right about that is it Zach's whatever it is Uh, there was some sort of analyst place that gave it uh, a rating. but then if you look into the notes on it, they were literally paid. So if you look at that rating of like I believe it was Zach's please, someone correct me if I'm wrong. um correct me if I'm wrong.

but I think it was Zacks that gave it a 19 price. Target But if you read the notes, they were paid to give it like a positive analysis. um probably by Gns itself. So that's like that's super Sus.

Like generally it's not good for a company to be paying for a positive review like that. That's a really sketchy look. So I I Just fundamentally I would not invest in Gns if you want to be an active Trader There are huge percentage moves. To the upside to the downside, you can make a lot of money.

My biggest piece of advice on that one would just be like keep your keep your risk in check, don't let your rest wrist just go untethered spy Longs about to print hahaha baby oops caps could be I mean I'm just expecting chop. uh if we get above 409.60 I could see a pop if it goes below 408.60 I could see it drop but right now we're just trending in a grind sideways. The only people winning right now in the day are people who sold premium. This is just classic Theta Decay kind of just crap crap crap crap anyone remember Prague I Remember Prague the artist who is now known as Bior I'm still in it and now after it's 25 for one or 20 for one or whatever it was reverse split I think if you cost, adjust my average price I'm in at like a hundred bucks or something I need it for it to be Break Even it.

It's a horrible plan any crypto plays. um I'm investing in Bitcoin I'm invested in Ethereum I'm not going to be actively trading all coins right now I'm a little worried about them. not because of their own project, coin or token or anything like that. it's more because of the SEC.
It seems like the SEC and the Cftc are looking for any reason they can to declare these things as Securities and crush them. So uh, I have apprehension of really everything that isn't Bitcoin right now. But once again, that's not commentary on the project, the coin, or the token. It's commentary on the current regulatory environment.

But I am a supporter of Bitcoin and Ethereum with and I think Bitcoin has less risk because it's already defined as a digital commodity, it's not going to be defined as a security. Uh, but Voyager is going to Binance. So I saw a couple people got that email but I'm on Voyager and I didn't get that email. did everyone get that email because I can't find it of apparently Voyager going to Binance progbri only 100 per share.

No problem should happen today. Matt What's your grind set for today? My grind set for today is to not argue with delusional. Apes on Twitter that's my grind set. It's a waste of time and my grind set is to make um better.

VOD Content So I already crush it in the world of streams. but I think to keep you guys happy and to keep you coming to back I think I need better clip content and I think I need better short content to put up on rumble on tick tock on YouTube on Twitter and all that that's my grind set voted and opted in. Dude, why am I not getting this email? Where's my Voyager email? Oh, wait, 3am. Update on accessing your Voyager distributions through financial apps Dear Matt We are pleased to update you on the agreement Voyager entered into with Finance us a leading cryptocurrency exchange trusted by millions of customers across the US which we will consummate uh through its chapter 11.

Plan on January 10th Voyager received Bankruptcy Court approval blah blah blah blah to gain access to your cryptocurrency distributions as soon as they are made available, we encourage you to start the process of connecting your existing Voyager account with a new binance.us account. So I got it? I got it at 3am. Uh, if you guys are looking for yours, mine came I don't know other people sent it to me saying that they got theirs, but mine came I got it. Finally, finally, finally, finally, finally, finally, finally.

Don't email Matt blah blah blah hype tracks. You're always hyping people up I Appreciate that man. You're always the hype man. What is a better growth play? Gme or AMC Well, you would have to do your own fundamental breakdown on them.

