Someone explain to me why this is bad, it seems to be a protection measure for regular / retail investors and civilians, at least they have a window of time to sell at the start or end of each day where they can't be hit by rug pulls or pre/post market sell offs? The tutes can still sell in bulk for the majority of the day right? Not really that manipulative or restrictive IMHO… My ears are open to alternative views…
