What's going on Duties: I'm pleased to report that the market is still ripping to the upside, putting on a really, really nice recovery and absolutely scorching all the Bears and shorts in both the equities and in the crypto market. So obviously I want to be diving into that? Let you know all the major things to pay attention to in the shortterm in terms of announcements, events, but also just key technical levels. But the main thing I want to dive into is how: Mr Jim Kramer a Mad Money the guy who everyone wants to inverse just picked an interesting new opponent by the name of Elon us calling out Tesla and I think that one's going to lead to a lot of fireworks I'm particularly excited, but before we talk about any of that, I have a little bit of sad news to report: I Know many of you have been paying attention to the absolute heater of a trading streak that the Zero DTE Dgen strategy is on and unfortunately it's over. It was able to get to the high high Mountaintop of 27 solid profitable signals in a row, but it could not make that final lead to 28.

The potential is gone, going all all the way back down to zero to restart and I don't know if I'll be able to hit those lofty Heights again because 27 is a decent streak, but apparently I did not have the potential to continue. So I just want to get that sad news out of the way right now. Now that being said, let's cover everything else. Let's cover how the Market's been ripping.

Let's cover the new fight between Jim Kramer and Elon Musk and what's going on with Tesla And we'll also touch into a little bit of the crazy earnings that are coming out as I'm literally filming this right now. By the time the closing bell went ding ding ding ding today Thursday November 2nd things were looking pretty good. Dow Rallies 500 points as treasur yields fall S&P 500 heads for best day since May Obviously people were very, very excited about what drone pal had to say at the Fomc meeting yesterday. and as of the point that I'm recording this, we're actually just now getting Apple's earnings report Apple beats estimate thanks to iPhone and services, but records fourth consecutive quarterly sales decline. So we'll take a deeper look into the Market's reaction to Apple's numbers.

But before we do that, look at this. look at this beauty of an absolute grip roaring Green Scene we have in the S&P 500 today. You really have to squint. You really have to search.

You have to play a game of where's Waldo to find any red stock today And yeah, a couple of them exist but across the board. Congratulations to the degenerate Bulls watching this video because it's been a tough battle over the past month. But finally, things are starting to pay for you As a quick reminder, do not forget, historically from the 1950s up until now, November is the most bullish month on a seasonality basis of the entire year. Now Does that actually mean that every single November is a green one? No, not really.

That's not how it works out, but most of the time the edge is very clearly in the favor of the bulls for the month of November. Take a look at it here. Yeah, there's a little bit of a the hiccup around Thanksgiving but generically a little bit of the way through October all the way until about halfway through January That period is a very, very strong roughly 4month period that typically not all the times, but typically it does pay to be a bol. and thus far into this, November and I know I Know we just started, but things are already looking very very bullish.

Look at this this week alone. to conclude: October Monday October 30th Until where we are right now, the market is Up 4 .9% green, green, more green and even more green after a nice Gap up now. obviously the Bulls are winning in the short term, but I just want to point out some key levels of what I'm seeing right now: the market closed out at the 48 EMA Previously, that's exactly where the market started to struggle. So I'm definitely going to be keeping that in mind.

And also I just want to call out the downside: Gap fills. We do have this Gap to 42350 that is the high from yesterday and we also have another down outside Gap full to the high from Tuesday October 31st which would be 4853. Just want to put that on your radar. there is a high statistical likelihood of those gaps eventually getting filled.

Now does that mean specifically today? Obviously No, it didn't happen. but I will be looking for that on any maybe bearishness brewing in the market. I would be targeting those downside Gap fills. but for right now if the market can get above and hold Above This 48 EMA My next stop would be this upside trend line that we saw around 433 and then from there I'd be watching 436 437 So those are my upside targets.

Those are my downside targets not necessarily being predictive, much more going to be reactive of litting the price action. Tell me the way that I should be betting. Speaking of betting Jim Kramer of mad Money. Like I said before, the guy that everyone wants to inverse is no longer betting on Elon Specifically calling out the cybertruck.

Give this a listen Phil Let me positive something to you, you know there was a lot of people. There was a twin blow against Ford there was the obviously the Union people didn't like the quarter. but then there was also this uh Tesla uh this cyber truck I I $100,000 for a cyber truck. that I have a Maverick Okay, apparently this does not have the payload of a Maverick which fits in a small parking spot on any Urban Street in this country.

Um I checked in, the durability of the is not there I Wonder whether this man can sell even thousand of 200,000 cyber trucks and this may be forer after all of the Sterman dry about Sha Fain and how he took it to Fark I I Will say with this regard to the Cyber truck and we should see the first ones delivered at the end of this month. at least that's the plan from Tesla At this point it's going to be a slow ramp up in production. They're not even going to get up to where they would consider full production until well into 2025. Uh, and I Also think you should keep in this: keep this in mind given the price point, given the design, given the Capa capability of the vehicle and what it's designed for, it's going for the Urban Market particularly those our Urban markets that are into electric vehicles.

Southern California Oregon Washington The coasts. You're not going to see the Cyber truck in big numbers in Kansas City St Louis I Mean it's just not going to sell There Will there be some? Yes, eventually there will be some. But do not look at this as one Sarah that a vehicle that people are going to say I'm not driving the Chevy Silverado or F-150 anymore where it starts to get I Just don't see that happening Yeah as a threat there. And in the meantime it faces enormous challenges according to Elon Musk in getting off the production line Phil Thank you.

So like I just said, this is where it starts to get interesting because it's an argument of will the demand be there Jim Kramer Questioning if Elon Musk and Tesla can even sell 50,000 cyber trucks? I Get it. At first, that might sound like a lot, but then you just think about how many cars are produced, how many cars are bought, and I have the sneaky suspicion that that number is going to get blown away. And in fact, if you look at this tweet and then look at Elon's response, he's literally fire fire laughing at him and I guess I Don't know. Maybe I'm too much of a fan of what's going on with Tesla and maybe I just can't see the forest from the trees.

but I want to get your thoughts is 50,000 Are you on Jim Kramer side? And do you think that there's not even going to be appetite within the market to buy 50,000 cyber trucks? I Get that there's going to be production I guess Challenges: It's really hard to produce at size at scale with efficiency, but if that is figured out by the end of 2025 2 years from now, I think the appetite for cyber trucks is going to be greatly above 50,000 like I I think the fact that Jim Kramer is putting that Line in the Sand I find it really confusing and I feel like he just doesn't have a pulse on the desire for the cybertruck or just the fans that are there to support. Elon Musk But hey, maybe I'm completely up because like I said, I am a fan. so I would love to get your thoughts in a comment below and very quickly. And also, let's just see what's going on with earnings. So Apple was obviously the big one. The earnings call itself has not happened yet, but thus far the reaction looked pretty positive when the numbers came out and then apparently some of the future numbers leanings. I Guess the market not the most happy with? Let's check out Coinbase just because Crypto has been ripping as I'm filming this.

Bitcoin is a hair below 35k. Coinbase also went up. now coming down. let's just check out some of these other ones.

Starbucks um, kind of waiting on that. Let's check out some of these other ones as well. Block: that's the one that used to be known as s Square Let me SQ is still at Scker actually huge beat. SQ currently up 20% as uh, the point that I'm filming this and then Carvana up 4% So Coinbase and Apple not looking the best Carana looking pretty good and we also have block AKA Square also looking pretty solid.

So really, earning season has seemingly favored the Bulls. Uh, there's been a mixed bag not everyone has done well. For example, Tesla got hit Google got hit but across the board I would say more so on average favoring the Bulls and very quickly. The final thing I want to leave you with is this a lot of people have been reaching out.