But the way: I Don't think of either of them as growth plays I Think is both of them as eight plays I Think of them as representative of a cultural movement when people kind of went against the current ways and nefarious actions of Wall Street That to me, it's not a classic fundamental investment either of them I think they've taken on a symbolic representation so there are maybe ways you could come in to be like. okay, like what is a movement worth? but I I Don't think of Gme or AMC as like just a classic fundamental growth Play If I Want a classic fundamental growth play? I'll look at things like I don't like we were before we were talking about Microsoft or maybe you're looking at EV plays or something like that and I think there's a time and place for either of it. But in terms of fundamental growth and an investment, that's just personally not how I view AMC or Gme I view them as an investment into a movement Matt Likes everyone more than me. Well, that's weird to say, Kudri, but I can't I can't say the opposite Matt Any new news about the cap front or just no cap dude? I Do have an update.
Oh hell yeah! I Appreciate I Forgot about this. Okay, so you guys have known this whole cat debacle story. Let me give you the most recent tldr on it. Where the hell are these emails where? let me find it.

Yeah, there's been a wild update on it. No, that's not the right email. Okay, so here we go here. We go here, we go here we go.

So when I first supplied I was basically told that you're not gonna get a cat. so I resubmitted an application to better Define what they thought was lackluster in my original application. so I sent in a second application and I did that after I told you guys the first thing of like I was defined to not be a good caretaker of a cat. So I wrote a whole description and I was like okay, cool, send it in and then that was on January 20th on February like I sent it in and I emailed them on January 20th saying hey, I sent in a new application on February 5th I then emailed them again following up on this still haven't received a response I sent a new application in so we went from January 20th I emailed them to I emailed them again on February 5th they got back to me on February 6th hi please see the original email.

We do require a reference on you as an owner which I did I provided that in the new application. Also, in a past email we stated that Pecan needs to be adopted with his sister. Good luck in your search folks! I'm being gaslit. They never said that I went back and I read I've read all the communication to you I reread all the communication.

They're just making things up now out of thin air. They're like oh no, we said that you have to adopt him with his sister. When did you? Since when does he have a sister? When did you say he has a sister? When did you say he has to be adopted with his sister? They're just completely gaslighting me. They are literally just making things up.

They're like oh yeah no we said that I'm going to email them again and they're gonna be like oh yeah no Like we also said that. you had to like bias courtside tickets to the Brooklyn game. the Nets game like there's just literally going to be making it's crazy dude, you're getting two cats. This is It's the biggest farce of a cat adoption agency ever.

I think I could have adopted a human in a more easy, efficient manner than what is currently going on with this cat like I Truly truly believe I could have already had a human I mean honestly, at a certain rate I could have made another human in this time frame because it is getting way way too long so no matter what it is I could either have adopted a human child faster or I could have made a human child faster and then these people are just they're making up it. absolutely wild. Don't use Tray as a reference. No, your reference had to be a vet.
So I just called up my like childhood vet and I said hey, can you be my reference he's like yeah, I've known your family forever I am actively still taking care of your parents cat and dog like it's just so wild. it's absolutely so wild. You need a real girlfriend first. True touche touche touche touche.

Hey, when you're right, you're right. Tesla's taking a little bit of a hit. Get a goldfish dude I Need to get something I need to get something. Well, the market is just clearly chopping sideways I don't know what's going on here, but I did want to show you something that I thought was particularly hilarious.

Profile likes: Dude: check out the savagery of this video when the government made DUIs illegal. Still, any attempt to restrict drinking and driving here is viewed by some as downright undemocratic. It's kind of getting common this one a fellow King and I put in A Hard Day's Work put in 11 12 hours a day and then getting your truck and the least rang one or two beers. we can't drink when you want to, you can't You have to wear a seat belt when you're driving and pretty soon we're going to become this country.

Still any attempt. Hell yeah, sister. look at what's been going on as soon as they outlawed a few Road beers, a few Roadies as soon as they made you Buckle in your kids, that's communism. which let me ask you this I know a lot of you are probably laughing at it right now but was she wrong? Was she wrong? as soon as you can't Crush some cold ones with your boys as no one's buckled into the car.

Has the country been better since then? So I want to watch it again I watch this so many times. Still, any attempt to restrict drinking and driving here is viewed by some as downright undemocratic. It is not Democrat common this one okay and I put in A Hard Day's Work put in 11 12 hours a day and then getting your truck and at least
