This is possible for some because of the amount of powders snorted up their nose. I actually had a friend that did so much it ate away all the way up to his brain and the brain fluid drained out and he died right in front of us, crazy shit!! it will also cause a deviated septum.
This isn't necessarily impossible but I dont think he actually did it.
