Foreign America has the best hand ever dealt of any country on this planet today. ever. Hell yeah! Okay and Americans don't fully appreciate what I'm about to say. We have peaceful, wonderful Neighbors in Canada and Mexico.
We've got the biggest military barriers ever built called the Atlantic and the Pacific. We have all the food, water, and energy we will ever need. Okay, we have the best military on the planet and we will for as long as we have the best economy. And if you're a liberal, listen closely to me in that one.
Okay, because the Chinese would love to have our economy. We have the best universities on the planet. They're great ones elsewhere, but these are the best. We still educate.
Uh, you know most of most of the kids who start businesses around the world. We have a rule of law which is exceptional. If you don't believe me and we talk about Britain Brazil Russia and the Venezuela Argentina Uh, China India. Believe me, it's not quite there.
We have a magnificent work ethic. We have Innovation from the core of our bones. You can ask anyone in this room what can you do to be more productive? Ask your assistance. Factory Floors.
We do it. It's not just the Steve Jobs it's the broad death or the wise and deepest financial markets the world's ever seen. Okay, and if you I just made a list of these things and maybe I missed something, It's extraordinary. It's extraordinary and we have it today.
Yes, we have problems, but you know when I hear people down if you travel around the world I mean get an airplane, travel around the world and go to all these other countries and tell me what you think we had a spot on I Wholeheartedly believe there is no better time or place to live than the Us right now. Is it perfect? Absolutely not. We can always be better. but I wholeheartedly do not believe there is a better place or better time.
I I simply don't and I don't think any of really life quality measurements would refute that. In fact, if you look at many of the things of just quality of life, the major things that make it up such as health care, uh, jobs, education, is it perfect once again. just to clarify, no, it's not perfect, but you cannot name a better place or a better time than being in America right now. and honestly, that's probably been true since like 1776.
with this one. I've had my issues with Jamie dimon specifically some of his comments on Bitcoin, but when it comes to this I think it's actually very difficult to disagree with them. Very difficult to disagree with them.
Like he says it isn't perfect, but dang we are lucky. I've met many immigrants who have come from places with no opportunities. They have had to go through so much to get here. They criticize Americans for being lazy and complaining, and I agree. There's a quote we have at work, "Anyone who makes you more productive makes you worth more. Anyone who makes you less productive makes you worth less. All values are created by work. Values created are the only values that can be shared." I've stewed on that for a few years, and found it to be so meaningful. Essentially, work instills us with values, and through values we grow, become more valuable and share that with others. That's one thing we have here, work, opportunity, the ability to become valuable. I've watched many complainers come under my management, and I've seen them reduce our value. They typically have a problem with working, don't think they get paid enough, or they have to do too much, which is nonsense and American privilege, they are lazy and entitled. They fail to realize that through hard work there is much opportunity, and they never gain those values because they don't embrace WORK and OPPORTUNITY. I watch these immigrants come in and bust their ass with a smile, with appreciation for the opportunity. They go far and create strong values within themselves and their WORK makes them successful. Everything you see around you is the result of work. Work is people in motion, people doing things. When you are happy, work. When you are sad, work. There are plenty of places where they can't go to work. So to me, that alone is one of the things that makes America great, opportunity. No, it's not perfect, but apathy is the death of our nation. As Americans, it's time for us to get to work. It's time to recognize we are lucky to have opportunity, security, freedom to travel, freedom to learn. We need to embrace what we have and WORK to make it better.
